Description

本实用新型涉及对汽车用转数传感装置的改进。
现行的汽车用转数传感装置由带有若干个永久磁铁(多时可达数十个)的磁码盘随传动轴旋转,当磁铁从磁感应元件前转过时,磁感应元件发出感应信号。由于使用多个磁铁,不仅制造工艺复杂,且因磁铁的磁性不均或加工、装配时误差导致失真,从而降低了传感装置的工作可靠性。
本实用新型的任务是设计一种制造工艺简单,工作可靠的汽车用转数传感装置。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是这种汽车用转数传感装置包括壳体、传动轴、磁感应元件、磁铁,磁铁安装在固定不旋转的壳体上,在磁铁与磁感应元件间有能与传动轴一起转动的隔磁板,隔磁板沿园周开有与传感角度相适应数量的通孔或通槽,通孔与通槽的设置是能使磁铁的磁力线穿过隔磁板的通孔或通槽作用于磁感应元件上。
本实用新型的优点和积极效果:采用固定磁铁和隔磁板代替多个旋转磁铁,大大简化了制造工艺,隔磁板上的一个孔代替原来的一个磁铁,且各孔处的导磁率相同,这就避免了各个磁铁的磁性不均或个别磁铁磁性丧失而带来传感装置工作失误,提高了汽车用转数传感装置的工作可靠性,同时也降低了汽车用转数传感装置的制造成本。

实施例:
下面结合附图对本实用新型作详细说明。
由壳体、传动轴、磁感应元件、磁铁、隔磁板组成的汽车用转数传感装置,一个永久磁铁(5)固定在壳体(6)上,也可以安装在壳体(1)上,由导磁材料电工纯铁或普通碳钢制成,带有通孔(7)或通槽(8)的隔磁板(4)用紧固联接固定在传动轴(2)上,隔磁板(4)也可用螺钉或铆钉与传动轴(2)相联接,隔磁板(4)也可与传动轴(2)做成一体,隔磁板(4)上的通孔(7)或通槽(8)的设置是能使磁铁(5)的磁力线穿过隔磁板(4)的通孔(7)或通槽(8)作用于磁感应元件(3)上。
汽车用转数传感装置的工作过程是:传动轴(2)与需测转数的轴连接而被带动时,隔磁板(4)在磁感应元件(3)与永久磁铁(5)之间转过,隔磁板(4)上未开孔或槽的实体部份经过其间时,磁铁(5)之磁力线被隔磁板(4)旁路,磁力线不能到达磁感应元件(3)上,隔磁板(4)的孔(7)或槽(8)经过其间时,磁铁(5)的磁力线穿过隔磁板(4)的孔(7)或槽(8)而作用于磁感应元件(3)上,使其发生相应的转角信号。
上面介绍了本实用新型构思的基本结构,属于本实用新型的构思不局限于此,例如磁感应元件也可以固定在与壳体紧固联接的零件上,永久磁铁的形式可以是各种各样的,也可以不是一个而是若干个,这些都是本实用新型的同类产品。

1、一种汽车用转数传感装置包括壳体、传动轴、磁感应元件、磁铁,其特征在于磁铁安装在固定不旋转的壳体上,在磁铁与磁感应元件间有能与传动轴一起转动的隔磁板,隔磁板沿园周开有与传感角度相适应数量的通孔或通槽,通孔与通槽的设置是能使磁铁的磁力线穿过隔磁板的通孔或通槽作用于磁感应元件上。
2、根据权利要求1所述的汽车用转数传感装置其特征在于磁铁(5)是永久磁铁。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的汽车用转数传感装置其特征在于磁铁(5)固定在安装壳体(6)或壳体(1)上。
4、根据权利要求1所述的汽车用转数传感装置,其特征在于隔磁板(4)由导磁材料电工纯铁或普通碳钢制成。
5、根据权利要求1或4所述的汽车用转数传感装置其特征在于隔磁板(4)与传动轴(2)是紧固联接。
