In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2-5, the rear side of the casing 1 is mounted on a building such as a wall, the front side of the first mounting cavity 11 is provided with an opening, the opening of the first mounting cavity 11 is provided with a net cover 3, and the net cover 3 is provided with a plurality of ventilation holes, on one hand, the ventilation holes can be used as air inlets of the fan when the fan operates, and on the other hand, the ventilation holes can also be used as a part of heat dissipation holes for dissipating heat, so that the heat generated by the operation of the circuit board 5 enters the first mounting cavity 11 from the communication hole 81 and is discharged to the outside through the ventilation holes; one side of the first installation cavity 11 is also provided with an air outlet 13, and the air outlet 13 not only can exhaust the air operated by the fan, but also can be used as a heat dissipation hole to dissipate heat; it should be noted that, in practical application, the heat dissipation holes do not only include the ventilation holes and the air outlets 13 on the net cover 3, under the premise of ensuring the performance of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner, the more the heat dissipation holes are opened, the better the heat dissipation effect is, in other embodiments, the heat dissipation holes are opened at the lower end of the side wall of the second installation cavity 12 at the position far away from the electrical box 6, and the heat dissipation holes belong to the common knowledge technology in the art, and are not repeated herein. It should be noted that, the front side of the second installation cavity 12 is also provided with an opening, the opening of the second installation cavity 12 is provided with a cover plate 2, and the cover plate 2 is detachably installed at the opening of the second installation cavity 12, so that the electrical box 6 is conveniently installed in the second installation cavity 12 or detached from the second installation cavity 12; in addition, it should be noted that the top of the first installation cavity 11 and the top of the second installation cavity 12 are also provided with openings, the top opening of the first installation cavity 11 and the top opening of the second installation cavity 12 are simultaneously connected with the top cover 4, and the partition 8, the compressor, the fan and other electric equipment can be conveniently installed by disassembling the top cover 4.
The working principle of the air conditioner outdoor unit is described in detail below by taking the example that the gap between the outer edge of the circuit board 5 and the side wall of the electrical box 6 is 0.5 mm:
the gap between the outer edge of the circuit board 5 and the side wall of the electrical box 6 is 0.5mm, so that mosquitoes, dust, even rainwater and the like can be prevented from entering the electrical box 6 from the gap between the circuit board 5 and the electrical box 6, and the work of the circuit board 5 is affected. Even if mosquitoes and dust enter the electric box 6, the dust easily falls off from the circuit board 5 under the action of gravity because the circuit board 5 is arranged along the height direction of the casing 1; as for mosquitoes, the mosquitoes can easily move to the welding spot position of the circuit board 5 when entering the electric appliance box 6, and when the mosquitoes are at the welding spot position of the circuit board 5, the mosquitoes can easily get an electric shock to die, and the mosquitoes which die get an electric shock can fall under the action of the self gravity; the circuit short circuit is easy to cause when mosquitoes are shocked, the circuit short circuit is extremely easy to generate sparks, the combustible material of the mosquitoes falls under the action of self gravity, and the mosquitoes can be prevented from being ignited by the sparks, so that the electric appliance box 6 is prevented from generating sparks; even if a flame is generated in the electrical box 6, on the one hand, the electrical box 6 is made of flame-retardant material and can be flame-retardant, and on the other hand, the electrical box 6 is installed in the positioning cavity of the protective shell 7, and the protective shell 7 can prevent the flame in the electrical box 6 from contacting with electric equipment in the first installation cavity 11, so that the fire is prevented from being caused. Because the circuit board 5 is arranged in the electric box 6, and the electric box 6 is arranged in the positioning cavity of the protective shell 7, the opening of the positioning cavity is communicated with the communication hole 81, and the heat generated by the operation of the heating element on the circuit board 5 is transferred into the first mounting cavity 11 through the opening of the positioning cavity and the communication hole 81 and is dissipated through the heat dissipation hole of the first mounting cavity 11; on the other hand, because the protecting shell 7 is a sheet metal part, the heat transfer effect is good, and therefore, heat in the positioning cavity can also be exchanged with air in the second mounting cavity 12 through the protecting shell 7, and part of heat generated by heat exchange in the second mounting cavity 12 is dissipated through the heat dissipation holes formed in the second mounting cavity 12. Under the action of the baffle 9, the communication hole 81 faces the rear side of the casing 1 to prevent the flame from directly contacting the electric equipment in the first installation cavity 11 when the electric box 6 generates flame.
According to the air conditioner outdoor unit, the heating element on the circuit board 5 is arranged towards the electric box 6, and the gap between the circuit board 5 and the electric box 6 is designed to be 0.5mm, so that mosquitoes are prevented from entering the electric box 6, short circuit of the circuit board 5 caused by the mosquitoes is avoided, and meanwhile, rainwater and dust can be reduced from entering the electric box 6 through the gap of 0.5 mm; the electric box 6 is isolated from the electric equipment through the protective shell 7, so that when a circuit is short-circuited, flames in the electric box 6 are prevented from contacting the electric equipment, and fire disasters caused by short-circuit of the electric equipment are avoided through a fire source isolation mode; in addition, the electric box is placed along the height direction of the shell, so that dust accumulation can be prevented, mosquitoes can fall naturally, the phenomenon that the short circuit is caused by the mosquitoes and then sparks generated by the short circuit are generated as combustible materials to be evolved into flames is avoided, and further expansion of losses is avoided; meanwhile, the whole structure is detachably connected by fastening pieces such as clamping pieces, bolts or screws, and the whole structure is simple and convenient to install and detach.

Claims (10)

1. An outdoor unit of an air conditioner, comprising:
a shell, the interior of which is provided with a cavity; the top to bottom of the shell is in the height direction of the shell;
a partition plate disposed in the cavity and dividing the cavity into a first installation cavity and a second installation cavity; the first installation cavity is internally provided with electric equipment;
an electrical box disposed in the second mounting cavity;
the circuit board is connected to the electrical box and is electrically connected with the electric equipment; the circuit board and the electrical box jointly define a containing cavity; a gap exists between the outer edge of the circuit board and the side wall of the electrical box;
the heating element is arranged on one side of the circuit board facing the electrical box and is positioned in the accommodating cavity;
the plane where the circuit board is located is arranged along the height direction of the shell, the gap is communicated with the accommodating cavity, and the maximum value of the gap in the range of value is 1mm.
2. The outdoor unit of claim 1, wherein a protective case is connected to an outer periphery of the electrical box, the protective case is installed in the second installation cavity and is provided with a positioning cavity, and the electrical box is installed in the positioning cavity; the positioning cavity is provided with a positioning cavity opening communicated with the communication hole, and the positioning cavity opening is arranged on one side of the positioning cavity, which faces the partition plate.
3. The outdoor unit of claim 2, wherein a baffle is provided at the communication hole, and the baffle is connected to the partition and located in the first installation cavity such that an opening of the communication hole in the first installation cavity faces a side where the cabinet and the wall are installed.
4. The outdoor unit of claim 2, wherein the electrical box is provided with an electrical box claw, the protection shell is provided with a protection shell clamping hole corresponding to the electrical box claw in position, and the electrical box claw is clamped in the protection shell clamping hole.
5. The outdoor unit of claim 2, wherein the electrical box is provided with a first connection hole, the protection case is provided with a second connection hole corresponding to the first connection hole, and the fastener is inserted into the first connection hole and the second connection hole to connect the electrical box with the protection case.
6. The outdoor unit of claim 2, wherein the protective case comprises a connection plate provided with a through hole and a protective plate provided at the through hole and protruding toward a side facing away from the connection plate to form the positioning chamber; one side of the connecting plate is connected with the partition board, and the other side of the connecting plate is connected to the side wall of the second mounting cavity opposite to the partition board.
7. The outdoor unit of claim 6, wherein a first bent portion is provided at a side of the connection plate connected to the partition plate, and the first bent portion abuts against the partition plate.
8. The outdoor unit of claim 7, wherein the first bending portion is provided with a connecting plate claw, the partition is provided with a partition clamping hole, and the connecting plate claw is clamped in the partition clamping hole.
9. The outdoor unit of claim 6, wherein the protection plate has a second bent portion, and the second bent portion abuts against a side of the connection plate facing away from the electrical box; and the second bending part is provided with a third connecting hole, the connecting plate is provided with a fourth connecting hole which is correspondingly arranged with the third connecting hole, and a fastener penetrates through the third connecting hole and the fourth connecting hole to connect the protection plate with the connecting plate.
10. The outdoor unit of claim 1, wherein the electrical box is provided with a fixed jaw and a movable jaw, the fixed jaw and the movable jaw are respectively disposed on two opposite sides of the electrical box, and the fixed jaw and the movable jaw are respectively and correspondingly clamped on two opposite sides of the circuit board.
