As a preferred embodiment (see fig. 1), the longitudinal dimension of the water collection tank top opening is the same as the longitudinal dimension of the bottom opening of the main body portion of the bin body, the transverse dimension is larger than the transverse dimension of the main body portion of the bin body, the front and rear sides of the water collection tank top opening are connected (usually in a sealed connection, for example, continuous welding) with the front and rear sides of the main body portion of the bin body, the left and right sides of the water collection tank top opening are respectively laterally outside the left and right sides of the main body portion of the bin body, thereby forming openings 13 exposed from the left and right sides of the bin body, and in the case of a door curtain composed of door curtain strips, a small amount of water can flow down along the outer surfaces of the door curtain strips and/or the front and rear walls (door opening edge portions of the front and rear walls) of the main body portion of the bin body, or a small amount of water drops from the door opening slit, or water drops from the workpiece/turntable fall into the water collection tank from the water collection tank openings exposed from the left and right sides of the bin body, and the width of the water collection tank openings exposed from the left and right sides of the bin body is set as actually needed according to the transverse dimension of the width of the water collection tank opening.
The bottom of the water collecting tank is provided with a water outlet (pipe orifice) 17, the water outlet is provided with a water discharge valve, and after the water discharge valve is opened, water in the water collecting tank can be discharged from the water outlet.
The water collecting tank is provided with a water level gauge for sensing/displaying the water level in the water collecting tank, the water level gauge can adopt a vertical water level pipe with two ends respectively communicated with the water collecting tank, and can also adopt a water level sensor in a proper form or adopt the two water level gauges simultaneously. The water collecting condition (water level) in the water collecting tank can be checked or automatically detected through a manual (when a water level pipe is adopted) or an automatic control device (a water level sensor), and the drainage of the drain valve is controlled according to actual needs.
According to practice, a drain pipe is connected to the drain port, and the discharged sewage (washing liquid after washing) is introduced into a corresponding collection/treatment facility.
The conveying mechanism is exposed from the left side and the right side or one side of the bin body so as to carry out related operations such as workpiece installation and disassembly on the outer surface of the bin body, two (or more) rotary tables can be installed on the conveying mechanism, and when one rotary table enters the cleaning station to clean the workpiece, the other rotary table (or more) is positioned at the disassembly station outside the bin body so as to synchronously disassemble and install the workpiece.
Based on the working requirement, the conveying mechanism can adopt a reciprocating motion mode, so that the turntable is always positioned in the top plane area of the conveying mechanism (chain transmission mechanism).
The front and back sides of the turntable substrate can be provided with side guide rails 28, the inner sides of the side guide rails are provided with V-shaped sliding grooves with inward openings, the front of the turntable substrate is provided with V-shaped sliding grooves with two ends corresponding to the V-shaped sliding grooves on the corresponding side guide rails, the V-shaped sliding grooves extend into the corresponding V-shaped sliding grooves to be in sliding fit with the corresponding V-shaped sliding grooves, and therefore the turntable substrate can not move longitudinally nor vertically or only move transversely through the side guide rails on the front and back sides, and stability of movement of the turntable is guaranteed. The groove walls of the V-shaped sliding grooves on the side guide rails are inclined planes, the surfaces of the base plates (end parts) matched with the V-shaped sliding grooves are inclined planes, liquid entering the V-shaped sliding grooves can flow downwards along the inclined planes, and the turntable base plates can also effectively scrape sediment on the inner walls of the V-shaped sliding grooves in the sliding process, so that the sediment of dirt in the sliding grooves in the washing environment is avoided. The side guide rail can be fixedly arranged on the bin body or fixedly arranged on a rack matched with the bin body.
A nozzle device is required to be arranged in a matched way. Any suitable prior art technique may be used for the nozzle arrangement. As a preferred embodiment, a nozzle device capable of swinging up and down and horizontally may be used. For example, a two-dimensional swing sliding table is arranged on a nozzle base, the two-dimensional swing sliding table comprises a first swing sliding table and a second swing sliding table, the swing angle directions of the first swing sliding table and the second swing sliding table are mutually perpendicular, one of the two swing sliding tables is a horizontal swing sliding table, the swing arm of the two swing sliding table swings relative to the swing mode of the base of the two swing sliding table, the other swing arm of the two swing sliding table swings relative to the swing mode of the base of the two swing sliding table, the base of the first swing sliding table is fixedly connected to the swing arm of the second swing sliding table, the base of the second swing sliding table forms the base of the two-dimensional swing sliding table, the base of the second swing sliding table is fixedly connected with the base of the nozzle device into a whole (including the base of the second swing sliding table is directly used as the base of the nozzle device, or the base of the second swing sliding table and the base of the nozzle device adopt the same piece), and the swing arm of the first swing sliding table forms the output side swing arm of the two-dimensional swing sliding table. The nozzle is fixedly arranged on an output side swing arm (a swing arm of the first swing sliding table) of the two-dimensional swing sliding table, so that the nozzle can be driven to swing vertically and horizontally through the two-dimensional swing sliding table to change the flushing direction (water spraying direction).
The nozzles can be equipped with a liquid supply (washing liquid) system and corresponding control devices according to the prior art.
The Qingxi bin can be applied to industrial cleaning equipment and can take a rack of the industrial cleaning equipment as a mounting base. Any suitable form of rack may be used as a mounting base for the other parts (including the other parts in the cleaning apparatus), with corresponding formations (including corresponding connectors/brackets fixedly attached to the body of the rack, etc.) being provided in accordance with the mounting requirements of the other parts.

Claims (10)

1. 5. A cleaning bin with an external rotary table driving device according to claim 3, wherein the door curtain is a double-layer door curtain and consists of two layers of door curtains, and door curtain strips of the two layers of door curtains are mutually staggered in the longitudinal direction.
6. The externally mounted cleaning bin for a turntable driving device according to claim 1, wherein the main body portion of the bin body is provided with a transparent viewing window.
7. The externally-arranged cleaning chamber of the turret driving device according to claim 6, wherein the observation windows are provided on the front side or the front and rear sides of the main body portion of the chamber body.
8. The external cleaning bin of the turntable driving device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the water collecting tank is in a table shape with a large upper part and a small lower part.
9. The externally mounted cleaning bin of claim 8 wherein the bottom end of the sump has a drain port and the drain port has a drain valve.

The external cleaning bin of claim 9, wherein the longitudinal dimension of the water collection tank top opening is the same as the longitudinal dimension of the bottom opening of the main body portion of the bin body, the transverse dimension is greater than the transverse dimension of the main body portion of the bin body, the front and rear sides of the water collection tank top opening are connected to the front and rear sides of the main body portion of the bin body, and the left and right sides of the water collection tank top opening are respectively laterally outside the left and right sides of the main body portion of the bin body, thereby forming openings exposed from the left and right sides of the bin body.
