3. The handle assembly of claim 2, wherein the distance between the first limiting rib and the periphery of the first limiting groove is d, and d is less than or equal to 0.1mm.
4. The handle assembly of claim 2, wherein the limiting member has a second limiting rib, and the handle lower cover has a second limiting groove, and the second limiting rib limits circumferential rotation of the second limiting rib.

7. The handle assembly as recited in claim 5, wherein a second elastic member is further provided between the pressing portion and the bottom of the button installation groove, the second elastic member applying an upward restoring force to the button.

The handle assembly as claimed in claim 5, wherein a second through hole is formed at a bottom of the button mounting groove, a third through hole is formed at a middle portion of the limiting member, the fastening member sequentially passes through the third through hole, and the limiting hole and the second through hole fixedly connect the upper handle cover and the lower handle cover.
9. The handle assembly of claim 1, wherein the handle lower cover is provided with a groove provided at a rear side of the button.
10. A frying and baking machine, characterized in that it comprises a baking tray and a handle assembly as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, one end of the connecting piece being fixedly connected to the baking tray.
