The upper tray 12 may be rotatably connected to the lower tray 11 by the angle positioning mechanism, or the upper tray 12 may be connected to the lower tray 11 by another rotation mechanism, and the angle positioning mechanism only serves to limit different opening angles, wherein the rotation center of the angle positioning mechanism is coaxial with the rotation center of the rotation mechanism. In the present embodiment, there are a plurality of angle opening states between the upper grill pan 12 and the lower grill pan 11, and the present embodiment shows the opening state between the upper grill pan 12 and the lower grill pan 12 at 105 degrees and the opening state at 180 degrees, see fig. 4 and fig. 5, respectively.
Fig. 1 shows the upper tray 12 in a form of being rotatably connected to the lower tray 11 by the above-mentioned angle positioning mechanism. The angle positioning mechanism includes a first connection seat 20, a lifting rod 30, a dental disc assembly 40, a second connection seat 70, a pressing member 60, a first elastic member 51 and a second elastic member 52. The left and right sides of the lower grill pan 11 and the left and right sides of the upper grill pan 12 can be rotatably connected by two sets of the angle positioning mechanisms, or the angle positioning mechanisms can be arranged on only one of the left and right sides, that is, the other side adopts a conventional hinged or pivoted structure.
Fig. 6 is an exploded view of the angular positioning mechanism of the frying and roasting device, wherein the first connecting seat 20 is connected to a side position of the lower roasting pan 11, the first connecting seat 20 has a first connecting portion 21, the first connecting portion 21 is generally cylindrical, and an end of the first connecting portion 21 has a third receiving groove 22 formed by being recessed along its axial direction. The third receiving groove 22 of the present embodiment is a circular groove, wherein the middle region of the third receiving groove 22 has a first positioning shaft 23 protruding to the side along the axial direction thereof, and the outer peripheral wall of the first positioning shaft 23 has a rib structure protruding outward in the radial direction, so that when the first dental disc 41 of the dental disc assembly 40 is sleeved on the first positioning shaft 23, it cannot rotate relative to the first positioning shaft 23. The first elastic element 51 of the present embodiment is preferably a spring, which is disposed in the third accommodating groove 22 and is abutted between the first connecting portion 21 and the first chain wheel 41, so that the first chain wheel 41 always has a tendency to approach the second chain wheel 42 along the axial direction of the first connecting portion 21.
With continued reference to fig. 1, the lifting rod 30 is correspondingly disposed at a side portion of the upper grill pan 12. The lifting rod 30 has a second connecting portion 31, and the second connecting portion 31 is also cylindrical as a whole. The second connecting portion 31 is adapted to the first connecting portion 21, and specifically, the second connecting portion 31 is rotatably connected to the first connecting portion 21 with an axis of the first connecting portion 21 as a rotation center. The second connecting portion 31 has a first receiving groove 32 at a side facing the first connecting seat 20, and a second receiving groove 33 at a side facing away from the first connecting seat 20, wherein the second dental disc 42 of the dental disc assembly 40 is disposed in the first receiving groove 32, and the second connecting seat 70 is slidably disposed in the second receiving groove 33. More specifically, the second connecting portion 31 has a second positioning shaft 34 at the bottom of the first receiving groove 32, and the first positioning shaft 23 extends toward the first connecting portion 21 and abuts against the end of the first positioning shaft 23. The first positioning shaft 23 and the second positioning shaft 34 are connected by a screw 80, so that the first positioning shaft 23 and the second positioning shaft 34 can rotate relative to each other about the screw. In addition, in order to limit the position of the first crankset 41 in the axial direction of the first positioning shaft 23 (i.e., in the axial direction of the first connecting portion 21), the inner sidewall of the first receiving groove 32 of the second connecting portion 31 of the lifting rod 30 has a stop portion 320 protruding radially inward, and the stop portion 320 abuts against the first crankset 41 to limit the position of the first crankset 41 in the axial direction of the first connecting portion 21.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, the chain wheel assembly 40 is located between the first connection portion 21 and the second connection portion 31, and includes a first chain wheel 41 and a second chain wheel 42. The second chain wheel 42 is disposed on the second connecting portion 31 of the lifting rod 30 and can rotate along with the second connecting portion 31. The first chain wheel 41 is disposed on the first connecting portion 21 and can be close to or far from the second chain wheel 42 along the axial direction of the first connecting portion 21, and the first chain wheel 41 and the second chain wheel 42 can be engaged with each other and form a limit at least in the second rotation direction 302 of the second connecting portion 31 of the lifting rod 30.
Referring to fig. 6, first teeth 410 are distributed on the first crankset 41, and second teeth 420 are distributed on the side wall of the second crankset 42. The first teeth 410 are engaged with the second teeth 420 and are each configured as an inclined tooth structure, wherein the inclined directions of the first teeth 410 and the second teeth 420 are opposite to each other, so that the first crankset 41 and the second crankset 42 can smoothly slide in the first rotation direction 301 of the second connecting portion 31 of the lifting lever 30, and a blocking limit is formed in the second rotation direction 302 of the second connecting portion 31 of the lifting lever 30. The first tooth 410 and the second tooth 420 can be adjusted to different gears (i.e. different opening angles) of the upper grill pan 12. The first teeth 410 and the second teeth 420 may be continuously distributed in the circumferential direction on the corresponding first chain wheel 41 and the second chain wheel 42, or may be a section of area distributed in the circumferential direction on the corresponding first chain wheel 41 and the second chain wheel 42, and may be specifically designed according to actual needs, so as to realize different opening angles of the upper roasting tray 12.
Referring to fig. 6, the first chain wheel 41 is sleeved on the first positioning shaft 23 of the first connecting seat 20, wherein a radially outwardly protruding rib structure is arranged on the outer peripheral wall of the first positioning shaft 23, the rib extends along the axial direction of the first positioning shaft 23, a notch groove (the same structure as the arc-shaped limiting groove 411 described below) matched with the rib structure is arranged on the first chain wheel 41, and when the first chain wheel 41 is sleeved on the first positioning shaft 23, the first chain wheel 41 can be constrained on the first positioning shaft 23 through the notch groove and the rib, and therefore, the first chain wheel 41 can only slide back and forth along the axial direction of the first positioning shaft 23, and cannot rotate relative to the first positioning shaft 23.
Referring to fig. 7 to 9, the second crankset 42 and the second connecting seat 70 are respectively located at both sides of the second connecting portion 31 of the lifting rod 30. Specifically, the second connecting seat 70 is located on a side of the second connecting portion 31 of the lifting rod 30 away from the first connecting seat 20, and specifically, is slidably disposed in the second receiving groove 33 of the second connecting portion 31, wherein the cross section of the second receiving groove 33 is circular, and the sliding seat is also cylindrical as a whole. The second connecting seat 70 has a connecting pole 73, and the connecting pole 73 passes through the second connecting part 31 of the lifting rod 30 to be connected with the second chain wheel 42, and specifically, the second chain wheel 42 can be connected to the end of the connecting pole 73 through a screw.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, the second connector holder 70 of the present embodiment includes a connector holder body 71 and a fastening cover 72, wherein the connector holder body 71 is axially hollow and formed in a cylinder shape, the fastening cover 72 is connected to a port of the connector holder body 71, and the fastening cover 72 is provided with a mounting hole 74. The pressing member 60 is disposed in the mounting hole 74 and movably constrained on the second connecting seat 70 along the axial direction of the first connecting part 21, and a portion of the pressing member 60 is exposed out of the mounting hole 74 of the second connecting seat 70 for a user to press conveniently. The pressing member 60 has a support post 61, and the support post 61 passes through the second connecting portion 31 and the second chain wheel 42 to abut against the first chain wheel 41, thereby constituting an operating end of the pressing member 60. After the user presses the pressing member 60, the pressing member 60 approaches the second connection portion 31, and at the same time, the supporting column 61 of the pressing member 60 drives the first chain wheel 41 to move away from the second chain wheel 42, so that the limit between the first chain wheel 41 and the second chain wheel 42 in the second rotation direction 302 of the second connection portion 31 of the lift lever 30 is released.
Referring to fig. 10, on the other hand, a third elastic member 53 is further disposed between the second chain wheel 42 and the second stepped portion 31 of the lifting rod 30, and the third elastic member 53 of the present embodiment is preferably a spring, and the spring acts on the second chain wheel 42, so that the second chain wheel 42 always tends to be away from the second connecting portion 31 of the lifting rod 30, and because the second chain wheel 42 is connected to the second connecting seat 70 and distributed on both sides of the second connecting portion 31, the second connecting seat 70 always tends to be close to the second connecting portion 31 under the action of the third elastic member 53. The connecting post 73 of the second connecting holder 70 is further provided with a stopper 730 protruding radially outward, and in a natural state, the connecting post 73 (including the shoulder 730) of the second connecting seat 70 is slidably inserted through the second connecting portion 31 and the second chain wheel 42, and after the user pulls the second coupling holder 70 and the second chain wheel 42 outwardly away from the first chain wheel 41 to a set position, the second connecting seat 70 can be slightly rotated to make the blocking shoulder 730 of the second connecting seat 70 abut against the second connecting part 31 (the periphery of the hole for the connecting column 73 to pass through) under the action of the third elastic element, so that the second chain wheel 42 and the first chain wheel 41 are kept in a separated state, in this state, the user is not affected by the frictional resistance of the tray assembly 40 during the rotation of the upper grill 12, the opening process is more labor-saving, can be directly opened to an opening angle state of 105 degrees, and the operation process of the second connecting seat is detailed in the direction of an arrow in figure 2.
The applicant has found that, since only a range of angular gear adjustments can be achieved by providing the above-mentioned dental disc assembly 40, it is, therefore, in many cases, the user can only subjectively rotate the upper roasting tray 12 to a certain angle, that is, the upper roasting tray 12 cannot be accurately and firmly positioned at a certain opening angle (for example, an opening angle of 105 °) during the opening process, the first toothed disc 41 has an arc-shaped limiting groove 411 with the axis of the first connecting portion 21 as the center of circle, the second connecting portion 31 of the lifting rod 30 has a limiting stopper, the limit stopper passes through the second chain wheel 42 and is limitedly rotatably arranged in the arc-shaped limit groove 411, in a state where the first crankset 41 is distant from the second connecting portion 31 of the lift lever 30 in the axial direction of the first connecting portion 21, the arc-shaped limit slot 411 releases the limit between the upper and lower bakeware 12 and the limit stop, so that the upper bakeware 12 can rotate continuously relative to the lower bakeware 11 to open. In addition, in order to simplify the structural design of the angle adjusting mechanism and reduce the number of components, the outer peripheral wall of the second positioning shaft 34 of the present embodiment has a strip-shaped rib 341 protruding outward in the radial direction and extending in the axial direction, the strip-shaped rib 341 constitutes the above-mentioned limit stop, correspondingly, the first crankset 41 has a through hole for the first positioning shaft 23 to pass through, and the above-mentioned arc-shaped limit groove 411 is formed on the inner peripheral edge of the through hole. More specifically, the angle of the central angle corresponding to the arc-shaped limiting slot 411 of the present embodiment is preferably 105 °, as shown in fig. 10 in detail.
In a natural state, the first crankset 41 is always in a trend of being close to the second crankset 42 under the action of the first elastic element 51 and is abutted against the stop portion 320 arranged on the inner side wall of the first accommodating groove 32 of the second connecting portion 31, in this state, the first crankset 41 is engaged with the second crankset 42, and the strip-shaped convex rib 341 on the second positioning shaft 34 of the second connecting portion 31 of the lifting rod 30 partially extends into the arc-shaped limiting groove 411 of the first crankset 41. When the user opens the upper grill 12, due to the feature that the inclined teeth of the grill assembly 40 slide clockwise and stop counterclockwise, the upper grill 12 can stay at different angles and thus be in different gear states, and as the upper grill 12 continues to rotate, the rib 341 on the second positioning shaft 34 of the lifting rod 30 will abut against the side wall of the limit position of the arc-shaped limiting groove 411 of the first grill 41, so that the upper grill 12 cannot rotate continuously and can only be kept at the preset angle position, such as 105 °. When the user presses the pressing member 60, the pressing member 60 drives the first chain wheel 41 to move away from the second connecting portion 31 of the lifting rod 30 along the axial direction of the first connecting portion 21, and when the first chain wheel moves to a set position, the arc-shaped limiting groove 411 of the first chain wheel 41 releases the limit between the limiting stopper, and in this state, the upper roasting pan 12 can rotate continuously relative to the lower roasting pan 11 to open, for example, rotate to 180 °.
The second elastic member 52 of the present embodiment is preferably a spring, which is abutted between the second connecting portion 31 of the lifting rod 30 and the pressing member 60, so that the pressing member 60 always has a tendency to move away from the first crankset 41 in the axial direction of the first connecting portion 21. After the user releases the pressing member 60, the pressing member 60 is separated from the first crankset 41 by the second elastic member 52 and returns to the initial position, and at the same time, the first crankset 41 is moved close to the second crankset 42 to re-engage with the second crankset 42 by the first elastic member 51, thereby forming a limit in the second rotation direction 302 of the second connecting portion 31 of the lift lever 30.
The first connecting base 20 of the present embodiment further has a positioning protruding point 91, and correspondingly, the lifting rod 30 has a lock catch 92 corresponding to the positioning protruding point 91, and the lock catch 92 has a positioning groove capable of forming a limit in the vertical direction with the positioning protruding point 91. After the upper roasting tray 12 is fastened on the lower roasting tray 11, the positioning protrusion 91 on the first connecting seat 20 is limited in the positioning groove of the lock catch 92, so that the upper roasting tray 12 cannot be opened relative to the lower roasting tray 11, and the frying and roasting device is in a locked state, as shown in fig. 2.
