As shown, for second transplanting structure 312, second transplanting mechanism 312 includes a third suction member 3121, a second rotary drive member 3122, a second lift drive member 3123, and a second mobile drive member 3124; the third adsorbing member 3121 is provided on the second rotation driving member 3122 to adsorb the instructions on the top opening of the first storage chamber 3111 and rotate the instructions by an angle; a second rotational drive member 3122 is disposed on a second elevation drive member 3123, and a second elevation drive member 3123 is disposed on a second movement drive member 3124 for transferring instructions to the package on the placement slot 112.
For the third adsorbing member 3121, the third adsorbing member 3121 is disposed on the rotating end of the second rotating driving member 3122, the third adsorbing member 3121 may be composed of a vacuum adsorbing head and a mounting plate, the third adsorbing member 3121 is adapted to adsorb the instruction book from the first storage cavity 3111, and the instruction book can be placed in the packaging box with the correct posture adjusted by the second rotating driving member 3122, the second lifting driving member 3123 and the second moving driving member 3124.
For the second rotation driving member 3122, the second rotation driving member 3122 is disposed on the moving end of the second lifting driving member 3123, the second rotation driving member 3122 may be a rotation cylinder structure, the second rotation driving member 3122 is adapted to rotate the attached instruction sheet to a correct position, and the second lifting driving member 3123 and the second movement driving member 3124 are matched to adjust the correct posture of the instruction sheet into the package.
For the second lift driving member 3123, the second lift driving member 3123 is disposed on the moving end of the second movement driving member 3124, the second lift driving member 3123 may be a dual-shaft cylinder structure, the second lift driving member 3123 being adapted to drive the third suction member 3121 against the instructions to facilitate suction of the third suction member 3121; when the adsorption position is to be adsorbed, the instruction book on the third adsorption piece 3121 is driven by the second lifting driving piece 3123 to be far away from the first storage cavity 3111 in the vertical direction, so as to avoid interference with the first storage cavity 3111; in the placed position, the second rotational drive 3122 and the second lift drive 3123 cooperate to adjust the proper posture of the instructions within the package.
For the second moving driving member 3124, the second moving driving member 3124 is disposed on the frame of the aluminum profile, the second moving driving member 3124 may be a dual-shaft cylinder structure, the second moving driving member 3124 is suitable for moving the absorbed instruction sheet from the absorbing position of the first storage cavity 3111 to the position to be placed of the packaging box, and the second rotating driving member 3122, the third absorbing member 3121 and the second lifting driving member 3123 are matched to adjust the correct posture of the instruction sheet to be placed in the packaging box.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, for the product supply assembly 41, the product supply assembly 41 has a second stock portion 411, a bag taking mechanism 412, a bagging mechanism 413, a third transplanting mechanism 414, and a fourth transplanting mechanism 415.
For the second storage part 411, the second storage part 411 includes a second storage cavity 4111 and a second lifting driving member 4112 which are vertically arranged, the second storage cavity 4111 accommodates therein a protection bag stack, and the second lifting driving member 4112 is inserted into the second storage cavity 4111 and lifts the protection bag stack from the bottom of the protection bag stack to the top opening of the second storage cavity 4111; the protection bag in the second storage cavity 4111 can be lifted to the top opening of the second storage cavity 4111 by the second lifting driving member 4112, so as to facilitate the grabbing of the bag taking mechanism 412.
For the second storage cavity 4111, the second storage cavity 4111 is vertically arranged at the side edge of the second jacking driving member 4112, the second storage cavity 4111 is suitable for stacking of protection bags, the second storage cavity 4111 is vertically arranged to save space of equipment, the second storage cavity 4111 can be formed by two opposite U-shaped plates and a bottom plate structure, the middle of the two U-shaped plates is hollowed, so that the protection bags can be stacked more easily into the second storage cavity 4111, meanwhile, the second jacking driving member 4112 is convenient to insert into the second storage cavity 4111, and the protection bags are stacked and jacked to the top opening of the second storage cavity 4111 from the bottom of the protection bag stack, so that the grabbing of the bag taking mechanism 412 is facilitated.
For the second lifting driving member 4112, the second lifting driving member 4112 is disposed on a side edge of the second storage cavity 4111, the second lifting driving member 4112 may be composed of a motor, a screw module and a lifting plate, the lifting plate is disposed at a moving end of the screw, and is inserted into the second storage cavity 4111 through the lifting plate and is matched with the motor and the screw module to lift the stacked instruction book from the bottom of the stacked instruction book to the top opening of the second storage cavity 4111, thereby facilitating the grabbing of the bag taking mechanism 412.
As shown in fig. 5, with the bag taking mechanism 412, the bag taking mechanism 412 includes a fourth adsorbing member 4121, a third lifting driving member 4122, and a third moving driving member 4123, the fourth adsorbing member 4121 is provided on the third lifting driving member 4122, and the third lifting driving member 4122 is provided on the third moving driving member 4123 to transfer the protection bag on the top opening of the second storage chamber 4111 to the bagging mechanism 413.
For the fourth adsorbing member 4121, the fourth adsorbing member 4121 is disposed on the moving end of the third lifting driving member 4122, the fourth adsorbing member 4121 may be composed of a vacuum adsorbing head and a mounting plate, the fourth adsorbing member 4121 is adapted to adsorb the protection bag from the second storage portion, and the product sleeved in the protection bag can be transferred into the packaging box by matching with the bagging mechanism 413 and the third transplanting mechanism 414.
For the third lifting driving member 4122, the third lifting driving member 4122 is disposed on the moving end of the third moving driving member 4123, the third lifting driving member 4122 may be of a biaxial cylinder structure, and the third lifting driving member 4122 is adapted to drive the fourth adsorbing member 4121 to abut against the protection bag so that the fourth adsorbing member 4121 adsorbs the protection bag; when the adsorption position is to be adsorbed, the protection bag on the fourth adsorption member 4121 is driven by the third lifting driving member 4122 to be far away from the second storage cavity 4111 in the vertical direction, so that interference with the second storage cavity 4111 is avoided; when in the placing position, the fourth adsorption piece 4121 and the third transplanting mechanism 414 can be matched to place the adsorbed protective bag on the bagging mechanism 413, thereby facilitating bagging of subsequent products
For the third moving driving member 4123, the third moving driving member 4123 is disposed on the frame of the aluminum profile, the third moving driving member 4123 may be a dual-shaft cylinder structure, the third moving driving member 4123 is suitable for moving between the position of the second storage cavity 4111 and the position of the bagging mechanism 413, and the third moving driving member 4123 and the fourth adsorbing member 4121 and the third lifting driving member 4122 cooperate to adsorb the protection bag in the second storage cavity 4111 and then transfer the protection bag to the bagging mechanism 413, so as to facilitate bagging of subsequent products.
As shown in fig. 5, for the bagging mechanism 413, the bagging mechanism 413 includes an adsorption plate 4131, a carrier plate 4132, a lifting plate 4133, and a pushing driver 4134, the adsorption plate 4131 is adapted to adsorb one side of the protection bag, the carrier plate 4132 and the lifting plate 4133 cooperate to be inserted from the opening of the protection bag and move reversely to open the bag, and the pushing driver 4134 pushes the product on the carrier plate 4132 into the protection bag.
Wherein the bagging mechanism 413 further comprises a fifth moving drive 4135, a connecting plate 4136 and a fifth suction member 4137.
For the fifth moving driving member 4135, the fifth moving driving member 4135 may be composed of an air cylinder and a moving pair structure, and the loading plate 4132 and the lifting plate 4133 are oppositely disposed at the hollow part of the adsorption plate 4131 through the connecting plate 4136; the fifth moving driving member 4135 is adapted to simultaneously drive the carrier plate 4132 and the lifter plate 4133 to insert into the pocket of the protection bag, and the product is pushed into the protection bag by the cooperating pushing driving member 4134.
For the fifth adsorption member 4137, the fifth adsorption member 4137 is disposed below the hollowed portion of the adsorption plate 4131, the fifth adsorption member 4137 may be a vacuum adsorption head and a cylinder structure, the fifth adsorption member 4137 is suitable for adsorbing the opening of the protection bag to be pulled downwards, and the opening of the protection bag can be pulled by matching the adsorption plate 4131 and the fourth adsorption member 4121, so that the subsequent loading plate 4132 and lifting plate 4133 can be inserted and the product can be pushed in.
For the adsorption plate 4131, an adsorption hole is formed in an adsorption position of the adsorption plate 4131, one end of the adsorption plate 4131 is hollowed out, and the adsorption plate 4131 is suitable for adsorbing one surface of the protection bag so as to adsorb the protection bag onto the adsorption plate 4131; the hollowed-out part is suitable for installing a loading plate 4132, a lifting plate 4133 and a fifth adsorption piece 4137; one surface of the protection bag is adsorbed to the adsorption plate 4131 through the adsorption plate 4131, the other surface of the protection bag is adsorbed by the fourth adsorption member 4121, the bag body of the protection bag can be opened, and the bag opening of the protection bag can be opened through the fifth adsorption member 4137, the material carrying plate 4132, the lifting plate 4133 and the pushing driving member 4134, and the product is sent into the protection bag.
For the lifting plate 4133, the lifting plate 4133 is disposed at the hollow portion of the adsorption plate 4131 and is connected with the fifth moving driving member 4135 through the connecting plate 4136, the lifting plate 4133 may be composed of a double-shaft cylinder and a supporting plate structure, and the supporting plate is disposed in a trapezoid shape and is connected with the moving end of the double-shaft cylinder; the supporting plate is arranged to be trapezoidal and matched with the fifth movable driving piece 4135, so that the supporting plate is easier to insert into the bag opening of the protection bag, the double-shaft air cylinder is suitable for driving the supporting plate to support the upper layer of the bag opening of the protection bag, the lifting plate 4133 and the material carrying plate 4132 are inserted and reversely moved under the matching of the fifth movable driving piece 4135 to open the bag opening of the protection bag, and the material pushing driving piece 4134 is convenient to push the product on the material carrying plate 4132 into the protection bag.
For the material carrying plate 4132, the material carrying plate 4132 is arranged below the lifting plate 4133 and is connected with the fifth moving driving piece 4135 through the connecting plate 4136, the material carrying plate 4132 can be composed of a guide plate and a double-shaft air cylinder structure, the guide plate is arranged on the moving end of the double-shaft air cylinder, and the folded edges on two sides of the guide plate are arranged to limit products in the material carrying plate 4132 so as to ensure that the products cannot fall off during pushing; the carrier plate 4132 is suitable for being inserted into the opening of the protection bag and for opening the opening of the protection bag downwards, and the carrier plate 4132 and the lifting plate 4133 are inserted under the cooperation of the fifth moving driving member 4135 and move reversely to open the opening of the protection bag, so that the pushing driving member 4134 is convenient for pushing the product on the carrier plate 4132 into the protection bag.
For the pushing driving member 4134, the pushing driving member 4134 is disposed on the adsorption plate 4131, and the pushing driving member 4134 may be composed of a dual-shaft cylinder and a pushing block structure, and the pushing block is disposed on the moving end of the dual-shaft cylinder; the product on the carrier plate 4132 can be pushed into the protective bag by the pushing drive 4134.
As shown in fig. 5, with the third transplanting mechanism 414, the third transplanting mechanism 414 includes a holding jaw 4141, a third rotation driving member 4142, a Z-axis moving driving member 4143, an X-axis moving driving member 4144, and a Y-axis moving driving member 4145, the holding jaw 4141 is provided on the rotation end of the third rotation driving member 4142, the third rotation driving member 4142 is provided on the Z-axis moving driving member 4143, the X-axis moving driving member 4144 is provided on the Y-axis moving driving member 4145, and the Z-axis moving driving member 4143 is provided on the X-axis moving driving member 4144 to transfer the product covered with the protection bag into the packing box on the placement tank 112.
For the clamping jaw 4141, the clamping jaw 4141 is arranged on the rotating end of the third rotary driving member 4142, the clamping jaw 4141 can be formed by a clamping jaw 4141 cylinder structure, the clamping jaw 4141 is suitable for clamping products sleeved with the protective bag, and the products sleeved with the protective bag can be placed into the packaging box in a correct posture by matching with the third rotary driving member 4142, the Z-axis moving driving member 4143 and the X-axis moving driving member 4144.
For the third rotary driving member 4142, the third rotary driving member 4142 is disposed on the moving end of the Z-axis moving driving member 4143, the third rotary driving member 4142 may be a motor driving rotating rod structure, the third rotary driving member 4142 is adapted to drive the clamping jaw 4141 to rotate to adjust the correct posture of the product, and the product with the protective bag can be placed in the packaging box in the correct posture in cooperation with the Z-axis moving driving member 4143 and the X-axis moving driving member 4144.
For the Z-axis moving driving member 4143, the Z-axis moving driving member 4143 is disposed on the moving end of the X-axis moving driving member 4144, the Z-axis moving driving member 4143 may be composed of a motor and a linear module structure, the Z-axis moving driving member 4143 is adapted to drive the third rotating driving member 4142 to move up and down so as to drive the clamping jaw 4141 to move up and down, the clamping jaw 4141 is driven by the Z-axis moving driving member 4143 to move up and down to be close to the product when the product grabbing position is moved up and down so that the clamping jaw 4141 grabs the product, and the third moving driving member 4123 can be avoided in the vertical direction after grabbing; when the product is to be placed in the position, the product can be accurately placed in the packaging box close to the packaging box.
For the X-axis moving driving member 4144, the X-axis moving driving member 4144 is disposed on the moving end of the Y-axis moving driving member 4145, the X-axis moving driving member 4144 may be composed of a motor and a linear module structure, the X-axis moving driving member 4144 is adapted to drive the product held by the holding jaw 4141 to move in the X-axis direction, and the product with the protective bag can be put into the packing box in a correct posture in cooperation with the third rotating driving member 4142, the Y-axis moving driving member 4145 and the Z-axis moving driving member 4143.
For the Y-axis moving driving member 4145, the Y-axis moving driving member 4145 is disposed on the mounting plate, the Y-axis moving driving member 4145 may be composed of a motor and a linear module structure, the Y-axis moving driving member 4145 is adapted to drive the product held by the holding jaw 4141 to move in the Y-axis direction, and the product with the protective bag can be placed in the package box in a correct posture in cooperation with the third rotating driving member 4142, the X-axis moving driving member 4144 and the Z-axis moving driving member 4143.
As shown in fig. 5, for the fourth transplanting mechanism 415, the fourth transplanting mechanism 415 includes: the sixth suction member 4151, the fourth rotation driving member 4152, the fourth lifting driving member 4153, and the sixth movement driving member 4154.
For the sixth adsorbing member 4151, the sixth adsorbing member 4151 is disposed on the rotating end of the fifth rotary driving member 4154, the sixth adsorbing member 4151 may be a vacuum adsorbing head and a mounting plate, the sixth adsorbing member 4151 is adapted to adsorb a product, and the fifth rotary driving member 4152, the fourth lifting driving member 4153 and the sixth moving driving member 4154 are adapted to adjust the product to a correct posture and then place the product on the loading plate 4132, so as to facilitate the subsequent product sleeve protection bag,

For the fourth lifting driving member 4153, the fourth lifting driving member 4153 is disposed on the moving end of the sixth moving driving member 4154, the fourth lifting driving member 4153 may be a dual-shaft cylinder structure, the fourth lifting driving member 4153 is adapted to drive the sixth adsorbing member 4151 to adsorb the product when in the position to be grabbed, the fifth rotating driving member 4152 and the sixth moving driving member 4154 may be matched to adjust the product to the correct posture and then convey the product to the position to be placed on the carrier plate 4132, and the fourth lifting driving member 4153 is matched to place the product on the carrier plate 4132 in the correct posture.
For the sixth moving driving member 4154, the sixth moving driving member 4154 is disposed on the frame of the aluminum profile, the sixth moving driving member 4154 may be a dual-shaft cylinder structure, the sixth moving driving member 4154 is adapted to drive the product on the sixth adsorbing member 4151 to move to the position to be placed on the carrier plate 4132, and the product can be placed on the carrier plate 4132 after being adjusted to a correct posture by cooperating with the fifth rotating driving member 4152 and the fourth lifting driving member 4153.
As shown in the drawing, for the lid assembly 51, the lid assembly 51 includes a support plate 511, a second moving top plate 512, a fifth moving side plate 513, a sixth moving side plate 514, and a moving auxiliary plate 515.
As will be appreciated, the second movable top plate 512 is adapted to press down the top flap of the pack, the fifth movable side plate 513 and the sixth movable side plate 514 are provided on the support plate 511 and are arranged on both sides of the second movable top plate 512 in one-to-one correspondence, the fifth movable side plate 513 and the sixth movable side plate 514 are adapted to fold the flap of the pack toward the top opening of the pack, and the movable auxiliary plate 515 is adapted to fold the flap of the pack and insert the flap into the pack in cooperation with the second movable top plate 512.
The folding box cover assembly 51 further comprises a fourth moving driving member 516 and a seventh moving driving member 517, the fourth moving driving member 516 is arranged on the frame of the aluminum profile, the fourth moving driving member 516 is suitable for driving the support plate 511 to approach or depart from the packaging box so as to drive the fifth moving side plate 513, the sixth moving side plate 514 and the moving auxiliary plate 515 to switch between the packaging position and the avoiding position, and the fourth moving driving member 516 can be of an air cylinder structure; the seventh movable driving member 517 is disposed on the frame of the aluminum profile, the seventh movable driving member 517 is adapted to drive the second movable top plate 512 toward or away from the package box so that the second movable top plate 512 is switched between the package position and the avoiding position, and the seventh movable driving member 517 may be a slide rail cylinder structure.
For the support plate 511, the support plate 511 is arranged on the fourth moving driving member 516, the fifth moving side plate 513 and the sixth moving side plate 514 are arranged on the support plate 511 and are arranged on two sides of the second moving top plate 512 in a one-to-one correspondence manner, the moving auxiliary plate 515 is arranged in the middle of the support plate 511, when the fourth moving driving member 516 is used for driving the fifth moving side plate 513, the sixth moving side plate 514 and the moving auxiliary plate 515 are close to a packing box, the packing box can be folded and packed, when the fourth moving driving member 516 is used for driving the fifth moving side plate 513, and when the sixth moving side plate 514 and the moving auxiliary plate 515 are far away from the packing box, the packing box can be avoided, so that the folded packing box can be conveniently moved to the next station and the conveying of the packing box to be folded.
For the second moving top plate 512, the second moving top plate 512 is disposed on the moving end of the seventh moving driver 517, and the second moving top plate 512 may be composed of an abutting plate and a cylinder structure; the seventh movable driving member 517 is used for driving the second movable top plate 512 to approach the packaging box, and the cylinder is matched for driving the abutting plate to press down the shaking cover on the packaging box, so that packaging of the packaging box is realized.
For the fifth moving side plate 513, the fifth moving side plate 513 is disposed at one side of the support plate 511, and the fifth moving side plate 513 may be composed of a biaxial cylinder and an abutting plate structure; the fourth movable driving member 516 drives the fifth movable side plate 513 to approach the package box, and the swinging cover on the side edge of the package box can be folded by driving the abutting plate in cooperation with the double-shaft air cylinder.
For the sixth moving side plate 514, the sixth moving side plate 514 is disposed at the other side of the support plate 511, and the sixth moving side plate 514 may be composed of a double-shaft cylinder and an abutting plate structure; the fourth movable driving member 516 drives the sixth movable side plate 514 to approach the package box, and the swinging cover at the side edge of the package box can be folded by driving the abutting plate through the matched double-shaft air cylinder.
For a better understanding of the present embodiment, the workflow in connection with the present embodiment is further described: the following actions are described in terms of a first step-a step, in which when the planar board is placed at a position to be folded, an abutting block of the second movable side plate 2113 extends to enable the lower layer of the planar board to be tightly attached to the working table 213, and then a first absorption part on the first movable top plate 2111 descends to absorb the upper layer of the planar board and then ascends to enable the planar board to form a supported packing box; fifthly, after the conveying line 11 conveys the packing boxes to a station where the specifications are to be placed, the conveying line 11 stops, and the positioning cylinder 113 positions the conveying line 11 so that the packing boxes are accurately positioned at a working position; the positioning cylinder 113 is released from the conveyor line 11, then the conveyor line 11 transfers the package to the product to be placed, then the positioning cylinder 113 is close to the conveyor line 11 to position the package in the working position, the fourth lifting driving member 4153 drives the sixth adsorbing member 4151 to be close to the product to adsorb the product and then to be lifted up, the fifth rotating driving member 4152 adjusts the product to the correct posture, then the sixth moving driving member 4154 drives the product on the sixth adsorbing member 4151 to be transferred to the upper side of the carrying plate 4132, and then the fourth lifting driving member 4153 drives the sixth adsorbing member 4151 to be close to the carrying plate 4132 to place the product on the carrying plate 4132; the third lifting driving member 4122 drives the fourth adsorbing member 4121 to be close to the protective bag of the second storage part to adsorb the protective bag and then lift the protective bag; then, the third moving driving member 4123 drives the protection bag on the fourth adsorbing member 4121 to be transferred to the upper side of the bagging position; then, the third lifting driving member 4122 drives the protection bag on the fourth adsorption member 4121 to approach the adsorption plate 4131, the adsorption plate 4131 adsorbs the lower layer of the protection bag on the adsorption plate 4131, and then the third lifting driving member 4122 drives the protection bag on the fourth adsorption member 4121 to lift, so that the bag body of the protection bag is supported; the fifth adsorbing member 4137 adsorbs the opening of the lower layer of the protective bag; then, the fifth moving driving member 4135 drives the lifting plate 4133 and the material carrying plate 4132 to be inserted into the bag opening and to open the bag opening in the direction; next, the product is moved above the pack in cooperation with the X-axis movement driver 4144 and the Y-axis movement driver 4145; then, the Z-axis moving driving member 4143 drives the product on the fifth adsorbing member 4137 to be put into the packing box; the positioning cylinder 113 is released from the conveying line 11; then, the conveying line 11 conveys the packing box to a box folding position and then positions the packing box close to the conveying line 11 to position the packing box at the box folding position;
