Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种水体灭菌消毒机,它包括紫外灯(16)和经辐射区的水管或水箱(15),并可配置臭氧消毒箱、水体通电处理电极。紫外线辐射可以迅速破坏细菌细胞的DNA,臭氧杀菌,同时可以把水体中的有害物质氧化成无害物质,用于水产育苗、养殖、水产品加工和其它需要水体灭菌消毒的场合,可以预防病害,提高苗种成活率,提高水产品加工质量。

水体灭菌消毒机
本实用新型涉及一种养殖育苗用水的处理。
水产养殖育苗过程中,水的质量是一个非常重要的环境因素,尤其是育苗过程,水中细菌含量过高将严重影响着出苗率、存活率,苗种质量甚至影响育苗的成败。但目前适合生产实际的水处理方法是化学方法,操作麻烦,虽然能杀灭细菌,但会产生副作用,造成二次污染,而不利于育苗。
本实用新型的目的是研制一种利用物理的方法替代化学方法,杀灭水体中的有害病菌。
本实用新型的水体消毒灭菌机,包括紫外灯(16)和经辐射区的水管或水箱(15),水管或水箱(15)至少有一个面受紫外线辐射,紫外线灯和水管排列方式为管状或葙形结构,其管状结构是紫外线灯围绕水管设置,也可以是水管包围紫外线灯,或是这两种结构的组合如附图1:其列管中心为紫外灯(16),第二圈为水管,第三圈排列数个紫外灯;外圈又为水管。其箱形结构是水管和紫外线灯间隔排列,并且可以是多层的,如图2:箱体水管分为三层,由上、中、下三个或组水管(15)组成,在箱内上中、下中水管之间排列数根紫外灯管(16)。
本实用新型可配置臭氧消毒箱、水体通电处理电板、水泵和气泵,以增加其功能,其结合可以是一体的如图3,也可以是分体的如图4。图3灭菌消毒机一体结构包括紫外线灭菌葙、臭氧处理箱、电极、控制箱、气泵站。图4灭菌消毒机其紫外线灭菌箱与臭氧消毒箱为分体式。
紫外线辐射可以迅速破坏细菌细胞的DNA,使其不能再复制而被消灭,臭氧是强氧化剂,可以杀菌,同时可以把水体中的有害物质氧化成无害物质。实践表明,水体通电可以改变水体的某些物理特性,而对养殖育苗有利。水体经本机器处理后,能改善水质,灭菌率达99%以上,且出水量大,用于水产育苗、养殖、水产品加工和其它需要水体灭菌消毒的场合,可以预防病害,提高苗种成活率,提高水产品加工质量。

本实施例如图5、6,紫外线灯和水管为管式结构,截面如图6所示紫外灯与水管的排列,紫外线灯(16)固定在内管(15)内,内管(15)为水晶玻璃制成透明的,内管(15)与外管(14)之间流入处理水,处理水由水管(11)引入和流出,水管(11)由法兰(9)连接于外管(15),内管(15)由螺柱(13)固定在机壳上,外管(14)由螺柱(18)固定于机壳上,机壳由螺母(2)、垫圈(3)、螺栓(4)固定于底座(1)上,图中5为外罩,6为螺钉,7为电路板,8为橡胶垫片,10、12为密封圈,17为连接件。

1、一种水体灭菌消毒机,其特征在于包括紫外灯(16)和经辐射区的水管或水箱(15),水管或水箱(15)至少有一个面受紫外线辐射。
2、根据权利要求1的水体灭菌消毒机,其进一步的特征在于紫外线灯和水管排列方式为管状或葙形结构,其管状结构是紫外线灯围绕水管设置,也可以是水管包围紫外线灯,或是这两种结构的组合;其箱形结构是水管和紫外线灯间隔排列,并且可以是多层的。
3、根据权利要求1的水体灭菌消毒机,其进一步的特征在于还包括臭氧消毒箱、其结合可以是一体的,也可以是分体的。
4、根据权利要求1、2和3的水体灭菌消毒机,其进一步的特征在于灭菌水箱上装有通电电极。
