Based on the problems existing in the prior art, the embodiment of the utility model provides that in the garbage can with the cover comprising the cover seat and the top cover, in the process of opening the cover, the top cover is independently driven by the driving device to be turned upwards relative to the can body in the process of turning upwards relative to the can body, so that the independent movement of the cover seat and the top cover is realized, the movement between the top cover and the cover seat is basically not influenced or reduced, the opening process of the cover is more labor-saving, the damage of the joint of the top cover and the driving device is reduced, the service life of the garbage can is prolonged, and the user experience is integrally improved.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, a trash can according to an embodiment of the present utility model includes: the barrel cover 1, the barrel body 2 and the driving device 51. The bin body 2 is used for sleeving a garbage bag, and specifically, an inner cavity formed by the bin body 2 is used for sleeving the garbage bag. The barrel cover 1 comprises a cover seat 11 and a top cover 12, the top cover 12 is covered on the cover seat 11, the cover seat 11 is rotationally connected with the barrel body 2, and the top cover 12 is rotationally connected with the cover seat 11 or the barrel body 2. The driving device 51 is connected with the top cover 12 and is used for driving the top cover 12 to turn over relative to the barrel body 2, wherein in the process that the cover seat 11 turns over relative to the barrel body 2, the driving device 51 drives the top cover 12 to turn over relative to the barrel body 2.
The shape of the cover seat 11 and the top cover 12 is not limited in the embodiment of the present utility model.
Illustratively, referring to fig. 2 and 3, the cover 11 is rotatably coupled to the tub 2 in a ring-shaped structure.
Illustratively, referring to fig. 2 and 3, the top cover 12 has a plate-like structure and is openably and closably covered on the cover base 11.
The cover seat 11 is rotatably connected with the barrel body 2, and can be turned upwards or downwards relative to the barrel body 2 to realize the opening or closing of the cover seat 11. The top cover 12 is rotatably connected with the cover seat 11 or the barrel body 2, and no matter the top cover 12 is rotatably connected with the cover seat 11 or the barrel body 2, the top cover 12 can be turned upwards or downwards relative to the barrel body 2 to realize the opening or closing of the top cover 12 due to the fact that the barrel body 2 is not moved.
The top cover 12 is arranged on the garbage can Zheng Kou (not shown) of the cover seat 11 in a openable and closable manner, when the user needs
When garbage is put in, the top cover 12 is opened to expose the garbage putting opening, and when garbage is not required to be put in, the top cover 12 is closed to cover the garbage putting opening. It should be understood that in this process, the cover seat 11 always covers the tub 2, and only the top cover 12 needs to be opened or closed by the driving device 51. When the driving device 51 drives the top cover 12 to turn upwards, the top cover 12 is opened relative to the cover seat 11 and the barrel body 2; when the driving device 51 drives the top cover 12 to turn down to the garbage can Zheng Koushi covered on the cover seat 11, the top cover 12 is closed relative to the cover seat 11 and the barrel body 2.
When the garbage bag is replaced, the whole barrel cover 1 needs to be opened, the cover seat 11 and the top cover 12 are turned upwards relative to the barrel body 2, namely, the whole barrel cover 1 is turned upwards relative to the barrel body 2 until the barrel cover 1 is turned to a normally open state to replace the garbage bag, and after the garbage bag is replaced, the cover seat 11 and the top cover 12 are turned downwards relative to the barrel body 2 until the cover seat 11 is covered on the barrel body 2 and the top cover 12 is covered on the cover seat 11, and the whole barrel cover 1 is closed relative to the barrel body 2.
In the process of opening the barrel cover 1, in the process of upwards overturning the cover seat 11 relative to the barrel body 2, the driving device 51 drives the top cover 12 to upwards overturn relative to the barrel body 2, and in one case, when the cover seat 11 starts to upwards overturn, the driving device 51 drives the top cover 12 to upwards overturn, namely, when the barrel cover 1 starts to be opened, the top cover 12 and the cover seat 11 independently move; alternatively, after the cover seat 11 is turned upwards by a certain angle, the driving device 51 drives the top cover 12 to turn upwards to realize independent movement of the cover seat 11 and the top cover 12, and before the driving device 51 drives the top cover 12 to turn upwards, the cover seat 11 drives the top cover 12 to turn upwards, and the top cover 12 turns upwards depending on the force provided by the cover seat 11.
It can be seen from the above description that, in the process of turning up the lid seat 11 relative to the tub body 2, after the driving device 51 starts to drive the top lid 12 to turn up, the driving device 51 is used as a power source to drive the top lid 12 to turn up independently, the top lid 12 no longer needs to turn over the top lid 12 through the turning of the lid seat 11, and the top lid 12 also does not provide a certain resistance for the lid seat 11 due to the existence of the driving device 51, so that the independent movement of the lid seat 11 and the top lid 12 in the process of opening the tub cover 1 is realized, and the movement between the top lid 12 and the lid seat 11 is basically not influenced or is reduced, so that the process of opening the whole tub cover 1 is labor-saving, the user experience is improved, the damage of the joint of the top lid 12 and the driving device 51 is reduced, and the service life of the trash can is prolonged.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 4, when the cover seat 11 and the top cover 12 are flipped up to a normally open state, there is a gap 1a between the cover seat 11 and the top cover 12.
It should be understood that there is a gap 1a between the top cover 12 and the cover base 11, which means that there is a gap 1a between the inner top wall of the top cover 12 and the outer top wall of the cover base 11.
When the cover seat 11 drives the top cover 12 to turn upwards, the top cover 12 is basically and completely covered on the cover seat 11, and the cover seat 11 and the top cover 12 are in close contact with each other, when the cover seat 11 and the top cover 12 respectively and independently move, as long as the turning speed of the cover seat 11 is basically consistent with or not too fast as before, and the turning speed of the top cover 12 is faster than that of the cover seat 11, a gap exists between the top cover 12 and the cover seat 11, and the gap enables the cover seat 11 and the top cover 12 to basically not influence each other in the independent movement process, so that the respective movement is basically not influenced, the smooth opening of the barrel cover 1 is more facilitated, and when the cover seat 11 and the top cover 12 are turned to a normally open state, a gap still exists between the cover seat 11 and the top cover 12. Therefore, when the cover seat 11 and the top cover 12 are turned to the normally open state, a gap is formed between the cover seat 11 and the top cover 12, so that a movement state that the cover seat 11 and the top cover 12 do not contact or contact less when independently moving is easily formed, and smooth opening of the barrel cover 1 is facilitated.
In addition, when the gap 1a is formed between the cover seat 11 and the top cover 12 in the normally open state, the top cover 12 does not contact the cover seat 11 in the absence of external force, and the cover seat 11 is not subjected to a force acting on the top cover 12 which may drive the cover seat 11 to turn down, so that the stability of the cover seat 11 in the normally open state can be maintained.
Regarding the process of turning the top cover 12 and the cover seat 11 upwards when the lid cover 1 is opened, in some embodiments, when the cover seat 11 is turned upwards to a preset angle with respect to the tub 2, the driving device 51 drives the top cover 12 to be turned upwards with respect to the tub 2, and the preset angle is greater than 0 degrees and smaller than the angle by which the cover seat 11 is turned with respect to the tub 2 when the cover seat 11 is turned to a normally open state.
In this embodiment, before the cover seat 11 is turned up to a preset angle, the cover seat 11 drives the top cover 12 to turn up, when the cover seat 11 is turned up to the preset angle, the driving device 51 is turned on to start driving the top cover 12 to turn up, after that, the cover seat 11 and the top cover 12 independently move until the cover seat 11 and the top cover 12 are turned to their respective normally open states respectively, at this time, the whole cover 1 is turned to the normally open state, and the user can take out the garbage bag from the barrel body 2 and replace the garbage bag with a new garbage bag.
It should be understood that the normally open state of the cover 11 in the embodiment of the present utility model indicates that the user can take out the garbage bag from the barrel 2 substantially without any obstacle, which is an open state of the cover 11, and the normally open state of the cover 11 may be a state when the cover 11 is turned to a limit position, for example. Likewise, the normally open state of the top cover 12 may be a state when the top cover 12 is flipped to the extreme position, for example.
The preset angle may be any angle, and is only smaller than the angle at which the cover seat 11 is turned over relative to the tub 2 when the cover seat 11 is turned over to a normally open state.
Illustratively, the preset angle is greater than or equal to 1 ° (degrees) and less than or equal to 20 °. For example, the preset angle may be 5 °, 10 °, 15 °, 20 °, or the like.
To facilitate detecting the preset angle of the flip of the lid 11, in some embodiments, the trash can further comprises: the touch switch is arranged on the barrel body 2 or the barrel cover 1, and is used for touching the driving device 51 when the cover seat 11 is turned upwards to a preset angle relative to the barrel body 2, so that the driving device 51 drives the top cover 12 to be turned upwards relative to the barrel body 2.
The trigger switch may be any component or structure capable of triggering the driving device 51 to drive the top cover 12, and the embodiment of the present utility model is not limited in any way.
In some embodiments, the tactile switch may be an electronic switch.
Illustratively, the tactile switch may be various types of sensors capable of detecting an angle. When the trigger switch detects a preset angle, a signal can be sent to the driving device 51, and the driving device 51 operates according to the signal to drive the top cover 12 to turn upwards. It will be appreciated that in this example, the drive means 51 comprises a motor by which the top cover 12 is driven to flip.
In one example, the tactile switch may include a hall sensor.
The Hall sensor is a magnetic field sensor manufactured according to the Hall effect, the angle is determined by detecting the change of the magnetic field intensity, and the detection is convenient and the precision is high.
The hall sensor is arranged in one of the barrel body 2 and the barrel cover 1 (the cover seat 11 or the top cover 12) and the magnet is arranged in the other of the barrel body 2 and the barrel cover 1. When the cover seat 11 is turned upwards relative to the barrel body 2, a magnetic field between the cover seat 11 and the barrel body 2 changes, the Hall sensor determines the turning angle of the cover seat 11 according to the changed magnetic field, and when the cover seat 11 is detected to be turned to a preset angle, the Hall sensor sends a signal to the driving device 51 to trigger the driving device 51, and the driving device 51 drives the top cover 12 to be turned.
In other embodiments, the trigger switch may be separate from the trash can, for example, the trigger switch may be a wireless switch (remote controller), and the motor in the driving device 51 may be controlled to operate by a wireless signal to drive the top cover 12 to flip.
In other embodiments, the trigger switch may be a mechanical structure connected to the driving device 51, and when the trigger switch is triggered (e.g., pressed, pulled, rotated, etc. by a user), the driving device 51 drives the top cover 12 to flip.
The touch switch can be arranged in any area of the dustbin. For example, the trigger switch may be disposed on the inside or outside of the trash can.
In some embodiments, the trigger switch is disposed on the lid seat 11 of the lid 1.
Illustratively, the tactile switch is disposed at the bottom of the cover base 11. Thus, the touch switch positioned at the bottom of the cover seat 11 is close to the barrel body 2, so that the upward overturning angle of the cover seat 11 relative to the barrel body 2 can be conveniently detected.
In other embodiments, the trigger switch is disposed on the tub 2.
Illustratively, a trigger switch is provided on top of the tub 2. Thus, the touch switch positioned at the top of the barrel body 2 is close to the cover seat 11, so that the upward overturning angle of the cover seat 11 relative to the barrel body 2 can be conveniently detected.
