Abstract

密封型电动机装置,包括带有减速机构的微型电动机和由塑料制成的密封外壳;密封外壳包括底部外壳和盖面外壳,外壳界定容纳微型电动机的密封空间和非密封空间,底部外壳的密封空间的周缘有放置弹性塑料密封圈的小沟槽,电源输入插头的电线经过底部外壳的侧壁上的开口、穿过两个空间的间壁上的孔与密封空间内的电动机的引线相连接,间壁上的穿过电线的孔通过扣入底部外壳的非密封空间设置的凸出部分界定的空间内的密封夹片,予以密封。

Description

密封型电动机装置
本实用新型关于一种既适用于户内又适用于户外的密封型电动机装置，它包括一个特别设计的外壳、一个适当大小的电动机和相连的电线。
先有技术的用于圣诞灯饰或其它非圣诞灯饰等户外用途的电动机装置由于密封性能差，因而经受不住长期的日晒雨淋以及大的温差，使用寿命都很短。另一方面，为了加强密封，先有技术的类似产品体积较大及制作成本较为昂贵。
本实用新型的一个目的是提供一种适用于全天候环境的电动机。由于外壳设计特别，可以绝对保护内置的电动机及电线，免受日晒雨淋的影响。尽管室外有几十度摄氏温度的温差，电动机装置仍可正常动作。
本实用新型的另一个目的是提供小巧方便及价廉的电动机装置。另外，本发明只须一个电源输入，便可以提供两个不同电源输出，形成两个电动效果。
根据本发明，一种密封型电动机装置，其特征在于包括一个带有减速机构的微型电动机和一个由塑料制成的密封外壳；
所述密封外壳包括一个底部外壳和一个盖面外壳，所述密封外壳界定一个容纳所述微型电动机的密封空间和一个非密封空间，所述底部外壳的所述密封空间的周缘有一个放置弹性塑料密封圈的小沟槽，所述底部外壳上设有开孔，供所述微型电动机的圆柱形轴伸出所述密封外壳，所述底部外壳和盖面外壳对称地设有多个小孔，用以拧紧螺灯，使所述底部外壳和盖面外壳密封地闭合，一个电源输入插头的电线经过底部外壳的侧壁上的开口、穿过所述两个空间之间的间壁上的孔与所述密封空间内的所述电动机的引线相连接，所述间壁上的穿过电线的孔通过扣入所述底部外壳的非密封空间所设置的凸出部分所界定的空间内的密封夹片，予以密封。
本实用新型的密封型电动机装置，密封性能好，体积小，造价低，而且同时设有的电插座，可以输出电能给其它电气装置。
本实用新型可适用于活动及发光的圣诞灯饰装置。
现在参照附图，通过最佳实施例描述本实用新型。
有关附图简要说明如下：
图1显示本实用新型的组合图，其中示出底部外壳连同电动机、电线及电源输出、输入端的布置；
图2A-2F显示底部外壳的特定形状及设计；
图3A-3F显示另一半盖面外壳的特定形状及设计；
图4A-4D显示图1所示的密封夹片8的特定形状及设计；
图5A-5G显示为电源输出端提供遮盖的活门装置。
如图1所示，底部外壳1设置有一个空间2，便于放置电动机12，电线连接点11a及11b设在该空间2内。空间2的周缘有一小沟槽，小沟槽3内可放置一细小的弹性塑料圈，使电动装置在配上盖面外壳17时，形成一密封空间2。密封空间2保护了电动机12及电线连接点11a和11b，免受户外因素包括雨水或雾水渗入或尘埃、昆虫入侵。否则，水份渗入电线接触点，足以造成漏电、短路的不安全现象。如图所示，连接点11a的电源来自电线10a，而电线10a的电源则来自电源输入插头9。电线10a经连接点11a同时将输入电源连接到电动机12的电线及输入电源到一个电源输出插座14处。同时连接着输入插头9的另一电线10b经连接点11b分别连接电动机12和电源输出插座14的另一相连电线。
当电源输入插头9接上电源时，电动机12便被启动，相连在电动机12上的圆柱形轴(图中未显示的)延伸在底部外壳1的开孔16以外的部分便可带动与之相连的配件，造成动作。同时，如果电源输出插座14也接驳上其它电气配件，如灯饰装置，则可同时使灯饰发光或相应启动其它电气配件。
图1所示的底部外壳1除包含密封空间2外，还包含了另一端的非密封空间22。空间22有一个明显的开口15，可以提供位置给其它电气装置连接电源输出插座14。图1所示的空间22的凸出部分7a可以提供分隔，方便布置连接电源输入插头9的电线10a及10b和连接电源输出插座14的电线于同一空间内的不同位置。如图所示，电线10a及10b可经由开口6伸延出去。相对来看，电源输出插座14可以放置在由凸出部分7c所界定的空间13内，以固定其位置，使插座孔相对于开口15。图1所示的密封夹片8可以扣入图1所示的凹出部分7a所界定的空间内，与凸出部分7a互相紧贴，以固定封锁相关电线的位置及封密电线进入空间2的罅隙。
图2A-2F所示的仅仅是底部外壳1。上述的电动机、电线，密封夹片8及其它部分都没有显示于图2A-2F。图2A-2F显示了开孔16，让连接电动机12的圆柱形轴可伸展到外壳以外。另外图2A-2F亦更清楚显示了凸出部分5，方便固定电线10a及10b到开口6的位置。
图3A-3F显示的是盖面外壳17的各个方向的视图，其内置的相应部分4b及7b都接连到底部外壳1的相应部分4a、7a和7c，使盖面外壳17和底部外壳1可以接合为一个外壳。4a及4b处可以预先配备小孔，以供接合上螺丝钉，使外壳接合得更紧。图3A-3E显示的盖面外壳17配有一个凸部18，可以配置一个活门19。
图4A-4D显示的是密封夹片8的形状及设计。
图5A-5G显示活门19的形状及设计。活门19可以由螺丝钉和弹簧配置到盖面外壳17的凸部18。活门19借助弹簧的弹力盖住开口15。活门19的凹位20提供虚位，方便开启该活门。
上面附图说明了本实用新型的一种实施例，应当理解，这只属举例性质，本实用新型并不局限于上述一款型式，在不脱离本实用新型的精神范围内，还可以作各种变化，改进或改型。本实用新型的保护范围由所附的权利要求书予以界定。

Claims (3)

1.一种密封型电动机装置，其特征在于包括一个带有减速机构的微型电动机和一个由塑料制成的密封外壳；
所述密封外壳包括一个底部外壳(1)和一个盖面外壳(17)，所述密封外壳界定一个容纳所述微型电动机的密封空间(2)和一个非密封空间(22)，所述底部外壳(1)的所述密封空间(2)的周缘有一个放置弹性塑料密封圈的小沟槽，所述底部外壳(1)上设有开孔(16)，供所述微型电动机的圆柱形轴伸出所述密封外壳，所述底部外壳(1)和盖面外壳(17)对称地设有多个小孔，用以拧紧螺灯，使所述底部外壳(1)和盖面外壳(17)密封地闭合，一个电源输入插头(9)的电线经过底部外壳(1)的侧壁上的开口(6)、穿过所述两个空间(2、22)之间的间壁上的孔与所述密封空间(2)内的所述电动机的引线相连接，所述间壁上的穿过电线的孔通过扣入所述底部外壳(1)的非密封空间(22)所设置的凸出部分(7a)所界定的空间内的密封夹片(8)，予以密封。
2.根据权利要求1的密封型电动机装置，所述底部外壳(1)的非密封空间(22)内还设置了一对凸出部分(7c)，用以固定电源输出插座(14)，所述插座(14)的插孔朝向所述底部外壳(1)的一个开口(15)，所述插座(14)的电线穿过所述间壁上的另一个孔在所述密封空间(2)与所述插头(9)的电线相连接。
3.根据权利要求2的密封型电动机装置，其特征在于，一个活门(19)借助螺丝钉和弹簧固定在所述开口(15)上，可打开地盖住开口(15)。
