Description

本实用新型涉及用于象卫生巾和随意处理的尿布那样的一次性使用的液体吸收物品的透液上片。
按常规，一次使用体液吸收物品经常采用多孔塑料片或无纺织物作为其透液上片的材料。就多孔塑料片而言，此片材设有从顶部一直延伸到底部的液体通道且各个液体通道的下部开口以与吸收芯接触的方式布置，因而，所***的体液可很快地输送到吸收芯部中。这种技术是十分知名的，例如，从日本专利公告号1985－17081中揭示了锥形的液体通道，日本专利申请公开公报1985－259261则公开了圆柱形的液体通道。从另一方面来说，人们都喜欢使用无纺织物而不用塑料片，因为无纺织物具有柔感，因而穿戴起来舒适。
尽管通过技术提供了上述其自身所具有的优点，但使用多孔塑料片具有经常不受消费者喜欢的缺点，特别是限于塑料片所有的光滑感和光泽外表，所以强烈要求有一种改进的上片使尽可能接近于类似布那样的触感以及外观。在无纺织物用作上片材料的情况下，能将所***的体液象塑料板用作上片时一样快地朝着吸收芯部输送，但无纺织物在体液已向吸收芯部输送之后，缺少可保持片材顶表面的干燥的能力，即缺少干燥感觉。在这方面，为了最佳利用这些通用材料所提供的优点和补偿其缺点，例如，在日本专利申请公开公报号1991－51355中曾已经建议采用一片通过使热塑料纤维经受焊接加工所制成的熔喷法无纺织物片。虽然在这个公开的公报中所揭示的技术有可能获得一种具有象布一样的柔感以及低光泽外表的且设有液体通道的上片。一般来说，该熔喷无纺织物的特点在于，其细度比较小和对压缩的弹性则相当差，因此，在使用者的人体压力下经常会很快使液体通道塌陷和使液体通道的下部开口产生形弯，从而易于阻止体液快速向吸收芯部进行输送。
为此，本实用新型的目的是为了解决以上所述的问题而提供一种上片，该上片具有一由熔喷无纺织物构成的上片层和一位于上片层下面的下纤维层。
根据本实用新型，以上所规定的目的是通过一设有液体通道的体液吸收物品的上片得以实现的，每个液体通道都从顶部一直延伸到底部，其中，所述的上片由熔喷无纺织物制成，上片包括一具有10至100克／米2的每单位面积重量且设有所述液体通道的上片层，一位于所述上片之下面的下纤维层与接近所述液体通道以及接近其下部开口处的所述上片层粘合，所述下纤维层具有1至10旦尼尔的细度，10～40克／米2的每单位面积重量和0.01至0.1克／厘米2的密度。
按照本实用新型，上片使体液能迅速地输送入吸收芯部中并提供了像布一样的触感和外观，因为上片包括一由熔喷无纺织物制成的、设有液体通道的上片层和一与上片层粘合的下纤维层，以使液体通道的结构稳定，以致这些液体通道不会很快地塌陷和这些通道的下部开口不会明显的变形。
本实用新型将结合附图通过实施例的方法加以说明：其中
图1是一局部破断的透视图，表示一利用本实用新型的上片的卫生巾；
图2是一沿图1中的X－X线局部地表示以一定比例放大的卫生巾剖视图。
参见图1，在透视图中，以局部破断形式表示一应用本实用新型的上片2的卫生巾1。如图中所示，卫生巾1包括透液的上片2，一不透液的下片3和一夹在上片2和下片3之间的吸收芯部4，其中，离吸收芯部4的周缘之外的向外延伸的所述上下片2，3的部分被紧密地粘结在一起。
参见图2，通过沿图1的X－X线所作的以一定放大比例剖视图更详细地表示了上片2。上片2是由一由被焊接在一起的热塑性纤维组成的上片层10和一位于所述上片层10下面、用来为上片层10提供劲度的下纤维层11所构成的。上片层10设有液体通道15，每个通道从顶部12一直延伸到底部13并形成上下开口15a，15b。这些通道15使上片层10成为透液的。下纤维层11也覆盖各个开口15b，而且达到使下纤维层11保持透液性的程度，并且至少在接近所述液体通道15的部分数量的下开口15b处将下纤维层11用热熔型粘结剂粘结。下纤维层11用来提供给上片层10压缩的弹性，从而加强了来自底侧的液体通道15，可有效地使液体通道15免遭破坏且可防止这些通道15的下开口15b产生变形。另外，下纤维层11是与吸收芯部4接触且促使由液体通道15所导引的体液在毛细管作用之下传送到吸收芯部4。下纤维层11的个别纤维经常部分地进入液体通道15中，这种纤维亦提供了足以起到使体液吸入吸收芯部4的毛细管作用。
上片层10可由熔喷法的无纺织物制成，例如，由烯族烃，聚酯或聚酰胺热塑性纤维组成的无纺织物，这种无纺织物具有10至100克／米2为每单位面积重量，一般来说，熔喷法制成的无纺织物含有相当小的旦尼尔数（纤维单位）的纤维和使得有可能提供柔感以及低光滑的外表。这种类型的无纺织物可被做成或是透气的或是不透气的，这取决于各种因素，例如，每单位面积重量和无纺织物是否须在压力下经受第二次热处理。不管熔喷无纺织物是透气或不透气的，它都可用作上片10的材料。为了给熔喷的无纺织物提供液体通道15，一种方法揭示在日本专利申请公开公报1991－51355号中，根据所揭示的方法，熔喷法纤维在制造无纺织物的过程中是对着一具有预定截面形状的开孔的模板加以吹制的，从而形成液体通道15。各个液体通道15的下端呈现不均匀性，即刻痕或压痕（凹凸不平），该压痕可保留原样，如需要的话，也可精致地加以修整。在较佳实施中，上片层无纺织物仅由疏水性合成纤维制成。
下纤维层11可由通用的热塑性纤维，例如，聚乙烯或聚丙烯纤维构成，这些纤维具有1至10旦尼尔的细度，10至40克／米2的每单位面积重量和0.01至0.1克／厘米2的密度。
就下纤维层11能保持其初始对压缩的弹性（变形）来说，甚至在体液已把它浸湿之后，这是由于下纤维层11可以与一些所谓吸湿合成树脂进行混合的，这种树脂是由如人造纤维那样的亲水性纤维或使其表面形成亲水性的聚酯纤维或它们的混合物所构成的，因而可促进体液输送入吸收芯部4。如需要的话，下纤维层11还可用适宜的亲水性给定溶剂（表面活性剂）加以处理。在较佳实施中，下纤维层仅由亲水性合成纤维制成。
用作下纤维层11的材料还可从由能保持所需片状形式的熔喷法无纺织物、熔融粘合无纺织物、粘结剂粘合无纺织物、水喷射纤维缠结的无纺织物和仅仅聚集纤维的一组中选取。为使液体通道15具有较高的稳定性，最好应该有可利用的纤维之间的空间，它使各个液体通道15的下端至少能部分地进入下纤维层11的上部。
为把上片层10和下纤维层11粘合在一起，这些上下层10，11可用热熔性粘结剂或类似物质被此相对压制，而粘结剂是绕着各个开口15b施加于上片层10且施加于下纤维层11的。另一方面，分别用来形成上片层10和下纤维层11的材料纤维可加以焊接在一起以达到类似粘结的效果。
最好使液体通道15的断面尺寸具有0.2至3毫米的直径，在上部开口15a上最好具有0.7至2毫米的直径，10至70％的喉部面 积比，0.3至5毫米的高度和下部开口15b的直径等于上部开口15b的直径的30至200％。这种断面尺寸是较可取的，它不仅将体液的液流平稳和快速地引入吸收芯部4而且避免了其明显的回流。
不透液下片3可由聚乙烯片材制成，吸收芯部4可由短纤浆和用薄棉纸覆盖的超吸收聚合物的混合物制成。
本实用新型的上片允许体液能很快地输送入吸收芯部并提供象布一样的触感和外观，因为上片包括一由熔喷法无纺织物所构成的、设有液体通道的上片层和一粘结到上片层上使液体通道的构形稳定的下纤维层，以致这些液体通道不易塌陷和这些液体通道的下部开口不会明显地产生形变。

Claims (5)

1、一种设有液体通道的体液吸收物品的上片，每个通道从顶部一直延伸到底部，其特征在于所述上片由熔喷无纺织物制成，所述上片包括一具有10至100克/米2的每单位面积重量的和设有所述液体通道的上片层，一位于所述上片层下面的下纤维层且与接近所述液体通道和接近其下部开口处的上片层粘合，所述下纤维层具有1至10旦尼尔的细度，10至40克/米2的每单位面积重量和0.01至0.1克/厘米2的密度。
2、根据权利要求1所述的上片，其特征在于每个所述液体通道在其上部开口具有0.2至3毫米的直径，10至70％的喉部面积比，0.3至5毫米的高度和其下端的直径是等于上端的直径的30至200％。
3、根据权利要求1所述的上片，其特征在于形成所述上片层的无纺织物仅由疏水性合成纤维制成。
4、根据权利要求1所述的上片，其特征在于所述下纤维层仅由亲水性合成纤维制成。
5、根据权利要求1所述的上片，其特征在于所述下纤维层包括亲水性合成纤维或使其表面制成亲水性的合成纤维或其X混合物。
