本实用新型涉及建筑装饰材料——地板。
现有建筑装饰地板有多种多样,有全木、全竹的及其它非竹、木材质的地板,全木的地板由于本身缺陷多,木材利用率低;色差大,造成外观不美。全竹的地板成本较大,握钉力较差,胶粘性较差,不便安装。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种木材利用率高,成本较低,使用寿命长的装饰地板,即竹木复合地板。
本实用新型的目的由下述技术方案来实现:它由基材及面层组成,其特点是,它以实木或人造板为基材,以竹材为面层,二者经胶合粘接构成。
由于竹材作面层,硬度高,耐磨性好,使用寿命增长。且竹材色差小,自然纹理美观,所以外观非常美,效果好。木质材料作基材,选材要求相对降低,提高了木材利用率,且其握钉力强,便于安装。竹木复合后,总体成本相对降低。
下面结合附图及实施例加以说明:
图1为本实用新型结构示意图。
如图1所示,本实用新型由基材1及面层2组成。基材是以实木为材料,也可以人造板为材料;面层是以竹材为材料;二者经胶合粘接而构成。地板的规格大小可按需制作,基材及面层可以用多条实木或竹条拼粘形成。由于本实用新型规格大小都可按需制作,所以它不仅可用来制作成地板使用,也可以制作成桌面板使用,或其它一些方面使用,其使用范围广。
