1. A mask, characterized in that the mask comprises a mask body and an adjusting device, wherein the adjusting device is connected to one side of the mask body;
the adjusting device comprises a coil spring, a head band, a first shell and a second shell; the first shell and the second shell are connected to form a containing cavity, the coil spring and part of the headband are positioned in the containing cavity, the first shell is connected to one side of the mask body, the headband is wound on the coil spring, and one end of the headband is connected with the coil spring;
the first shell and/or the second shell are/is provided with a notch, the other end of the headband extends out of the notch, and the other end of the headband is connected to the other side of the mask body;
under the condition that the headband between the notch and the other side of the mask body is stressed, one end of the headband is driven by the coil spring to move, so that the length of the headband between the notch and the other side of the mask body is changed.
2. The mask of claim 1 wherein the adjustment means further comprises a coil spring disc and a brake;
the coil spring disc is positioned in the accommodating cavity, the coil spring disc is provided with a first surface and a second surface which are opposite, the first surface is provided with a mounting column, the second surface is provided with a rotating shaft, the coil spring is sleeved on the mounting column, the mounting column is rotationally connected with the inner wall of the first shell, and the rotating shaft is rotationally connected with the inner wall of the second shell;
the braking piece is arranged on the first shell or the second shell, part of the braking piece is positioned in the accommodating cavity, and the braking piece is used for being clamped with the coil spring disc so as to stop the rotation of the coil spring disc.
3. The mask of claim 2, wherein the coil spring disc is provided with a snap feature in a circumferential direction of the coil spring disc, and wherein the detent is adapted to snap with the snap feature to block rotation of the coil spring disc.

A mask according to claim 3, wherein a plurality of snap teeth are provided on the coiler plate in a circumferential direction of the coiler plate, the plurality of snap teeth forming the snap structure, the detent being for snap engagement with the snap teeth to block rotation of the coiler plate;
or, a plurality of clamping grooves are formed in the coil spring disc along the circumferential direction of the coil spring disc, the clamping grooves form the clamping structure, and the braking piece is used for being embedded in one clamping groove so as to block the rotation of the coil spring disc.
5. The mask of claim 4, wherein the brake is provided with a limiting tooth for the engaging tooth to engage, or wherein the brake is provided with a limiting boss for being inserted into the engaging groove.
6. The mask of claim 4, wherein the detent comprises a first detent button, a first connecting rod, and a first detent lever, the first detent button being connected to the first connecting rod, the first connecting rod being connected to one end of the first detent lever;

when the second brake key is at the first position, the protrusion is embedded into the groove, the elastic piece is in a compressed state, and the other end of the second brake rod is abutted with the clamping structure so as to lock the coil spring disc; and under the condition that the second brake key is positioned at a second position, the protrusion is separated from the groove, the elastic piece is positioned at an initial state, and the other end of the second brake lever is separated from the clamping structure so as to release the locking of the coil spring disc.
9. The mask of claim 1, wherein the coil spring is provided with a snap-in strip, one end of the headband is provided with a through hole, and the snap-in strip is threaded through the through hole to connect the coil spring with one end of the headband.
10. The mask of claim 1, wherein the adjustment device further comprises a connecting strap having one end connected to the first housing and the other end connected to the mask body.
