Abstract

本实用新型属于空气冷却设备,特别是一种适用于各种内燃机增压空气的冷却器。本冷却器由进水室、出水室、左侧板、右侧板、换热元件等组成,换热元件采用冷轧翅片管,并与管板胀接联接。管束采用防积尘布置。该冷却器冷却效果好,抗腐蚀能力强,防止积尘,可靠性高。

空气冷却器
本实用新型属于空气冷却设备,特别是一种适用于各种内燃机增压空气的冷却器。
目前使用的内燃机增压空气冷却器,为管片式或管带式,冷却的持久性能较差,片与管的接触热阻大,并且积垢不易清除。例如中国专利局1993年9月29日公布的专利号为92213383的柴油机用增压空气冷却器,其换热元件采用管片式,该种冷却器随着运行时间的加长或振动会导致挂锡脱落,致使翅片与管子间的热压增大,冷却性能下降,且容易泄漏,可靠性低。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种清垢容易、耐腐蚀、换热持久、可靠性高的空气冷却器。
本实用新型是通过以下方式实现的。空气冷却器由管板、进水室、出水室、左侧板、右侧板、换热元件组成,其特征在于换热元件采用冷轧翅片管,冷轧翅片管胀接到管板上,翅片高度为3-10mm,间距为1.5-3mm,冷轧翅片管管束采用防积尘布置,管束是三角形排列,管束的横向间距和纵向间距的大小可以保证气流在管束间均匀加速,使空气中的灰尘不易积存。
本实用新型由于采用了冷轧翅片管作为换热元件和管束采用防积尘布置,因而冷却效果好、换热持久、耐腐蚀、易清垢、可靠性高。
附图说明图1为本实用新型(单流程)结构示意图,图2为本实用新型管束排列形式图。图中1为管板,2为进水室,3为出水室,4为左侧板,5为右侧板,6为换热元件。下面结合附图说明本实用新型的实施过程:
空气进入冷却器在换热元件6外横向冲刷流动,冷却水经过进水室2流入换热元件内部纵向流动,并从出水室流出,与空气流成交叉流动模式,通过冷轧翅片管的强化传热作用,吸收空气热量,使空气的温度降低,从而起到冷却的目的。空气流在三角形布置的管束中得到均匀加速,使空气中的灰尘不易积存下来。

Claims (1)

1.空气冷却器由管板[1]、进水室[2]、出水室[3]、左侧板[4]、右侧板[5]、换热元件[6]组成,其特征在于换热元件[6]采用冷轧翅片管,冷轧翅片管胀接到管板[1]上,冷轧翅片管的管束按三角形排列,形成防积尘布置。
