本实用新型涉及逆止阀。解决缩小体积问题。包括有左阀体、右阀体、螺套、膜片阀座及膜片阀;螺套与左阀体螺合,左阀体、右阀体螺套结合成一体;其特征是:于左阀体设有一可容设膜片阀座的腔室;该膜片阀座由骨干构成并形成液流孔及一圆弧面;另设有配合该膜片阀座圆弧面形状的膜片阀;该膜片阀位于利用液体流动压力启、闭膜片阀座的液流孔的前方。用于管道内液体止逆。

逆止阀
本实用新型涉及逆止阀,尤指一种体积小、性能好的逆止阀。
现有逆止阀大都体积较大,如以球状阀芯设于阀腔中,藉液流以启闭的;如以弹簧操控的,其缺点都是需具备较大的腔室,固此体积较大,使安装的位置受到一定限制。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种性能好而又体积较小的逆止阀。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:逆止阀,包括有左阀体、右阀体、螺套、膜片阀座及膜片阀;螺套与左阀体螺合,左阀体、右阀体螺套结合成一体;其特征是:于左阀体设有一可容设膜片阀座的腔室;该膜片阀座由骨干构成并形成液流孔及一圆弧面;另设有配合该膜片阀座圆弧面形状的膜片阀;该膜片阀位于利用液体流动压力启、闭膜片阀座的液流孔的前方。
上述设计,藉左、右阀体、螺套,将膜片阀座与膜片阀叠套在一起,使膜片阀设于膜片阀座内,由液流启、闭膜片阀,从而达到体积小而效果佳的目的。
下面通过附图和实施例再作细述。

如图1、2所示:左阀体1有外螺纹6,可与螺套3的内螺纹7螺合;左、右阀体1、2为有一以对向的环围面8、9互相顶靠,于左阀体1内形成一腔室10(也可以将腔室10设于右阀体2内。)由圈3、4可见:左阀体1有较大的环围面11可为螺套3的内环面12抵靠,于螺套3与左阀体1螺合后,可将左、右阀体紧密结合。为达到止漏效果,于环围面8设有一止漏环槽13并设有一止漏环14。左、右阀体1、2具有共通的共通的孔道15,以便液体进、出。腔室10容设有膜片阀座4,且于左、右阀体1、2结合同时将其固定于内,该膜片阀座4由多个骨干17构成多个液流孔16,且于中央设有一椭圆孔18,又设一圆弧面19,该圆弧面19位于液体孔16的出口侧。膜片阀5由软性材料制成并有配合圆弧面19的形状,一侧有多个波浪状凹凸纹路20,另侧有一隼柱21,可穿过上述膜片阀座4的椭圆孔18,藉以使膜片阀5与膜片阀座4  紧密结合,且使膜片阀5被定位,不致随意转动。当液体以顺向流经逆止阀时,可利用膜片阀5的纹路20使膜片阀5受液体压力而开启液流孔16,使液体流过;当液体反向流动时,液体压力使膜片阀5紧贴于膜片阀座4的圆弧面19,使液流孔15闭合而达到逆止的效果。

Claims (3)

1、逆止阀,包括有左阀体、右阀体、螺套、膜片阀座及膜片阀;螺套与左阀体螺合,左阀体、右阀体螺套结合成一体;其特征是:于左阀体设有一可容设膜片阀座的腔室;该膜片阀座由骨干构成并形成液流孔及一圆弧面;另设有一膜片阀;该膜片阀位于利用液体流动压力启、闭膜片阀座的液流孔的前方。
2、如权利要求1所述的逆止阀,其特征是:膜片阀设有配合膜片阀座的形状。
3、如权利要求1所述的逆止阀,其特征是:膜片阀一侧设有波浪状凹凸纹路。
