Abstract

一种用于移动式集装箱检测***扫描车的导向轮机构,包括连接板、支撑板及导向轮。其结构特点是:连接板可与扫描车前端底部连接,支撑板垂直固定于连接板上,以支撑板为底连杆连接板铰接两套平行、相互一致的四连杆机构,各四连杆机构上连杆延伸端底部套装导向轮,由所设液压油缸控制各导向轮的升降。使用本实用新型时,各导向轮落地,可将扫描车的原前轮顶起,由扫描车的后轮驱动各导向轮保持方向不变行走。

用于移动式集装箱检测***扫描车的导向轮机构
本实用新型涉及移动式集装箱检测***扫描车结构,特别是扫描车上所用的导向轮机构。
移动式集装箱检测设备是海关急需的检测设备之一。现有技术中的移动式集装箱检测装置产品都是采用在一辆车上安装控制装置部分和扫描装置部分。即操作人员和所有检测设备都必须是在同一辆车上进行工作。由于扫描装置部分必须使用带X射线的辐射源,因此,人与扫描装置部分同车工作,存在着对人身有害的缺点。如果将控制装置部分和扫描装置部分,分另置于两辆车上,一辆为控制车安装控制装置部分,另一辆为扫描车安装扫描装置部分。人在控制车里工作,远程摇控扫描车在检测现场工作。那么,即可克服X射线对人身辐射有害的缺点。但是,除了要解决控制车远程控制扫描车自动扫描的控制***问题之外,如何保持扫描车按一定方向轨迹自动行走,否则就有可能碰到被检测的集装箱,也是考虑要解决的问题。
针对现有技术中要解决的问题,本实用新型的目的是提供一种用于移动式集装箱检测***扫描车的导向轮机构。它可使扫描车在运动时保持方向不变。
为了达到上述的发明目的,本实用新型的技术方案以如下方式实现:用于移动式集装箱检测***扫描车的导向轮机构,它包括连接板、支撑板及导向轮。其结构特点是:所述连接板可与扫描车的前端底部连接,支撑板垂直固定于连接板上。以支撑板为底连杆连接板活动铰接两套平行、相互一致的四连杆机构。各四连杆机构的上连杆延伸端底部套装导向轮。由所设液压油缸控制各导向轮的升降。
按照上述的技术方案,所述液压油缸为两个均布在两套四连杆机构内侧的拉伸油缸。各液压油缸一端固定在扫描车上,另一端铰接在与各四连杆机构的下侧连杆横向连接的销轴上。
本实用新型由于采用了上述的结构连接形式,在使用中,将所述连接板及液压油缸与扫描车前端底部固定。检测时,当各导向轮落地时,可将扫描车的原前轮顶起,由扫描车的后轮驱动各导向轮保持方向不变行走。
下面结合附图和具体的实施方式对本实用新型作进一步说明。

参看图1和图2,用于移动式集装箱检测***扫描车的导向轮机构,包括连接板1、支撑板2及导向轮5。连接板1上设有安装孔,可与扫描车前端底部连接。支撑板2垂直固定于连接板1上,以支撑板2为底连杆连接板活动铰接两套平行、相互一致的四连杆机构4。各四连杆机构4的上连杆延伸端底部套装导向轮5。在各四连杆机构4的内侧均布两个液压油缸3。各液压油缸3一端固定在扫描车上,另一端铰接在与各四连杆机构4的下侧连杆横向连接的销轴6上。
使用本实用新型时,将连接板1及各液压油缸3的一端与扫描车前端底部固定。当扫描车自行驶时,导向轮机构由各液压油缸3抬起,扫描车由其后轮驱动原前轮行驶。当检测集装箱时,各液压油缸3将各导向轮5落地,使扫描车的原前轮顶起,由扫描车的后轮驱动各导向轮5保持方向不变行走。

1.一种适用于移动式集装箱检测***扫描车的导向轮机构,它包括连接板(1)、支撑板(2)及导向轮(5),其特征在于:所述连接板(1)可与扫描车前端底部连接,支撑板(2)垂直固定于连接板(1)上,以支撑板(2)为底连杆连接板活动铰接两套平行、相互一致的四连杆机构(4),各四连杆机构(4)的上连杆延伸端底部套装导向轮(5),由所设液压油缸(3)控制各导向轮(5)的升降。
2.按照权利要求1所述的用于移动式集装箱检测***扫描车的导向轮机构,其特征在于:所述液压油缸(3)为两个均布在两套四连杆机构(4)内侧的拉伸油缸,各液压油缸(3)一端固定在扫描车上,另一端铰接在与各四连杆机构(4)的下侧连杆横向连接的销轴(6)上。
