The seat plate side beams 1 and the stay bar side beams 22 on both sides are provided with cross stay beam frames 39 in an up-down crossing manner, beam pipes at the upper ends of the middle cross of the cross stay beam frames 39 are provided with stay beam side pull plates 40, and the outer ends of the stay beam side pull plates 40 are connected with crescent fixing plates 41 and are connected with the lower beam surfaces of the upper side beam pipes of the inclined U-shaped side beams 2. The two sides of the main frame body of the wheelchair are turned upwards to be attached and stored at the two sides through the cross bracing beam frames 39.
Finally, a U-shaped seat plate 45 is provided. The bedpan mounting beam 43 is longitudinally arranged in parallel in the middle of the seat board beam 42, the bedpan mounting beam 43 is square C-shaped, and the bedpan 44 is pulled and mounted on the bedpan mounting beam 43. The U-shaped seat board 45 is a U-shaped board with an opening at the front end, a U-shaped notch is connected with the basin opening of the bedpan 44, and a bedpan cover board 46 is arranged in the U-shaped notch. The telescopic bracing beam assembly 17 is arranged in an adjusting manner, so that the corresponding pedal straight beam 13, pedal bent beam 15 and pedal 16 can be respectively adjusted until the pedal straight beam is horizontal to the U-shaped seat board 45, or the backrest gradients of the backrest plate 47 and the pillow backrest plate 48 are adjusted until the pedal straight beam is horizontal to the U-shaped seat board 45, and the deformation switching from a wheelchair or a push chair to a push sickbed is completed.
