4. The sole independent drive massage mechanism of claim 2, wherein the rotary transmission assembly comprises a gear set and the swing transmission assembly comprises an eccentric set or an offset linkage;
the gear set is connected with a rotary massage assembly in the corresponding rotary massage area, and the eccentric wheel set or the offset connecting rod set is connected with a swing massage assembly in the corresponding swing massage area;
The horizontal force input assembly drives the gear set to rotate and drives the rotary massage assembly to rotate; the rotary massage component drives the eccentric wheel group or the offset connecting rod group to rotate and drives the swing massage component to swing in a reciprocating manner;
