Abstract

本实用新型属于体外诊断尿11联试纸。在一薄基片上由前向后依次均匀贴附有对尿液检测下列项目用的试纸块:尿胆原、胆红素、酮体、红细胞、蛋白质、亚硝酸盐、白细胞、葡萄糖、比重、酸碱度、抗坏血酸。这种结构的尿试纸,由于增加了对抗坏血酸的测定,从而可判断出抗坏血酸含量对血红蛋白、胆红素、葡萄糖等项的干扰程度,为检测结果提供了可靠的依据,使临床检验结果更为准确。

尿11联试纸
本实用新型属于体外诊断试纸。
在疾病的诊断中,尿常规检查是必不可少的。利用试纸进行尿常规检验,提供有关疾病的重要诊断依据是常用的一种方法。目前有一种尿10联试纸,在基片上依次固定有对尿液检测用的试纸块:白细胞、亚硝酸盐、尿胆原、胆红素、酮体、红细胞、比重、蛋白质、葡萄糖、酸碱度。由于没有抗坏血酸试纸块,在实际应用中,给疾病的诊断带来一定难度。实践证明,尿液中抗坏血酸(V.C)含量的高低对尿分析检测血红蛋白、胆红素、葡萄糖可产生严重的干扰。用一定浓度的抗坏血酸与血红蛋白、胆红素、葡萄糖混合,制成不同浓度的尿液标本,用尿分析仪及相同的尿液试纸检测,检测结果显示,当尿液中抗坏血酸含量达到400mg/L时,就可对血红蛋白的测定产生负干扰。当抗坏血酸含量达到250mg/L时,开始对胆红素测定产生负干扰。当尿液中抗坏血酸含量达到500mg/L时,就可对葡萄糖的测定产生负干扰。试验显示,这种干扰程度随抗坏血酸浓度的增加面增强。临床上,在住院病人的病例中,病人中抗坏血酸含量超过500mg/L者比例相当高,而目前这种尿10联试纸因无抗坏血酸的测定,因此对血红蛋白、胆红素、葡萄糖的测定有时会出现假阴性,这样就会带来上述几项测定不准确的后果;对疾病的诊断也会带来一定难度。
本实用新型的目的是克服上述尿10联试纸的缺点,提供一种新结构的尿11联试纸。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的。在薄基片上,由前向后依次均匀的贴附有对尿液检测下列项目用的试纸块:尿胆原1、胆红素2、酮体3、红细胞4、蛋白质5、亚硝酸盐6、白细胞7、葡萄糖8、比重9、酸碱度10、抗坏血酸11。
这种结构的尿试纸,由于增加了抗坏血酸的试纸块,就有了对抗坏血酸的测定,从而可判断出抗坏血酸含量对血红蛋白、胆红素、葡萄糖等项的干扰程度,为检测结果提供了可靠的依据,使临床检验结果更为准确,使尿11联试纸在临床上更具实用性和可靠性。

附图是本实用新型结构示意图。
1尿胆原(URO)、2胆红素(BIL)、3酮体(KET)、4红细胞(BLD)、5蛋白质(PRO)、6亚硝酸盐(NIT)、7白细胞(LEU)、8葡萄糖(GLU)、9比重(SG)、10酸碱度(PH)、11抗坏血酸(VC)、12校准垫、13薄基片。
尿11联试纸,有一个条状薄基片13。薄基片可采用涤纶片、PVC片或其它透明材料制成的薄片。在薄基片上由前向后依次均匀贴附有对尿液检测下列项目用的试纸块:即尿胆原1、胆红素2、酮体3、红细胞4、蛋白质5、亚硝酸盐6、白细胞7、葡萄糖8、比重9、酸碱度10、抗坏血酸11。
为了排除尿中杂色对检验的影响,在抗坏血酸试纸块的后面的薄基片上还固定有一个校准垫12 。

1、一种尿11联试纸,有一个条状薄基片13,其特征在于在薄基片上,由前向后依次均匀的贴附有对尿液检测下列项目用的试纸块:尿胆原1、胆红素2、酮体3、红细胞4、蛋白质5、亚硝酸盐6、白细胞7、葡萄糖8、比重9、酸碱度10、抗坏血酸11。
