The elastic reset piece is connected with the pin body 511 and is positioned in the fixed seat of the pin body 511. The elastic restoring member serves to provide a locking force to the pin body 511. One end of the pull rope is connected with the pin body 511, and the other end of the pull rope is connected with the pull ring 513. When an external force is applied to the pull ring 513, an unlocking force can be transmitted to the pin body 511 through the pull rope. In this embodiment, the elastic restoring member can drive the pin body 511 to move downward in a state where no external force is applied to the pull ring 513. Under the action of external force and the state of the pull ring 513, the pull rope can drive the pin body 511 to move upwards by overcoming the elastic force of the elastic reset piece.
The pin body 511 is disposed on the frame body 220 or the base 210 and is located at a side near the retracted position. The retraction locking engagement body 530 is located at a side near the retraction position, and the extension locking engagement body 520 is located at a side near the extension position. After the mount body 200 slides to the retracted position, the pin body 511 is inserted into the retraction locking engaging body 530 under the action of the elastic restoring member, so that the mount body 200 is locked in the current retracted state. After the mounting bracket body 200 slides to the extended position, under the action of the elastic restoring member, the pin body 511 is inserted into the extended locking engaging body 520, so that the mounting bracket body 200 is locked in the current extended state.
Still further, the extending locking engaging body 520 is provided with an extending locking insertion hole 521 and a first guiding slope, and the retracting locking engaging body 530 is provided with a retracting locking insertion hole 531 and a second guiding slope.
In use, for example, in an initial state, the mount body 200 is in a retracted position. When the mount body 200 needs to be switched from the retraction position to the extension position, the pull ring 513 is manually pulled, so that the pull rope drives the pin body 511 to move upwards to the outer side of the retraction locking insertion hole 531, the mount body 200 is moved outwards, and the pull ring 513 is released after the pin body 511 is staggered and retracted in the retraction locking insertion hole 531. The mount body 200 is further moved outward, and after the pin body 511 is inserted into the protruding locking insertion hole 521, the mount body 200 is switched and locked in the protruding position.
During the switching process, when the mounting bracket body 200 is moved to the position where the pin body 511 exceeds the outer side of the protruding locking engagement body 520 or exceeds the inner side of the retracting locking engagement body 530, the pin body 511 can smoothly slide along the first guiding slope surface into the protruding locking insertion hole 521 on the upper side of the protruding locking engagement body 520 or smoothly slide along the second guiding slope surface into the retracting locking insertion hole 531 on the upper side of the retracting locking engagement body 530.
According to the above description, the operation of limiting and locking the cart mounting frame is simple and reliable.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the frame body 220 is further provided with a handle 600. The handle 600 is mounted to a side of the housing 220 near the protruding position. In operation, the mounting bracket body 200 is pulled or pushed by the handle 600 disposed outside the bracket body 220 to slide with respect to the case 100, so as to switch the working position. In addition, for convenience of operation, the pull ring 513 of the detent pin structure 510 may be disposed outside the mount body 200.
