As shown in fig. 5 to 7, in some embodiments, a reinforcing member 1141 is disposed in the connecting groove 114, the reinforcing member 1141 is a protruding structure extending forward from the inner wall of the barrier rim 113, and both sides of the reinforcing member 1141 are connected to the inner wall of the barrier rim 113 and the outer wall of the side cover plate 112, respectively, that is, the reinforcing member 1141 and the inner wall of the barrier rim 113 and the outer wall of the side cover plate 112 are disposed as an integral structure, so that the structural stability is enhanced. The rear end face of the side cover plate 122 can abut against the front end face of the reinforcement 1141 when the front cover body 12 is covered on the opening, and is further used for limiting the covering state of the front cover body 12, in addition, the reinforcement 1141 also has the functions of reinforcing the side cover plate 112 and separating the strength and rigidity of the edge 113, the heavy impact resistance is stronger, the structure is firmer, the front cover body 12 is not easy to bend and deform under the impact when being covered, and the service life of the paper towel machine shell 1 is further prolonged. In this embodiment, a plurality of reinforcing members 1141 are disposed at intervals in the connecting groove 114, so as to enhance structural stability and improve the balance when the front cover 12 is limited. Of course, in other embodiments, the reinforcing member may not be connected to the outer wall of the side casing 112, or the reinforcing member may be provided as a protruding structure extending forward from the outer wall of the side casing 112, and the rear end surface of the side cover 122 may abut against the front end surface of the reinforcing member when the front cover 12 is closed on the opening, so as to further limit the closed state of the front cover 12.
As shown in fig. 3-5, in some embodiments, the outer wall of the front cover plate 121 includes a flow guiding surface 1211 and a blocking surface 1212, a front end of the flow guiding surface 1211 is connected to a rear end of the blocking surface 1212, a rear end of the flow guiding surface 1211 is connected to a front end of the outer wall of the side cover plate 122, the blocking surface 1212 is used for blocking the inside of the housing 1 of the paper towel machine to perform waterproof and dustproof functions, the flow guiding surface 1211 is obliquely arranged from the rear end to the front end to perform waterproof and dustproof functions, and is further used for guiding outside water to a position away from a gap between the side cover plate 122 and the connecting groove 114 to further prevent outside water from penetrating into the housing through the gap, so that the housing 1 of the paper towel machine has better waterproof performance. In this embodiment, the front cover plate 121 includes a flow guiding plate and a blocking plate, the flow guiding face 1211 is an outer wall of the flow guiding plate, the blocking face 1212 is an outer wall of the blocking plate, and the flow guiding plate is arranged around the front end of the side cover plate 122, that is, the flow guiding face 1211 is arranged around the front end of the outer wall of the side cover plate 122, an inner wall of the flow guiding plate is arranged in parallel with the flow guiding face 1211, an inner wall of the blocking plate is arranged in parallel with the blocking face 1212, on one hand, materials are saved, and cost is saved, on the other hand, an accommodating space is formed between the inner wall of the flow guiding plate and the inner wall of the blocking plate, thereby expanding an accommodating space in the casing 1 of the tissue machine, facilitating the arrangement of internal devices, a plurality of reinforcing ribs 124 are arranged on the inner wall of the flow guiding plate and the inner wall of the blocking plate, and the stability of the front cover 12 structure is enhanced. Of course, in other embodiments, the inner wall of the deflector and the deflector surface 1211 may be disposed at an angle, the inner wall of the blocking plate and the blocking surface 1212 may be disposed at an angle, or the inner wall of the deflector or the inner wall of the blocking plate may be disposed in other configurations, which also enables the housing 1 of the towel machine to have better waterproof performance.
As shown in fig. 1, in some embodiments, the upper end surface of the outer wall of the side casing 112 is provided with a holding platform 115 for holding personal belongings such as a mobile phone, a wallet, a key, etc., and the holding platform 115 is arranged parallel to the ground to hold the personal belongings to slide down.
As shown in fig. 7, in some embodiments, the side plate 112 includes an arc plate 1121, a side plate 1122, and a side plate 1123, the side plate 1122 and the side plate 1123 are respectively disposed tangentially to the arc plate 1121, and the side plate 1122 and the side plate 1123 are disposed perpendicular to each other, that is, the arc plate 1121 is configured as a three-quarter circular ring structure, and the roll paper can be mounted near the inner side of the arc plate 1121, since the shape of the arc plate 1121 is substantially matched with the shape of the cylindrical roll paper, the receiving space inside the towel machine housing 1 can be fully utilized, and meanwhile, the other one-quarter circular ring structure is replaced by the side plate 1122 and the side plate 1123, so that the receiving space of this portion is increased, and a sufficient disposing space is provided for other working components inside the towel machine housing 1, so that the spatial arrangement inside the towel machine housing 1 is compact, thereby greatly reducing the volume of the towel machine housing 1, enabling the housing to be disposed in a smaller space, saving materials, and reducing cost. The object placing table 115 is disposed on the top of the arc plate 1121, the object placing table 115 is horizontally arranged from a position, close to the rear end of the blocking edge 113, on the outer wall of the top of the arc plate 1121, backward, and the horizontal height of the object placing table 115 is lower than that of the top of the arc plate 1121, so that the blocking edge 113 and a portion, close to the rear end of the blocking edge 113, of the arc plate 1121 are higher than the object placing table 115, and therefore articles placed on the object placing table 115 are prevented from sliding down from the top of the arc plate 1121. The second side plate 1123 is located at the bottom of the second side shell plate 112, the first side plate 1122 is connected with one end of the second side plate 1123, preferably, the first side plate 1122 is connected with one end of the second side plate 1123 through an arc plate, the human body is prevented from being scratched, the first paper outlet 116 is formed in the second side plate 1123, and the first paper outlet 116 is arranged in the front-back direction of the second side plate 1123, so that the roll paper can be conveniently led out, and the roll paper can conveniently penetrate out of the first paper outlet 116 to the outside under the self gravity because the second side plate 1123 is located at the bottom of the second side shell plate 112. The blocking edge 113 is arranged along the front ends of the outer walls of the circular arc plate 1121 and the second side plate 1123, almost wraps the front end of the outer wall of the side shell 112 in an all-around mode, and therefore the waterproof performance is good. One end of the front cover 12 is rotatably connected to one side of the side casing 112 through the hinge structure 13, the other end of the front cover 12 is connected to the other side of the side casing 112 through the locking device 14, preferably, one end of the front cover 12 is rotatably connected to the first side plate 1122 through the hinge structure 13, and the other end of the front cover 12 is connected to the arc plate 1121 through the locking device 14, so that a plurality of hinge structures 13 can be arranged on the same straight line, the connection stability is enhanced, and the locking device 14 is disposed on the opposite side of the hinge structures 13, so that the locking is more firm. In this embodiment, the hinge structure 13 includes a hinge shaft 131, a first hinge member 132 and a second hinge member 133, the first hinge member 132 is a protruding structure protruding outward from the front end of the outer wall of the first side plate 1122, the first hinge member 132 is provided with a first hinge hole 1321 along the length direction, the first hinge member 132 is provided with a hinge slot 1322 from front to back, the front and the outer sides of the hinge slot 1322 are provided with openings, the second hinge member 133 is a protruding structure protruding backward from the rear end surface of the side cover plate 122, the second hinge member 133 is provided with a second hinge hole 1331 along the length direction, the hinge slot 1322 is provided with a second hinge hole 1331, the hinge slot 133 and the second hinge slot are matched with each other, and the hinge slot 1322 can rotate relative to the hinge slot 1322 with the hinge shaft 131 as a shaft in the hinge slot, so that the front cover 12 can be switched between the open state and the closed state. Preferably, two hinge members 133 are spaced apart from each other, two hinge slots 1322 are correspondingly disposed, two ends and a middle of the hinge shaft 131 respectively extend into the first hinge hole 1321, and regions of the hinge shaft 131 near the two ends respectively extend into the second hinge hole 1331, so that the structure is simple, firm and convenient to rotate, however, in other embodiments, one, three, four or other number of the first hinge member 132 or the second hinge member 133 may be disposed, and the hinge shaft 131 may be disposed in a number matching the first hinge member 132 or the second hinge member 133, or the hinge structure 13 may be disposed in another hinge structure such as a hinge, and may also be used for the rotatable connection between the side cover plate 112 and the front cover 12.
As shown in fig. 8-9, in some embodiments, the locking device 14 includes a first lock body 141 and a second lock body 142, wherein the first lock body 141 is disposed at the front end of the inner side of the side casing 112, in this embodiment, the first lock body 141 is disposed at the front end of the inner side of the circular arc plate 1121, and the second lock body 142 is disposed at the inner side of the front cover 121, so that the first lock body 141 and the second lock body 142 are hidden inside the housing 1 of the towel dispenser when the front cover 12 is in the covering state, thereby better protecting the locking device 14 and preventing it from being damaged by the outside, of course, in other embodiments, the second lock body 142 may also be disposed at the inner side of the side cover 122, or disposed at the inner sides of the front cover 121 and the side cover 122, and the second lock body 142 may also be disposed at the inner side of the front cover 12. The first lock body 141 comprises a lock body shell 1411 and a rotating shaft 1412 which is rotatably installed inside the lock body shell 1411, the rotating shaft 1412 is connected with a first locking arm 1413 with a first locking bolt 1414 at the outer end, preferably, one end of the first locking arm 1413 is connected with the rotating shaft 1412, the other end of the first locking arm is connected with the first locking bolt 1414, the rotating shaft 1412, the first locking arm 1413 and the first locking bolt 1414 are arranged into an integral structure, so that the structure is simplified, and the structural stability is enhanced, a first movable through hole 1415 through which the outer end of the first locking arm 1413 can extend outside is formed in the lock body shell 1411, and the first locking arm 1413 can swing in the first movable through hole 1415 around the axis of the rotating shaft 1412 when the rotating shaft 1412 rotates. The second lock body 142 includes a second lock arm 1421 with a second lock tongue 1422, the front end of the second lock arm 1421 is connected to the inner side of the front cover 121, preferably, the second lock arm 1421 and the front cover 12 are integrated, the second lock tongue 1422 is connected to the rear end of the second lock arm 1421, preferably, the second lock tongue 1422 and the second lock arm 1421 are integrated, so that the structure is simplified, the structural stability is enhanced, the rotating shaft 1412 rotates to a state where the first lock tongue 1414 is engaged with the second lock tongue 1422 to form a locked state, and the rotating shaft 1412 rotates to a state where the first lock tongue 1414 is separated from the second lock tongue 1422 to form an unlocked state. In this embodiment, the first locking arm 1413 and the first locking tongue 1414 can be driven to swing in the first movable through hole 1415 around the axis of the rotating shaft 1412 by driving the rotating shaft 1412 to rotate, so that the first locking tongue 1414 extends into the second locking tongue 1422 to lock the front cover 12 on the arc plate 1121, the front cover 12 can no longer rotate relative to the main housing 11 through the hinge structure 13, so that the front cover 12 is stably covered on the opening, or the first locking tongue 1414 extends out of the second locking tongue 1422 to unlock the front cover 12 from the arc plate 1121, the front cover 12 can rotate relative to the main housing 11 through the hinge structure 13 to open the opening, thereby facilitating replacement of roll paper or loading, unloading and maintenance of other internal working components, and the locking device 14 is simple in structure and strong in practicability.
As shown in fig. 9 to 10, in some embodiments, the first locking arm 1413 is arranged radially along the rotating shaft 1412, the first locking tab 1414 is arranged on the lower side of the front end of the first locking arm 1413, the second locking tab 1422 is arranged on the upper side of the rear end of the second locking arm 1421, and when the locking device 14 is in the locked state, the second locking arm 1421 is arranged in parallel below the first locking arm 1414, the rear end surface of the first locking tab 1414 abuts against the front end surface of the second locking tab 1422, so that the first locking body 141 and the second locking body 142 are locked together, and the first locking tab 1414 rotates above the second locking tab 1422 to achieve locking or unlocking. Preferably, the back end face of the first bolt 1414 is arranged in a backward inclining mode from top to bottom, and the front end face of the second bolt 1422 is arranged in a backward inclining mode from top to bottom, so that the first bolt 1414 is not prone to being separated from the second bolt 1422 to be buckled and connected under the rotation of the first locking arm 1413, locking stability is better, and unlocking due to mistaken collision is not prone to occurring. The front end surface of the first bolt 1414 is arranged in a backward inclining mode from top to bottom, the rear end surface of the second bolt 1422 is arranged in a backward inclining mode from top to bottom, the front end surface of the first bolt 1414 can slide over the rear end surface of the second bolt 1422 to extend into the second bolt 1422, and therefore the first bolt 1414 can be conveniently guided to extend into the second bolt 1422 to be locked. Of course, in other embodiments, the first bolt may be disposed on the upper side of the front end of the first lock arm, and the second bolt may be disposed on the lower side of the rear end of the second lock arm, or the rear end surface of the first bolt 1414 may be vertically disposed from top to bottom, and the rear end surface of the second bolt 1422 may be vertically disposed from top to bottom, or the front end surface of the first bolt 1414 or the rear end surface of the second bolt 1422 may be vertically disposed, so that the first lock body 141 and the second lock body 142 may be fastened and connected.
As shown in fig. 9 to 10, in some embodiments, the first lock body 141 further includes a baffle 1416, the baffle 1416 is connected to a side of the rotating shaft 1412 far from the first locking arm 1413, a second moving through hole 1417 through which the baffle 1416 can extend outside is arranged on a side of the lock body housing 1411 far from the first moving through hole 1415, when the rotating shaft 1412 is rotated, the first locking arm 1413 swings in the second moving through hole 1417 around an axis of the rotating shaft 1412, and simultaneously, the baffle 1416 swings in the second moving through hole 1417 around an axis of the rotating shaft 1412 to define a swing angle range of the first locking arm 1413, and the baffle 1416 is arranged to improve the stability of the first locking arm 1413 during swing, and further, the force for blocking the rotating shaft 1412 from rotating is distributed on the first moving through hole 1415 and the second moving through hole 1417, so that the service life of the first locking arm 1413 can be prolonged.
As shown in fig. 9, in some embodiments, a first base plate 14111 and a second base plate 14112 are disposed in the lock body housing 1411 in a spaced arrangement, the first base plate 14111 includes a first middle socket base portion 14113 and a first arm socket base portion 14114 and a first plate socket base portion 14115 coupled to two ends of the first socket base portion 14113, respectively, and the second base plate 14112 includes a second middle socket base portion 14116 and a second arm socket base portion 14117 and a second plate socket base portion 14118 coupled to two ends of the second socket base portion 14116, respectively. The shaft groove base part two 14116 and the shaft groove base part one 14113 are respectively provided with arc structures matched with the rotating shaft 1412 and are oppositely arranged to form a shaft groove space for accommodating the rotating shaft 1412; the arm slot base part I14114 is obliquely arranged from the front end of the shaft slot base part I14113 to the front upper part, the arm slot base part II 14117 is horizontally arranged from the front end of the shaft slot base part II 14116 to the front, the arm slot base part I14114 and the arm slot base part II 14117 are oppositely arranged to form an arm slot space for the lock arm I1413 to swing in, and the movable through hole I1415 is a partial structure of the arm slot space; the first sipe base part 14115 is obliquely arranged from the rear end of the first sipe base part 14113 to the rear upper side, the second sipe base part 14118 is obliquely arranged from the rear end of the second sipe base part 14116 to the rear upper side, the baffle 1416 is set to be of an arc structure, the first sipe base part 14115 and the second sipe base part 14118 are respectively set to be of an arc structure matched with the baffle 1416 and are oppositely arranged to form a sipe space for the baffle 1416 to swing in, and the second movable through hole 1417 is a part of the sipe space; the shaft groove space is of a cylindrical structure, and two sides of the shaft groove space are respectively communicated with the arm groove space and the plate groove space. In this embodiment, when the rotating shaft 1412 rotates until the lower end surface of the first locking arm 1413 abuts against the upper end surface of the second arm slot base portion 14117, the upper end surface of the baffle 1416 abuts against the lower end surface of the first arm slot base portion 14115, when the rotating shaft 1412 rotates until the upper end surface of the first locking arm 1413 abuts against the lower end surface of the first arm slot base portion 14114, the lower end surface of the baffle 1416 abuts against the upper end surface of the second arm slot base portion 14118, so that the swing angle range of the first locking arm 1413 is limited by the arm slot space, and the swing angle range of the baffle 1416 is limited by the plate slot space, so that the double limitation of the rotation angle range of the rotating shaft 1412 is achieved, and the arrangement of the first base plate 14111 and the second base plate 14112 increases the contact area between the first locking arm 1413 and the baffle 1416 and the lock body housing 1411, disperses the impact force, thereby preventing damage to the first lock body 141 and prolonging the service life of the locking device 14.
As shown in fig. 9, in some embodiments, the first lock body 141 further includes an elastic resetting structure 1418 for driving the second lock body 142 to move away from the first lock body 141, an installation space for installing the elastic resetting structure 1418 is provided in the lock body housing 1411, a third movable through hole 1419 through which the elastic resetting structure 1418 can extend out is provided on a side of the lock body housing 1411 close to the first movable through hole 1415, the second lock body 142 includes a pressing portion 1423 for abutting against an outer end surface of the elastic resetting structure 1418, when the locking device 14 is in the locking state, the pressing portion 1423 abuts against an outer end surface of the elastic resetting structure 1418, at this time, the elastic resetting structure 1418 is in the compression state, and an elastic force for driving the second lock body 142 to move away from the first lock body 141 is applied to the second lock body 142, on the one hand, the second lock tongue 1422 is tightly engaged with the first lock tongue 1414 under the elastic force, so that the locked state between the front cover 12 and the main housing 14111 is more stable, and at this time, the baffle 1416 of the arc-shaped structure can abut against a lower end surface of the first lock slot 14115, so as to prevent the first lock body 1414 from moving under the pulling force of the second lock body 1412, thereby improving the lock arm 1414 and the lock body housing 1416 and the lock body 1414; on the other hand, after the rotation shaft 1412 is driven to rotate to the first bolt 1414 and separate from the second bolt 1422, the second lock body 142 can be bounced to a position far away from the first lock body 141 under the elastic force of the elastic reset structure 1418, so that the one-key bounced-off of the front cover 12 can be realized, and the front cover 12 can be conveniently opened. Preferably, the pressing portion 1423 is configured as a front end surface of the second locking arm 1422, and the front end surface of the second locking arm 1422 is vertically arranged, so as to apply a positive pressure to the elastic resetting structure 1418; the elastic reset structure 1418 comprises an elastic piece 14181 and a button 14182 connected with the elastic piece 14181, the elastic piece 14181 is spring-selected and low in cost, the button 14182 comprises a trigger part and a limiting part, the rear end of the trigger part is connected with the front end of the elastic piece 14181, the front end of the trigger part is connected with the rear end of the limiting part, the trigger part can move back and forth along the three movable through holes 1419, the periphery of the limiting part protrudes out of the periphery of the trigger part to prevent the elastic reset structure 1418 from falling outside through the three movable through holes 1419, and of course, in other embodiments, the elastic piece 14181 can also be selected from other elastic parts such as elastic silica gel, or the elastic reset structure 1418 can be set into other elastic structures, and a one-key of the front cover body 12 can also be opened.
As shown in fig. 7-10, in some embodiments, the first lock body housing 1411 is provided with a first mounting hole, the inner wall of the side casing 112 is provided with a first mounting base 1124 for mounting the first lock body 141, the first mounting base 1124 includes a second mounting hole 11241 corresponding to the first mounting hole, and the first lock body 141 and the side casing 112 are connected by fasteners (not shown) such as screws and rivets extending into the first mounting hole and the corresponding second mounting hole. An accommodating space I is formed between the upper end face of the base plate I14111 and the lock body shell 1411, a base plate III 14119 is arranged between the lower end face of the base plate II 14112 and the lock body shell 1411, an accommodating space II is formed between the rear end face of the base plate III 14119 and the lock body shell 1411, the lower end face of the base plate II 14112, an accommodating space III is formed between the front end face of the base plate III 14119 and the lock body shell 1411, the inner end of the fastener is located in the accommodating space I or the accommodating space II, the elastic resetting structure 1418 is installed in the accommodating space III, the structure of the lock body I141 is compact, the size of the lock body I141 is reduced, the occupied size of the lock body I141 in the towel machine shell 1 is small, and the practicability is high. One end face of the rotating shaft 1412 is provided with a first positioning column 14121 in an outward protruding manner, the lock body housing 1411 is provided with a first positioning hole 14122 corresponding to the first positioning column 14121 and used for positioning the rotating shaft 1412 on the first positioning hole 14122 to rotate, the other end face of the rotating shaft 1412 is provided with a second positioning column 14123 in an outward protruding manner, the side shell plate 112 is provided with a second positioning hole 14124 corresponding to the second positioning column 14123 and used for positioning the rotating shaft 1412 on the second positioning hole 14124 to rotate, the outer end face of the second positioning column 14123 is provided with a locking portion 14125 in an outward protruding manner, the locking portion 14125 is of a non-cylindrical structure, and the locking portion 14125 is provided with a key 143 in a matching manner and used for rotating the rotating shaft 1412 from the outside to lock or unlock the locking device 14. In addition, an opening is formed in one side of the lock body housing 1411 close to the side shell plate 122, the rotating shaft 1412 can extend into the shaft groove space through the opening, the first lock arm 1413 can extend into the arm groove space through the opening, the baffle 1416 can extend into the plate groove space through the opening, and the elastic resetting structure 1418 can extend into the accommodating space three through the opening, so that the rotating shaft 1412, the first lock arm 1413, the baffle 1416 and the elastic resetting structure 1418 can be conveniently assembled and disassembled. The first mounting base 1124 further comprises a coaming 11242, one end of the first lock body 141 close to the side shell plate 112 extends into the coaming 11242 when the first lock body 141 is connected to the side shell plate 112, and the coaming 11242 is matched with the first lock body 141 in shape, so that a gap when the first lock body 141 is connected with the side shell plate 112 is hidden inside the coaming 11242, external impurities are blocked outside the coaming 11242, the external impurities are prevented from falling into the first lock body 141 through the gap to influence the rotation of the rotating shaft 1412, and the normal operation of the first lock body 141 is guaranteed.
As shown in fig. 2, in some embodiments, the rear side of the rear shell plate 111 is provided with a mounting part 117 for hanging the paper towel machine housing 1 on the surface of a medium such as a wall, a tile, a door, and a fixing frame, the mounting part 117 can be various connecting parts such as a screw, a hook-and-loop fastener, and the mounting part 117 in this embodiment selects a fastening structure capable of being adhered on the surface of a medium such as a wall surface, two hooks are arranged at intervals on the fastening structure, and a fastening hole is formed in the rear shell plate 111 corresponding to the hook.
As shown in fig. 6, in some embodiments, the inner sides of the first side plate 1122 and the rear shell plate 111 are provided with a second mounting base 1125 for mounting a control device, the inner sides of the first side plate 1122, the second side plate 1123 and the rear shell plate 111 are provided with a third mounting base 1126 for mounting a feeding and cutting mechanism, and the inner sides of the rear shell plate 111 and/or the arc plate 1121 are provided with a fourth mounting base 1127 for mounting a battery. In the embodiment, the mounting bases are respectively and independently arranged aiming at various working components in the paper towel machine, so that the paper towel machine is convenient to maintain or replace independently and is more flexible and convenient to use.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2 or 6, a paper cutting member 1161 is disposed on the side plate 112 on the side of the paper output port one 116 along the length direction of the paper output port one 116, so that the roll paper can be manually cut by the paper cutting member 1161 when the paper towel machine is powered off or the feeding and cutting mechanism fails, and the cutting work of the paper towel machine is ensured to be performed smoothly. The paper cutter I1161 is provided with a cutter with a plurality of cutting teeth arranged at intervals, and compared with a cutter with a whole piece, the paper cutter is convenient to cut roll paper.
As shown in fig. 5 to 6, in some embodiments, the front cover 12 is further provided with a roll paper remaining amount observation plate 125, a warning lamp observation plate 126, a second control button 127, a two-dimensional code attaching plate 128, and a two-dimensional code observation plate 129 provided corresponding to the two-dimensional code attaching plate 128, and preferably, the roll paper remaining amount observation plate 125, the warning lamp observation plate 126, the second control button 127, the two-dimensional code attaching plate 128, and the two-dimensional code observation plate 129 are all provided on the front cover plate 121. The roll paper allowance observation plate 125, the alarm lamp observation plate 126 and the two-dimensional code observation plate 129 are made of transparent materials, so that the internal structure can be observed conveniently; an advertising board or a display screen is arranged above the roll paper allowance observation board 125 and is used for displaying information; the alarm lamp observation panel 126 is provided with an alarm lamp (not shown) inside for warning people that the front cover body 12 is opened or closed or that the remaining amount of roll paper is low.
