Abstract

Description

一种电风扇。
现有的电风扇都使用螺旋式风机,故不能同时向周围排风,机械效率也低。
本新型的目的是提供一种可以同时向周围排风,机械效率又高的电风扇。
为了实现上述目的,本新型公开了一种新的电风扇结构,它包括底座、电机和离心机;其特征是离心机的外壳和叶轮连为一体,中心的吸气口向上,周围是排风口。这样就形成了一个上、下两部分外壳由中间的叶片连为一体的叶轮。这种叶轮和电机一起都成竖直方向装配。当这种叶轮随电机一起转动的时候,产生有效的离心力,空气从叶轮上方进入向周围排出,从而实现向周围同时排风的目的。这种离心机没有吸气管、排气管和摇头装置的阻力。
因上述离心机是一个周围都是排风口的离心式叶轮,故可以同时向周围排风,无需摇头装置,而现有的螺旋式风机在同一时间里只能向一个方向排风。这种离心机因没有吸气管、排气管和摇头装置的阻力和蜗壳式离心机相比机械效率要高得多,比螺旋式风机更高。

在附图中:电机1,固定在底座2上;底座是金属体,如使用塑料需在底部加装一个约1公斤重的金属圈,以保持底座的稳定,这一点在附图中没有标出。网罩3,它在附图中只是一条示意线,它和其他电风扇的网罩一样,只是要求对空气的阻力更小一些。底座和网罩结合处4,可以装卸;叶片5,叶轮6,固定在电机轴上,并和电机成竖直方向装配,它的中心是吸气口7,直径约为叶轮直径的38%,叶轮的周围是排风口8,叶轮上、下两部分结合处9,因叶轮各部分重量要求均匀,不宜“吹塑”,需分上、下两部分成形,然后粘合为一体。这种叶轮在随电机一起转动的时候,可产生有效的离心力,致使空气从上方进入向周围不断的排出,从而实现同时不断向周围排风的目的。
