In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the technical solutions in the preferred embodiments of the present application will be described in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings in the preferred embodiments of the present application. In the drawings, the same or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar components or components having the same or similar functions throughout. The described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the application. The embodiments described below by referring to the drawings are illustrative and intended to explain the present application and should not be construed as limiting the application. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the application without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the application. Embodiments of the present application will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
In a first aspect, referring to fig. 1 and 2, the present application provides a C-pillar trim positioning structure for a vehicle, the vehicle including a body top panel 400, a body side panel 500, and a coat trim 600, the body top panel 400 being connected to a top of the body side panel 500, the coat trim 600 being connected to at least the body side panel 500; the C-pillar trim positioning structure includes a first trim member 200, a second trim member 300, and a positioning member 100, the first trim member 200 and the second trim member 300 being connected to each other, the first trim member 200 being fixed to the body side panel 500, the second trim member 300 being connected to the coat trim 600.
The positioning member 100 is disposed at the connection between the first decorative plate member 200 and the second decorative plate member 300.
The positioning member 100 includes a lateral positioning section 101 and a longitudinal positioning section 102 that are connected to each other, the lateral positioning section 101 is connected to the connection between the first trim piece 200 and the second trim piece 300, and the longitudinal positioning section 102 abuts against the roof panel 400.
By way of example, by arranging the positioning member 100 at the joint between the first trim member 200 and the second trim member 300, the transverse positioning section 101 of the positioning member 100 is connected with the first trim member 200 or the second trim member 300, and the longitudinal positioning section 102 extends toward the roof panel 400 and abuts against the roof panel 400, so that the positioning member 100 is in direct contact with the roof panel 400 by the arrangement of the longitudinal positioning section 102, and the connection strength between the C-pillar trim panel positioning structure and the roof panel 400 is improved. When the vehicle runs on a bumpy road, under the fluctuation generated by the coat and hat decoration plate 600, the second decoration plate 300 and the vehicle body, the longitudinal positioning section 102 enables the fluctuation influence range to be stopped at the second decoration plate 300, so that the first decoration plate 200 and the vehicle body top plate 400 are always in a safe interval, and abnormal sound possibly generated in the area is eliminated.
When the first trim member 200 and the roof panel 400 with the rear glass mounted thereon are mounted, there is a gap generated by normal mounting between the first trim member 200 and the roof panel 400 when the C-pillar trim positioning structure is not mounted, which results in that the coat trim 600 and the second trim member 300 transmit the fluctuation generated by the vehicle bumping on a bumpy road surface to between the first trim member 200 and the roof panel 400, and interference friction is generated between the first trim member 200 and the roof panel 400 with the rear glass mounted thereon, generating abnormal sound. Therefore, the C-pillar trim panel positioning structure is arranged, so that abnormal sound generated when the vehicle runs on a bumpy road surface is weakened.
For example, referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic structural view of a C-pillar trim positioning structure obtained when viewed from the rear of a vehicle body, in which the front-rear direction of a passenger is defined as the X-direction, the left-right direction of the passenger in the vehicle is defined as the Y-direction, and the up-down direction of the vehicle body is defined as the Z-direction of the vehicle.
As one possible embodiment, the first end of the first trim piece 200 and the second end of the first trim piece 200 are provided with first mounting pieces, respectively, by which the first trim piece 200 is connected with the body side panel 500.
Along the first end of the first decoration plate 200 to the second end of the first decoration plate 200, a plurality of first clamping pieces are arranged at the middle section of the first decoration plate 200.
By way of example, the first trim piece 200 is connected with the vehicle body side plate 500 through the first mounting piece, wherein the first mounting piece may be a positioning pin, and the positioning pin is matched with the positioning hole of the vehicle body side plate 500 to realize the fastening connection of the first trim piece 200 and the vehicle body side plate 500, so that the positioning of the first trim piece 200 and the vehicle body in the Z direction is realized, the movement of the first trim piece 200 in the Z direction of the vehicle body when the vehicle jolts is avoided, and the abnormal sound of the vehicle in the driving process is reduced.
As an achievable embodiment, the second decorative plate 300 is provided with a second clamping piece, and the second decorative plate 300 is clamped with the first clamping piece through the second clamping piece.
The second trim piece 300 is provided with a third clamping piece on one side away from the second clamping piece, and the second trim piece 300 is clamped with the hat trim 600 through the third clamping piece.
For example, a first clamping member is disposed at a middle section of the first decoration plate 200, and a second clamping member disposed on the second decoration plate 300 is clamped with the first clamping member. The second panel 300 is fastened to the coat hanger 600 by the third fastening member, so that the first panel 200 and the second panel 300, and the second panel 300 and the coat hanger 600 are connected. In addition, the first decorative plate 200 and the second decorative plate 300, and the second decorative plate 300 and the coat decorative plate 600 are all in clamping connection, so that the operation is more convenient in the subsequent installation and disassembly processes.
As an achievable embodiment, the first trim piece 200 is provided with a first support rib, one end of which is provided with a first overlap convex portion, and the first overlap convex portion overlaps with the flange of the vehicle body side panel 500.
As an achievable embodiment, the second trim piece 300 is provided with a second support rib, one end of which is provided with a second overlap convex portion overlapping with the flange of the body side panel 500.
For example, when the first trim member 200 is provided with the first supporting rib, during installation of the first trim member 200, the first trim member 200 is fixedly connected with the vehicle body side panel 500 through the first installation member, and the first overlapping protruding portion of the first supporting rib located on the first trim member 200 may overlap with the flange of the vehicle body side panel 500, so that the first supporting rib provides the Y-direction support to the first trim member 200, and the connection strength between the first trim member and the vehicle body side panel 500 is enhanced. Thus, the first brace prevents the first trim piece 200 and the body side panel from rattling in the vehicle Y direction during running of the vehicle.
For example, when the second trim 300 is provided with the second supporting rib, the second overlap protruding portion of the second supporting rib located on the second trim 300 overlaps the flange of the side panel 500 when the second trim 300 is installed, so that the second supporting rib provides the Y-direction support to the second trim 300, and the connection strength between the second trim and the side panel 500 is enhanced. In this way, the second beads can prevent the second trim member 300 and the body side panel 500 from rattling in the vehicle Y direction during running of the vehicle.
As an implementation manner, the first end of the transverse positioning section 101 is connected to the second decorative plate 300, and the second end of the transverse positioning section 101 extends toward the vehicle body side plate 500 with a gap between the second end and the vehicle body side plate 500.
In some embodiments, a first end of the lateral positioning segment 101 is connected to the first trim piece 200 and the longitudinal positioning segment 102 abuts the roof panel 400.
In other embodiments, the first end of the lateral positioning segment 101 is connected to the second trim panel 300, and the longitudinal positioning segment 102 abuts the roof panel 400.
For example, when the first end of the lateral positioning segment 101 is connected to the second trim panel 300, the second end of the lateral positioning segment 101 extends in a direction close to the side panel 500 of the vehicle body, i.e., in the Y direction of the vehicle body, and a gap is provided between the second end of the lateral positioning segment 101 and the C-pillar trim. When the vehicle is subjected to Y-direction shaking, the second decoration plate 300 is subjected to the shaking, and the transverse positioning section 101 of the positioning piece 100 of the C-pillar decoration plate positioning structure is subjected to the shaking and is buffered at a gap away from the side plate 500 of the vehicle body, so that the shaking is weakened, and further the shaking to the Y-direction of the vehicle body is weakened.
As an achievable embodiment, the first end of the longitudinal positioning section 102 is connected to the second end of the transverse positioning section 101, and the second end of the longitudinal positioning section 102 extends toward the roof panel 400 and abuts against the roof panel 400.
For example, the second end of the longitudinal positioning segment 102 may directly abut the roof panel 400; the second end of the longitudinal positioning segment 102 may also be abutted with the roof panel 400 by an elastic member.
In some embodiments, the abutment may be a direct abutment, with a first end of the longitudinal positioning segment 102 connected to the lateral positioning segment 101 and a second end of the longitudinal positioning segment 102 directly abutting the roof panel 400. When the vehicle runs on a bumpy road, the second trim 300 and the coat trim 600 are subjected to vibration caused by the bumpy road, and the second trim 300 transmits the vibration to the positioning member 100, at this time, the transverse positioning section 101 can weaken the vibration of the vehicle body in the Y direction, and the longitudinal positioning section 102 can weaken the vibration of the vehicle body in the Z direction, so that the second trim 300 can be prevented from transmitting the vibration to the first trim 200 and the vehicle body top 400, and abnormal noise caused by friction between the first trim 200 and the vehicle body top 400 can be prevented.
In other embodiments, the abutment may be an elastic abutment, where the first end of the longitudinal positioning segment 102 is connected to the lateral positioning segment 101, and an elastic member is disposed between the second end of the longitudinal positioning segment 102 and the roof panel 400, and the second end of the longitudinal positioning segment 102 abuts against the roof panel 400 through the elastic member. Wherein the elastic member may be a rubber cushion pad. When the vehicle runs on a bumpy road, the second trim 300 and the coat trim 600 are subjected to vibration caused by the bumpy road first, the second trim 300 transmits the vibration to the positioning member 100, at this time, the transverse positioning section 101 can weaken the vibration of the vehicle body in the Y direction, and the longitudinal positioning section 102 and the rubber cushion pad can weaken the vibration of the vehicle body in the Z direction, so that the second trim 300 can be prevented from transmitting the vibration to the first trim 200 and the vehicle body top 400, and abnormal noise caused by friction between the first trim 200 and the vehicle body top 400 is prevented.
Thus, through setting up horizontal location section 101 and vertical location section 102, C post plaque location structure has realized the location in vehicle Y to and Z to, has weakened vehicle Y to and Z to abnormal sound, has avoided the vehicle to produce when jolting the road surface and has moved the abnormal sound of vehicle.
As an achievable embodiment, the side of the longitudinal positioning section 102 near the vehicle body side panel 500 is provided with a plurality of reinforcing ribs, which are disposed along the first end of the longitudinal positioning section 102 to the second end of the longitudinal positioning section 102.
By way of example, when a plurality of reinforcing ribs are provided on the side of the longitudinal direction positioning section 102 that is closer to the vehicle body side panel 500, the strength and rigidity of the longitudinal direction positioning section 102 can be enhanced without increasing the thickness of the longitudinal direction positioning section 102, and in addition, the weight and cost can be reduced.
When the vehicle is in the process of driving on a bumpy road, friction is carried out between the first decoration plate 200 and the coat decoration plate 600, the longitudinal positioning section 102 realizes the effect of supporting and stabilizing in the Z direction of the C column, and the longitudinal positioning section 102 provided with the reinforcing rib structure can avoid the distortion and deformation of the longitudinal positioning section 102 when the longitudinal positioning section 102 receives the external force transmitted by the C column decoration plate, so that the abnormal sound of the C column decoration plate is reduced, and the stability of the C column decoration plate and the peripheral connection is improved.
As an achievable embodiment, the longitudinal positioning section 102 is an arc-shaped member, the longitudinal positioning section 102 is curved toward the vehicle body side plate 500, and the convex surface of the longitudinal positioning section 102 is toward the vehicle body side plate 500.
As another possible embodiment, the longitudinal positioning segment 102 is curved away from the body side panel 500, with the convex surface of the longitudinal positioning segment 102 facing away from the body side panel 500.
In some embodiments, the second end of the lateral positioning segment 101 extends toward the body side panel 500, the first end of the longitudinal positioning segment 102 is connected to the second end of the lateral positioning segment 101, the second segment of the longitudinal positioning segment 102 extends toward the body top panel 400, the longitudinal positioning segment 102 curves toward the body side panel 500 along the first end to the second end of the longitudinal positioning segment 102, and the convex surface of the longitudinal positioning segment 102 faces toward the body side panel 500.
In other embodiments, the second end of the lateral positioning segment 101 extends toward the body side panel 500, the first end of the longitudinal positioning segment 102 is connected to the second end of the lateral positioning segment 101, the second end of the longitudinal positioning segment 102 extends toward the body top panel 400, the longitudinal positioning segment 102 curves away from the body side panel 500 along the first end to the second end of the longitudinal positioning segment 102, and the concave surface of the longitudinal positioning segment 102 faces toward the body side panel 500.
For example, the longitudinal positioning segment 102 may be a columnar structure, wherein a side of the columnar structure remote from the vehicle body side panel 500 is provided as an opening, and an interior of the columnar structure is a hollow structure. One end of the columnar structure is connected with the transverse positioning section 101, and the other end of the columnar structure extends toward the roof panel 400 and abuts against the roof panel 400.
As an achievable embodiment, the transverse positioning section 101 and the longitudinal positioning section 102 are one piece.
As another possible embodiment, the second decorative plate 300 is integral with the positioning member 100.
In some embodiments, the transverse positioning section 101 and the longitudinal positioning section 102 are integrated, and the transverse positioning section 101 and the longitudinal positioning section 102 are designed into an integrated structure through injection molding, so that the structural strength of the positioning piece 100 can be improved, and the connection precision of the transverse positioning section 101 and the longitudinal positioning section 102 can be improved.
In other embodiments, the second decoration plate and the positioning member 100 are integrated, and the second decoration plate and the positioning member 100 are designed into an integrated structure through injection molding, so that the structural strength of the second decoration plate 300 in the C-pillar decoration plate can be improved, and the connection precision of the second decoration plate 300 and the positioning can be improved.
In addition, the second trim 300 and the positioning member 100 are provided as one piece by injection molding, and the C-pillar trim production efficiency can be improved.
In a second aspect, the present application provides a vehicle comprising a body top panel 400, a body side panel 500, a coat tile 600, an a-pillar tile, a B-pillar tile, and a C-pillar tile locating structure; the body top panel 400 is attached to the top of the body side panel 500, and the coat trim 600 is attached to at least the body side panel 500; the A-pillar trim, B-pillar trim, and C-pillar trim positioning structures are all connected with the body side panel 500.
For example, the vehicle has a pillar a, a pillar B, and a pillar C sequentially from the front end to the rear end, and the pillar a, pillar B, and pillar C trim positioning structures are all connected with the body side panel 500. For the body structure of the vehicle, the C pillar is one of the main skeletons of the rear structure of the whole vehicle body, and in the region of the C pillar at the rear end, the roof panel 400 is attached to the top of the body side panel 500, and the coat trim 600 is attached at least to the body side panel 500; c post plaque location structure is connected with automobile body curb plate and automobile body roof respectively, through setting up C post plaque location structure, can improve C post region because the abnormal sound that the road surface jolted, reduces vibration, noise reduction improves the travelling comfort of taking.
