To facilitate driving the pushing member 72 to move along the second direction, in some embodiments, the body 1 includes a second mounting plate 13 disposed on a side of the baffle 11 facing away from the supporting plate 31, the first driving assembly 71 includes a first driving motor 711, a first driving belt 712, and two first driving wheels 713, the two first driving wheels 713 are disposed on the second mounting plate 13 at intervals along the second direction, the first driving belt 712 surrounds the two first driving wheels 713, a motor bracket of the first driving motor 711 may be fixedly connected with the second mounting plate 13, an output shaft of the first driving motor 711 may be in driving connection with one of the first driving wheels 713, the pushing member 72 is fixedly connected with the first driving belt 712, and when the pushing member 72 is required to push the movable clamping plate 43 away from the fixed clamping plate 42, the first driving motor 711 is only required to be started to rotate to drive the first driving belt 712 to operate by the first driving wheels 713, so that the pushing member 72 fixedly connected with the first driving belt 712 moves along the second direction to abut against the first connecting plate 44, thereby loosening the cargo.
It will be appreciated that the configuration of the first drive assembly 71 described above including the first drive motor 711, the first belt 712, and the two first drive wheels 713 is illustrative, and that in other embodiments the first drive assembly 71 may be configured as an electrically powered lead screw configuration.
To reasonably arrange the loosening mechanism 7 and the elastic member 6, in some embodiments, please continue to refer to fig. 4 and 5, the first driving assembly 71 and the elastic member 6 are respectively located on two opposite sides of the second mounting plate 13 in the first direction, that is, the first driving assembly 71 is located on one side of the top surface of the second mounting plate 13 in the first direction, the elastic member 6 and the first connecting plate 44 are both located on one side of the bottom surface of the second mounting plate 13 opposite to the top surface, the two first driving wheels 713 are spaced apart and respectively rotatably disposed on the top surface of the second mounting plate 13, and the first driving belt 712 connects the two first driving wheels 713. In addition, the second mounting plate 13 is provided with a first bar-shaped hole 131 extending along the second direction, and the pushing member 72 has an abutting portion 721 penetrating through the first bar-shaped hole 131, that is, the abutting portion 721 of the pushing member 72 penetrates through the first bar-shaped hole 131 from top to bottom for operatively abutting against the first connecting plate 44, so that the abutting portion 721 can push the first connecting plate 44 to move during the movement along with the pushing member 72. The number of the elastic members 6 may be two and respectively located at two opposite sides of the pushing member 72 with respect to the second direction, the movable clamping plate 43 can be moved towards the fixed clamping plate 42 by the elastic members 6, the movable clamping plate 43 is uniformly stressed, the reciprocating movement is smoother, and the abutting portion 721 of the pushing member 72 fixedly connected with the first driving belt 712 is driven to abut against the first connecting plate 44 by the first driving motor 711 in the loosening mechanism 7, so that the movable clamping plate 43 is indirectly moved away from the fixed clamping plate 42, and the goods are loosened.
To smooth movement of the pusher 72 in the second direction, in some embodiments, the slackening mechanism 7 further comprises a first guiding mechanism 73, the first guiding mechanism 73 being for guiding movement of the pusher 72 in the second direction; wherein the first guide mechanism 73 includes a slide bar 731 and a slider 732 that are slidably connected, one of the slide bar 731 and the slider 732 is provided on the second mounting plate 13, and the other is provided on the pusher 72. With continued reference to fig. 5, the second mounting plate 13 has a downward flange at an end far away from the first mounting plate 12, one end of the sliding rod 731 is fixedly connected with the first mounting plate 12, and the other end is fixedly connected with the flange, and the sliding block 732 is arranged on the sliding rod 731 in a penetrating manner and is fixedly connected with the pushing member 72, so that when the first driving motor 711 drives the first driving belt 712 to move along the second direction, the pushing member 72 can move stably and synchronously under the guidance of the sliding block 732 and the sliding rod 731. Wherein slider 732 may be integrally constructed with pusher 72 for ease of manufacturing.
It will be appreciated that the configuration of the first guide mechanism 73 described above is illustrative of the configuration of the slide bar 731 and the slider 732, and in other embodiments, other configurations are possible, such as the first guide mechanism 73 may also be a slide rail and a slider.
In order to smooth the movement of the movable clamp plate 43 in the second direction, in some embodiments, the restocking apparatus further comprises a second guiding mechanism 8, the second guiding mechanism 8 being for guiding the movable clamp plate 43 to move in the second direction; the second guiding mechanism 8 includes a first sliding rail 81 and a first sliding seat 82 that are slidably connected, one of the first sliding rail 81 and the first sliding seat 82 is disposed on the second mounting plate 13, and the other is disposed on the first connecting plate 44. It will be appreciated that the construction of the second guide mechanism 8 described above is schematically illustrated with respect to the first slide rail 81 and the first carriage 82, and that in other embodiments other constructions are possible, for example the second guide mechanism 8 may also be configured with respect to the guide slide bar and the guide slide block.
Based on the above embodiment, please continue to refer to fig. 5, the first detecting assembly 10 includes a first position sensor 101 and a first triggering member that are matched with each other, the first position sensor 101 is disposed on the first connecting plate 44, and the first triggering member is disposed on the abutting portion 721 of the pushing member 72, or the first triggering member is the abutting portion 721. Thus, when the movable clamp plate 43 moves toward the fixed clamp plate 42 and clamps the goods, the first driving motor 711 is started to drive the first trigger member on the pushing member 72 to contact with the first position sensor 101 on the first connecting plate 44, so as to obtain the distance between the movable clamp plate 43 and the fixed clamp plate 42, that is, obtain the width of the goods in the second direction, and signal the controller, and the controller increases the distance (preset distance) of a weighted value according to the obtained width value, so that the pushing member 72 pushes the movable clamp plate 43 to move a weighted value distance toward the side far away from the fixed clamp plate 42, for example, the weighted value may be 5mm, so as to relax the goods.
It is to be understood that the first position sensor 101 may be a contact sensor and a proximity sensor, the contact sensor may be a travel switch, a two-dimensional matrix displacement sensor, the proximity sensor may be an electromagnetic type, a capacitive type, a hall type or a photoelectric type, the controller may be a singlechip, a PLC controller or a control system in a replenishment device, the disclosure is not limited, and the specific structure related to the position sensor will be referred to the specific structure of the first position sensor 101. The sensors and the controller can be in signal connection in a wireless manner, for example, the wireless signal connection can be through WIFI, bluetooth, 4G, 5G and the like, and the disclosure is not limited.

It will be appreciated that the configuration of the second drive assembly 32 described above including the second drive motor 321, the second belt 322, and the two second drive wheels 323 is illustrative, and that in other embodiments, the second drive assembly 32 may be configured as an electrically powered lead screw configuration.
In order to make the pallet 31 smoother when moving in the first direction, the delivery mechanism 3 further comprises a third guiding mechanism 9, the third guiding mechanism 9 being adapted to guide the second connecting plate 45 to move in the first direction; the third guide mechanism 9 includes a second slide rail 91 and a second slider 92 slidably connected, one of the second slide rail 91 and the second slider 92 being provided on the fixed clamping plate 42, the other being provided on the second connecting plate 45. For example, please continue to refer to fig. 5, the number of the second sliding rails 91 is two and are respectively located at two sides of the second driving belt 322, the two second sliding rails 91 are fixed on the fixed clamping plate 42 and all extend along the first direction, and the second sliding seat 92 is fixedly connected with the second connecting plate 45 through a fastener, so that when the second driving motor 321 drives the second connecting plate 45 to move along the first direction, the second sliding seat 92 is arranged to enable the second connecting plate 45 to move stably on the second sliding rail 91.

To facilitate controlling the distance of movement of the pallet 31, in some embodiments, the restocking apparatus further comprises a second detection assembly 20, the second detection assembly 20 being configured to detect the position of the second connection plate 45 and the pallet 31 relative to the restocking port 2; the second detection assembly 20 comprises a third position sensor 201 and a third trigger piece 202 which are matched with each other, wherein the third position sensor 201 is arranged on one side of the fixed clamping plate 42, which is away from the supporting plate 31, and the third trigger piece is arranged on the second connecting plate 45; the number of the third position sensors 201 is two and are arranged at intervals along the first direction, and the two third position sensors 201 respectively correspond to the lowest position and the highest position of the pallet 31, so that when the second connection plate 45 moves along the first direction along with the activation of the second driving motor 321, the cargos on the pallet 31 can be smoothly conveyed along the first direction according to cargos with different heights.
A second aspect of the present disclosure provides a vending machine comprising the restocking apparatus described above. For example, the vending machine may be applied to any suitable scenario, such as a vending machine for smart pharmacies or other stores, or a courier cabinet, or a cargo storage cabinet for a warehouse or the like. It will be appreciated that the vending machine includes all of the benefits of the restocking device and is not described in detail herein.

Specifically, during the replenishment process of the vending machine, the replenishment can be performed manually, the movable clamping plate 43 is dragged away from the fixed clamping plate 42 along the second direction, the medicine stack to be replenished is placed in the goods channel 5, the movable clamping plate 43 is loosened, the fixed clamping plate 42 and the movable clamping plate 43 clamp the medicine at the moment, the second driving motor 321 is started to drive the supporting plate 31 to move along the first direction, when the medicine at the uppermost layer triggers the diffuse reflection switch, the controller can acquire the height of the corresponding single medicine, the controller can enable the supporting plate 31 to lift the single medicine each time, so that only one medicine is pushed into the replenishment port 2 each time, when the clamping force of the movable clamping plate 43 and the fixed clamping plate 42 is in a normal state, and when the supporting plate 31 pushes the medicine at the uppermost layer to the replenishment port 2, the medicine slides into the slideway 14 along with the gravity of the supporting plate, at the moment, the two correlation sensors 301 are used for judging whether the medicine passes through the slideway 14, namely, the controller receives the signals of the receiving ends 303 in the two correlation sensors 301, so that the medicine is judged to be pushed to continue to the replenishment port 2 along the first direction along the uppermost layer 31; when the signals of the two receiving ends 303 in the two correlation sensors 301 are lost, it is determined that the clamping force of the medicine at the moment is too large, the controller drives the first driving motor 711 in the loosening mechanism 7 to rotate so as to drive the first triggering piece of the pushing piece 72 to contact with the first position sensor 101, when the first triggering piece contacts with the first position sensor, the length of the medicine box in the second direction is obtained, the controller controls the pushing piece 72 to continuously move a weighted distance so as to enable the movable clamping plate 43 and the fixed clamping plate 42 to loosen the medicine, at the moment, the medicine passes through the medicine supplementing opening 2 and enters the slideway 14 through the gravity of the controller, the controller determines whether the medicine passes through the slideway 14 according to the signals of the receiving ends 303 in the two correlation sensors 301, if it is determined that the medicine passes through the slideway 14, the controller controls the first driving motor 711 to reversely rotate so as to reset the pushing piece 72, the medicine is again clamped by the movable clamping plate 43 and the fixed clamping plate 42 through the elastic force of the elastic piece 6, and the controller controls the movable clamping plate 31 to continuously move along the first direction so as to push the new medicine box to the position of the medicine supplementing opening 2, and the repeated steps are completed.
In addition, when the controller controls the pallet 31 to send the medicine on the uppermost layer to the replenishment port 2, under normal conditions, the medicine can overcome the friction force between the movable clamp plate 43, the fixed clamp plate 42 and the adjacent medicine through the gravity of the medicine, so that the medicine can enter the slideway 14 to be replenished beyond the replenishment port 2, and when the clamping force between the movable clamp plate 43 and the fixed clamp plate 42 is overlarge, the movable clamp plate 43 can be pushed to move away from the fixed clamp plate 42 through the loosening mechanism 7 so as to release the medicine; alternatively, during the process of pushing the medicine by the pallet 31, the pushing member 72 in the loosening mechanism 7 is actively controlled to move in the second direction to move the movable clamping plate 43 away from the fixed clamping plate 42, and then the medicine may enter the replenishment port 2 under the action of gravity.

Claims (13)

1. A restocking device, comprising:
the body comprises a baffle extending along a first direction and a replenishment port formed above the baffle;
a delivery mechanism comprising a pallet movable in a first direction;
the clamping mechanism comprises two clamping plates which are arranged on the baffle at intervals, a goods channel for placing goods is formed among the supporting plate, the baffle and the two clamping plates, the two clamping plates are used for clamping the goods, the supporting plate is used for pushing the goods towards the goods supplementing port and guiding the goods to enter the goods supplementing port at the goods supplementing port; and
and the loosening mechanism is used for pushing the two clamping plates to move away from each other so as to loosen the goods clamped between the two clamping plates.

The restocking apparatus of claim 1, further comprising a controller and a third detection assembly for detecting whether the cargo enters the restocking port, the controller being in signal connection with the third detection assembly and the relaxation mechanism, respectively, for controlling the relaxation mechanism to relax the cargo clamped between the two clamping plates according to a detection result of the third detection assembly.
3. The restocking apparatus of claim 2, further comprising a slide in communication with the restocking port, the slide for guiding the movement of the cargo in a third direction toward a side away from the restocking port, the third detection assembly disposed on the slide;
the third detection assembly comprises one or more correlation sensors which are arranged at intervals along a third direction, and the transmitting end and the receiving end of each correlation sensor are respectively positioned at two opposite sides of the slideway relative to the third direction.

A restocking device as claimed in claim 3, wherein the body further comprises a receiving plate connected to the baffle plate, the receiving plate extending from the restocking port in a third direction towards a side remote from the pallet, the two clamping plates each having a limiting plate extending above the receiving plate, the limiting plates and the receiving plate together enclosing the slideway.

The restocking device according to claim 1, further comprising a controller and a fourth detection assembly, wherein the fourth detection assembly is disposed on the baffle plate and located below the restocking port, the fourth detection assembly is used for detecting a position of a cargo located on the pallet relative to the restocking port, and the controller is respectively in signal connection with the fourth detection assembly and the loosening mechanism, so as to control the loosening mechanism to loosen the cargo clamped between the two clamping plates according to a detection result of the fourth detection assembly, or to control displacement of the pallet according to a detection result of the fourth detection assembly.
6. The restocking apparatus according to any one of claims 1-5, further comprising a first detection assembly in signal connection with a controller for detecting a distance between the two clamping plates, the controller being configured to control the two clamping plates to move away from each other by a preset distance through the relaxation mechanism according to a detection result of the first detection assembly.

The restocking apparatus of claim 6, wherein the slacking mechanism comprises a first drive assembly provided on the body and a pusher drivingly connected to the first drive assembly for directly or indirectly pushing one of the two clamping plates to move away from the other, the first drive assembly being in signal connection with the controller.

The restocking device of claim 7, wherein the two clamping plates comprise a fixed clamping plate fixedly connected to the baffle plate and a movable clamping plate capable of moving towards or away from the fixed clamping plate along a second direction, a first connecting plate extending to one side of the baffle plate away from the supporting plate is arranged on the movable clamping plate, and the first driving assembly is used for driving the pushing piece to push the first connecting plate and the movable clamping plate to move away from the fixed clamping plate.
9. The restocking apparatus of claim 8, wherein the first detection assembly comprises a first position sensor and a first trigger piece that cooperate, the first position sensor being disposed on the first connection plate, the first trigger piece being disposed on the pusher piece.

12. The restocking apparatus of claim 7, further comprising a fifth detection assembly in signal connection with the controller, the fifth detection assembly for detecting a position of the pusher relative to the body;
the fifth detection assembly further comprises a second position sensor and a second trigger piece which are matched with each other, the second position sensor is positioned on one side of the baffle plate, which is away from the supporting plate, and the second trigger piece is arranged on the pushing piece;
the second position sensors are at least two in number and are arranged at intervals along the second direction.
