The screwing of the adjusting screw 29 of the direct-acting pressure valve into the external thread bushing 28 of the direct-acting pressure valve compresses the elastic force generated on the spring 27 of the direct-acting pressure valve, which acts on the valve core 26 of the direct-acting pressure valve, so that the valve core 26 of the direct-acting pressure valve blocks the oil inlet 31 on the valve seat 25 of the direct-acting pressure valve. The force of the direct-acting pressure valve spring 27 acting on the valve element 26 of the direct-acting pressure valve, i.e., the pressure provided by the direct-acting pressure valve, can be adjusted by adjusting the screwing depth of the adjusting screw 29 of the direct-acting pressure valve.
The embodiment further comprises a sixth sealing ring 40, a fourth annular groove is formed in the outer wall of the end, close to the third channel, of the direct-acting pressure valve seat 25, the sixth sealing ring 40 is arranged in the fourth annular groove, and the sixth sealing ring 40 is located between the direct-acting pressure valve seat 25 and the control cover plate 2.
In this embodiment, the connection assembly includes a plurality of connection bolts, and each connection bolt is installed on the control cover plate 2 and the valve body 1 in sequence. During operation, high-pressure oil is introduced from a rod cavity of a piston oil cylinder of the large forging equipment through a pressure oil port and enters the first oil port 8, the hydraulic oil of the first oil port 8 flows through the second channel through the side oil port 14, namely, the hydraulic oil sequentially passes through the second horizontal channel 15, the damping hole 16 and the inverted cone-shaped hole 17 and enters the control cavity, the hydraulic oil of the control cavity flows to the oil inlet 31 of the direct-acting pressure valve through the third channel on the control cover plate 2, and the hydraulic oil flows through the damping piece 23 when passing through the third channel in the process. If the pressure when the hydraulic oil flowing from the pressure oil port flows to the oil inlet 31 of the direct-acting pressure valve exceeds the pressure provided by the direct-acting pressure valve, the pressure can overcome the force applied to the valve core 26 of the direct-acting pressure valve by the spring 27 of the direct-acting pressure valve, so that the valve core 26 of the direct-acting pressure valve is separated from the oil inlet 31, the direct-acting pressure valve is opened at the moment, namely, the oil inlet 31 and the oil outlet 33 of the direct-acting pressure valve are communicated, the hydraulic oil can sequentially flow back to the first oil port 8 through the oil inlet 31, the oil can sequentially flow back to the first oil port 33, the hydraulic oil enters the oil tank through the oil return port, the hydraulic oil in the control chamber flows, the pressure difference occurs between the second oil port 9 and the control chamber, the hydraulic oil in the second oil port 9 pushes the valve core 4 of the two-way cartridge valve to move upwards, the second oil port 9 is communicated with the first oil port 8, and the high-pressure oil in the pressure oil port realizes the function of high-pressure overflow. If the pressure when the hydraulic oil flowing from the pressure oil port flows to the oil inlet 31 of the direct-acting pressure valve is lower than the pressure provided by the direct-acting pressure valve, the direct-acting pressure valve keeps closed, the pressure of the hydraulic oil in the control cavity keeps unchanged, the hydraulic oil in the second oil port 9 cannot open the two-way cartridge valve core 4, the second oil port 9 and the first oil port 8 are always closed, the high-pressure oil in the pressure oil ports does not leak, the pressure can be kept, the zero-leakage function under the safe pressure is realized, the zero-leakage and instant large-flow discharge control process of the rod cavity of the piston oil cylinder of the large forging equipment is stable and reliable, the position of the zero-leakage movable beam under the safe pressure keeps unchanged, the oil can be instantly discharged in a large-flow manner to return to the oil tank when the internal pressure of the oil cylinder suddenly exceeds the safe pressure due to external force, the response of the two-way cartridge valve core 4 is opened sensitively, and the pilot-type non-leakage safety pressure valve 100 completely meets the process requirements of large forging equipment, the energy storage of the large-volume pressure container and the like.
Therefore, the two-way cartridge valve in the embodiment adopts a linear sealing structure, the zero leakage function is ensured, the safety pressure setting is realized by adjusting and controlling the power level two-way cartridge valve through the pilot level direct-acting pressure valve, and the hydraulic control of zero leakage and high-flow oil discharge under the safety pressure under the working condition of a hydraulic system of large forging equipment is further realized. The pilot-operated type leakage-free safety pressure valve 100 in the embodiment has the advantages of simple structure, clear principle, high reliability, simple debugging, easy troubleshooting when a fault occurs, and convenience in solving. Meanwhile, the hydraulic circuit has the advantages of low production and manufacturing cost, wide application range, high stability and high adaptability, can be completely popularized to other similar hydraulic equipment, solves the problems of leakage in a hydraulic circuit of large forging equipment and incapability of realizing large-flow discharge under the condition of safe pressure under the condition of increasing little cost, and ensures the safety of the equipment.

A pilot-operated type leakage-free safety pressure valve is characterized by comprising a valve body, a control cover plate, a two-way cartridge valve sleeve, a two-way cartridge valve core, a two-way cartridge valve cover, a two-way cartridge valve spring, a direct-acting pressure valve and a connecting assembly, wherein a first oil port penetrating through the bottom surface and a first mounting groove penetrating through the top surface are arranged in the valve body, the first mounting groove is communicated with the first oil port, a second oil port communicated with the first mounting groove is arranged at one side of the valve body, a first channel is arranged at the other side of the valve body, the lower end of the first channel is communicated with the first oil port, the upper end of the first channel penetrates through the top surface of the valve body, the two-way cartridge valve sleeve is arranged in the first mounting groove, the two-way cartridge valve comprises a valve sleeve, a valve core, a valve seat, a valve cover, a valve seat, a valve core, a side oil port, a first accommodating groove, a second channel, a first oil port, a second oil port, a side oil port, a second channel and a first accommodating groove, wherein the inner wall of the valve sleeve of the two-way cartridge valve is provided with a first step, the valve core of the two-way cartridge valve is arranged in the valve sleeve of the two-way cartridge valve in a sliding mode, the bottom end of the valve core of the two-way cartridge valve can be in contact with the first step to form linear sealing, the side oil port is arranged on the side surface of the valve sleeve of the two-way cartridge valve, the second channel is communicated with the first accommodating groove in sequence, the valve cover of the two-way cartridge valve is arranged on the upper portion of the valve sleeve of the two-way cartridge valve, and a through hole is arranged on the valve cover of the two-way cartridge valve; the control cover plate is installed on the upper portion of the valve body through a connecting assembly, a second accommodating groove is formed in the lower portion of the control cover plate, one end of a two-way cartridge valve spring is located in the first accommodating groove, the other end of the two-way cartridge valve spring penetrates through the through hole and extends into the second accommodating groove, a second mounting groove is formed in one side of the control cover plate, the direct-acting pressure valve is arranged in the second mounting groove, a third channel and a fourth channel are arranged in the control cover plate, the second accommodating groove, the third channel and an oil inlet of the direct-acting pressure valve are sequentially communicated, and an oil outlet of the direct-acting pressure valve, the fourth channel and the upper end of the first channel are sequentially communicated.

The pilot-operated leakage-free safety pressure valve according to claim 1, wherein the first passage comprises a first vertical passage and a first horizontal passage disposed at a lower portion of the first vertical passage, two ends of the first horizontal passage are respectively communicated with the first oil port and the outside, an outer end of the first horizontal passage can be blocked by a plug, and an upper end of the first vertical passage penetrates through a top surface of the valve body and is communicated with the fourth passage.

The pilot-operated leakage-free safety pressure valve according to claim 1, wherein the second passage comprises a second horizontal passage, a damping hole and an inverted cone-shaped hole which are sequentially communicated, the second horizontal passage is arranged at the lower part of the two-way cartridge valve core, the second horizontal passage penetrates through two sides of the two-way cartridge valve core and is communicated with the side oil port, the damping hole and the inverted cone-shaped hole are sequentially arranged at the upper part of the middle of the second horizontal passage, and the inverted cone-shaped hole is communicated with the first accommodating groove.
4. The pilot-operated leakage-free safety pressure valve as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a damping member installed at an end of the third passage communicating with the second receiving groove.

The pilot-operated leakage-free safety pressure valve according to claim 4, wherein the third channel comprises a third vertical channel and a third horizontal channel arranged at one side of the upper part of the third vertical channel, one end of the third horizontal channel far away from the third vertical channel is communicated with the oil inlet of the direct-acting pressure valve, and the lower end of the third vertical channel is communicated with the second accommodating groove; the damping piece is a screw provided with a center hole penetrating through the upper end and the lower end, and the screw is installed at the lower end of the third vertical channel in a threaded mode.

The pilot-operated leakage-free safety pressure valve as claimed in claim 1, wherein a junction of the first mounting groove and the first oil port forms a second step, a lower end of the valve housing of the two-way cartridge valve is capable of being limited by the second step, an upper end of the valve housing of the two-way cartridge valve is capable of being limited by the valve cover of the two-way cartridge valve, and an upper end of the valve cover of the two-way cartridge valve is capable of being limited by the control cover plate.

The pilot-operated leakage-free safety pressure valve as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a first sealing ring, a second sealing ring, a third sealing ring, a fourth sealing ring and a fifth sealing ring, wherein a first annular groove is formed in a lower portion of an outer wall of the two-way cartridge valve housing, the first sealing ring is disposed in the first annular groove, the two-way cartridge valve cover comprises a top plate and an annular plate disposed at a lower portion of the top plate, the through hole is disposed in a middle portion of the top plate, the top plate contacts with a top surface of the two-way cartridge valve housing, the annular plate is sleeved on an upper portion of the two-way cartridge valve housing, a second annular groove is disposed on an upper portion of the outer wall of the two-way cartridge valve housing, the second sealing ring is disposed in the second annular groove and located on an inner side of the annular plate, the third sealing ring is disposed in the annular plate, a first circular groove is disposed in a middle portion of an upper surface of the top plate, the through hole, the first circular groove and the second circular groove are sequentially communicated, the fourth sealing ring is disposed in the first circular groove, a second circular groove is sequentially communicated with the fifth sealing ring.

The pilot-operated type non-leakage safety pressure valve according to claim 1, wherein the direct-acting type pressure valve comprises a direct-acting type pressure valve seat, a direct-acting type pressure valve spool, a direct-acting type pressure valve spring, a direct-acting type pressure valve outer sleeve, a direct-acting type pressure valve adjusting screw rod and a direct-acting type pressure valve adjusting locking nut, the oil inlet and the third accommodating groove are respectively formed at two ends of the direct-acting type pressure valve seat, the oil inlet is communicated with the third accommodating groove, the oil outlet communicated with the third accommodating groove is formed in the side wall of the direct-acting type pressure valve seat, one end of the direct-acting type pressure valve seat provided with the third accommodating groove is threadedly installed in the direct-acting type pressure valve outer sleeve, the direct-acting type pressure valve outer sleeve is threadedly installed in the second installation groove, the direct-acting type pressure valve spool is slidingly installed in the third accommodating groove, one end of the direct-acting type pressure valve spool can seal the oil inlet, the other end of the direct-acting type pressure valve spool is threadedly installed in the direct-acting type pressure valve outer sleeve, and the direct-acting type pressure valve adjusting screw rod is in contact with the direct-acting type pressure valve outer end surface of the direct-acting type pressure valve adjusting nut.
