The turnover device of claim 3, further comprising two vertical plates (14) and a plurality of rollers (15), wherein the middle parts of the two vertical plates (14) are respectively mounted at one end of the two turnover arms (6), the upper and lower ends of the two vertical plates (14) are respectively rotatably mounted with the rollers (15), and the plurality of rollers (15) are respectively in rolling contact with the upper end surface of the conveyor belt (1).
