(3) According to the shared tissue machine provided by the invention, the outer side surface of the first guide part III is outwards provided with the first guide rib, the distance between the outer side of the first guide wheel and the outer side of the first guide rib is smaller than the distance between the outer side of the first guide wheel and the outer side of the first guide part III, the first guide rib is arranged, the gap range between the two adjacent guide wheels I and the two guide wheels II is further reduced, the problem of paper jam caused by the fact that excessive roll paper falls into the gap between the two adjacent guide wheels I and the two guide wheels II is solved, the roll paper is separated from the first guide plate through the first guide rib, the paper jam caused by the fact that the roll paper is attached to the first guide plate under the electrostatic action is prevented, and the problem of paper jam caused by the shared tissue machine is further prevented.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention more clear, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings of the embodiments of the present invention. It will be apparent that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the invention. All other embodiments, which can be made by a person skilled in the art without creative efforts, based on the described embodiments of the present invention fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
In the description of the present invention, it should be understood that the terms "upper," "lower," "front," "rear," "left," "right," "top," "bottom," "inner," "outer," and the like indicate or are based on the orientation or positional relationship shown in the drawings, merely to facilitate description of the present invention and to simplify the description, and do not indicate or imply that the devices or elements referred to must have a specific orientation, be configured and operated in a specific orientation, and thus should not be construed as limiting the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1 to 15, as an embodiment of the present invention, a shared tissue machine is disclosed, comprising a housing 1, a tissue paper device 3 and a feeding and cutting mechanism 4, wherein a tissue paper outlet port 1121 is provided on the housing 1, the tissue paper device 3 is provided inside the housing 1 for mounting tissue paper 2, and the feeding and cutting mechanism 4 is provided inside the housing 1 and is arranged between the tissue paper device 3 and the tissue paper outlet port 1121. The paper feeding and cutting mechanism 4 comprises a paper feeding device 5 for conveying the roll paper 2, and the paper feeding device 5 comprises a first rotating roller 54 with a plurality of first guide wheels 541 and a second rotating roller 55 with a plurality of second guide wheels 551 which are oppositely arranged, so that the roll paper 2 can be stretched between the first guide wheels 541 and the second guide wheels 551 on the corresponding two sides for rolling conveying. The outer side of the first rotating roller 54 is provided with a first paper guide plate 511 with a first guide wheel channel 5114, and part of the structure of the first guide wheel 541 protrudes outside through the first guide wheel channel 5114. The first paper guide 511 includes a first plate guide 5111, a second plate guide 5112 and a third plate guide 5113, wherein the first plate guide 5112 is disposed below the first plate guide 5111 at intervals, at least two first plate guides 5113 are disposed at intervals, the upper end of the third plate guide 5113 is connected with the first plate guide 5111, the lower end is connected with the second plate guide 5112, and a first guide wheel channel 5114 is formed between the adjacent two first plate guides 5113, that is, a third plate guide 5113 is disposed outside the first rotating roller 54 between the adjacent two first guide wheels 541, and preferably, the number of the first guide wheel channels 5114 is the same as the number of the first guide wheels 541. The outer side of the plate one guide member III 5113 is outwardly protruded with the plate one guide rib 5115, and the distance between the outer side of the guide wheel one 541 and the outer side of the plate one guide rib 5115 is smaller than the distance between the outer side of the guide wheel one 541 and the outer side of the plate one guide member III 3115. In this embodiment, by arranging the paper guide plate 511, most structures of the rotating roller 54 and the guide wheel 541 are blocked inside the paper guide plate 511, and the roll paper 2 is blocked outside the paper guide plate 511, so that the problem that paper jam is not easily caused in the conveying process of the roll paper 2 due to the fact that part or all of the structures of the roll paper 2 fall into the gap range around the rotating roller 54 and the guide wheel 541 is greatly reduced, and the conveying process of the roll paper 2 is smoother; meanwhile, the upper parts of the rotating roller I54 and the guide wheel I541 can be blocked at the inner side of the paper guide plate I511 through the plate I guide piece 5111, the lower parts of the rotating roller I54 and the guide wheel I541 can be blocked at the inner side of the paper guide plate I511 through the plate I guide piece II 5112, and the outer side of the rotating roller I54 between two adjacent guide wheels I541 can be blocked at the inner side of the paper guide plate I511 through the plate I guide piece III 5113, so that almost all structures of the rotating roller I54 and the guide wheel I541 are blocked at the inner side of the paper guide plate I511, and the problem that part or all structures of the roll paper 2 fall into a clearance range around the rotating roller I54 and the guide wheel I541 is greatly reduced, thereby preventing paper jam of a shared paper towel machine; in addition, the outer side of the first guide part III 5113 is outwards protruded with the first guide rib 5115, the distance between the outer side of the first guide wheel 541 and the outer side of the first guide rib 5115 is smaller than the distance between the outer side of the first guide wheel 541 and the outer side of the first guide part III 5113, the gap range between the two adjacent first guide wheels 541 and the two second guide wheels 551 is further reduced by arranging the first guide rib 5115, the problem that the redundant roll paper 2 is difficult to fall into the gap between the two adjacent first guide wheels 541 and the two second guide wheels 551 to cause paper jam is solved, and the roll paper 2 and the first guide paper board 511 are separated through the first guide rib 5115, so that the roll paper 2 is prevented from being attached to the first guide paper board 511 under the action of static electricity to cause paper jam, and the problem that paper jam occurs in a sharing paper towel machine is further prevented.
As shown in fig. 14-15, as an embodiment of the present invention, a second paper guide 521 with a second guide rail channel 5214 is disposed on the outer side of the second rotating roller 55, and a part of the structure of the second guide rail 551 protrudes outside through the second guide rail channel 5214. The second paper guide plate 521 comprises a first guide piece 3211, a second guide piece 5212 and a third guide piece 5213, wherein the second guide piece 5212 is arranged below the first guide piece 5211 at intervals, at least two third guide pieces 5213 are arranged at intervals, the upper end of the third guide piece 5213 is connected with the first guide piece 5211, the lower end of the third guide piece 5213 is connected with the second guide piece 5212, a second guide wheel channel 5214 is formed between two adjacent third guide pieces 5213, namely, a third guide piece 5213 is arranged outside a second rotating roller 55 between two adjacent second guide wheels 551, and preferably, the number of the second guide wheel channels 5214 is the same as the number of the second guide wheels 551. The outer side surface of the third plate guide member 5213 is outwards protruded and provided with a second plate guide rib 5215, and the distance between the outer side of the second guide wheel 551 and the outer side of the second plate guide rib 5215 is smaller than the distance between the outer side of the second guide wheel 551 and the outer side of the third plate guide member 5213. In this embodiment, by arranging the second paper guide plate 521, most structures of the second rotating roller 55 and the second guide wheel 551 are blocked inside the second paper guide plate 521, the roll paper 2 is blocked outside the first paper guide plate 511 and the second paper guide plate 521, so that the part or all structures of the roll paper 2 are reduced while the part or all structures of the roll paper 2 fall into the gap ranges around the first rotating roller 54 and the first guide wheel 541, and the part or all structures of the roll paper 2 fall into the gap ranges around the second rotating roller 55 and the second guide wheel 551, so that the problem of paper jam during the conveying process of the roll paper 2 can be prevented, and the smoothness of the conveying process of the roll paper 2 is further improved; meanwhile, similar to the first paper guide 511, the upper parts of the second rotating roller 55 and the second guide roller 551 can be blocked at the inner side of the second paper guide 521 through the first plate guide 3411, the lower parts of the second rotating roller 55 and the second guide roller 551 can be blocked at the inner side of the second paper guide 521 through the second plate guide 5212, and the outer side of the second rotating roller 55 between two adjacent second guide rollers 551 can be blocked at the inner side of the second paper guide 521 through the third plate guide 5213, so that almost all structures of the second rotating roller 55 and the second guide roller 551 are blocked at the inner side of the second paper guide 521, and the problem of paper jam of the shared paper towel machine is further prevented by reducing the part or all structures of the roll paper 2 to fall into the clearance range around the second rotating roller 55 and the second guide 551; in addition, the outer side of the third guide member 5213 is provided with the second guide rib 5215 in an outward protruding manner, the distance between the outer side of the second guide roller 551 and the outer side of the second guide rib 5215 is smaller than the distance between the outer side of the second guide roller 551 and the outer side of the third guide member 5213, the gap range between the first guide roller 541 and the second guide roller 551 is further reduced through the arrangement of the first guide rib 5115 and the second guide rib 5215, the problem that the redundant roll paper 2 is difficult to fall into the gap between the first guide roller 541 and the second guide roller 551 to cause paper jam is solved, the roll paper 2 and the second guide roller 521 are separated through the second guide rib 5215, the roll paper 2 is prevented from being attached to the second guide roller 521 under the action of static electricity to cause paper jam, and the problem that paper jam occurs in a shared paper towel machine is further prevented.
As shown in fig. 13, as an embodiment of the present invention, the plate one guide 5115 is longitudinally arranged along the upper end to the lower end of the plate one guide three 5113. Similar to the first paper guide 511, the second plate guide 5215 is longitudinally arranged along the upper end of the third plate guide 5213 toward the lower end. So that the arrangement path of the first plate guide rib 5115 and the second plate guide rib 5215 is the same as the moving path of the roll paper 2 when the roll paper 2 is conveyed, when the two sides of the roll paper 2 are propped against the first guide wheel 541 and the second guide wheel 551 and pulled out for a certain length under the relative rolling of the first guide wheel 541 and the second guide wheel 551, the roll paper 2 can move along the first plate guide rib 5115 and the second plate guide rib 5215, and the process of conveying the roll paper 2 is smoother. Of course, in other embodiments, the first plate guide 5115 may be disposed laterally along the first plate guide third 5113, or the second plate guide 5215 may be disposed laterally along the second plate guide third 5213, or only one of the first plate guide 5115 and the second plate guide 5215 may be disposed longitudinally, so that the gap between the adjacent two first guide wheels 541 and the adjacent two second guide wheels 551 may be reduced, and the jam may be prevented. Further, the outer side surface of the first guide member 5113 is configured to be in a convex arc structure, the outer side surface of the first guide member 5115 is configured to be in a convex arc structure corresponding to the outer side surface of the first guide member 5113, the outer side surface of the second guide member 5213 is configured to be in a convex arc structure, the outer side surface of the second guide member 5215 is configured to be in a convex arc structure corresponding to the outer side surface of the second guide member 5213, and the shape of the second guide member is more matched with that of the first guide member 541 and the second guide member 551, so that the gap between the two adjacent guide members 541 and the second guide member 551 is further reduced, and the jam is prevented.
As shown in fig. 13, as an embodiment of the present invention, the curvature of the upper portion of the outer side of the plate one guide three 5113 becomes smaller gradually from the middle portion of the outer side of the plate one guide three 5113 to the upper end portion of the outer side of the plate one guide three 5113, and the curvature of the upper portion of the outer side of the plate one guide bone 5115 becomes smaller gradually from the middle portion of the outer side of the plate one guide bone 5115 to the upper end portion of the outer side of the plate one guide bone 5115, and the middle portion of the outer side of the plate one guide bone 5115 is disposed outside the middle portion of the outer side of the plate one guide three 5113. Similar to the first paper guide 511, the curvature of the upper portion of the outer side of the third guide 5213 gradually decreases from the middle portion of the outer side of the third guide 5213 to the upper end portion of the outer side of the third guide 5213, and the curvature of the upper portion of the outer side of the second guide 5215 gradually decreases from the middle portion of the outer side of the second guide 5215 to the upper end portion of the outer side of the second guide 5215, and the middle portion of the outer side of the second guide 5215 is disposed outside the middle portion of the outer side of the third guide 5213. In this embodiment, the curvatures of the middle portion and the upper portion of the outer side surfaces of the first guide member three 5113 and the first guide rib 5115 become smaller gradually, that is, the curvatures of the middle portion and the upper portion of the outer side surfaces of the first guide member three 5113 and the second guide rib 5215 become smaller gradually, that is, the cambered surfaces of the middle portion and the upper portion of the outer side surfaces of the first guide member three 5113, the first guide rib 5115, the second guide member three 5213 or the upper portion of the outer side surfaces of the second guide rib 5215 are not easy to stay on, so that the guide roll paper 2 can be conveniently guided to extend into the paper feeding channel 56 between the guide wheel one 541 and the guide wheel two 551 gradually.
As shown in fig. 13, as an embodiment of the present invention, the curvature of the lower portion of the outer side of the plate one guide three 5113 becomes smaller gradually from the middle portion of the outer side of the plate one guide three 5113 to the lower end portion of the outer side of the plate one guide three 5113, and the curvature of the lower portion of the outer side of the plate one guide 5115 becomes smaller gradually from the middle portion of the outer side of the plate one guide 5115 to the lower end portion of the outer side of the plate one guide 5115. Similar to the first paper guide 511, the curvature of the lower portion of the outer side of the third guide 5213 gradually decreases from the middle portion of the outer side of the third guide 5213 to the lower end portion of the outer side of the third guide 5213, and the curvature of the lower portion of the outer side of the second guide 5215 gradually decreases from the middle portion of the outer side of the second guide 5215 to the lower end portion of the outer side of the second guide 5215. In this embodiment, the curvatures from the middle part to the lower end part of the outer side surfaces of the first guide member three 5113 and the first guide rib 5115 are gradually reduced, that is, the curvatures from the middle part to the lower end part of the outer side surfaces of the first guide member three 5213 and the second guide rib 5215 are gradually reduced, that is, the curvatures from the middle part to the lower end part of the outer side surfaces of the first guide member three 5113 and the first guide rib 5115 are gradually reduced, the roll paper 2 cannot be easily separated from the lower part of the outer side surfaces of the first guide member three 5113 and the second guide rib 5215, so that the roll paper 2 can be conveniently led to gradually extend out of the paper feeding channel 56 between the first guide roller 541 and the second guide roller 551, the roll paper 2 can be smoothly conveyed out by the paper feeding device 5, and the problem that paper jam occurs when the roll paper 2 is just sent out of the paper feeding channel 56 is prevented, and the curvatures of the middle part and the lower part of the outer side surfaces of the first guide member three 5113 and the first guide rib 5115 can be set to be identical, or the curvature of the second guide member three 5213 and the second guide rib 5215 can be set to be identical, or the curvature of the outer side surfaces of the second guide rib 5215 can be set to be identical, and the curvature of the outer side surfaces of the first guide member and the second guide rib 5213 can be set to be gradually the same, and the curvature from the outer side surface to the outer side surface of the first guide member 5213 and the lower guide member and the lower side of the outer side of the first guide rib 5215 can be set to have a certain curvature.
As shown in fig. 13, as an embodiment of the present invention, the height difference between the middle of the outer side of the plate one guide 5115 and the middle of the outer side of the plate one guide 5113 is greater than the height difference between the upper end of the outer side of the plate one guide 5115 and the upper end of the outer side of the plate one guide 5113, and the height difference between the middle of the outer side of the plate one guide 5115 and the middle of the outer side of the plate one guide 5113 is greater than the height difference between the lower end of the outer side of the plate one guide 5115 and the lower end of the outer side of the plate one guide 5113. Similar to the first paper guide 511, the difference in height between the middle of the outer side of the second guide 5215 and the middle of the outer side of the third guide 5213 is greater than the difference in height between the upper end of the outer side of the second guide 5215 and the upper end of the outer side of the third guide 5213, and the difference in height between the middle of the outer side of the second guide 5215 and the middle of the outer side of the third guide 5213 is greater than the difference in height between the lower end of the outer side of the second guide 5215 and the lower end of the outer side of the third guide 5213. That is, the height difference between the outer side of the first plate guide rib 5115 and the upper portion of the outer side of the third plate guide member 5113 is gradually reduced from the middle portion to the upper end portion, the height difference between the outer side of the second plate guide rib 5215 and the upper portion of the outer side of the third plate guide member 5213 is gradually reduced from the middle portion to the upper end portion, so that the height difference between the outer side of the first plate guide rib 5115 and the upper end portion of the outer side of the third plate guide member 5113 is smaller, even zero, and the height difference between the outer side of the second plate guide rib 5215 and the upper end portion of the outer side of the third plate guide member 5213 is smaller, even zero, thereby ensuring the flatness between the outer side of the first plate guide rib 5115 and the upper end portion of the outer side of the third plate guide member 5213, and the flatness between the outer side of the second plate guide rib 5215 and the upper end portion of the third plate guide member 5213, and paper jam is not easy to occur due to paper jam caused by paper jam. Of course, in other embodiments, the height difference between the outer side of the first plate lead 5115 and the outer side, middle and lower portions of the first plate guide 5113 may be the same, or the height difference between the outer side of the second plate lead 5215 and the outer side, middle and lower portions of the second plate guide 5213 may be the same, which may have a certain jam preventing effect, and in other embodiments, only one of the height differences between the outer side of the first plate lead 5115 and the upper and lower portions of the outer side of the third plate guide 5113 may be set to be gradually smaller from the middle portion thereof, or only one of the height differences between the outer side of the second plate lead 5215 and the upper and lower portions of the outer side of the third plate guide 5213 may be set to be gradually smaller from the middle portion thereof, which may have a certain jam preventing effect.
As shown in fig. 13, as an embodiment of the present invention, the first guide rib 5115 is disposed on the first guide member 5113 near the first guide roller channel 5114, compared to disposing the first guide rib 5115 on the middle region of the first guide member 5113, such that the outer side surface of the first guide roller 541 is adjacent to the outer side surface of the first guide rib 5115 rather than the outer side surface of the third guide member 5113, the paper roll 2 is not easy to be jammed into the gap between the first guide roller 541 and the first guide rib 5115 due to the relatively small difference in height between the first guide roller 541 and the outer side surface of the first guide member 5115, thereby further preventing the paper jam. Similar to the first paper guide 511, the second guide 5215 is disposed on the third guide 5213 near the second guide 5214, compared to disposing the second guide 5215 in the middle region of the third guide 5213, so that the outer side of the second guide 551 is adjacent to the outer side of the second guide 5215 but not adjacent to the outer side of the third guide 5213, and the paper roll 2 is not easy to be jammed into the gap between the second guide 551 and the second guide 5215 to further prevent the paper jam due to the relatively small height difference between the outer sides of the second guide 551 and the second guide 5215. Of course, in other embodiments, the first plate guide 5115 may be disposed in the middle area of the first plate guide 5113, or the second plate guide 5215 may be disposed in the middle area of the third plate guide 5213, which also has a certain anti-jamming effect.
As shown in fig. 7, as an embodiment of the present invention, the outer side surface of the plate one guide 5111 is disposed obliquely inward from the upper end portion of the plate one guide third 5113 to the upper end portion of the outer side surface of the plate one guide 5111, and the upper end portion of the plate one guide 5115 extends to a plate one first position 513 on the outer side surface of the plate one guide 5111 near the lower end portion of the plate one guide 5111. Similar to the first paper guide 511, the outer side of the first second guide 5211 is disposed obliquely inward from the upper end of the third guide 5213 to the upper end of the outer side of the first guide 5211, and the upper end of the second guide 5215 extends to a second first position 523 on the outer side of the first guide 5211 near the lower end of the first guide 5211. In this embodiment, since the outer side surface of the first plate guide 5111 is inclined inwards, when the roll paper 2 is stayed on the first plate guide 5111, the roll paper 2 can be gradually guided and slid into the paper feeding channel 56 by the outer side surface of the first plate guide 5111, so as to prevent the roll paper 2 from being stayed on the first plate guide 5111 to cause accumulation, blockage or jam; because the outer side surface of the first plate guide member 5211 is obliquely arranged inwards, when the roll paper 2 is stayed on the first plate guide member 5211, the roll paper 2 can be gradually guided and slid into the paper feeding channel 56 through the outer side surface of the first plate guide member 5211, so that the situation of accumulation, blockage or paper jam and the like caused by the stay of the roll paper 2 on the first plate guide member 5211 is prevented; in addition, the upper end of the first plate guide 5115 extends to the first plate position 513 on the first plate guide 5111, which is close to the lower end of the first plate guide 5111, compared with the upper end of the first plate guide 5115 which extends only to the lower end of the first plate guide 5111, on the one hand, a larger height difference between the outer side surface of the first plate guide 5115 and the third plate guide 5113 can be ensured, the gap range between two adjacent guide wheels 541 and two guide wheels two 551 is reduced, on the other hand, the height from the first plate position 513 to the lower end region of the first plate guide 5111 is increased, and the roll paper 2 is less likely to stay above the guide wheels 541, so that paper jam is further prevented; the upper end of the second guide 5215 extends to the first position 523 of the second plate on the first guide 5211, which is close to the lower end of the first guide 5211, and compared with the upper end of the second guide 5215 which extends only to the lower end of the first guide 5211, the upper end of the second guide 5215 can ensure that a larger height difference exists between the outer side surface of the second guide 5215 and the third guide 5213, so that the gap between two adjacent guide wheels 541 and two guide wheels 551 is reduced, and on the other hand, the height from the first position 523 of the first guide 5211 to the lower end area is increased, so that the roll paper 2 is less likely to stay above the guide wheels 551, and paper jam is further prevented.
As shown in fig. 7, as an embodiment of the present invention, the outer side surface of the first plate guide member 5112 is disposed obliquely outward from the lower end portion of the first plate guide member 5113 to the lower end portion of the outer side surface of the second plate guide member 5112, the lower end portion of the first plate guide member 5113 is connected to the outer side surface of the second plate guide member 5112, and the outer side of the lower end portion of the first plate guide member 5113 is located at the second plate position 514 on the outer side surface of the second plate guide member 5112 near the lower end portion of the second plate guide member 5112, the height of the upper end portion of the second plate guide member 5112 to the upper end portion region is increased as compared with the connection of the lower end portion of the first plate guide member 5113 to the upper end portion of the first plate guide member 5112, the roll paper 2 is less likely to be folded just through the paper feed passage 56, the jam is further prevented, the area between the lower end portion of the first plate guide member 5112 and the second plate guide member 5112 is smaller, and the jam of the roll paper 2 is less likely to be prevented from being stacked on the first plate guide member 5112. Similar to the paper guide plate one 511, the outer side surface of the second guide member two 5212 is inclined outward from the lower end portion of the third guide member 5213 to the lower end portion of the outer side surface of the second guide member two 3112, the lower end portion of the third guide member 5213 is connected to the outer side surface of the second guide member two 5212, and the outer side of the lower end portion of the third guide member 5213 is located at the second plate position 524 on the outer side surface of the second guide member two 5212 near the lower end portion of the second guide member two 5212, compared to the case where the lower end portion of the third guide member 5213 is connected to the upper end portion of the second guide member two 5212, the height of the second plate position 524 to the upper end portion region of the second guide member two 5212 is increased, the roll paper 2 is less likely to fold just through the paper feed passage 56, paper jam is further prevented, the area between the lower end portion of the second guide member two 5112 and the second plate position 524 is smaller, and the roll paper is less likely to be jammed on the second guide two 5212, and further paper jam is prevented. The inner side of the lower end of the first plate guide III 5113 is positioned at the upper end of the outer side surface of the second plate guide II 5112, and the inner side of the lower end of the second plate guide III 5213 is positioned at the upper end of the outer side surface of the second plate guide II 5212. In this embodiment, since the outer side surface of the second plate guide 5112 is disposed obliquely outward, the outer side surface of the lower end of the second plate guide 5112 is located at the outer side of the outer side surface of the lower end of the third plate guide 5113, compared with the arrangement of the outer side surface of the second plate guide 5112 obliquely inward, the moving area of the roll paper 2 after being sent out of the paper feeding device 5 can be reduced, the certainty of the moving direction and path of the roll paper 2 after being sent out through the paper feeding channel 56 can be improved, and paper jam can be prevented; because the outer side surface of the second plate guide member 5212 is arranged in an outward inclined manner, the outer side surface of the lower end part of the second plate guide member 5212 is positioned outside the outer side surface of the lower end part of the third plate guide member 5213, compared with the arrangement that the outer side surface of the second plate guide member 5212 is arranged in an inward inclined manner, the movable area of the roll paper 2 after being sent out of the paper feeding device 5 can be reduced, the certainty of the movement direction and the path of the roll paper 2 after being sent out through the paper feeding channel 56 can be improved, and the paper jam can be prevented; in addition, the outer side surfaces of the first plate guide member 5112 and the second plate guide member 5212 are both arranged obliquely outwards, so that the gap between the lower end parts of the first plate guide member 5112 and the second plate guide member 5212 is smaller, that is, the moving direction range and the path range of the roll paper 2 after the roll paper 2 comes out from the gap are smaller, the certainty is higher, and the roll paper 2 is beneficial to being sent out from the outside through the paper outlet port 1121. Of course, in other embodiments, the outer side of the second plate guide 5112 or the second plate guide 5212 may be disposed obliquely inward, the lower end of the third plate guide 5113 may be connected to the upper end of the second plate guide 5112, or the lower end of the third plate guide 5213 may be connected to the upper end of the second plate guide 5212, the second plate position 514 may be disposed on the second plate guide 5112 at a position away from the lower end of the second plate guide 5112, or the second plate position 524 may be disposed on the second plate guide 5212 at a position away from the lower end of the second plate guide 5112, which may also have a certain jam preventing effect.
As shown in fig. 7, as an embodiment of the present invention, when the first paper guide 511 and the second paper guide 521 are disposed on the paper feeding device 5, the outer side surface of the first plate guide 5111 is located in the tangential direction of the first guide roller 541, and the outer side surface of the second plate guide 5211 is located in the tangential direction of the second guide roller 551, so as to guide the roll paper 2 into the paper feeding channel 56 between the first guide roller 541 and the second guide roller 551, so as to prevent the roll paper 2 from staying on the top of the first guide roller 541 or the second guide roller 551, thereby preventing paper jam; the outer side surface of the first plate guide member 5112 is positioned in the diameter direction of the first guide wheel 541, and the outer side surface of the second plate guide member 5212 is positioned in the diameter direction of the second guide wheel 551, so that small gaps are reserved between the second plate guide member 5212 and the lower end part of the second plate guide member 5212, and paper scraps scattered on the outer side surface of the first plate guide member 5112 or the second plate guide member 5212 can be conveniently guided to the outside; the upper end part of the first plate guide member 5111 is positioned outside the vertical tangent line on the inner side of the first guide wheel 541, and the upper end part of the second plate guide member 5211 is positioned outside the vertical tangent line on the inner side of the second guide wheel 551, so that the roll paper 2 can be conveniently guided to fall into the paper feeding channel 56; the lower end of the second plate guide 5112 is located inside the vertical tangent line on the outer side of the first guide wheel 541, and the lower end of the second plate guide 5212 is located inside the vertical tangent line on the outer side of the second guide wheel 551, so that the gap between the second plate guide 5212 and the lower end of the second plate guide 5212 is prevented from being too small to prevent the roll paper 2 from being conveyed out of the environment.
As shown in fig. 13, as an embodiment of the present invention, there are at least three plate-one guides 5113, in which five plate-one guides 5113 are provided, wherein one plate-one guide 5113 is connected between one end of the plate-one guide 5111 and one end of the plate-one guide 5112, wherein the other plate-one guide 5113 is connected between the other end of the plate-one guide 5111 and the other end of the plate-one guide 5112, and wherein the other three plate-one guides 5113 are connected between positions other than the two ends of the plate-one guide 5111 and the plate-one guide 5112. Corresponding to the first paper guide 511, the third guide 5213 is at least provided with three, in this embodiment, five corresponding to the third guide 5113 are provided, wherein the third guide 5113 corresponding to one end of the third guide 5213 is connected between one end of the first guide 5211 and one end of the second guide 5212, wherein the third guide 5113 corresponding to the other end of the third guide 5213 is connected between the other end of the first guide 5211 and the other end of the second guide 5212, and wherein the third guide 5213 corresponding to the third guide 3213 is connected between the first guide 5211 and a position other than the two ends of the second guide 5212. The first plate guide 5113 at both ends has a first guide rail 5114 at only one side, so that the first plate guide 5115 is provided at only one side adjacent to the first guide rail 5114, and the first guide rail 5114 is provided at both sides of the first plate guide 5113 between both ends, so that the first plate guide 5115 is provided at both sides adjacent to the first guide rail 5114. Similarly, the third plate guide 5213 at the two ends has the second guide 5214 at only one side, so the second guide 5215 is only provided at one side near the second guide 5214, and the second guide 5214 is provided at both sides of the third plate guide 5213 between the two ends, so the second guide 5215 is provided at both sides near the second guide 5214.
As shown in fig. 8, as an embodiment of the present invention, the paper feeding mechanism 4 further includes a paper feeding base 41, and the paper feeding device 5 includes a paper feeding support 53, a first paper feeding frame 51, and a second paper feeding frame 52, wherein the paper feeding support 53 is provided as a part of the structure of the paper feeding base 41, and the structure is simplified. The first paper feeding frame 51 is mounted on the paper feeding support 53, the first rotating roller 54 is mounted on the first paper feeding frame 51, and the first paper feeding frame 51 is also mounted with a first motor 57 for driving the first rotating roller 54 to rotate. The first paper guide 511 is provided as a part of the structure of the first paper feeding frame 51, and a receiving space 515 in which the first motor 57 and the first rotary roller 54 can be placed is formed between the first paper guide 511 and the first paper feeding frame 53, and a mounting groove for mounting the first motor 57 and the first rotary roller 54 is provided inside the first paper guide 511. The second paper feeding frame 52 is arranged opposite to the first paper feeding frame 51, the second rotating roller 55 is arranged on the second paper feeding frame 52, the second paper guide plate 521 is arranged to be a part of the second paper feeding frame 52, and the second paper feeding frame 52 is movably connected with the first paper feeding frame 51. In this embodiment, when the roll paper 2 is conveyed, the roll paper 2 stretches into the paper feeding channel 56 between the guide wheel two 551 and the guide wheel two 541 which are abutted against each other, and two sides of the paper feeding channel are abutted against the guide wheel two 541 and the guide wheel two 551 respectively, at this time, the guide wheel two 551 is abutted against the guide wheel two 541 indirectly through the roll paper 2, the rotating roller one 54 is driven by the motor one 57, the guide wheel one 541 rotates along with the rotating roller one 54, and drives the guide wheel two 551 which is abutted against the paper feeding channel directly or indirectly and the rotating roller two 55 which is connected with the guide wheel two 551 to rotate, and the roll paper 2 is pulled out for a certain length under the rolling and dragging of the guide wheel one 541 and the guide wheel two 551 together for users to use; because the first rotating roller 54 and the second rotating roller 55 are respectively arranged on the first independent paper feeding frame body 51 and the second independent paper feeding frame body 52, the second paper feeding frame body 52 is movably connected with the first independent paper feeding frame body 51, when new roll paper 2 is replaced, the second independent paper feeding frame body 52 can be driven to move in a direction away from the first independent paper feeding frame body 51, so that the guide wheel two 551 is driven to move away from the first independent guide wheel 541, the paper feeding channel 56 between the guide wheel two 551 and the guide wheel one 541 is gradually widened, the end part of the roll paper 2 is conveniently pulled into the paper feeding channel 56, the end part of the roll paper 2 is installed, the second independent paper feeding frame body 52 is driven to move in a direction close to the first independent paper feeding frame body 51, so that the guide wheel two 551 is driven to move close to the first independent guide wheel 541, the paper feeding channel 56 between the guide wheel two 551 and the guide wheel one 541 is gradually narrowed until the guide wheel two 551 are indirectly abutted against each other through the roll paper 2, and the end part of the roll paper 2 can be conveniently installed through the guide wheel two 551 and the guide wheel two 551.
As shown in fig. 10 to 12, as an embodiment of the present invention, the paper feeding frame body one 51 includes side plates one 512 disposed at front and rear ends of the paper feeding frame body one 51, respectively, and a paper guide plate one 511 connected between the side plates one 512. The outside of the front end side plate I512 is provided with a driving wheel 58 and a driven wheel 59 which is meshed with the driving wheel 58, the rotating roller I54 passes through the front end side plate I512 and is connected with the driven wheel 59, and the output end of the motor I57 passes through the front end side plate I512 and is connected with the driving wheel 58. In this embodiment, the driving wheel 58 and the driven wheel 59 are disposed on one side of the first paper feeding frame 51, the first motor 57 can drive the first rotating roller 54 and the first guide roller 541 to rotate through the meshing transmission between the driving wheel 58 and the driven wheel 59, and the second guide roller 551 and the second rotating roller 55 are driven to rotate through the extrusion force when the first guide roller 541 and the second guide roller 551 abut against each other. Preferably, the first connecting seat 516 may be respectively arranged on the first side plate 512 at the front end and the second side plate 512 at the rear end, the front end and the rear end of the first rotating roller 54 are respectively and rotatably connected to the first connecting seat 516, the first connecting seat 516 may be made of metal or nonmetal materials, when the first connecting seat 516 is made of metal materials, lubricating oil can be coated on the connecting area, friction force between the first connecting seat 516 and the first rotating roller 54 is reduced, and the first rotating roller 54 rotates more smoothly. A first top plate 517 is further connected between the tops of the first two side plates 512, one side of the first top plate 517 is connected with the upper end of the first paper guide plate 511, the first top plate 517, the first paper guide plate 511, the first two side plates 512 and the paper feeding support frame 53 jointly enclose a containing space 515, and part of structures of the first motor 57, the first rotating roller 54 and the first guide wheel 541 are sealed in the containing space 515 to prevent substances such as dust, paper scraps, water, sundries and the like from falling into the containing space. A broadcasting device (not shown) is further provided in the first accommodation space 515, and a broadcasting hole 531 for transmitting sound of the broadcasting device to the outside is provided in the paper feed support 53. Of course, in other embodiments, the driving wheel 58 and the driven wheel 59 may be disposed outside the rear end side plate 512, the rear end of the first rotating roller 54 may pass through the rear end side plate 512 and be connected with the driven wheel 59 outside thereof, the other output end of the first motor 57 may pass through the rear end side plate 512 and be connected with the driving wheel 58 outside thereof, or another motor 57 may be disposed, the output end of the first motor 57 may pass through the rear end side plate 512 and be connected with the driving wheel 58 outside thereof, and the driving wheel 58 and the driven wheel 59 may be connected by other structures such as a conveyor belt.
As shown in fig. 11-12, as an embodiment of the present invention, the second paper feeding frame 52 includes a second side plate 522 and a second paper guide plate 521 detachably connected to the second side plate 522 near the first paper guide plate 511, which has a simple structure and is convenient for assembly and disassembly. The front and rear ends of the second rotating roller 55 are rotatably connected to the second side plate 522, and the front and rear ends of the second side plate 522 are respectively provided with a second connecting seat 526 for connecting the second rotating roller 55, however, in other embodiments, only one of the front end or the rear end of the second rotating roller 55 may be rotatably connected to the second side plate 522, and may also be mounted on the second side plate 522. The second paper guide 521 is opposite to the first paper guide 511, the second paper guide 521 and the second side plate 522 together enclose a second accommodating space 525, and part of the structures of the second rotating roller 55 and the second guide roller 511 are enclosed in the second accommodating space 525 to prevent dust, paper scraps, water, sundries and other substances from falling into the second accommodating space.
As shown in fig. 9-10, as an embodiment of the present invention, the lower end of the paper guide plate two 521 is rotatably connected with the lower end of the side plate one 512, the upper end of the paper feeding frame body two 52 is connected with the upper end of the side plate one 512 through a fastening structure 527, after the fastening structure 527 is released, the paper feeding frame body two 52 is rotated relative to the paper feeding frame body one 51 to drive the paper feeding frame body two 52 to approach and separate from the paper feeding frame body one 51, so that the paper feeding channel 56 is widened to mount the end of the roll paper 2, and the roll paper 2 extending into the paper feeding channel 56 can be conveyed in a rolling manner when the roll paper conveying guide plate two 551 abuts against the guide wheel one 541. The first side plate 512 protrudes outside the first paper guide plate 511, on one hand, is convenient to connect with the second paper feeding frame 52, and on the other hand, the first side plate 512, the first paper guide plate 511, the second paper guide plate 521, the first guide wheel 541 and the second guide wheel 551 jointly enclose the paper feeding channel 56, and the first side plate 512 also has a limiting function, so that the roll paper 2 can be prevented from being separated from the paper feeding channel. Of course, in other embodiments, the lower end of the second paper guide 521 may be rotatably connected to other structures of the lower end of the first paper feeding frame 51, such as the first paper guide 511, or the lower end of the second paper feeding frame 52 may be rotatably connected to the lower end of the first paper feeding frame 51 through other structures of the lower end of the second paper feeding frame 52, such as the second side plate 522, so as to achieve the approaching or separating of the second paper feeding frame 52 relative to the first paper feeding frame 51.
As shown in fig. 12 or 15, as an embodiment of the present invention, the fastening structure 527 includes a fastening plate 5271 and a fastening groove one 5272, wherein the fastening plate 5271 is movably connected with the side plate two 522, a fastening groove one 5273 is disposed on a side of the end portion of the fastening plate 5271 near the side plate one 512, the fastening groove one 5272 is disposed on the side plate one 512 corresponding to the fastening groove one 5273, the fastening plate 5271 can move and/or rotate relative to the side plate two 522 to extend the fastening groove one 5273 into the fastening groove one 5272 to realize locking of the paper feeding frame two 52 relative to the paper feeding frame one 51, and extend the fastening groove one 5273 into the fastening groove one 5272 to realize rotation of the paper feeding frame two 52 relative to the paper feeding frame one 51, which is simple in structure and convenient for production and processing.
As shown in fig. 15, as an embodiment of the present invention, two positioning posts 5274 are disposed on the second side plate 522 at intervals in parallel, a positioning hole one 5275 is disposed on the clamping plate 5271 corresponding to the positioning post 5274, the positioning post 5274 extends into the positioning hole one 5275, and a free end of the positioning post 5274 is connected with a movable fastener (not shown in the figure) capable of limiting the positioning hole one 5275 on the positioning post 5274. The clamping plate 5271 can move along the positioning post 5274, the first clamping plate 5273 is provided with a groove 5276 with an opening direction consistent with the direction of the free end of the positioning post 5274, preferably, the opening direction is upward, and one side, close to the first paper guide plate 511, of the first clamping plate 5273 is provided with an inclined guide surface. The first buckle 5273 is engaged with the first buckle slot 5272 through the groove 5276, and an elastic reset piece (not shown in the figure) for keeping the clamping plate 5271 away from the second side plate 522 is arranged between the bottom of the clamping plate 5271 and the second side plate 522. In this embodiment, when the fastening structure 527 needs to be released, the pressing of the clamping plate 5271 can drive the groove 5276 on the first fastening plate 5273 to be separated from the first fastening groove 5272, when the fastening structure 527 needs to be fastened, the second paper feeding frame 52 is driven to approach the first paper feeding frame 51, the first fastening plate 5273 can slide into the first fastening groove 5272 under the guidance of the inclined guiding surface until the groove 5276 corresponds to the first fastening groove 5272, and simultaneously the groove 5276 is pushed to be fastened with the first fastening groove 5272 under the elastic force of the elastic restoring member. Simple, convenient and labor-saving operation. Of course, in other embodiments, three, four or more positioning posts 5274 can be provided to enhance stability, and the clamping plate 5271 can be connected to the second paper guiding plate 521 or can be in snap connection.
As shown in fig. 12, as an embodiment of the present invention, a plate flange 5121 extends outward from the periphery of the first 512 ring of the side plate, the plate flange 5121 encloses a third 518 of the accommodating space, the driving wheel 58 and the driven wheel 59 are located in the third 518 of the accommodating space, the first 512 ring of the side plate, the plate flange 5121 and the paper feeding support 53 together enclose the driving wheel 58 and the driven wheel 59 in the third 518 of the accommodating space, and prevent dust, paper dust, water, sundries and other substances from falling into the third 518, and interfere with the rotation of the driving wheel 58 or the driven wheel 59. The first clamping groove 5272 is disposed on the plate flange 5121, compared with the first clamping groove 5272 being directly disposed on the second side plate 522, the plate flange 5121 is relatively wider, and is more convenient for processing, and the contact area between the first clamping groove 5272 and the groove 5276 is larger, so that the connection is more stable.
As shown in fig. 10, as an embodiment of the present invention, a paper jam detecting member 5116 is provided on the first plate guide 5111 for detecting whether a paper jam occurs in real time, and after the paper jam occurs, the roll paper 2 is easily stacked on the outer side of the first plate guide 5111, and the paper jam detecting member 5116 is provided on the first plate guide 5111 to facilitate timely knowing of the paper jam. Four roll paper release length detection pieces 5117 are arranged on the first plate guide piece three in a row and used for measuring the released length of the roll paper 2, and paper can be discharged through the preset length to guide a user to save paper and avoid waste. Each roll paper release length detection member 5117 is disposed on the first plate guide member two 5112 between the adjacent two first plate guide members three 5113 for facilitating the measurement of the length and, at the same time, for detecting the presence or absence of a jam. The jam detecting member 5116 and the roll paper release length detecting member 5117 in this embodiment can be sensor devices such as infrared sensor and photosensitive sensor, and have low cost and high applicability. Of course, in other embodiments, a plurality of jam detectors 5116 or only one roll paper release length detector 5117 may be provided, or only one of the jam detectors 5116 or the roll paper release length detectors 5117 may be provided, and the detection function may be achieved.
As shown in fig. 16 to 22, as an embodiment of the present invention, the paper feeding and cutting mechanism 4 further includes a paper cutting device 6 for cutting the roll paper 2, the paper cutting device 6 including a paper cutting support 63, a paper cutting plate 61, a fixing plate 62, and a motor two 64, wherein the paper cutting support 63 is provided as a part of the structure of the paper feeding and cutting base 41, simplifying the structure. The paper cutting support frame 63 is arranged below the paper feeding support frame 53, the paper cutting support frame 63 is positioned between the paper feeding support frame 53 and the first paper outlet 1121, the second paper outlet 631 is arranged on the paper cutting support frame 63 corresponding to the first paper outlet 1121, the rolled paper 2 is cut through the paper cutting device 6 after being fed out by a certain length through the paper feeding device 5, and can be directly fed out to the outside through the second paper outlet 631 and the first paper outlet 1121, and a special conveying mechanism is not required to be arranged to convey the rolled paper 2 from the paper cutting device 6 to the first paper outlet 1121, so that the structure is greatly simplified, the cost is saved, and the processing difficulty is reduced. The paper cutting board 61 is movably connected to one side of a second paper outlet 631 on the paper cutting support frame 63, the fixing plate 62 is fixedly arranged on the other side of the second paper outlet 631 on the paper cutting support frame 63, a paper cutting opening 65 is formed between the fixing plate 62 and the paper cutting board 61, the second motor 64 is used for driving the paper cutting board 61 to be close to and/or far away from the fixing plate 62, and when the paper cutting board 61 abuts against the fixing plate 62, the paper roll 2 stretching into the paper cutting opening 65 can be cut, and the paper cutting machine is simple in structure and high in practicability.
As shown in fig. 17, as an embodiment of the present invention, the paper cutting board 61 includes a movable member 611, a first paper cutting member 612 disposed on the movable member 611 near the second paper outlet 631, and a driving member 613 disposed on the movable member 611 far from the first paper cutting member 612, wherein the driving member 613 is disposed vertically from the side of the movable member 611 toward the side far from the first paper cutting member 612, a rack structure 6131 is disposed on one side of the driving member 613 along the length direction thereof, and a second motor 64 is in driving connection with the rack structure 6131 for driving the paper cutting board 61 to approach and/or separate from the fixed plate 62 in the vertical direction to cut the roll paper 2 extending into the paper cutting opening 65, and the cutting of the roll paper 2 is more direct and powerful, although in other embodiments, the driving member 613 may also be disposed obliquely from the side of the movable member 611 toward the side far from the first paper cutting member 612, and may also drive the paper cutting board 61 to approach and/or separate from the fixed plate 62 to cut the roll paper 2 extending into the paper cutting opening 65.
As shown in fig. 16, as an embodiment of the present invention, the first paper cutting member 612 is arranged in parallel with the fixing plate 62, so that the respective portions of the roll paper 2 extending into the paper cutting port 65 are cut simultaneously, thereby cutting the roll paper 2 quickly. The front end face and the rear end face of the movable piece 611 are arranged in parallel, the front end face and the rear end face of the paper cutting support frame 63 respectively correspond to the front end face and the rear end face of the movable piece 611 and extend upwards to form a first limiting plate 632, when the movable piece 611 approaches or is far away from the fixed plate 62, the whole front end face and the rear end face are respectively limited by the first front limiting plate 632 and the second limiting plate 632, the first limiting plate 632 can be used for guiding, and compared with the fact that the front end face and the rear end face of the movable piece 611 are arranged in a non-parallel mode, the paper cutting plate 61 can approach or be far away from the movable piece 611 along a path which is perpendicular to the first paper cutting piece 612 and is more stable.
As shown in fig. 16, as an embodiment of the present invention, a paper cutting cover 66 is further connected to the paper cutting support 63, the periphery of the paper cutting cover 66 is detachably connected to the paper cutting support 63 by fasteners, in this embodiment, the movable member 611 and the driving member 613 of the paper cutting board 61 are covered under the paper cutting cover 66 to prevent dust, paper scraps, water and other impurities from falling into the interior, the first paper cutting member 612 is exposed outside the paper cutting cover 66, and when cutting, the paper cutting board 61 is close to the fixed plate 62, at this time, the movable member 611 and/or the driving member 613 can be temporarily exposed outside the paper cutting cover 66 to cut the roll paper 2 extending into the paper cutting opening 65, and in other embodiments, the whole structure of the paper cutting board 61 can be covered under the paper cutting cover 66 to further play a role in dust prevention and the like. A first guide structure 615 is disposed between the paper cutting plate 61 and the paper cutting cover 66, the first guide structure 615 includes a first guide channel 6151 and a first guide member 6152 disposed corresponding to the first guide channel 6151, and when the paper cutting plate 61 approaches or moves away from the fixing plate 62, the paper cutting plate 61 can move along the first guide channel 6151 to guide through the first guide member 6152, so that the paper cutting plate 61 moves along the fixing path.
As shown in fig. 17, as an embodiment of the present invention, the paper cutting board 61 further includes an extension member 614 disposed on the movable member 611 at a side far from the first paper cutting member 612, the extension member 614 is vertically disposed from the side of the movable member 611 toward the direction far from the first paper cutting member 612, the extension member 614 is disposed at one end of the movable member 611 at one side, and the outer side surface of the extension member 614 and the outer end surface of the movable member 611 are located on the same plane, which is equivalent to extending the area of the one end surface of the movable member 611, i.e. increasing the limit area between the movable member 611 and the first limit plate 632, and the paper cutting board 61 is smoother during the back and forth movement along the first limit plate 632.
As shown in fig. 18, as an embodiment of the present invention, two extending members 614 are provided, so that stability of the moving process of the paper cutting plate 61 is better, namely, a first extending member 6141 and a second extending member 6142 are respectively provided, the first extending member 6141 and the second extending member 6142 are respectively arranged at the front end and the rear end of one side of the movable member 611, stability and balance of the whole paper cutting plate 61 are better, a first spacing space 616 is formed between the driving member 613 and the first extending member 6141, a second spacing space 617 is formed between the driving member 613 and the second extending member 6142, a first mounting base 6145 for mounting the first displacement sensing member 6143 is provided on the first extending member 6141, a second mounting base 6146 for mounting the second displacement sensing member 6144 is provided on the second extending member 6142, and a second displacement sensing member 6148 is provided on the paper cutting support 63. The second motor 64 is arranged on the paper cutting support 63 in the first interval 616, the second displacement detecting member 6148 is arranged on the paper cutting support 63 in the second interval 617, and the structure is compact, and space occupation is saved. The first displacement detecting member 6147 and the second displacement detecting member 6148 may be sensing devices such as photoelectric sensors, the first displacement detecting member 6143 and the second displacement detecting member 6144 may be made of metal materials, the first displacement detecting member 6147 and the second displacement detecting member 6144 are both arranged on the paper cutting support frame 63, the free end of the first displacement detecting member 6141 is far away from a side of the fixed plate 62 when the paper cutting plate 61 moves to the farthest distance from the fixed plate 62, whether the paper cutting plate 61 moves to the farthest distance is detected in real time, the second displacement detecting member 6148 is located at a side of the second spacing space 617 facing the free end of the second extending member 6142 when the paper cutting plate 61 moves to the nearest distance from the fixed plate 62, and whether the paper cutting plate 61 moves to the nearest distance is detected in real time, so as to control the operation of the paper cutting device 6. Of course, in other embodiments, only one extending member 614 may be provided, or three, four or more extending members 6141 and 6142 may be provided, which may also be exchanged between the two extending members 6142, so as to improve the stability of the cutting board 61 during movement.
As shown in fig. 18, as an embodiment of the present invention, the rack structure 6131 is disposed on the driving member 613 near one side of the extending member 614, the first guide member 6152 is disposed on the top surface of the driving member 613 and along the length direction of the driving member 613, the first guide member 6152 is a bar structure formed by protruding perpendicularly outwards from the top wall of the driving member 613, and the first guide channel 6151 is a bar-shaped groove structure disposed at the bottom of the paper cutting cover 66 corresponding to the first guide member 6152, so that in the process of approaching or separating the paper cutting plate 61 from the fixed plate 62, the front end surface and the rear end surface of the movable member 611 are guided by the first limit plate 632 disposed front and rear, and the first guide member 6152 is guided by the first guide channel 6151, thereby enhancing the guiding stability, and the paper cutting cover 66 also has the function of limiting the paper cutting plate 61 up and down, thereby preventing the paper cutting plate 61 from being separated from the paper cutting support 63, and further enhancing the guiding stability.
As shown in fig. 18, as an embodiment of the present invention, the first paper cutting member 612 includes a plurality of cutters 6121 arranged at intervals, and the outer end of the first cutter 6121 has a piercing portion 61211 for piercing the paper towel, compared with the case that the first paper cutting member 612 is provided as a whole cutter, the plurality of cutters 6121 arranged at intervals only cut a plurality of slits arranged at intervals on the paper roll 2 after cutting the paper roll 2, the cut paper towel is not cut immediately, but the user is required to pull with a little force to cut again, thereby preventing the falling of the standing horse and being polluted after cutting the paper roll 2, avoiding waste, and saving more resources.
As shown in fig. 18, as an embodiment of the present invention, the first cutters 6121 are arranged in a row at intervals in the vertical direction of the movable member 611, so that a row of cracks arranged at intervals are formed on the cut roll paper 2, which is convenient for a user to tear, and the roll paper 2 is more easily penetrated to the outside through the paper cutting opening 65 and the second paper outlet 631 along the first cutters 6121 along the vertical direction of the movable member 611, so that the roll paper 2 is prevented from being stuck on the upper surface of the first cutters 6121 to cause paper jam.
As shown in fig. 18, as an embodiment of the present invention, the piercing portion 61211 is located at the lower portion of the first cutter 6121, the upper portion of the first cutter 6121 is provided with the guiding portion 61212, the height difference between the outer side surface of the guiding portion 61212 and the outer side surface of the movable member 611 gradually decreases from the upper end portion of the outer side surface of the piercing portion 61211 to the upper end portion of the first cutter 6121, and when the roll paper 2 stays on the first cutter 6121, the roll paper 2 can be guided to the outer side surface of the piercing portion 61211 through the outer side surface of the guiding portion 61212, so that the roll paper 2 is more convenient to pass through the paper cutting opening 65 and the second paper outlet 631 along the first cutter 6121 to the outside.
As shown in fig. 17, as an embodiment of the present invention, the outer side surface of the guiding portion 61212 is provided with a concave arc surface structure, and the curvature of the outer side surface of the guiding portion 61212 gradually decreases from the upper end of the outer side surface of the piercing portion 61211 to the upper end of the first cutter 6121, that is, the arc surface from the lower end to the upper end of the outer side surface of the guiding portion 61212 becomes gradually gentle, so that the roll paper 2 cannot easily stay on the guiding portion 61212, thereby facilitating the guiding of the roll paper 2 to gradually extend into the paper cutting opening 65.
As shown in fig. 18, in the embodiment of the present invention, the distance between the left and right side surfaces of the first cutter 6121 gradually increases from the outer end surface of the piercing portion 61211 to the outer wall of the movable member 611, i.e., the horizontal cross section of the piercing portion 61211 is in a triangular structure, so that the structure is stable, the piercing portion 61211 is not easy to break, and the service life of the first cutter 6121 is prolonged. And the first cutter 6121 and the movable piece 611 are arranged into an integrated structure, namely, the first cutter 6121 is a convex structure formed by outwards protruding from one side of the movable piece 611, so that the structure is simplified, and the stability is better.
As shown in fig. 19, as an embodiment of the present invention, a limiting boss 618 is protruding outwards from one end of the bottom of the movable member 611 near the first paper cutting member 612, and the lower portion of the first cutter 6121 is disposed outside the limiting boss 618, and one side of the limiting boss 618 far away from the fixed plate 62 can abut against one side of the second paper outlet 631 far away from the fixed plate 62 after the paper cutting plate 61 is far away from the fixed plate 62, so as to further limit the movable range of the paper cutting plate 61.
As shown in fig. 17, as an embodiment of the present invention, a plurality of arc-shaped protruding columns 6111 are respectively protruding from the front and rear end surfaces of the movable member 611 along the vertical direction of the movable member 611, so as to enhance the stability of the structure of the movable member 611, and meanwhile, the contact area between the front and rear end surfaces of the movable member 611 and the front and rear limiting plates 632 is reduced, that is, the friction resistance in the moving process of the paper cutting plate 61 is reduced, so that the paper cutting plate 61 is convenient to move, a plurality of arc-shaped protruding columns 6111 are also protruding from the outer side surfaces of the first extending member 6141 and the second extending member 6142 along the vertical direction of the movable member 611, so as to further enhance the stability of the first extending member structure, and of course, the movable member 6141 or the second extending member 6142 may be one, or two or three or even more, and in other embodiments, the first extending member 6141 or the second extending member 6142 may not be provided with arc-shaped protruding columns 6111, so as to enhance the stability of the paper cutting plate 61 to some extent.
As shown in fig. 5 or 24, as an embodiment of the present invention, the second paper cutting member 67 is disposed at a position near the second paper outlet 631 at the bottom of the paper cutting support 63 along the length direction of the second paper outlet 631, and preferably the second paper cutting member 67 is connected to the main housing 11 by a fastener (not shown), and in other embodiments, the second paper cutting member 67 may be connected to the bottom of the paper cutting support 63 by a fastener. The paper towel machine can be manually cut through the paper cutting piece II 67 when the paper towel machine is not powered on or the paper cutting device 6 fails, so that the cutting work of the paper towel machine is ensured to be smoothly carried out. The second cutting member 67 has a second cutting blade 671 disposed at a distance from the side of the second sheet outlet 631, so that the roll paper 2 can be cut more easily than a single cutting blade.
As shown in fig. 21-22, as an embodiment of the present invention, the output end of the second motor 64 is provided with a worm 641, one side of the worm 641 is in meshed connection with a worm wheel 642, and the worm wheel 642 is in transmission connection with a rack structure 6131. In the present embodiment, a gear box 643 is provided, a mounting groove for accommodating the gear box 643 is provided at the bottom of the paper cutting cover 66, and a second motor 64, a worm 641 and a worm wheel 642 are arranged in the gear box 643, so that assembly is facilitated. The motor two 64 and the worm 641 are arranged in parallel with the driving piece 613, a shaft one 644 and a shaft two 645 are rotatably arranged in the gear box 643, the shaft one 644 and the shaft two 645 are arranged between the worm 641 and the driving piece 613, the worm wheel 642 is fixedly connected to the shaft one 644, the shaft one 644 is fixedly connected with an intermediate gear one 646, the shaft two 645 is fixedly connected with an intermediate gear two 647, the worm wheel 642 is in meshed connection with the worm 641, the intermediate gear one 646 is in meshed connection with the intermediate gear two 647, and the outer side of the intermediate gear two 647 protrudes out of the gear box 643 and is in meshed connection with the rack structure 6131. When the motor II 64 is started, a series of meshing transmission of the worm 641, the worm wheel 642, the first intermediate gear 646, the second intermediate gear 647 and the rack structure 6131 is used for driving the paper cutting plate 61 to approach or separate from the fixed plate 62 to cut the roll paper 2 extending into the paper cutting opening 65, and the worm wheel 642, the first intermediate gear 646 and the second intermediate gear 647 are arranged so as to be convenient for controlling the running speed of the paper cutting plate 61. Of course, in other embodiments, the first intermediate gear 646 and the second intermediate gear 647 may be omitted, and the transmission may be performed by directly engaging the worm gear 642 with the rack structure 6131, or the second motor 64 may be disposed perpendicular to the driving member 613, the rack structure 6131 may be disposed on the top surface of the driving member 613, and the transmission may be performed by directly disposing a gear engaged with the rack structure 6131 at the output end of the second motor 64.
As shown in fig. 6 or 16, as an embodiment of the present invention, the fixing plate 62 is formed to extend upward from one side of the second paper outlet 631, i.e., the fixing plate 62 and the paper cutting support 63 are provided as an integral structure, thereby greatly simplifying the structure and improving the stability of the fixing plate 62. The lower end surface of the first paper feeding frame body 51 abuts against the upper end surface of the fixing plate 62 and the upper end surface of the first limiting plate 632, so that the fixing plate 62 and the first paper feeding frame body 51 are in seamless abutting joint, paper jam caused by the roll paper 2 falling into the outer sides of the fixing plate 62 and the first limiting plate 632 is prevented, and of course, in other embodiments, the lower end surface of the first paper feeding frame body 51 can abut against only the upper end surface of any one of the fixing plate 62 or the first limiting plate 632, and the paper jam preventing function is also achieved.
As shown in fig. 6, as an embodiment of the present invention, the second paper outlet 631 is disposed directly above the first paper outlet 1121, the paper cutting port 65 is disposed inside the second paper outlet 631, the paper feeding channel 56 is disposed directly above the paper cutting port 65, the roll paper 2 can directly fall into the paper cutting port 65 and the second paper outlet 631 under the gravity of the roll paper 2 itself after passing through the paper feeding channel 56, and then be transported to the outside through the first paper outlet 1121, and the whole transport process has a short path and high speed.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 or 29, as an embodiment of the present invention, the inner side wall of the cover 12 is provided with a plurality of criss-cross reinforcing ribs 123 to increase the strength of the cover 12, so as to be not easy to damage. Be provided with stock form surplus observation plate 124, alarm lamp observation plate 125, control button two 126, two-dimensional code attached plate 127 on the lid 12, correspond the two-dimensional code observation plate 128 that two-dimensional code attached plate 127 set up, preferably stock form surplus observation plate 124, alarm lamp observation plate 125 and two-dimensional code observation plate 128 adopt transparent material to make, be convenient for see through its inside structure of observing. The front side of the feeding base 41 is provided with an alarm 411, the alarm 411 is electrically connected with an alarm lamp (not shown in the figure) arranged on the inner side of the alarm lamp observation plate 125, when the cover 12 is opened from the opening 1122 of the main housing 11, the alarm lamp is turned on, and meanwhile, the broadcaster sends out a prompt to inform people that the cover 12 is opened, so that the cover 12 is prevented from being opened accidentally.
As shown in fig. 36-40, as an embodiment of the present invention, a detachable battery 7 is further disposed in the casing 1, where the detachable battery 7 includes a battery body 71, a battery support 72 and a positioning structure 73, and one end of the battery body 71 is provided with a charging interface 711, the battery support 72 is disposed in the casing 1, a mounting channel one 721 for mounting and dismounting the battery body 71 is disposed on the battery support 72, and one end of the mounting channel one 721 on the battery support 72 is provided with a mounting port one 722 through which the inner end portion structure of the battery body 71 can pass, so that after the battery body 71 is mounted on the battery support 72, the outer end of the battery body 71 is exposed to the outside, so as to facilitate the handling of the outer end of the battery body 71. The other end of the first mounting channel 721 of the battery support 72 is provided with a power connector 723, the battery body 71 can extend into the first mounting channel 721 from the first mounting port 722, when the charging interface 711 is electrically connected with the power connector 723, power can be supplied to the tissue machine, and the charging interface 711 and the power connector 723 can be electrically connected in a plug charging type or in a magnetic attraction charging type. The positioning structure 73 comprises a first positioning piece 731 arranged on the battery body 71 and a second positioning piece 732 arranged on the battery bracket 72, wherein the first positioning piece 731 and the second positioning piece 732 can be mutually clamped or separated under the action of external force, and when the battery body 71 is arranged on the battery bracket 72, the first positioning piece 731 and the second positioning piece 732 are clamped and positioned, and when the first positioning piece 731 and the second positioning piece 732 are separated, the battery body 71 can be assembled and disassembled, so that the positioning is firm, the operation is simple, and the positioning structure is suitable for practical use. In this embodiment, the battery body 71 provides power for the tissue machine, and compared with the tissue machine which is directly powered by the power line, the tissue machine can be paved and installed at the outdoor position without power, so that the application range is wider, and the installation is more flexible and convenient. And the battery body 71 can be detached independently to charge, and one tissue machine can be provided with a plurality of battery bodies 71 for alternate use, so that sufficient power can be kept for the tissue machine for a long time, and the practicability is strong. Of course, in other embodiments, the mounting opening 722 of the mounting channel 721 may be configured to pass through the entire structure of the battery body 71, and also to detachably connect the battery body 71 and the battery holder 72.
As shown in fig. 37 to 38, as an embodiment of the present invention, the first positioning member 731 is provided as a protrusion structure protruding outward from the outer wall of the battery body 71, and the second positioning member 732 is provided as a recess structure recessed outward from the inner wall of the battery holder 72 corresponding to the first positioning member 731, which simplifies the structure, and the protrusion structure is provided on the battery body 71 to facilitate the processing, compared to the case where the first positioning member 731 is provided as a recess structure and the second positioning member 732 is provided as a protrusion structure. When the battery body 71 is mounted on the battery bracket 72, the first positioning member 731 is extended into the second positioning member 732 to perform locking and positioning. Preferably, the second positioning member 732 is configured as a through hole penetrating through a side wall of the battery bracket 72, and when the battery body 71 is mounted on the battery bracket 72, a part of the first positioning member 731 can be inserted out of the battery bracket 72 through the second positioning member 732, so that the locking is more firm and not easy to separate. Of course, in other embodiments, the second positioning member 732 may be configured as a groove that does not penetrate the sidewall of the battery holder 72, and may also be engaged with the first positioning member 731.
As shown in fig. 38, as an embodiment of the present invention, the first positioning member 731 includes a baffle 7311, where the baffle 7311 protrudes outwards from the outer wall of the battery body 71 and is disposed along the vertical direction of the first mounting channel 721, and when the battery body 71 is mounted on the battery bracket 72, the first positioning member 7311 abuts against the inner wall of the second positioning member 732 through a side wall of the baffle 7311 away from the charging interface 711 to perform a locking positioning. In this embodiment, the baffle 7311 and the second positioning member 732 are engaged and positioned by surface-to-surface contact, and the contact area is large compared to the case of line-to-line contact, line-to-surface contact, or surface-to-line contact, so that the stability is improved.
As shown in fig. 38, as an embodiment of the present invention, the positioning member one 731 further includes a guide plate 7312, the guide plate 7312 is formed to protrude outward from the outer wall of the battery body 71, one end of the guide plate 7312 is connected to one side of the baffle plate 7311 close to the charging port 711, and is arranged in a parallel direction of the mounting passage one 721, and the top surface of the guide plate 7312 is disposed at an ascending slope from one end far from the baffle plate 7311 to one end close to the baffle plate 7311. In this embodiment, when the battery body 71 is mounted, the battery body 71 is pushed to extend into the first mounting channel 721, the first positioning member 731 is gradually slid into the second positioning member 732 for locking along the upper end surface of the guide plate 7312 under the guidance of the guide plate 7312, so that the operation is easy and labor-saving, and the use is convenient. Preferably, the two guide plates 7312 are provided at both ends of the side of the baffle 7311 near the charging interface 711, respectively, and the structural stability and the balance are good. Of course, in other embodiments, only one guide plate 7312 may be provided, and it is preferable to dispose the guide plate 7312 in the middle of the side of the baffle 7311 near the charging interface 711, or three, four or more guide plates 7312 may be provided to enhance structural stability.
As shown in fig. 37-38, as an embodiment of the present invention, a flexible board 724 horizontally extends outwards from one end of the battery support 72 near the first mounting opening 722, the second positioning member 732 is disposed on the flexible board 724, the flexible board 724 has a certain flexibility, when the flexible board 724 is applied to the flexible board 724, the flexible board 724 can be slightly deformed to facilitate the first positioning member 731 to be engaged with or separated from the second positioning member 732, after the flexible board 724 is released, the flexible board 724 can be restored to the original shape under the own flexible force of the flexible board 724, for example, when the flexible board 724 is pulled outwards relative to the battery body 71 to separate the second positioning member 732 from the first positioning member 731, the battery body 71 can be assembled and disassembled, and the operation is simple and convenient.
As shown in fig. 38, as an embodiment of the present invention, a holding plate 7241 is provided at an outer end of the flexible plate 724, and a holding space 7243 is formed between the holding plate 7241 and the battery body 71 for easy holding after the battery body 71 is mounted on the battery holder 72. In this embodiment, the outer end of the flexible plate 724 extends vertically outwards to form a spacer 7242, the holding plate 7241 is vertically disposed at the upper end of the spacer 7242 and is disposed in parallel from the upper end of the spacer 7242 to a direction away from the second positioning member 732, the flexible plate 724 is disposed at intervals relative to the battery body 71 by providing the spacer 7242, so as to form a holding space 7243, the holding plate 7241 is disposed in parallel to the battery body 71, a pulling force vertically upwards relative to the battery body 71 is conveniently applied to the holding plate 7241, and the battery body 71 is easier and more labor-saving to assemble and disassemble.
As shown in fig. 37, 39 or 40, as an embodiment of the present invention, the detachable battery 7 further includes a second guide structure 74, where the second guide structure 74 includes two sets of second guide members 742 arranged along the parallel direction of the first mounting channel 721 and second guide channels 741 corresponding to the second guide members 742, and the second guide members 742 can move along the second guide channels 741 to guide the battery body 71 when the battery body 71 is assembled or disassembled, so that the charging port 711 can be accurately abutted or separated from the power connector 723, the second guide members 742 and the second guide channels 741 are disposed between the bottom of the battery body 71 and the inner side of the bottom wall of the battery support 72, the second guide members 742 can be tightly contacted with the second guide channels 741 under the gravity of the battery body 71, the stability is good, the connection is not easy to be broken, and the two sets of guide members can improve the stability when the battery body 71 moves relative to the battery support 72, and in other embodiments, only one set or even two, three or more sets of guide members can be disposed. The second guide 742 protrudes from the outer wall of the battery body 71, the second guide channel 741 is recessed from the inner wall of the battery support 72, and the second guide 742 is disposed on the battery body 71 more easily than the second guide channel 741 is disposed on the battery support 72, however, in other embodiments, the second guide 742 may be disposed to protrude from the inner wall of the battery support 72, and the second guide channel 741 may be disposed to recess from the outer wall of the battery body 71.
As shown in fig. 40, as an embodiment of the present invention, six spacer bars 725 are provided on the inner wall of the battery support 72 in an inwardly protruding manner, after the battery body 71 is mounted on the battery support 72, a space with the spacer bars 725 is formed between the battery body 71 and the battery support 72, that is, the surface of the battery body 71 and the surface of the battery support 72 are separated by the spacer bars 725, on one hand, the contact area between the battery body 71 and the battery support 72 is reduced, the frictional resistance when the battery body 71 is mounted and dismounted is reduced, and on the other hand, the mounting and dismounting are easier and more labor-saving, and on the other hand, the space is convenient for heat dissipation of the battery body 71, thereby prolonging the service life of the battery body 71. The spacer 725 is arranged in a parallel direction to the first mounting passage 721 to facilitate the loading and unloading of the battery body 71. The inner sides of the two side walls of the battery bracket 72 are respectively provided with a spacing bar 725, and the inner sides of the bottom wall and the top wall of the battery bracket 72 are respectively provided with two spacing bars 725, so that the top surface, the bottom surface and the two side surfaces of the battery body 71 are separated from the inner sides of the battery bracket 72, and the stability and the heat dissipation performance of the battery bracket 72 for supporting the battery body 71 are better. Of course, in other embodiments, the spacer 725 may not be disposed along the parallel direction of the first mounting channel 721, or the spacer 725 may be disposed on only one or several of the inner sides of the battery holder 72, or the number of the spacer 725 may be only one, or other numbers, or the spacer 725 may be disposed on only the outer wall of the battery body 71, protruding from the outer wall of the battery body 71, or disposed on both the outer wall of the battery body 71 and the inner wall of the battery holder 72, which may also separate the outer surface of the battery body 71 from the inner surface of the battery holder 72.
As shown in fig. 1-3 or 23-29, as an embodiment of the present invention, the casing 1 includes a main casing 11 and a cover 12, wherein the main casing 11 includes a rear casing wall 111 and a side casing wall 112 extending forward from the circumferential edge of the rear casing wall 111, the rear casing wall 111 extends forward to have a positioning shaft 31, the positioning shaft 31 is provided as a part of the structure of the roll paper device 3, the roll paper 2 can be mounted inside the side casing wall 112 by the positioning shaft 31, the paper outlet one 1121 is provided on the side casing wall 112, the feeding base 41 is detachably connected inside the side casing wall 112 by the mounting structure one 13, the battery bracket 72 is detachably connected inside the side casing wall 112 by the mounting structure two 14, the front end of the side casing wall 112 is an opening 1122, and the front end of the side casing wall 112 is provided with a reinforcing frame 113, so that the strength of the side casing wall 112 can be improved, the side casing wall 112 is not easily damaged by bending and deforming under external force impact, and the service life of the casing 1 is prolonged. The main housing 11 may be mounted to a wall, tile, door, fixture, or other medium surface. The cover 12 is rotatably connected to the main housing 11 through a connection structure 121 for opening or closing the opening 1122. In this embodiment, the feeding base 41 and the battery holder 72 are detachably connected to the side casing wall 112 through the first mounting structure 13 and the second mounting structure 14, so that the casing 1, the feeding mechanism 4 and the detachable battery 7 are modularized, and are convenient to maintain or replace independently, and are more flexible and convenient to use, and in order to save space, the feeding base 41 and the battery holder 72 are generally arranged parallel to the roll paper 2, so that the areas of the sides of the feeding base 41 and the battery holder 72 are far greater than the areas of the rear end portions, the feeding base 41 and the battery holder 72 are mounted on the inner side of the side casing wall 112, and the area of the mounting area can be relatively greater than that of the mounting area of the feeding base 41 and the battery holder 72 on the inner side of the rear casing wall 111, so that the mounting area can be more stable.
As shown in fig. 23, 24, 26 or 28, as an embodiment of the present invention, the reinforcing frame 113 includes a reinforcing portion 1131 protruding inwards along the inner side of the front end of the side wall 112, where the reinforcing portion 1131 is disposed on the inner side of the front end of the side wall 112, and on one hand, may be hidden inside the side wall 112 without affecting the aesthetic appearance of the external structure, and on the other hand, is closer to the center of the side wall 112, has stronger impact resistance, stronger structure, and is less likely to be damaged by bending or deformation. The reinforcing frame 113 further includes a second reinforcing portion 1132, where the second reinforcing portion 1132 extends forward from the front side of the first reinforcing portion 1131 near one end of the side casing wall 112, so that on one hand, the strength of the side casing wall 112 can be increased, and on the other hand, the contact area between the first reinforcing portion 1131 and the side casing wall 112 is increased, so that the connection between the first reinforcing portion 1131 and the side casing wall 112 is more stable and firm. The first reinforcing part 1131 and the second reinforcing part 1132 are provided with three positioning pieces 1134 in a protruding mode, the rear side of the cover body 12 is provided with positioning grooves 122 corresponding to the three positioning pieces 1134, when the cover body 12 is covered on the opening 1122, the cover body 12 stretches into the positioning grooves 122 to limit the position, so that stability of the cover body 12 after being covered on the opening 1122 is guaranteed, loosening or dislocation of the cover body 12 relative to the opening 1122 due to the gravity action of the cover body 12 or the external force action is prevented, the cover body 12 is prevented from being covered on the opening 1122 in a non-tight mode, the three positioning pieces 1134 are arranged at intervals, positioning is carried out from multiple position angles, and positioning stability is improved. Of course, in other embodiments, only one, two, four or other numbers of the third positioning members 1134 may be provided, and the third positioning members 1134 may be connected to only one of the first reinforcing members 1131 or the second reinforcing members 1132, or the second reinforcing members 1132 may not be provided, so that the cover 12 may be stably covered on the opening 1122.
As shown in fig. 28, as an embodiment of the present invention, the reinforcing frame 113 further includes a third reinforcing portion 1133, where the third reinforcing portion 1133 extends rearward from an end of the rear side of the first reinforcing portion 1131 near the side wall 112, so as to further strengthen the strength of the side wall 112, increase the contact area between the first reinforcing portion 1131 and the side wall 112, and make the connection between the first reinforcing portion 1131 and the side wall 112 more stable and firm. The reinforcing frame 113 is detachably connected with the side shell wall 112, two clamping pieces 1135 are arranged on the inner side of the side shell wall 112, a clamping groove II 11353 is formed in the clamping piece 1135, a reinforcing part III 1133 can extend into the clamping groove II 11353 to be installed, the reinforcing frame 113 can extend out of the clamping groove II 11353 to be detached, the structure is simple, the reinforcing frame 113 can be replaced at any time, the service life of the tissue machine is prolonged, the loading and unloading are convenient, the two clamping pieces 1135 are arranged at intervals, and the stability of connection is improved. Of course, in other embodiments, the clamping members 1135 may be provided in one, three or other numbers, or the reinforcing frame 113 may be fixedly connected with the side wall 112 or provided as an integral structure, which also has the function of reinforcing the strength of the side wall 112.
As shown in fig. 28, as an embodiment of the present invention, the clamping member 1135 includes a clamping portion 11351 and a connecting portion 11352, where the clamping portion 11351 is spaced from the side shell wall 12, a clamping groove two 11353 is formed between the clamping portion 11351 and the side shell wall 112, one end of the connecting portion 11352 is connected to the rear portion of the clamping portion 11351, one end of the connecting portion 11352 is connected to the side shell wall 112, a bayonet 11331 with a rearward opening is provided on the reinforcing member three 1133 corresponding to the clamping member 1135, the clamping member 1135 extends into the bayonet 11331 when the reinforcing member three 1133 extends into the clamping groove two 11353, and compared with the clamping member 11331 not provided, the clamping groove two 11353 on the clamping member 1135 is directly clamped with the rear edge of the reinforcing member three 1133, the clamping member 1135 can be relatively close to the front end of the side shell wall 112, so that the inner space of the side shell wall 112 is increased, the installation of the roll paper 2 is not disturbed, and the clamping member 1135 is relatively close to the center of the reinforcing member three 1133 after installation, so that the stability of the clamping is improved.
As shown in fig. 28, as an embodiment of the present invention, the reinforcing portion one 1131 includes a reinforcing plate one 11311, a reinforcing plate two 11312, and a reinforcing plate three 11313, wherein the reinforcing plate one 11311 is arranged perpendicular to the side case wall 112, and the reinforcing portion two 11312 is provided extending forward from one end of the front side of the reinforcing plate one 11311 near the side case wall 112. The second reinforcing plate 11312 and the first reinforcing plate 11311 are arranged in parallel at intervals, a third interval 11314 is formed between the second reinforcing plate 11312 and the first reinforcing plate 11311, and the third reinforcing part 1133 extends backwards from one end, close to the side shell wall 112, of the rear side of the first reinforcing plate 11311. One end of the third reinforcing plate 11313 is connected with one end, far away from the side shell wall 112, of the first reinforcing plate 11311, and the other end of the third reinforcing plate 11312 is connected with one end, far away from the side shell wall 112. In this embodiment, by arranging the first reinforcing plate 11311, the second reinforcing plate 11312 and the third reinforcing plate 11313, compared with the case that the first reinforcing plate 1131 is arranged as a solid whole, the material and the cost are greatly saved, the weight of the first reinforcing plate 1131 is reduced, and the deformation of the side shell wall 112 caused by the gravity of the first reinforcing plate 1131 is prevented.
As shown in fig. 26-27, as an embodiment of the present invention, a plurality of connection members 1136 are provided on the inner side of the front end of the side wall 112, and the connection members 1136 are located in the third space 11314 when the reinforcing frame 113 is mounted on the side wall 112, and the first reinforcing plate 11311 is connected to the connection members 1136 by a fastener (not shown). Therefore, on the basis that the third reinforcing part 1133 is clamped with the clamping piece 1135, the first reinforcing plate 11311 is connected with the connecting piece 1136, so that the stability of connection between the reinforcing frame 113 and the side shell wall 112 is improved, and the connection is prevented from being broken by error collision. Of course, in other embodiments, the connecting member 1136 may be connected to the second reinforcing plate 11312 or the third reinforcing plate 11313, or any two or all of the first reinforcing plate 11311, the second reinforcing plate 11312 and the third reinforcing plate 11313, so as to enhance the connection stability between the reinforcing frame 113 and the side wall 112.
As shown in fig. 23-24, as an embodiment of the present invention, the side shell wall 112 includes a circular arc plate 1123, a side plate one 1124 and a side plate two 1125, the side plate one 1124 and the side plate two 1125 are respectively arranged tangential to the circular arc plate 1123, and the side plate one 1124 and the side plate two 1125 are mutually perpendicular, i.e. the circular arc plate 1123 is arranged as a three-quarter circular ring structure and is basically arranged around the outer side of the roll paper 2, so that the space in the casing 1 can be fully utilized, and meanwhile, the other one-quarter circular ring structure is replaced by the side plate one 1124 and the side plate two 1125, so that the space of the part is increased, enough arrangement space is provided for the feeding and cutting mechanism 4 and other working parts, the roll paper 2 can be installed near the inner side of the circular arc plate 1123, and the shape of the intersection area between the feeding and cutting mechanism 4 and the side plate one 1124 and the side plate two 1125 is compact, thereby the volume of the casing 1 is greatly reduced, the paper towel can be installed in a small space, and the material is saved. The reinforcing frame 113 is arranged on the inner side of the front end of the circular arc plate 1123, one end of the cover body 12 is rotatably connected with the first side 1124 of the side plate through the connecting structure 121, and the other end of the cover body 12 is connected with the circular arc plate 1123 through the locking device 8, so that a plurality of connecting structures 121 positioned on the same straight line can be arranged on the same plane, the stability of connection is enhanced, the locking device 8 is arranged on the opposite side of the connecting structure 121, locking is firmer, the reinforcing frame 113 is not arranged on the first side 1124 and the second side 1125 of the side plate, and thus, the obstruction is not caused when the cutting mechanism 4 and other working parts are installed, meanwhile, the positioning shaft 31 is arranged deviated from the center of the circular arc plate 1123, preferably the positioning shaft 31 is arranged above the center of the circular arc plate 1123, so that a larger arrangement space is reserved below and on two sides of the paper winding device 3, and the locking device 8 or more working parts can be conveniently assembled and disassembled, and of course, in other embodiments, the positioning shaft 31 can be arranged below or on two sides of the center of the circular arc plate 1123, or arranged on the center of the plate 1123, the positioning shaft 31 can also be arranged on the center 1, the inner space of the circular arc plate 1123 can be compact, the hinge can be used for installing the hinge structure 121, the hinge can be conveniently arranged, and the hinge can be used for installing the hinge structure in other embodiments, and the hinge structure can be compact, and the hinge structure can be used for connecting and the other embodiments, and can be used for installing and the hinge structures and have a compact structure and other structures. The paper outlet 1121 is arranged on the side plate II 1125, and when the tissue machine is hung on the surface of a medium such as a wall, the side plate II 1125 is positioned at the bottom of the machine shell 1, so that the roll paper 2 conveniently passes out from the paper outlet 1121 to the outside under the self gravity. The first mounting structure 13 comprises a first connecting base 131 arranged on the second side plate 1125, and the first connecting base 131 and the first paper outlet 1121 are arranged at one end, close to the first side plate 1124, of the second side plate 1125, namely, in an area relatively far away from the paper winding device 3, so that a larger arrangement space is provided, and the paper winding device is convenient to assemble and disassemble.
As shown in fig. 24, as an embodiment of the present invention, the first mounting structure 13 further includes a first mounting member 132, a second first connecting base 133, a second first mounting member 134, a first supporting base 135, a third first connecting base 136 and a third first mounting member 137, wherein the first connecting base 131 is configured as an L-shaped plate disposed on the second side plate 1125 in the front-back direction and facing the first side plate 1124, the first mounting member 132 is configured as a straight plate disposed on the first cutting base 41 near the first side wall of the circular arc plate 1123 in the front-back direction corresponding to the first connecting base 131, and the first mounting member 132 extends into the first connecting base 131 for clamping installation while pushing the cutting base 41 to move back and forth along the first connecting base 131, or extends out of the first connecting base 131 for separation and disassembly, which is simple, accurate and fast. The second connection base 133 is a perforated plate vertically arranged on the first side plate 1124, the third connection base 136 is a cylindrical structure protruding forward from the inner side of the rear casing wall 111, a mounting hole is formed in the cylindrical structure, the second first mounting piece 134 is a perforated plate vertically arranged on the second connection base 41 near the first side plate 1124, the third mounting piece 137 is a perforated plate vertically arranged on the first connection base 41 near the first side plate 1123, and is a U-shaped hole, the assembly and disassembly are facilitated, the second mounting piece 134 is connected with the second connection base 133 through a fastener (not shown in the figure), the third mounting piece 137 is connected with the third connection base 136 through a fastener (not shown in the figure), the connection is firm, and the second connection base 133 and the second mounting piece 134 are preferably arranged near the front end of the first side plate 1124. The first support base 135 is configured as a protruding strip structure arranged on the second side plate 1125 in the front-back direction, and is used for supporting the feeding and cutting base 41, separating the bottom surface of the feeding and cutting base 41 from the second side plate 1125, so as to facilitate assembly, disassembly and heat dissipation, and meanwhile, the first support base 135 is matched with the first connection base 131, so that the feeding and cutting base 41 is firmly clamped on the second side plate 1125.
As shown in fig. 23, as an embodiment of the present invention, the second mounting structure 14 includes a first second connection base 141, a first second mounting member 142, a second connection base 143, a second mounting member 144, and a second support base 145, wherein the second connection base 143 is configured as a cylindrical structure protruding forward from the inner side of the rear casing wall 111, a mounting hole is formed in the cylindrical structure, the second mounting member 144 is disposed at an end of the outer wall of the battery bracket 72 near the power connector 723, a mounting hole is formed in the second mounting member 144, the second mounting member 144 is firmly connected to the second connection base 143 by a fastener (not shown in the drawing), and two second mounting members 144 and the second support base 145 are disposed at intervals, so as to improve the connection stability. The first connecting bases 141 are two, the first connecting bases 141 are all L-shaped plates which are arranged on the inner side wall of the lower portion of the circular arc plate 1123 in the front-back direction, the two L-shaped plates are oppositely arranged, the first second mounting pieces 142 are arranged two corresponding to the first connecting bases 141, the first connecting bases 141 are L-shaped plates which are arranged at the bottom of the battery bracket 72 in the front-back direction, the battery bracket 72 is pushed to move forwards and backwards along the first connecting bases 141, and meanwhile, the first second mounting pieces 142 extend into the first connecting bases 141 to be clamped and mounted, or extend out of the first connecting bases 141 to be separated and dismounted, the operation is simple, accurate and quick, the directions of the two first mounting pieces 142 are opposite, and therefore the battery bracket 72 can be firmly limited on the circular arc plate 1123. The second support base 145 is provided with a protruding strip structure arranged on the arc plate 1123 in the front-rear direction, and is used for supporting the battery bracket 72, separating the bottom surface of the battery bracket 72 from the arc plate 1123, so that the battery bracket is convenient to assemble, disassemble and dissipate heat, and meanwhile, the second support base 145 is matched with the first second connection base 141, so that the battery bracket 72 is firmly clamped on the second side plate 1125. Of course, in other embodiments, the number of the first connection base 131, the first mounting member 132, the second connection base 133, the second mounting member 134, the first support base 135, the second connection base 141, the second mounting member 142, the second connection base 143, the second mounting member 144 or the second support base 145 may be only one or may be plural.
As shown in fig. 29 to 35, as an embodiment of the present invention, the locking device 8 includes a first lock body 81 and a second lock body 82, wherein the first lock body 81 is disposed at a front end of the circular arc plate 1123, the first lock body 81 includes a first lock body housing 811 and a rotating shaft 812 rotatably mounted inside the first lock body housing 811, a lock arm 813 having a lock tongue 814 disposed at an outer end is connected to the rotating shaft 812, a movable through hole 8111 through which the outer end of the lock arm 813 extends outside is disposed on the first lock body housing 811, the lock arm 813 can swing in the movable through hole 8111 around an axis of the rotating shaft 812 when the rotating shaft 812 is rotated, the second lock body 82 is disposed inside the cover 12, the second lock body 82 includes a locking plate 821 having a locking portion 822, the rotating shaft 812 rotates until the lock tongue 814 extends into the locking portion 822, two spacing plates 8112 are disposed at intervals outside the lock body housing 811, a spacing groove 8113 is formed between the adjacent two spacing plates 8112, the locking plate 821 is disposed in the spacing groove 8113 when the rotating shaft 812 rotates to leave the locking portion 822, and an unlocking state is formed when the lock tongue 814 leaves the locking portion. In this embodiment, the rotation of the rotation shaft 812 can drive the lock arm 813 and the lock tongue 814 to swing in the movable through hole 8111 around the axis of the rotation shaft 812, so that the lock tongue 814 stretches into the locking portion 822 to lock the cover 12 on the circular arc plate 1123, the cover 12 can not rotate relative to the main housing 11 through the connection structure 121, so that the cover 12 is firmly covered on the opening 1122, or the lock tongue 814 stretches out of the locking portion 822 to unlock the cover 12 from the circular arc plate 1123, the cover 12 can rotate relative to the main housing 11 through the connection structure 121 to open the opening 1122, thereby facilitating replacement of the working components such as the roll paper 2 or the loading and unloading and cutting mechanism 4, and the structure is simple, convenient for processing, and strong practicality; the setting of spacing groove 8113 between two limiting plates 8112 can be in the spacing groove 8113 with the limiting plate 821 limit when the locking state, prevents that the locking plate 821 from moving under self gravity or under lid 12 gravity or under the circumstances of receiving external force relative lock body one 81, leads to locking plate 821 and spring bolt 814 to separate and unexpected unblock, and the security is better, and simultaneously, limiting plate two 8112 still has certain supporting role to locking plate 821 and lid 12, makes the connection between lid 12 and the main casing 11 more firm. In addition, the locking device 8 can be arranged between the cover body and the main body of other products such as tissue boxes, jewel boxes and the like as an independent structure, and has wide application range and strong practicability.
As shown in fig. 31, as an embodiment of the present invention, the locking plate 821 is disposed along the radial direction of the rotating shaft 812, and the locking arm 813 and the locking tongue 814 can vertically extend into the locking portion 822 when rotating around the axis of the rotating shaft 812, so that the operation is more convenient and quick. The lock arm 813 includes an arm portion 8131 arranged in parallel with the lock plate 821, and the lock tongue 814 is disposed at one side of the outer end of the arm portion 8131 near the lock plate 821 so as to vertically extend into the lock portion 822. The lock arm 813 further includes a second arm 8132, an outer end of the second arm 8132 is connected to the first arm 8131, and an inner end is connected to the rotation shaft 812 through a fixing portion 8133, so that the first arm 8131 is arranged in parallel with the locking plate 821. Preferably, the fixing portion 8133 is disposed around the rotating shaft 812, the rotating shaft 812 is connected to the inner side of the fixing portion 8133, and the inner end of the second arm portion 8132 is connected to the outer side of the fixing portion 8133, so that the contact area between the fixing portion 8133 and the rotating shaft 812 is increased, and the connection stability is improved.
As shown in fig. 34-35, as an embodiment of the present invention, the shaft 812 and the locking arm 813 are provided with a reset member 815, and the reset member 815 can apply a resistance to the shaft 812 and the locking arm 813 when the shaft 812 rotates until the locking tongue 814 leaves the locking portion 822, so as to keep the locking arm 813 in a locking state, thereby omitting the process of manually applying resistance by people and saving time and labor when in use. The restoring member 815 is preferably configured as a torsion spring, which includes a winding rod 8151 wound around the outside of the rotating shaft 812, and two ends of the winding rod 8151 are respectively provided with a torsion bar first 8152 and an inwardly extending torsion bar second 8153 extending outwards from below the rotating shaft 812, so that the locking arm 813 can be maintained in a locked state by torsion forces between the torsion bar first 8152, the torsion bar second 8153 and the winding rod 8151. The fixed part 8133 is provided with an annular mounting groove 81331 for placing the roll rod 8151 on one side, the arm part two 8132 is provided with a strip-shaped mounting groove 81321 for placing the torsion bar one 8152 on one side, the strip-shaped mounting groove 81321 is communicated with the annular mounting groove 81331, the torsion bar two 8153 is abutted against the inner side wall of the lock body housing 811, so that the reset element 815 is limited in the annular mounting groove 81331 and the strip-shaped mounting groove 81321, on one hand, space occupation can be reduced, on the other hand, the relative position between the reset element 815 and the rotating shaft 812 and the locking arm 813 is firmer, and the locking arm 813 is not easy to be influenced by relative movement, so that the locking arm 813 is kept in a locking state. Of course, in other embodiments, the fixing portion 8133 may be connected to only one side of the rotating shaft 812, the restoring member 815 may be disposed on only one of the rotating shaft 812 or the locking arm 813, and the annular mounting groove 81331 or the strip-shaped mounting groove 81321 may be omitted, so as to maintain the locking arm 813 in a locked state.
As shown in fig. 33, as an embodiment of the present invention, a first reinforcing plate 8114 is further vertically disposed on a side of the second limiting plate 8112 away from the limiting groove 8113, one side of the first reinforcing plate 8114 is connected with the lock body housing 811, and the other side of the first reinforcing plate 8114 is connected with the second limiting plate 8112, so as to increase the strength of the second limiting plate 8112 and the lock body housing 811 and enhance the bearing capacity of the second limiting plate 8112, in this embodiment, the first reinforcing plate 8114 is disposed on both the second limiting plates 8112, so that the limiting and supporting of the cover body 12 are more strong, however, in other embodiments, the first reinforcing plate 8114 may be disposed on only one of the second limiting plates 8112. A second reinforcing plate 823 is further vertically disposed on one side of the locking plate 821, one side of the second reinforcing plate 823 is connected with the locking plate 821, and the other side of the second reinforcing plate 823 is connected with the inner side of the cover body 12, so that strength of the locking plate 821 is increased, impact resistance of the locking plate 821 is stronger, preferably the second reinforcing plate 823 is disposed on the bottom side of the locking plate 821, and strong supporting force can be provided for the locking bolt 814 and the locking arm 813 when the locking plate 821 is impacted, however, in other embodiments, the second reinforcing plate 823 can be disposed on the top side of the locking plate 821, and has a reinforcing effect. The third reinforcing plate 824 is further vertically disposed at one end of the locking plate 821, the inner end surface of the third reinforcing plate 824 is connected with one end of the locking plate 821, the other side is connected with the inner side of the cover 12, therefore, the upper and lower sides of one end of the locking plate 821 are reinforced at the same time, the fourth reinforcing plate is further disposed at the outer end surface of the third reinforcing plate 824, one side of the fourth reinforcing plate is connected with the outer end surface of the third reinforcing plate 824, the other side of the fourth reinforcing plate is connected with the inner side of the cover 12, in this embodiment, the second limiting plate 8112 is disposed at one end of the front side of the lock housing 811 far from the outer side wall of the casing 1 and is disposed near one side of the movable through hole 8111, the third reinforcing plate 824 is disposed at one end of the locking plate 821 near the outer side wall of the casing 1, the locking portion 822 can be blocked at the inner side of the third reinforcing plate 824, and a specific connection structure between the locking portion 822 and the lock tongue 814 is prevented from being observed from the outside, and the safety is better. Of course, in other embodiments, only one or a combination of two or more of the first 8114, second 823, third 824 and fourth 824 reinforcement plates may be provided, which may also have a certain reinforcement effect.
As shown in fig. 31, as an embodiment of the present invention, the inner side wall of the lock tongue 814 is disposed vertically with respect to the first arm 8131, so as to abut against the rear side wall of the locking portion 822, and the outer side wall of the lock tongue 814 is disposed at an acute angle with respect to the first arm 8131, so as to guide the locking plate 821 to slide along the outer side wall of the lock tongue 814, so that the lock tongue 814 extends into the locking portion 822. The locking portion 822 is of a through hole structure, which is convenient for processing, and the lock tongue 814 can extend into the locking portion 822 to be quite large for a length, so that the locking stability is better, however, in other embodiments, the locking portion 822 may be of a groove structure only arranged on the upper portion of the locking plate 821, and the locking effect can also be achieved. The side of the outer end of the second limiting plate 8112, which is close to the limiting groove 8113, is provided with the inclined surface 81131 for guiding the locking plate 821 to extend into the limiting groove 8113, so that the area of the inlet of the limiting groove 8113 is increased, the locking plate 821 can slide into the limiting groove 8113 along the inclined surface 81131, the use is more convenient and accurate, in the embodiment, the two limiting plates 8112 are provided with the inclined surfaces 81131, of course, in other embodiments, only one of the two limiting plates 8112 is provided with the inclined surface 81131, and the area of the inlet of the limiting groove 8113 and the area of the locking plate 821 can be increased. The inner end of the rotating shaft 812 is rotatably connected with a second positioning hole 8115 on the lock body housing 811, and the outer end is rotatably connected with a third positioning hole 8116 on the lock body housing 811 for positioning the rotating shaft 812 on the lock body housing 811. The outer end of the rotating shaft 812 is provided with a prismatic structure 8121 in an outward protruding mode, the prismatic structure 8121 is provided with a key 83 in a matching mode, an unlocking channel 8117 for accommodating the prismatic structure 8121 and part of the key 83 is arranged in an outward protruding mode outside the lock body housing 811, the rotating shaft 812 and the locking arm 813 are driven to rotate outside the machine shell 1, so that the locking tongue 814 extends out of the locking portion 822 to unlock, and the unlocking channel 8117 extends into a mounting hole in the machine shell 1 to facilitate mounting and positioning.
As shown in fig. 33, as an embodiment of the present invention, a third mounting structure 15 for connecting with the circular arc plate 1123 is further provided on the outside of the lock body housing 811, the third mounting structure 15 includes a third connection base 151 and a third mounting member 152, the third connection base 151 is provided as a perforated plate disposed on the circular arc plate 1123, the third mounting member 152 is provided as a perforated plate disposed on the lock body housing 811 corresponding to the third connection base 151, the third mounting member 152 is connected with the third connection base 151 by a fastener (not shown in the drawings), the connection is firm, the third mounting member 152 and the third connection base 151 are provided with two corresponding parts, and the two third mounting members 152 are provided at intermediate positions of the top wall and the bottom wall of the lock body housing 811, respectively, near the center of gravity of the lock body housing 811, the connection stability is good, the front end of the third mounting member 152 and the rear end of the third connection base 151 are provided with reinforcing plate enhancing structures, one end of the front side of the third connection base 151 near the plate 1123 is provided with a three-side open-front clamping groove 1511, and the three-side frame 1511 can extend into the circular arc slot 1511.
As shown in fig. 23-27, as an embodiment of the present invention, the paper winding device 3 further includes a paper winding drum 32, the paper winding drum 32 is movably sleeved on the positioning shaft 31, the paper winding 2 is mounted on the paper winding drum 32, the front end of the positioning shaft 31 is provided with a movable baffle 311, the positioning shaft 31 is provided with a hollow cylinder structure with a sealed front end, the structure is stable and material-saving, the movable baffle 311 is provided with a part of the structure opened at the front end of the cylinder structure of the positioning shaft 31, the movable baffle 311 is flexibly connected with the positioning shaft 31, and can perform a meandering motion at a relative connection position, a baffle 312 is arranged on the outer side of the movable baffle 311 in a protruding manner, the paper winding drum 32 is limited by the baffle 312 when being sleeved on the positioning shaft 31, the front side of the baffle 312 is provided with an inclined surface guide part for guiding the paper winding drum 32 to be mounted on the positioning shaft 31, so that when the paper winding drum 2 needs to be replaced, the baffle 312 can be driven to deflect towards the axis of the positioning shaft 31, the paper winding drum 32 can be easily detached, the operation is simple, and the structure is convenient. The front end of the movable baffle 311 is provided with a holding part 313, and the holding part 313 protrudes from the front end of the positioning shaft 31, so that the movable baffle is convenient to hold. The movable baffle 311 is provided with two, is arranged on two opposite sides of the positioning shaft 31 respectively, limits the paper roll 32 from two positions, is more stable in limiting, is arranged on two opposite sides, and is convenient to hold the movable baffle 311 and detach the paper roll 32. The outside of a roll paper tube 32 is provided with anti-slip convex ribs 321 which are used for preventing the roll paper 2 from rotating relative to the roll paper tube 32 along the length direction, the anti-slip convex ribs 321 are arranged at intervals, the outer ends of the anti-slip convex ribs 321 vertically extend outwards to form a shielding strip 322 which is used for preventing the roll paper 2 from falling off, and the anti-slip convex ribs 321 are arranged in a gradually-raised structure from back to front, so that the roll paper 2 is conveniently arranged on the roll paper tube 32. The inside forward protrusion of backshell wall 111 is provided with boss structure 1111, boss structure 1111 is corresponding in the outside of backshell wall 111 is provided with concave station structure 1112 in the concave forward recess, boss structure 1111 and concave station structure 1112 set up circularly, location axle 31 is protruding forward from boss structure 1111's centre of a circle department and is arranged, the rear side can contact with boss structure 1111 when stock form 2 installs on reel unit 3, concave station structure 1112 is located the outside of casing 1, can be used to accomodate outside electric wire, the last backward recess of boss structure 1111 has a recess, install the sensor that is used for detecting stock form 2 current surplus in the recess. The main casing 11 is hung on the surface of a mounting medium such as a wall through the first fixing piece 114 and the second fixing piece 115, wherein a plurality of holes for being connected with the first fixing piece 114 are formed in the rear casing wall 111, the first fixing piece 114 can be a connecting piece such as a screw and a magic tape, the positioning shaft 31 is of a hollow structure with an open rear end, the second fixing piece 115 is fixed on the surface of the mounting medium, the front end of the positioning shaft can extend into the positioning shaft 31, the casing 1 is supported, and the positioning shaft 31 is relatively close to the central position of the tissue machine, so that the support of the tissue machine is more stable and powerful compared with the case that the first fixing piece 114 is only arranged.
As shown in fig. 41-44, as an embodiment of the present invention, a control device 9 is further provided in the interior of the casing 1 for processing electric signals between parts on the tissue machine, the control device 9 includes a control board body 91 and a control board bracket 92, wherein the control board body 91 is used for processing electric signals between parts on the tissue machine, the control board body 91 may be a control board or other control member, opposite ends of the control board body 91 are respectively provided with an open slot 911, the control board bracket 92 is connected in the casing 1 of the tissue machine by a fourth mounting structure 16, a second mounting channel 921 for mounting the control board body 91 is provided on the control board bracket 92, one end of the second mounting channel 921 on the control board bracket 92 is provided with a second mounting opening 922, the other end of the second mounting channel 921 on the control board bracket 92 is provided with a base board 923, the base board 923 is arranged parallel to the control board body 91, the inner side of the control board bracket 92 is formed with a first plate 924 protruding inwards corresponding to the open slot 911, the inner side wall of the control board bracket 92 is formed with a third positioning member 925 protruding inwards, when the control board body 924 is mounted on the control board bracket 92 is mounted in the parallel direction of the control board bracket 921, and the first plate 924 protrudes inwards into the open slot, and abuts against the inner side face of the third positioning member 925. In this embodiment, the control panel body 91 is installed in the inside of the casing 1 through the control panel support 92, the control panel support 92 does not need to be in direct contact with the casing 1, so that the environment where the control panel body 91 is located is relatively not so moist, and is not easy to rust, the service life of the control panel body 91 is prolonged, and the control panel body 91 extends into the inside of the control panel support 92 through the second mounting opening 922 and the second mounting channel 921, and the control panel body 91 can be installed along the first 924 movement of the first plate on the control panel support 92 through the open slot 911, so that the control panel body 91 is stably and accurately installed on the control panel support 92, and is blocked on the outer side of the control panel body 91 through the third positioning piece 925, so that the control panel body 91 is prevented from falling off, and the installation is convenient and stable. In addition, the base plate 923 is arranged parallel to the control plate body 91, so that the volume of the control plate bracket 92 is greatly reduced, the space occupation of the control device 9 is reduced, the control device is conveniently installed in a relatively narrow space, the application range is wide, the practicability is high, in the embodiment, the control device 9 is installed on the inner side of the side plate 1124, and the base plate 923 and the side plate 1124 are arranged in parallel.
As shown in fig. 43 to 44, as an embodiment of the present invention, the positioning members three 925 are provided in four, two positioning members three 925 are respectively arranged on opposite sides of the control board bracket 92, the plate member one 924 is provided in four, two plate members one 924 are respectively arranged on opposite sides of the plate bracket 92, the plate member one 924 and the positioning members three 925 are located on different side walls of the control board bracket 92 to avoid mutual interference, in this embodiment, the control board bracket 92 is provided in a rectangular structure, the positioning members three 925 are arranged on inner walls of front and rear sides of the control board bracket 92, the plate member one 924 is arranged on inner walls of upper and lower sides of the control board bracket 92, and the opening groove 911 and the plate member one 924 are not easily affected by the weight of the plate member one 924 when the control board body 91 is mounted, thereby reducing the mounting efficiency. Of course, in other embodiments, the third 925 and the first 924 may be provided in other numbers, preferably at least two, respectively, and at least one third 925 may be disposed on the front and rear sides of the control panel bracket 92, and at least one first 924 may be disposed on the upper and lower sides of the control panel bracket 92, so as to improve the installation efficiency of the control panel body 91 and the stability of the connection with the control panel bracket 92.
As shown in fig. 44, as an embodiment of the present invention, at least two supporting plates 926 are formed protruding inwards from opposite ends of the base plate 923, when the control plate body 91 is mounted on the control plate bracket 92, the outer end face of the supporting plate 926 abuts against the inner side face of the control plate body 91, so that the inner and outer side faces of the control plate body 91 are stably limited between the positioning member three 925 and the supporting plate 926, the stability of connection between the control plate body 91 and the control plate bracket 92 is further improved, meanwhile, compared with the case that the inner side face of the control plate body 91 abuts against the inner side face of the base plate 923 directly, the control plate body 91 is arranged at intervals with the base plate 923, the control plate body 91 is not easily affected when the outer side of the base plate 923 is in a humid environment, the control plate body 91 is not easily rusted, and the control plate body 91 is arranged at intervals with the base plate 923, the heat dissipation of the control plate body 91 is facilitated, and the service life of the control plate body 91 is further prolonged. The support plate 926 and the first plate 924 are arranged as an integral structure and form an L-shaped plate, so that the structure is simplified and the production is facilitated. Of course, in other embodiments, only one or several of the supporting plates 926 and the first plate 924 may be integrally formed, which may also simplify the structure to some extent.
As shown in fig. 44, in the embodiment of the present invention, the outer side surface of the third positioning member 925 is disposed at an ascending slope from the end far from the base plate 923 to the end close to the base plate 923, and when the control board body 91 is mounted, the third positioning member can slide into the second mounting channel 921 along the ascending slope, so that the mounting is easier and more labor-saving.
As shown in fig. 41-42, as an embodiment of the present invention, the mounting structure four 16 includes a fourth connection base one 161, a fourth mounting member one 162, a fourth connection base two 163, a fourth mounting member two 164, and a fourth support base 165, the fourth connection base one 161 is configured as a cylindrical structure protruding forward from the inner side of the rear casing wall 111, a mounting hole is formed in the cylindrical structure, the fourth mounting member one 162 is disposed on the side of the control board bracket 92 near the rear casing wall 111, a mounting hole is formed in the fourth mounting member one 162, the mounting hole is configured as a U-shaped hole, the mounting is convenient, the fourth mounting member one 162 is firmly connected with the fourth connection base one 161 by a fastener (not shown in the drawing), and the fourth mounting member one 162 and the fourth connection base one 161 are disposed at intervals, so as to improve the connection stability. The second connecting base 163 is provided with two, the second connecting base 163 is an L-shaped plate which is arranged on the inner side wall of the first side plate 1124 in the front-back direction, the two L-shaped plates are oppositely arranged, the second mounting piece 164 is provided with two corresponding to the second connecting base 163, the second mounting piece 164 is arranged along the direction from one end close to the first mounting piece 162 to one end far away from the first mounting piece 162, one second mounting piece 162 is formed by the top wall of the control panel bracket 92 protruding outwards perpendicularly, the other second mounting piece 162 is formed by the bottom wall of the control panel bracket 92 protruding outwards perpendicularly, the control panel bracket 92 is pushed to move forwards and backwards along the second connecting base 163, the second mounting piece 162 extends into the second connecting base 163 for clamping installation, or extends out of the second connecting base 163 for separation and disassembly, the operation is simple, accurate and quick, the two fourth connecting bases are opposite in direction, accordingly, the control panel bracket 92 can be firmly limited on the first side plate 1124, and of course, the two fourth connecting bases 163 can be provided with openings which are also provided with other limiting plates. The fourth supporting base 165 is configured as a protruding strip structure arranged on the first side plate 1124 in the front-back direction, and is used for supporting the base plate 923 and the control board bracket 92, separating the base plate 923 from the first side plate 1124, so as to facilitate assembly, disassembly and heat dissipation, and meanwhile, the second connecting base 163 and the first connecting base 161 are mutually matched, so that the control board bracket 92 is firmly clamped on the first side plate 1124. Of course, in other embodiments, the number of the fourth connecting base 161, the fourth mounting member 162, the fourth connecting base 163, the fourth mounting member 164 or the fourth supporting base 165 may be only one or may be plural.
As shown in fig. 41-43, as an embodiment of the present invention, a control board cover 93 for opening or closing the second mounting opening 922 is further provided on the control board bracket 92, and the control board bracket 92 and the control board cover 93 together seal the control board body 91 in an omnibearing manner, so that a contact space between the control board body 91 and the outside is further isolated, the control board body 91 is prevented from being corroded or impacted, and the service life of the control board body 91 is further prolonged. The support column is arranged on the inner side of the control panel cover 93 in an inward protruding mode, the end face of the support column abuts against the outer side face of the control panel body 91 when the control panel cover 93 is covered on the control panel support 92, the mounting position of the control panel body 91 is further limited, and stability of the control panel body 91 after being mounted is improved.
As shown in fig. 41-42, as an embodiment of the present invention, the front side and the lower side of the control board bracket 92 and the control board cover 93 are jointly provided with a routing through hole 94 for the passage of a line, so that the electric wires can be conveniently laid on the connection, and meanwhile, the outer side surface of the control board body 91 is also used for ventilation and heat dissipation, a control button one 912 is arranged on the outer side surface of the control board body 91, and the control board cover 93 is correspondingly provided with a button through hole for the control button 912 to extend outside, so that the control board body 91 can be regulated and controlled on the outer side of the control board cover 93 without opening the control board cover 93, and the use is convenient. The control panel bracket 92 is connected with the control panel cover 93 through the buckle structure I95 on the upper side and the buckle structure II 96 on the lower side in a buckling manner, so that the control panel bracket is convenient to assemble and disassemble, and the holding groove 97 is formed on the rear side of the control panel bracket 92, so that the control panel bracket is convenient to carry.

the second plate guide piece is arranged below the first plate guide piece at intervals;
the guide wheel device comprises a guide wheel channel II, guide pieces III, guide wheels and guide wheels, wherein at least two guide pieces III are arranged at intervals, the upper end of each guide piece III is connected with one guide piece II, the lower end of each guide piece III is connected with one guide piece II, two adjacent guide pieces III form the guide wheel channel II, the outer side surface of each guide piece III is outwards protruded to be provided with one guide bone II, and the distance between the outer side of each guide wheel II and the outer side of each guide bone II is smaller than the distance between the outer side of each guide wheel II and the outer side of each guide piece III.

The shared tissue machine of claim 2 wherein: the second guide rib is longitudinally arranged along the upper end of the third guide member, the outer side face of the third guide member is arranged to be of a convex arc-shaped structure, and the outer side face of the second guide rib is arranged to be of a convex arc-shaped structure corresponding to the outer side face of the third guide member.

A shared tissue machine as in claim 3 wherein: the curvature of the upper part of the outer side surface of the second guide piece gradually becomes smaller from the middle part of the outer side surface of the second guide piece to the upper end part of the outer side surface of the second guide piece, and the middle part of the outer side surface of the second guide piece is arranged outside the middle part of the outer side surface of the third guide piece.
5. The shared tissue machine of any one of claims 2-4, wherein the feeding and cutting mechanism further comprises a feeding and cutting base, and wherein the paper feeding device comprises:
the paper feeding support frame is arranged as a part of structure of the paper feeding base;
the paper feeding device comprises a paper feeding frame body I, a paper feeding support frame and a paper feeding device, wherein the paper feeding frame body I is arranged on the paper feeding support frame, a first motor used for driving the first rotating roller to rotate is also arranged on the paper feeding frame body I, a first paper guide plate is arranged to be a part of the structure of the first paper feeding frame body I, and an accommodating space I capable of accommodating the first motor and the first rotating roller is formed between the first paper guide plate and the paper feeding support frame;
The second paper feeding frame body is arranged opposite to the first paper feeding frame body, the second rotating roller is arranged on the second paper feeding frame body, the second paper guide plate is arranged to be a part of the structure of the second paper feeding frame body, the second paper feeding frame body is movably connected with the first paper feeding frame body, the second paper feeding frame body can drive the first guide wheel to approach and/or depart from the second guide wheel, and when the second guide wheel abuts against the first guide wheel, the roll paper extending into the paper feeding channel can be conveyed.

The shared tissue machine of claim 5 wherein: the lower end of the second paper feeding frame body is rotatably connected with the lower end of the first paper feeding frame body, and the upper end of the second paper feeding frame body is connected with the upper end of the first paper feeding frame body through a fastening structure.

The shared tissue machine of claim 6 wherein: the paper cutting piece I is arranged in parallel with the fixed plate, the front end face and the rear end face of the movable piece are arranged in parallel, the front end face and the rear end face of the paper cutting support frame respectively correspond to the front end face and the rear end face of the movable piece, the limiting plate I extends upwards to form the movable piece, and the movable piece can be guided through the limiting plate I when approaching to or separating from the fixed plate.

The shared tissue machine of claim 7 wherein: the paper cutting board further comprises at least one extending piece which is arranged on the movable piece and far away from one side of the paper cutting piece, the extending piece is vertically arranged from one side of the movable piece to the direction far away from the first paper cutting piece, the extending piece is arranged at one end of one side of the movable piece, the outer side face of the extending piece and the outer end face of the movable piece are located on the same plane, and the rack structure is arranged on one side, close to the extending piece, of the driving piece.
9. The shared tissue machine of claim 8, wherein the interior of the housing is further provided with a removable battery comprising:
a charging interface is arranged at one end of the battery body;
the battery bracket is arranged in the shell, a first mounting channel for mounting and dismounting the battery body is arranged on the battery bracket, a first mounting port through which all or part of the structure of the battery body can pass is arranged at one end of the first mounting channel on the battery bracket, a power connector is arranged at the other end of the first mounting channel on the battery bracket, and the charging connector can supply power to the tissue machine when being electrically connected with the power connector;
the positioning structure comprises a first positioning piece arranged on the battery body and a second positioning piece arranged on the battery support, wherein the first positioning piece and the second positioning piece can be mutually clamped or separated under the action of external force, the first positioning piece and the second positioning piece are used for clamping and positioning when the battery body is arranged on the battery support, and the first positioning piece and the second positioning piece can be used for assembling and disassembling the battery body when the first positioning piece and the second positioning piece are separated.

The shared tissue machine of claim 9 wherein: the first locating piece is arranged to be a protruding structure formed by protruding outwards from the outer wall of the battery body, the second locating piece corresponds to the first locating piece and is arranged to be a groove structure formed by recessing outwards from the inner wall of the battery support, and the first locating piece stretches into the second locating piece to be clamped and located when the battery body is mounted on the battery support.

The shared tissue machine of claim 11 wherein: the feeding and cutting base is detachably connected to the inner side of the side shell wall through a first mounting structure, the battery support is detachably connected to the inner side of the side shell wall through a second mounting structure, a reinforcing frame is arranged at the front end of the side shell wall, and the cover body is rotatably connected with the side shell wall through a connecting structure.

the first reinforcing part is arranged along the inner side of the front end of the side shell wall in an inward protruding way;
the second reinforcing part is arranged to extend forwards from one end, close to the side shell wall, of the front side of the first reinforcing part;
the first reinforcing part and/or the second reinforcing part are/is provided with at least one positioning piece III in a protruding mode, the rear side of the cover body is provided with a positioning groove corresponding to the positioning piece III, and the positioning piece III stretches into the positioning groove to limit when the cover body is covered on the opening.

The shared tissue machine of claim 13 wherein: the side shell wall comprises an arc plate, a side plate I and a side plate II, the side plate I and the side plate II are respectively arranged tangentially to the arc plate, the side plate I and the side plate II are arranged vertically to each other, the reinforcing frame is arranged on the inner side of the front end of the arc plate, the paper outlet I is arranged on the side plate II, the mounting structure I comprises a first connecting base I arranged on the side plate II, the first connecting base I and the paper outlet I are arranged on the side plate II and are close to one end of the side plate I, one end of the cover body is rotatably connected with the side plate I through the connecting structure, and the other end of the cover body is connected with the arc plate through the locking device.
15. The machine of claim 14, wherein the locking means comprises:
the first lock body is arranged on the circular arc plate and comprises a lock body shell and a rotating shaft rotatably arranged in the lock body shell, the rotating shaft is connected with a lock arm with a lock tongue at the outer end, the lock body shell is provided with a movable through hole for the outer end of the lock arm to extend out, and the lock arm can swing in the movable through hole around the axis of the rotating shaft when rotating the rotating shaft;
The second lock body is arranged on the cover body and comprises a locking plate with a locking part, the rotating shaft rotates to form a locking state when the lock tongue stretches into the locking part, at least two spacing plates are arranged outside the lock body shell, a spacing groove is formed between every two adjacent spacing plates, the locking plate is located in the spacing groove when in the locking state, and the rotating shaft rotates to form an unlocking state when the lock tongue leaves the locking part.
