A fixing buckle 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 1 to 9.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the electronic expansion valve includes coil 200 and valve body, and coil 200 and valve body need to be fixed respectively on valve seat 300 in order to realize that the installation of electronic expansion valve is fixed, an embodiment of the present invention provides a fixed buckle 100, which is used for fixing coil 200 of electronic expansion valve to valve seat 300, as shown in fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 5, fixed buckle 100 includes fixing member 10, clamping component 20 and connecting member 30, fixing member 10 is suitable for fixed connection with coil 200, clamping component 20 is suitable for clamping with valve seat 300, connecting member 30 connects fixing member 10 and clamping component 20, and when coil 200 is fixed to valve seat 300, connecting member 30 and valve seat 300 elastic butt.
It can be understood that the fixing element 10 can be welded to the bottom of the coil 200, as shown in the figure, the bottom of the coil 200 is provided with a plurality of positioning protrusions 210, the fixing element 10 is correspondingly provided with a plurality of positioning holes 11 matching with the plurality of positioning protrusions 210, and the plurality of positioning protrusions 210 are inserted into and welded to the plurality of positioning holes 11, so as to weld and fix the fixing element 10 to the coil 200.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the side wall of the valve seat 300 is provided with a clamping groove 310, and the clamping assembly 20 abuts against the clamping groove 310 to connect the clamping assembly 20 with the valve seat 300, so as to limit the rotation of the clamping assembly 20 in the axial direction of the coil 200 and the movement of the clamping assembly 20 in the axial direction of the coil 200.
The connector 30 connects the fixture 10 and the clamping assembly 20, and thus, the coil 200 is fixed to the valve seat 300. The applicant found that, in the related art, the electronic expansion valve may cause the coil 200 to shake relative to the valve seat 300 under the vibration condition, thereby affecting the reliability of the electronic expansion valve, and the embodiment of the present invention provides a fixing buckle 100, when the coil 200 is fixed to the valve seat 300, the connecting member 30 is elastically abutted against the valve seat 300, that is, there is an elastic force between the connecting member 30 and the valve seat 300, and the elastic force can limit the shake of the fixing buckle 100 relative to the valve seat 300 to a certain extent, thereby reducing the shake of the coil 200 relative to the valve seat 300 under the vibration condition, and improving the reliability of the electronic expansion valve.
It should be noted that the structure of the connecting member 30 is not limited as long as the connecting member 30 elastically abuts against the valve seat 300 when the coil 200 is fixed to the valve seat 300.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the connecting member 30 is an elastic member, the connecting member 30 and the fixing member 10 are plate-shaped, the plane where the one side of the connecting member 30 close to the valve seat 300 is α, the plane where the one side of the fixing member 10 close to the valve seat 300 is β, the included angle between the plane α and the plane β is an acute angle, that is, the included angle between the plane where the one side of the fixing member 10 close to the valve seat 300 and the plane where the one side of the connecting member 30 close to the valve seat 300 is an acute angle.
It can be understood that the valve seat 300 is generally plate-shaped, the top surface of the valve seat 300 is at right angle to the side wall of the valve seat 300, and thus the included angle between the connecting member 30 and the fixing member 10 is smaller than the included angle between the side wall of the valve seat 300 and the top surface of the valve seat 300, and when the fixing member 10 fixes the coil 200 to the top surface of the valve seat 300, that is, the side of the fixing member 10 close to the valve seat 300 is parallel to the top surface of the valve seat 300, the connecting member 30 must elastically abut against the side wall of the valve seat 300, so as to reduce the wobbling of the coil 200 relative to the valve seat 300.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the included angle is a, and 60 ° or more and a < 90 °. Therefore, the occupied space of the electronic expansion valve can be reduced while the shaking of the coil 200 is reduced. The utility model discloses an in some embodiments, A is 70, and it is better to reduce coil 200 and rock the effect this moment, and electronic expansion valve's occupation space is less simultaneously.
