凹印卷辊印版体
本实用新型涉及印刷设备中的一个部件,具体说是凹版印刷中的辊筒印版的改进。
随着印刷行业的发展,在凹版印刷中对印刷辊筒的需求也相应地增大。现有印刷辊筒的坯体材料绝大部份是铸造加工的铜锌合金(ZH62),它是通过熔炼浇铸加工而成,所以存在着印刷辊壁厚、重量重,特别是表面粗糙度和密度差,版面不够清晰而影响印刷质量,有些由于密度差,虽经过精加工,但表面缺陷仍存在,造成辊坯表面无法制版。
本实用新型提供一种重量轻,强度高,成本低,适用面广,表面密度高的凹印卷辊印版体。
本实用新型是这样实现的,凹印卷辊印版体是由外体、内胆、内孔、闷套组合而成,外体与内胆是两种不同的金属材料,卷钣焊接后成筒状,经内滚压,确保辊筒的不圆度和不直度使两者紧密结合,内孔两端内安装闷套,闷套与内孔结合后的端面骑缝焊接,使三者更加紧密结合。当辊径较小,长度较短时,用一只或若干只可卸式撑圈支撑辊筒内壁,替代内胆,两端闷套内有圆锥孔与内孔相通。

实施例1:
见图1所示,凹版卷辊印版体是由外体1,内胆2、内孔3、闷套4所组成。外体,是采用表面密度较高的黄铜铜板(H62),内胆选用A3冷轧板,将外体黄铜板和内胆冷轧板卷钣,焊接后成筒状,再采用特殊的内滚压工艺,使外体和内胆两者紧密挤压成一体,不但保证了辊筒的不圆度和不直度,更使原来密度较高的铜板再次提高。卷辊印版体内孔3的两端内按装闷套4,闷套4内有圆锥孔5和内孔3相通,闷套4与内孔结合后的端面骑缝焊接,焊接点6使三者更加紧密结合,见图2所示。经精加工及制版后,本卷辊印版在版面打样机上检测,样张版面很清晰,表面密度远高于铸造铜辊。这种辊体适应大辊径印刷。
实施例2:
见图3所示,凹版卷辊印版体是由外体1,内胆2由撑圈7替代,内孔3,两端闷套4所组成,外体是采用表面密度较高的黄铜铜板(H62),卷钣焊接成筒状,再采用特殊的内滚压工艺,确保辊筒的不圆度和不直度,使原来密度较高的铜板再次提高。内胆选用球墨铸铁为材料的撑圈7,撑圈做成可卸式的,见图4,用锥度螺栓作调节。当卷辊印版体成筒状后,将撑圈7安装在卷辊内壁作刚度支撑,根据卷辊直径和长度的需要,可按装一只或若干只撑圈,确保强度和使用质量,再在内孔3的两端装入闷套4,内有圆锥孔5和内孔3相通,见图3。闷套4与内孔3结合后的端面骑缝焊接。
本凹版卷辊印版体,由于采用独特的制造工艺与铸造铜辊相比,重量轻,质量好,表面密度高,制成的版面清晰,又节约了成本与原材料,适应做各种大小的辊体,经市场调查,深受印刷行业的欢迎。

Claims (3)

1、一种凹印卷辊印版体是由外体[1],内胆[2],内孔[3],闷套[4]等所组成,其特征是,外体[1]与内胆[2]是两种不同的金属材料,卷钣焊接成筒状,经内滚压,两者紧密结合,内孔[3]两端内安装闷套[4],闷套[4]与内孔结合后的端面骑缝焊接。
2、根据权利要求1所述的凹印卷辊印版体,其特征在于,内胆[2]可用一只或若干只可卸式撑圈[7]替代。
3、根据权利要求1所述的凹印卷辊印版体,其特征在于,安装在内孔[3]两端的闷套[4],内有圆锥孔[5]与内孔[3]相通。
