本实用新型是一种金属硬密封蝶阀。
金属双偏芯硬密封蝶阀，因其具有良好的耐热、耐冻、耐酸、碱性能，使用寿命长等优点，因而，已广泛应用于各种流体管路网络中作为截止阀用，但现有金属硬密封蝶阀，因其结构设计上存在的问题，其密封圈与阀孔的接触在纵向截面上为点接触，在横向截面上为一圆，因此，密封效果欠佳，易产生泄漏，限制了其使用的领域。
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术之不足而提供一种结构简单合理，加工制造容易，密封效果可靠的金属硬密封蝶阀。
本实用新型是采用下述方案实现的：将夹装于蝶板与压板之间的环形密封圈外圆周设计为一半圆弧形并延伸一倾斜平面，与阀孔内径的圆锥孔配合接触实现密封。

见附图1、2，本实用新型由阀杆1、阀体2、阀座3、金属密封圈4、蝶板5、压板6组成，所述阀杆1、阀体2、阀座3、蝶板5、压板6的结构及安装形式均与现有蝶阀完全一样，其改进点在于夹装于压板6与蝶极5之间的环形金属密封圈4的外圆周呈一半圆弧形并延伸一倾斜平面7且与阀座3上的阀孔8的圆锥度相吻合接触。
本实用新型的工作原理简述如下：因金属密封圈4外圆周呈一半圆弧形并延伸一倾斜平面7，且该平面7的倾斜度与阀座3中阀孔8的圆锥度相吻合，因此，当关闭阀门时，金属密封圈与阀孔8之间的接触在纵向截面上为线接触，在横向截面上仍为线接触，从而构成一个面接触的密封面，从而，提供可靠的密封效果，加之流体介质沿N向挤压金属密封圈4圆弧形环的内圆弧面，使金属密封圈与阀孔的接触面接触更加紧密，从而达到更良好的密封效果。
综上所述，本实用新型结构简单，加工制造容易，密封效果可靠，且密封效果随介质压力增大而变得更为可靠，适于使用在各种流体管路网络中作截止阀用。
