For vehicles, a trunk is generally arranged, and the vehicle trunk is used as a storage space for storing travel articles and the like carried by drivers and passengers, so that convenience of life is improved; in addition, the trunk of the vehicle can store spare parts or maintenance tools of the vehicle, such as spare tires or tire changing tools, so as to facilitate maintenance when the vehicle breaks down.
Vehicle trunk carpets are also commonly installed in vehicle trunk. The vehicle trunk carpet can separate the space in the vehicle trunk, travel articles carried by general drivers and passengers are placed above the vehicle trunk carpet, spare parts of the vehicle or maintenance tools and the like are placed below the trunk carpet, and accordingly the appearance in the trunk can be kept smooth and attractive.
In order to facilitate the access to spare parts or maintenance tools, the different parts of the trunk carpet of the vehicle can also generally rotate relative to each other. In order to smooth the relative rotation between the different parts of the vehicle trunk carpet, a turnover structure of the vehicle trunk carpet is generally provided between the different parts of the vehicle trunk carpet.
However, the overturning structure of the trunk carpet of the vehicle in the related art has the disadvantages of complex structure, difficult assembly, easy generation of abnormal sound and the like. For example, in some related art, a turnover structure of a trunk carpet of a vehicle is provided as a torsion spring rotating mechanism, parts of the mechanism are more, assembly requirements for related parts are higher, and friction between parts is easy to generate abnormal sound when the vehicle runs.
In view of this, embodiments of the present application provide a rollover structure of a trunk carpet of a vehicle. Specifically, referring to fig. 1 and 2, the turnover structure 1 of a trunk carpet of a vehicle includes a first mounting portion 11, a second mounting portion 12, and a connecting member 13. Wherein the first mounting portion 11 is for fixed connection to a first portion 21 of a trunk carpet of a vehicle; the second mounting portion 12 is for secure connection to a second portion 22 of a vehicle trunk carpet; the connecting member 13 has deformability, and opposite ends of the connecting member 13 are connected to the first mounting portion 11 and the second mounting portion 12, respectively. The first mounting portion 11, the second mounting portion 12, and the connector 13 are integrally formed.
The first mounting portion 11 and the second mounting portion 12 may be rotated relative to each other by the connector 13, and the first portion 21 of the vehicle trunk carpet and the second portion 22 of the vehicle trunk carpet may be rotated relative to each other by the connector 13.
In the embodiment of the present application, the specific shapes of the first mounting portion 11, the second mounting portion 12, and the connecting member 13 are not limited, and may be adaptively set according to the specific mounting position of the turnover structure 1 of the vehicle trunk carpet on the vehicle trunk carpet 2. For example, the first mounting portion 11 and the second mounting portion 12 may be provided in a semicircular shape; in addition, the first mounting portion 11 and the second mounting portion 12 may be provided in a rectangular parallelepiped shape or a square shape. Meanwhile, the connection member 13 may be provided in a cylindrical shape, a belt shape, or the like. In addition, in the embodiment of the present application, the shapes of the first mounting portion 11 and the second mounting portion 12 may be set to be the same, or the shapes of the first mounting portion 11 and the second mounting portion 12 may be set to be different according to the mounting characteristics of the first mounting portion 11 and the second mounting portion 12, in particular, on the trunk carpet 2 of the vehicle.
In addition, in the present embodiment, the manner of connecting the first mounting portion 11 to the first portion 21 of the vehicle trunk carpet is not limited, and the first mounting portion 11 may be fixedly connected to the first portion 21 of the vehicle trunk carpet by fastening, riveting, or bonding, for example. Similarly, the second mounting portion 12 may be fixedly attached to the second portion 22 of the vehicle trunk carpet by means of a fastener connection, a rivet connection, an adhesive connection, or the like.
The opposite ends of the connecting member 13 refer to the opposite ends of the connecting member 13 facing in opposite directions, respectively. For example, the relatively rotatable portions of the trunk carpet 2 are generally disposed in the front-rear direction of the vehicle, and for this purpose, the opposite ends of the link 13 refer to the end of the link 13 corresponding to the front portion of the vehicle and the end corresponding to the rear portion of the vehicle, respectively.
On the basis, in the embodiment of the application, the connecting piece 13 has deformability, and the first mounting part 11 and the second mounting part 12 can realize relative rotation through the connecting piece 13. After the first mounting portion 11 is fixedly connected to the first portion 21 of the vehicle trunk carpet and the second mounting portion 12 is fixedly connected to the second portion 22 of the vehicle trunk carpet, the first portion 21 of the vehicle trunk carpet and the second portion 22 of the vehicle trunk carpet are also capable of relative rotation via the connecting member 13.
In the embodiment of the present application, the deformation capability of the connector 13 is not limited. Illustratively, the setting may be adapted according to the use scenario of the trunk carpet, in particular, in case the magnitude of the relative rotation between the first portion 21 of the trunk carpet and the second portion 22 of the trunk carpet is large, the deformability of the connection 13 may be set large; in the case of a smaller amplitude of the relative rotation between the first part of the trunk carpet and the second part 22 of the trunk carpet of the vehicle, the deformability of the connecting piece 13 can be set smaller.
In addition, in the embodiment of the present application, the first mounting portion 11, the second mounting portion 12 and the connecting member 13 are integrally formed, that is, the first mounting portion 11, the second mounting portion 12 and the connecting member 13 are integrally formed, and there is no connection structure between the first mounting portion 11 and the connecting member 13 of the second mounting portion 12, that is, there is no assembly relationship between the first mounting portion 11, the second mounting portion 12 and the connecting member 13. In this way, the product quality of the turnover structure 1 of the vehicle trunk carpet can be improved, and the reliability of the turnover structure 1 of the vehicle trunk carpet can also be improved.
Thus, with the above arrangement, in the turnover structure 1 of the vehicle trunk carpet provided in the embodiment of the present application, the first mounting portion 11 is for being fixedly connected to the first portion 21 of the vehicle trunk carpet, and the second mounting portion 12 is for being fixedly connected to the second portion of the trunk carpet, so that the first portion 21 of the vehicle trunk carpet and the second portion 22 of the vehicle trunk carpet can be relatively rotated by the connecting member 13. Meanwhile, in the embodiment of the application, the first installation part 11, the second installation part 12 and the connecting piece 13 are arranged into an integrated structure, so that the structure of the turnover structure 1 of the vehicle trunk carpet provided by the embodiment of the application is simple, the turnover structure 1 of the vehicle trunk carpet is not required to be assembled, and the turnover structure 1 of the vehicle trunk carpet can be conveniently installed to the vehicle trunk carpet 2. In addition, as the turnover structure 1 of the vehicle trunk carpet provided by the embodiment of the application is of an integrated structure, parts which can move relatively are not provided, and abnormal sound can be avoided.
In addition, in the embodiment of the present application, the material of the overturn structure 1 of the vehicle trunk carpet is not limited either, and the overturn structure 1 of the vehicle trunk carpet may be provided as a plastic material or a rubber material, for example. For different materials, different molding processes can be adopted to produce the turnover structure 1 of the vehicle trunk carpet in the embodiment of the application.
Illustratively, in some embodiments of the present application, the rollover structure 1 of a vehicle trunk carpet is provided as a rubber material. For this, a molding process such as compression molding and extrusion molding may be employed.
In addition, in other embodiments of the present application, the rollover structure 1 of the trunk carpet of the vehicle is provided as a plastic material. For this, molding processes such as injection molding and extrusion molding may be employed.
It should be noted that, in order to ensure the connection member 13 has a deformability, the overturning structure 1 of the vehicle trunk carpet provided in the embodiment of the present application may be further made of a plastic material having a deformability, for example, polyamide (PA). The polyamide is commonly called nylon, has the characteristics of toughness, wear resistance, oil resistance and water resistance, has the characteristics of good elasticity and high impact strength, and is relatively suitable for manufacturing the turnover structure 1 of the vehicle trunk carpet in the embodiment of the application.
On this basis, in some embodiments of the present application, the first mounting portion 11, the second mounting portion 12, and the connecting member 13 may be formed as a unitary structure by an injection molding process.
The overturning structure 1 of the vehicle trunk carpet in the embodiment of the application is manufactured by adopting an injection molding process, the shape and the size of the overturning structure 1 of the vehicle trunk carpet are not required, and the overturning structures 1 of the vehicle trunk carpet with different shapes and sizes can be manufactured by adaptively modifying injection molds, so that the overturning structure 1 of the vehicle trunk carpet in the embodiment of the application can be manufactured conveniently.
In addition, in order to make the structure of the turnover structure 1 of the trunk carpet of the vehicle as simple as possible, referring to fig. 1, in some embodiments of the present application, the first mounting portion 11 and the second mounting portion 12 are provided in the same shape, and the first mounting portion 11 and the second mounting portion 12 are provided to be symmetrical with respect to the center line of the line between the first mounting portion 11 and the second mounting portion 12. The connection line between the first mounting portion 11 and the second mounting portion 12 refers to a connection line between corresponding portions of the first mounting portion 11 and the second mounting portion 12, for example, a connection line between a center position of the first mounting portion 11 and a center position of the second mounting portion 12. Thus, there is a center line in the line between the first mounting portion 11 and the second mounting portion 12, and the first mounting portion 11 and the second mounting portion 12 are symmetrically disposed about the center line.
Meanwhile, for convenience of description, a portion of the first mounting portion 11 connected to the connection member 13 may be referred to as a first connection portion 111, and a portion of the second mounting portion 12 connected to the connection member 13 may be referred to as a second connection portion 121.
Referring to fig. 1, in some embodiments of the present application, the first connection portion 111 and the second connection portion 121 are also symmetrically disposed about the center line of the line between the first mounting portion 11 and the second mounting portion 12, in addition to the first mounting portion 11 and the second mounting portion 12 being symmetrically disposed about the center line of the line between the first mounting portion 11 and the second mounting portion 12.
Like this, through above-mentioned setting, can make the structure of the flip structure 1 of vehicle trunk carpet that this application embodiment provided more regular, the convenience makes the flip structure 1 of vehicle trunk carpet. Moreover, by the arrangement, the installation of the turnover structure 1 of the vehicle trunk carpet can be enabled to have no directivity requirement, and the installation of the turnover structure 1 of the vehicle trunk carpet onto the vehicle trunk carpet 2 is also facilitated.
In addition, in some embodiments of the present application, the first mounting portion 11 and the second mounting portion 12 are each configured to be connected to the first portion 21 of the vehicle trunk carpet and the second portion 22 of the vehicle trunk carpet by fasteners.
Specifically, referring to fig. 1, at least two mounting holes 14 are provided in each of the first mounting portion 11 and the second mounting portion 12, and the mounting holes 14 may be used to fixedly connect the first mounting portion 11 and the second mounting portion 12 to the first portion 21 of the vehicle trunk carpet and the second portion 22 of the vehicle trunk carpet.
In the present embodiment, the number of the mounting holes 14 in the first mounting portion 11 is not limited, and may be two or more. Similarly, in the present embodiment, the number of the mounting holes 14 in the second mounting portion 12 is not limited, and may be two or more.
Meanwhile, in the embodiment of the present application, the shape of the mounting hole 14 is not limited, and the mounting hole 14 may be provided as an elongated hole for example in order to provide the tilting structure 1 of the trunk carpet of the vehicle with an adjustment space with respect to the trunk carpet 2 of the vehicle.
In this way, the first mounting portion 11 and the second mounting portion 12 can be fixedly connected to the first portion 21 of the vehicle trunk carpet and the second portion 22 of the vehicle trunk carpet, respectively, by the above-described mounting holes 14 by the fasteners, and the roll-over structure 1 of the vehicle trunk carpet can be mounted easily. The number of the mounting holes 14 on the first mounting portion 11 and the second mounting portion 12 is set to be at least two, so that the first mounting portion 11 and the second mounting portion 12 can be prevented from rotating relative to the vehicle trunk carpet 2, the connection effectiveness between the first mounting portion 11 and the first portion 21 of the vehicle trunk carpet is ensured, and the connection effectiveness between the second mounting portion 12 and the second portion 22 of the vehicle trunk carpet is ensured. In addition, when the vehicle trunk carpet 2 or the turnover structure 1 of the vehicle trunk carpet is damaged, the vehicle trunk carpet 2 or the turnover structure 1 of the vehicle trunk carpet is also convenient to replace, and maintainability is improved.
On this basis, referring to fig. 1, in some embodiments of the present application, on the basis of symmetrically arranging the first mounting portion 11 and the second mounting portion 12 with respect to the center line of the line between the first mounting portion 11 and the second mounting portion 12, the mounting holes 14 on the first mounting portion 11 and the mounting holes 14 on the second mounting portion 12 are also symmetrically arranged with respect to the center line of the line between the first mounting portion 11 and the second mounting portion 12.
Therefore, the structure rule of the turnover structure 1 of the vehicle trunk carpet provided by the embodiment of the application can be further made, and the turnover structure 1 of the vehicle trunk carpet can be conveniently manufactured. In addition, by the arrangement, the overturning structure 1 of the vehicle trunk carpet can be installed without directivity requirement, and the overturning structure 1 of the vehicle trunk carpet can be installed on the vehicle trunk carpet 2 more conveniently.
In addition, referring to fig. 1, in some embodiments of the present application, both the first mounting portion 11 and the second mounting portion 12 are provided in a rectangular parallelepiped structure. Further, in the case where the first mounting portion 11 and the second mounting portion 12 have a rectangular parallelepiped structure, the first mounting portion 11 and the second mounting portion 12 each include a side surface formed long and high and a side surface formed long and wide.
In this regard, in some embodiments of the present application, opposite ends of the connection member 13 are connected to the long and high formed side surfaces of the first mounting portion 11 and the long and high formed side surfaces of the second mounting portion 12, respectively. And, the long and wide formed side surfaces of the first mounting portion 11 and the long and wide formed side surfaces of the second mounting portion 12 are used to connect with the first portion 21 of the vehicle trunk carpet and the second portion 22 of the vehicle trunk carpet, respectively.
In this way, in the turnover structure 1 of a vehicle trunk carpet provided in the embodiment of the present application, the largest sides of the first rectangular mounting portion 11 and the second rectangular mounting portion 12 are used to be connected with the first portion 21 of the vehicle trunk carpet and the second portion 22 of the vehicle trunk carpet, respectively, so that the contact area between the first mounting portion 11 of the turnover structure 1 of the vehicle trunk carpet and the first portion 21 of the vehicle trunk carpet and the contact area between the second mounting portion 12 of the turnover structure 1 of the vehicle trunk carpet and the second portion of the trunk carpet can be increased, and thus the contact stress of the first mounting portion 11 and the second mounting portion 12 can be reduced, and the effectiveness of the connection between the first mounting portion 11 and the second mounting portion 12 and the vehicle trunk carpet 2 can be improved.
On the basis of this, in the present embodiment, the connection member 13 is also provided in a belt-like structure. Here, the connecting member 13 is provided in a band-like structure, and the deformability of the connecting member 13 can be improved while ensuring the connecting action of the connecting member 13.
Meanwhile, referring to fig. 1, the dimension of the connector 13 in the length direction of the first mounting portion 11 is also set smaller than the length of the first mounting portion 11. Thus, on the basis of ensuring the connection effect of the connecting piece 13, the material required by the connecting piece 13 is reduced, so that the turnover structure 1 of the vehicle trunk carpet provided by the embodiment of the application can save cost.
On this basis, the embodiment of the present application also provides a vehicle trunk carpet assembly, and referring to fig. 2, the vehicle trunk carpet assembly includes a vehicle trunk carpet 2 and the overturning structure 1 of the vehicle trunk carpet provided by the foregoing embodiment.
Specifically, the vehicle trunk carpet 2 includes a first portion 21 of the vehicle trunk carpet and a second portion 22 of the vehicle trunk carpet, the first mounting portion 11 of the turnover structure 1 of the vehicle trunk carpet is fixedly connected to the first portion 21 of the vehicle trunk carpet, and the second mounting portion 12 of the turnover structure 1 of the vehicle trunk carpet is fixedly connected to the second portion 22 of the vehicle trunk carpet. Since the connecting piece 13 of the vehicle trunk carpet 2 has a deformability, the first portion 21 of the vehicle trunk carpet and the second portion 22 of the vehicle trunk carpet can be rotated relatively by the tilting structure 1 of the vehicle trunk carpet.
In the present embodiment, the first portion 21 of the trunk carpet and the second portion 22 of the trunk carpet are not limited, and may be any two different portions that can be rotated relative to each other. For example, for the vehicle trunk carpet 2, a side near the front of the vehicle may be provided for shielding a gap between the vehicle seat and the floor, and a side near the rear of the vehicle may be provided to be rotatable with respect to the front of the vehicle trunk carpet 2 to facilitate taking and placing of spare parts or tools stored under the vehicle trunk carpet 2. For this, a portion of the vehicle trunk carpet 2 on a side near the front of the vehicle may be referred to as a first portion 21 of the vehicle trunk carpet, and a portion of the trunk carpet on a side near the rear of the vehicle may be referred to as a second portion 22 of the vehicle trunk carpet. Of course, the vehicle trunk carpet 2 may be otherwise divided into the first portion 21 of the vehicle trunk carpet and the second portion 22 of the vehicle trunk carpet, which is not limited by the embodiment of the present application.
On this basis, in order to increase the effectiveness of the connection between the first portion 21 of the vehicle trunk carpet and the second portion 22 of the vehicle trunk carpet. Referring to fig. 2, in some embodiments of the present application, a vehicle trunk carpet assembly includes at least two vehicle trunk carpet turndown structures 1, and the two vehicle trunk carpet turndown structures 1 are spaced along a rotational axis of relative rotation of a first portion 21 of the vehicle trunk carpet and a second portion 22 of the vehicle trunk carpet.
In the embodiment of the present application, the number of the turnover structures 1 of the trunk carpet included in the trunk carpet assembly is not limited, and the number of the turnover structures 1 of the trunk carpet may be set to two or more. In addition, by arranging the turnover structure 1 of the vehicle trunk carpet at intervals along the rotation axis of the relative rotation of the first portion 21 of the vehicle trunk carpet and the second portion 22 of the vehicle trunk carpet, the first portion 21 of the vehicle trunk carpet and the second portion 22 of the vehicle trunk carpet can be smoothly rotated relative to each other by the turnover structure 1 of the vehicle trunk carpet.
In addition, seats on some vehicles are provided independently and can be laid down individually.
