First material taking mechanism 70 is formed by manipulator cooperation sucking disc, and first material taking mechanism 70 includes three sucking discs, and second material taking mechanism 90 is formed by manipulator cooperation sucking disc, and second material taking mechanism 90 includes five sucking discs. Specifically, during glass conveying, the rack placed with the glass is conveyed to the discharging end of the rack conveying mechanism 60 by the rack conveying mechanism 60, and when the sixth sensor detects that the rack is in place, the rack conveying mechanism 60 stops running; when the second sensor 42 of the glass conveying mechanism detects that no glass is placed at any of the three second material placing positions 102, the three suckers of the first material taking mechanism 70 suck the three glasses on the inserting frame and place the three glasses on the three second material placing positions 102 respectively; the glass on the first conveying part 10 is conveyed to the second conveying part 20 by the glass conveying assembly 30 in sequence; when glass is placed on the second material taking position 202 of the second conveying part 20, five suction cups of the second material taking mechanism 90 convey five pieces of glass on the second conveying part 20 close to the material discharging end to the baking tray conveying mechanism 80.

1. A glass conveying mechanism, characterized in that the glass conveying mechanism comprises:
the conveying device comprises a first conveying part (10) and a second conveying part (20), wherein the first conveying part (10) and the second conveying part (20) are sequentially arranged, the first conveying part (10) is located at the upstream of the second conveying part (20), a first material taking position (101) is arranged at the tail end of the first conveying part (10), and a first material placing position (201) is arranged at the head end of the second conveying part (20);
a glass handling assembly (30) for handling glass at the first pick location (101) to the first discharge location (201);
the first sensor (41) is arranged corresponding to the first material taking position (101), and the first sensor (41) is used for detecting whether glass exists on the first material taking position (101);
a control module which is electrically connected with the first conveying part (10), the glass carrying assembly (30) and the first sensor (41) respectively, and controls the first conveying part (10) to work according to a detection signal of the first sensor (41); wherein the first conveyor (10) operates normally when the first sensor (41) does not detect glass at the first tapping level (101); when the first sensor (41) detects that glass is placed on the first material taking position (101), the first conveying part (10) stops running, and the glass carrying assembly (30) carries the glass at the first material taking position (101) to the first material placing position (201).
2. The glass conveying mechanism according to claim 1,
a plurality of second discharging positions (102) are arranged at the front end of the first conveying part (10), the second discharging positions (102) are sequentially arranged at intervals along the conveying direction, and the second discharging positions (102) are used for placing glass;
the glass conveying mechanism further comprises a second sensor (42), the second sensor (42) is arranged corresponding to the plurality of second discharging positions (102), the second sensor (42) is used for detecting whether glass exists on the second discharging positions (102), and the second sensor (42) is electrically connected with the control module;
wherein when the second sensor (42) does not detect any glass on the second material placing position (102), or the first sensor (41) detects that glass is placed on the first material taking position (101), the first conveying part (10) stops running; when the second sensor (42) detects that any one of the second material placing positions (102) is provided with glass and the first sensor (41) does not detect that the first material taking position (101) is provided with glass, the first conveying part (10) normally operates.

The glass conveying mechanism according to claim 1, further comprising a third sensor (43), wherein the third sensor (43) is arranged corresponding to the first discharging position (201), and the third sensor (43) is used for detecting whether glass exists on the first discharging position (201); when the third sensor (43) does not detect that glass is on the first discharge position (201), the second conveying part (20) stops operating; when the third sensor (43) detects that glass is placed on the first discharging position (201), the second conveying part (20) operates normally.

The glass conveying mechanism according to claim 3, wherein a second material taking position (202) is arranged on the second conveying part (20), the second material taking position (202) is located at the downstream of the first material placing position (201), the glass conveying mechanism further comprises a fourth sensor (44), the fourth sensor (44) is arranged corresponding to the second material taking position (202), and the fourth sensor (44) is electrically connected with the control module; the fourth sensor (44) is used for detecting whether glass is placed on the second material taking position (202), and when the fourth sensor (44) detects that glass is placed on the second material taking position (202) or the third sensor (43) does not detect that glass is placed on the first material placing position (201), the second conveying part (20) stops running; when the fourth sensor (44) does not detect that glass is placed on the second material taking position (202) and the third sensor (43) detects that glass is placed on the first material placing position (201), the second conveying part (20) operates normally.
5. The glass conveying mechanism according to claim 1, wherein the glass handling assembly (30) comprises:
a horizontal moving part (31) movably disposed between the first conveying part (10) and the second conveying part (20);
a lifting part (32) having a lifting end and a connecting end, the connecting end being provided on the horizontal movement part (31);
the adsorption part (33) is arranged at the lifting end, the adsorption part (33) is relative to the height of the first conveying part (10) and adjustable, the adsorption part (33) is adjusted to be relative to the height of the first conveying part (10) through the lifting part (32), and the adsorption part (33) is used for adsorbing and placing glass.
6. The glass delivery mechanism of claim 1, further comprising:
the positioning structure is positioned at the tail end of the first conveying part (10) and used for positioning the glass on the first material taking position (101).
7. The glass delivery mechanism of claim 6, wherein the positioning structure comprises:
a first positioning part (51) located at the end of the first conveying part (10), the first positioning part (51) being used for adjusting the position of the glass along the conveying direction of the first conveying part (10).
