In the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the baby bottle cleaning machine 10 includes a housing and a spraying device disposed in the housing. In this embodiment, the housing includes an outer shell and a first shelf 12 and spray set disposed within the outer shell. The first rack 12 is for holding baby bottles. The spraying device is used for being connected with the water supply device. When the water supply device supplies water to the spraying device, the feeding bottle on the first shelf 12 can be cleaned by the water sprayed from the spraying device. The water supply device can be a water supply device carried by the feeding bottle cleaning machine 10, and at this time, the water supply device belongs to a part of the feeding bottle cleaning machine 10, and the water supply device is usually a water tank or a water tank arranged in the feeding bottle cleaning machine 10; the water supply device may be a water supply device located outside the baby bottle washing machine 10, in which case the water supply device is not part of the baby bottle washing machine 10, and the water supply device is typically a faucet that is connected to a municipal water supply system.
It should be noted that a nursing bottle generally includes a body 22, a nipple 24, and a cap. When the baby bottle is cleaned by the baby bottle cleaning machine 10, the baby bottle is typically disassembled into the bottle body 22, the nipple 24 and the milk cap, and then the bottle body 22 and/or the nipple 24 and/or the milk cap are placed on the first rack 12 for cleaning. It will be appreciated that the bottle washing machine 10 can wash cups similar in shape to the body 22 of a baby bottle, and that the bottle washing machine 10 can also wash utensils similar in shape to the nipple 24 or a nipple cap, i.e., the bottle washing machine 10 is not limited to washing baby bottles, but can also wash cups similar in shape to the body 22 of a baby bottle and utensils similar in shape to the nipple 24 or a nipple cap.
In the present embodiment, the spray device includes a lower spray assembly 300 and an upper spray assembly 400. The lower spray assembly 300 is adapted to be disposed below the first rack 12. The upper spray assembly 400 is adapted to be disposed above the first shelf 12. In the above-described baby bottle washing machine 10, when the openings of the bottle bodies 22 and/or the nipples 24 and/or the milk caps are directed downward, the lower spray assemblies 300 spray water upward to wash the inner sides of the bottle bodies 22 and/or the nipples 24 and/or the milk caps, and the upper spray assemblies 400 spray water downward to wash the outer sides of the bottle bodies 22 and/or the nipples 24 and/or the milk caps; and when the openings of the bottle body 22 and/or the nipple 24 and/or the nipple cover are directed upward, the lower spray assembly 300 sprays water upward to clean the outside of the bottle body 22 and/or the nipple 24 and/or the nipple cover, and the upper spray assembly 400 sprays water downward to clean the inside of the bottle body 22 and/or the nipple 24 and/or the nipple cover.
In the related art, when the milk bottle cleaning machine works, the spray column located below the milk bottle sprays water upwards, a part of the water sprays upwards to directly clean the inner sides of the milk bottle and the accessories thereof, a part of the water enters the leaching cavity located above the milk bottle and then falls back downwards under the action of gravity to clean the outer sides of the milk bottle and the accessories thereof (it should be noted that a water inlet hole with a larger aperture and a spray hole with a smaller aperture are arranged below the leaching cavity, and the water sprayed from the spray column enters the leaching cavity through the water inlet hole and then falls back through the spray hole). In practical application, it is found that the cleaning effect of the milk bottle cleaning machine in the related art needs to be improved, and the improvement of the spraying device of the milk bottle cleaning machine in the related art is one of the directions for improving the cleaning effect.
For this reason, in the embodiment of the present invention, a spray device in the related art is improved. In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 6, the shower apparatus includes a support pipe 500 and a hollow spray arm 410. The hollow spray arm 410 is inserted through the support pipe 500. One end of the support pipe 500 is connected to the housing, and the other end of the support pipe 500 is used to communicate with a water supply device. The circumferential wall of the support pipe 500 has a first water outlet 500a communicating the hollow spray arm 410 with the support pipe 500. The hollow spray arm 410 is rotatable and has an outlet hole 410a for washing the baby bottle. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the hollow spray arm 410 can be rotated by the water stream formed by the water discharged through the water outlet hole 410a. Thus, the rotation of the hollow spray arm 410 can be achieved without providing an additional driving mechanism.
It should be noted that in the present embodiment, the upper spray assembly 400 includes the hollow spray arm 410, and the lower spray assembly 300 does not include the hollow spray arm 410. It is understood that in other embodiments, the lower spray assembly 300 may also include a hollow spray arm 410, while the upper spray assembly 400 does not include a hollow spray arm 410, and the upper spray assembly 400 may also include a hollow spray arm 410, while the lower spray assembly 300 also includes a hollow spray arm 410.
In the baby bottle washing machine 10, the hollow spray arm 410 can be indirectly communicated with the water supply device through the support pipe 500, so that the hollow spray arm 410 has a larger water pressure, and meanwhile, the hollow spray arm 410 can rotate, so that the hollow spray arm 410 has a larger washing range, and under the synergistic effect of the larger water pressure and the larger washing range, the baby bottle washing machine 10 can have a better washing effect. In the baby bottle washing machine 10, the support tube 500 is used for connecting the hollow spray arm 410 and the housing and communicating the hollow spray arm 410 and the water supply device, so that the double effects are achieved, and the baby bottle washing machine 10 with a simple structure is obtained.
In this embodiment, the support tube 500 is rotatably connected to the housing so that the hollow spray arm 410 can rotate relative to the housing. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the hollow spray arm 410 is rotatable relative to the support tube 500, that is, in the present embodiment, the support tube 500 is rotatably connected to the housing, and the hollow spray arm 410 is rotatably connected to the support tube 500, and both the hollow spray arm 410 and the support tube 500 are rotatable relative to the housing (the first shelf 12), so that the hollow spray arm 410 has a greater mobility, and can reduce wear and facilitate installation. It is understood that in other embodiments, the support tube 500 may be rotatably connected to the housing, and the hollow spray arm 410 may be fixedly connected to the support tube 500, in which case the hollow spray arm 410 and the support tube 500 may be integrally formed to rotate relative to the housing (the first shelf 12), and the hollow spray arm 410 may also be rotated relative to the housing (the first shelf 12).
In the embodiment, the circumferential wall of the support tube 500 has a limiting member 510, and the limiting member 510 can limit the hollow spray arm 410 from coming out from the end of the support tube 500 away from the housing. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the hollow spray arm 410 can move along the length direction of the support tube 500, so that the hollow spray arm 410 has a better mobility, reduces abrasion, and is convenient to install. Correspondingly, the limiting member 510 is provided to limit the hollow spray arm 410 from coming out from the end of the support pipe 500 away from the housing, so that the hollow spray arm 410 is stably arranged on the support pipe 500. It is understood that in other embodiments, the limiting member 510 may be omitted, where the inner circumferential wall of the hollow spray arm 410 has an insert block, the support tube 500 has a slot extending along the circumferential direction, the insert block is inserted into the slot, and the insert block and the slot are slidably engaged to realize the rotation of the hollow spray arm 410 relative to the support tube 500.
In this embodiment, the housing has a mounting seat 162, and one end of the support tube 500 is rotatably connected to the mounting seat 162 by screwing. In this manner, it is very convenient to rotatably couple the hollow spray arm 410 to the housing, i.e., it is very convenient to install the hollow spray arm 410. Specifically, in the present embodiment, one of the mounting seat 162 and the support tube 500 has a groove 520, and the other has a protrusion 162a. The projection 162a is screwed into the groove 520.
In this embodiment, the end of the support tube 500 connected to the housing is a first closed end 502. The first closed end 502 of the support tube 500 effectively prevents water from flowing off through the first closed end 502, ensures that water can enter the hollow spray arm 410 from the first water outlet 500a, and thus ensures that the hollow spray arm 410 has a high water pressure.
In the present embodiment, the mounting seat 162 is a hollow structure, and one end of the support tube 500 is located in the mounting seat 162. It will be appreciated that in other embodiments, when the end of the support tube 500 connected to the housing is open ended, one end of the mount 162 may also be located within the support tube 500.
In this embodiment, the first closed end 502 includes a first segment 5022 and a second segment 5024 that are connected, and the first segment 5022 has an outer diameter that is greater than an outer diameter of the second segment 5024. The second segment 5024 is provided with a plurality of protrusions 510a. The plurality of protrusions 510a are spaced circumferentially along the second segment 5024 and form a protrusion ring. The tab ring is spaced from the first segment 5022 and defines a groove 520. The inner peripheral wall of the mounting seat 162 has a plurality of protrusions 162a, and the plurality of protrusions 162a are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the mounting seat 162 and are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of protrusions 510a. Thus, the mounting seat 162 and the supporting tube 500 can be rotatably connected in a screwing manner.
In the present embodiment, the hollow spray arm 410 has a first through hole 410c on one side and a second through hole 410d on the other side. The via structure 410b includes a first via 410c and a second via 410d. The support pipe 500 is inserted through the first and second through holes 410c and 410d. The inner circumferential wall of the first through hole 410c or the outer circumferential wall of the support pipe 500 corresponding to the first through hole 410c is provided with first protrusions 530 arranged in a dispersed manner. The inner circumferential wall of the second through hole 410d or the outer circumferential wall of the support pipe 500 corresponding to the second through hole 410d is provided with second protrusions 540 that are arranged in a dispersed manner.
In practical applications, the inner diameter of the first through hole 410c is larger than the outer diameter of the support tube 500, which not only facilitates the assembly of the hollow nozzle 410 and the support tube 500, but also reduces friction to ensure the smooth rotation of the hollow nozzle 410 relative to the support tube 500, and the larger the gap between the inner peripheral wall of the first through hole 410c and the outer peripheral wall of the support tube 500 is, the more the discharge between the inner peripheral wall of the first through hole 410c and the support tube 500 is. The added first convex part 530 can reduce the flow discharge between the hollow spray arm 410 and the support tube 500 on the premise of ensuring the smooth assembly of the hollow spray arm 410 and the support tube 500 and the smooth rotation of the hollow spray arm 410 relative to the support tube 500, so as to ensure that the water flow flows into the hollow spray arm 410, ensure that the hollow spray arm 410 has a large water pressure, and ensure that the milk bottle cleaning machine 10 has a good cleaning effect.
Similarly, the inner diameter of the second through hole 410d is larger than the outer diameter of the support tube 500, which is not only beneficial to the assembly of the hollow spray arm 410 and the support tube 500, but also beneficial to reducing friction, and ensures that the hollow spray arm 410 rotates smoothly relative to the support tube 500, and the larger the gap between the inner peripheral wall of the second through hole 410d and the outer peripheral wall of the support tube 500 is, the more serious the discharge between the inner peripheral wall of the second through hole 410d and the support tube 500 is. The second protruding part 540 is added to reduce the flow discharge between the hollow spray arm 410 and the support tube 500 on the premise of ensuring that the hollow spray arm 410 and the support tube 500 are smoothly assembled and that the hollow spray arm 410 smoothly rotates relative to the support tube 500, so as to ensure that water flows into the hollow spray arm 410, and further ensure that the hollow spray arm 410 has a large water pressure, and thus the milk bottle cleaning machine 10 has a good cleaning effect.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the spray device further includes a connection pipe 600, and the connection pipe 600 communicates the support pipe 500 and the water supply device. In this manner, the support tube 500 may be shorter in length to facilitate removal of the support tube 500 from the body of the hollow spray arm 410 and to facilitate rotational attachment of the support tube 500 to the housing. It is understood that in other embodiments, the connection pipe 600 may be omitted, and in this case, the support pipe 500 may be communicated with the water supply device by increasing the length of the support pipe 500.
In this embodiment, the support tube 500 is movably sleeved with the connection tube 600. In this way, it is very convenient to disassemble and assemble the support tube 500 and the hollow spray arm 410 as a whole, and it is also convenient to arrange the support tube 500 to be rotatably connected with the housing.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the lower spray assembly 300 has a water inlet 300a, and the water inlet 300a communicates with a spray post 310 and a water supply device. That is, in the present embodiment, the lower spray assembly 300 may be directly communicated with the water supply device. In this manner, a greater water pressure may be provided to lower spray assembly 300, and lower spray assembly 300 may be better suited for cleaning the inside of bottle 22 and/or nipple 24 and/or the milk cap.
The upper spray assembly 400 has a hollow spray arm 410. The connection pipe 600 communicates the water inlet 300a and the support pipe 500. That is, in the present embodiment, the water supply device, the lower spray assembly 300, and the upper spray assembly 400 are sequentially communicated, so that the upper spray assembly 400 is indirectly communicated with the water supply device. The hollow spray arm 410 of the upper spray assembly 400 has a greater water pressure than a water spray column that sprays water into the spray chamber above the baby bottle (in which case the water pressure in the spray chamber is lower), and the water sprayed from the hollow spray arm 410 under higher pressure can better clean the outside of the bottle body 22 and/or nipple 24 and/or the nipple cap under the influence of its own weight. And the water supply device, the lower spray assembly 300 and the upper spray assembly 400 are communicated in sequence, and one water supply device can be adopted to simultaneously supply water to the lower spray assembly 300 and the upper spray assembly 400, so that the structure of the milk bottle cleaning machine 10 is simpler, and the volume is smaller. It is understood that in other embodiments, the baby bottle washing machine 10 may have two water supply devices, one of which directly supplies water to the lower spray assembly 300 and the other of which directly supplies water to the upper spray assembly 400, and in this case, the connection pipe 600 may be omitted.
In the present embodiment, the lower spray assembly 300 has a spray post 310, and the spray post 310 communicates with a water supply device through a water inlet 300 a. The spray bar 310 facilitates cleaning of the interior of the bottle body 22 and/or nipple 24 and/or nipple cap which is more difficult to clean, while the hollow spray arm 410 provides for better cleaning of the exterior of the bottle body 22 and/or nipple 24 and/or nipple cap. With such a layout, the feeding bottle washing machine 10 has a better washing effect. It is understood that in other embodiments, the lower spray assembly 300 may employ a hollow spray arm 410 instead of the spray post 310.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 7, one end of the connection pipe 600 is inserted into the support pipe 500 and extends into the hollow spray arm 410. The connection pipe 600 has a second water outlet 600a at an end thereof located inside the hollow spray arm 410. The second water outlet 600a communicates with the hollow spray arm 410 through the first water outlet 500a. Therefore, the water supply to the hollow spray arm 410 by the connecting pipe 600 is facilitated, and when the hollow spray arm 410 above the connecting pipe 600 is pressed on the connecting pipe 600, the connecting pipe 600 can provide a certain supporting force for the hollow spray arm 410.
In this embodiment, one end of the connection pipe 600 located inside the hollow spray arm 410 is a second closed end, and the circumferential wall of the second closed end has a second water outlet 500a for communicating the connection pipe 600 and the hollow spray arm 410. The second closed end of the connection pipe 600 can effectively prevent water from flowing through the second closed end, which is beneficial for water to enter the hollow spray arm 410, so that the hollow spray arm 410 can be ensured to have higher water pressure.
In the present embodiment, the end surface 600b of the second closed end of the connection pipe 600 is tapered in the direction toward the second closed end, that is, the end surface 600b of the second closed end of the connection pipe 600 has a structure with a large lower part and a small upper part. Like this, after cavity spray arm 410 pressed on the terminal surface 600b of the second blind end of connecting pipe 600, can reduce the area of contact of cavity spray arm 410 and the second blind end of connecting pipe 600 to can reduce friction, and then more do benefit to cavity spray arm 410 and rotate for connecting pipe 600.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the end surface 600b of the second closed end of the connection pipe 600 is a conical surface, so that the top of the end surface 600b of the second closed end of the connection pipe 600 is in point contact with the hollow spray arm 410, and friction is minimized. It is understood that in other embodiments, the end surface 600b of the second closed end of the connection tube 600 may be a circular table.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the first shelf 12 has a through hole 12a for the connection pipe 600 to pass through. The connection pipe 600 is inserted through the through hole 12a. Thus, the internal space of the baby bottle washing machine 10 is more conveniently arranged. It is understood that in other embodiments, the connection tube 600 may be located at one side of the first shelf 12, and in this case, the through hole 12a may be omitted.
In the present embodiment, the hollow spray arm 410 has water outlet holes 410a on both upper and lower sides thereof. Thus, water flow can be formed above and below the hollow spray arm 410 by the water outlet hole 410a, so that the rotation of the water flow formed by the water outlet hole 410a of the hollow spray arm 410 is facilitated.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, in order to fully utilize the water from the water outlet hole 410a on the upper side of the hollow spray arm 410, the housing of the baby bottle washing machine 10 further includes a second rack 16 for holding the baby bottle, and the second rack 16 is provided in the outer housing and located above the upper spray assembly 400 and the first rack 12. The support pipe 500 is connected to the second shelf 16 through the mounting seat 162 so that the water outlet hole 410a of the upper side of the hollow spray arm 410 can spray water upwards to wash the bottle body 22 and/or the nipple 24 and/or the milk cap on the second shelf 16, and the washed water falls down to the first shelf 12 under the gravity to wash the bottle body 22 and/or the nipple 24 and/or the milk cap on the first shelf 12 (both the water outlet hole 410a of the lower side of the hollow spray arm 410 and the water outlet hole 410a of the upper side can be used to wash the baby bottle on the first shelf 12). In this way, the water from the outlet holes 410a on the upper side of the hollow spray arm 410 can be fully utilized, and different cleaning options can be provided for the user. Specifically, in this embodiment, the second shelf 16 is primarily used to rest the nipple 24 and/or a milk cap, as well as other small toys that require cleaning.
In this embodiment, the support tube 500 is indirectly provided to the housing via the second shelf 16. It will be appreciated that in other embodiments, the support tube 500 may be provided directly on the housing, in which case the second shelf 16 may be omitted.
In this embodiment, the support tube 500 is movably sleeved with the connection tube 600. In this manner, when it is desired to place a bottle 22 and/or a nipple 24 and/or a milk cap on the first shelf 12, the second shelf 16, the support tube 500, and the hollow spout arm 410 may be removed first to facilitate placement of a bottle 22 and/or a nipple 24 and/or a milk cap on the first shelf 12. It will be appreciated that in other embodiments, bottles 22 and/or nipples 24 and/or caps may be placed on first shelf 12 from the sides of first shelf 12 and second shelf 16 when the interior space of baby bottle washing machine 10 permits, and that prior removal of second shelf 16, support tube 500 and hollow spout arm 410 is not required.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the housing of the baby bottle washing machine 10 further includes a third rack 18 for holding the baby bottles. A third shelf 18 is connected to one side of the second shelf 16. The upper side of the third shelf 18 is provided with a hollow water spray boss 700. The spray bosses 700 may spray water downwardly while the lower spray assembly 300 may spray water upwardly or the hollow spray arm 410 may spray water upwardly so that bottles and/or nipples and/or milk caps on the third shelf 18 may be cleaned.
In this embodiment, the lower end of the water spraying boss 700 has a water inlet, and the upper end of the water spraying boss 700 is a second closed end. The circumferential wall of the water spray boss 700 has a third water outlet 700a communicating with the water spray boss 700. The third water outlet 700a is located on the circumferential wall of the water spray boss 700, so that the water spray boss 700 can spray water in a scattering manner in the circumferential direction, which is more beneficial to cleaning.
In this embodiment, the lower spray assembly 300 and/or the hollow spray arm 410 can spray water toward the underside of the third shelf 18.
In some embodiments, when the spray post 310 of the lower spray assembly 300 sprays water upwards, a portion of the water may wash the outer side of the bottle bodies and/or nipples and/or milk caps on the third shelf 18 upwards, and a portion of the water may enter the spray boss 700 through the water inlet at the lower end of the spray boss 700 and be sprayed outwards through the third water outlet 700a to wash the inner side of the bottle bodies and/or nipples and/or milk caps on the third shelf 18.
In some embodiments, a partially hollow spray arm 410 is positioned below second shelf 16 and a partially hollow spray arm 410 is positioned below third shelf 18. Thus, when the hollow spray arm 410 sprays water, a part of water may wash the outside of the bottle body and/or the nipple and/or the milk cap on the third shelf 18 upward, and a part of water enters the spray boss 700 through the water inlet at the lower end of the spray boss 700 and is sprayed outward through the third water outlet 700a, thereby washing the inside of the bottle body and/or the nipple and/or the milk cap on the third shelf 18.
It is understood that in other embodiments, other means of supplying water to the water spray boss 700 may be used.
In the present embodiment, the third shelf 18 and the second shelf 16 have a height in the up-down direction. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the third shelf 18 is closer to the lower shower assembly 300 than the second shelf 16 in the up-down direction. In this manner, lower spray assembly 300 is more conducive to spraying water to the underside of third shelf 18.
In this embodiment, the third shelf 18 is primarily used to hold small items such as nipples, milk caps, and toys. In this embodiment, the third shelf 18 is provided with a snap ring 18a with a hole cut. The snap ring 18a is used to place a nipple 24.
The above is only the optional embodiment of the present invention, and not the scope of the present invention is limited thereby, all the equivalent structure changes made by the contents of the specification and the drawings are utilized under the inventive concept of the present invention, or the direct/indirect application in other related technical fields is included in the patent protection scope of the present invention.
