A peeler is a device for peeling or cutting food (for example, fruits and vegetables), and can perform operations such as peeling, shredding, and the like on the fruits and vegetables. A peeler generally includes a blade holder, a functional member disposed on the blade holder, and a blade holder fitted on the blade holder, through which food is processed.
In implementing the creation process of the embodiment of the present application, the inventors have tested the following two schemes:
1) the knife sleeve is detachably sleeved on the knife rest, the knife sleeve is detached from the knife rest when the peeler is needed, and the knife sleeve is sleeved on the knife rest to shield the functional part when the peeler is not needed. However, the inventor has found that in this solution, the knife pouch must be detached from the knife holder when the peeler is used, and therefore the knife pouch is inconvenient to place and is easily lost.
2) The knife sleeve is always connected to the knife rest, and the knife sleeve or the knife rest is rotated when the peeler is needed to be used, so that the functional part is exposed out of the notch formed in the knife sleeve; and when the peeler is not needed, the knife sleeve or the knife rest is rotated, so that the functional part is shielded by the knife sleeve. However, the inventor finds that in the scheme, the knife sleeve is always connected to the knife rest, and the functional part and the knife rest are positioned in the knife sleeve, so that the functional part, the knife rest and the knife sleeve are not easy to clean, dirt and scale are easy to store, and bacteria are bred.
Based on this, in order to solve the technical problem that the peeler is difficult to realize, the knife pouch can be conveniently arranged when the peeler is used, and the peeler can be conveniently cleaned after the peeler is used, the inventor provides the following scheme.
Referring to fig. 1-3, embodiments of the present application provide a peeler 100 for processing (e.g., scraping, paring, shaving, cutting, etc., but not limited to) food (e.g., but not limited to, various melons, fruits, vegetables, etc.). The peeler 100 includes a handle 10, a blade holder 20, a function 30, and a knife holder 40, wherein:
grip 10, i.e., a grip structure for a human hand or a tool, may be substantially rod-shaped or column-shaped, or may be arc-shaped, bent, ring-shaped, or the like, but is not limited thereto, and may be other grip structures having regular or irregular shapes.
The tool holder 20 is disposed on the handle 10, and the tool holder 20 is a structure for mounting the functional element 30 and supporting the tool sheath 40, and may have various shapes, and may be disposed specifically according to needs, which is not limited herein.
The number of the functional elements 30 is at least two, and may be two, three, four, or more than four. Each of the functional elements 30 is provided on the tool holder 20. Two adjacent functional elements 30 may be spaced apart. The functional element 30, i.e. the structural element for processing food, may be a cutting head with various functions (such as, but not limited to, a straight cutting head, a sawtooth cutting head, a shaving cutting head, etc.), or may be an abrasive element (such as, but not limited to, a structure with a plurality of holes and teeth on the surface), and the corresponding functional element 30 may be selectively installed according to the functions to be achieved, which is not limited herein. It is understood that each of the functional elements 30 can be a structural member for performing different processes or functions on food, respectively, i.e., the structures of the functional elements 30 are different. Of course, in other embodiments, the structure of each of the features 30 may be the same.
The side wall 41 of the knife pouch 40 is provided with a notch 401 communicated with the inside of the knife pouch 40. The knife sheath 40 has a sheath-like structure for covering the space. The notch 401 can communicate the space of the knife pouch 40 with the space outside the knife pouch 40, and the notch 401 can also be regarded as a window. The indentations 401 may take various shapes. The blade case 40 may be a variously shaped case-like structure. The sheath 40 may be open at one end and closed at the other end, or may be open at both ends. The tool holder 40 has a disengaged state disengaged from the tool holder 20 and a fitted state fitted to the tool holder 20, that is, the tool holder 20 is detachably fitted to the tool holder 40.
When the knife pouch 40 is in the pouch state, the notch 401 corresponds to one of the functional components 30, and the sidewall 41 of the knife pouch 40 covers the remaining functional components 30. It should be understood that the position of the notch 401 corresponds to the position of the function element 30, which means that the function element 30 can interact with the space or the object outside the knife pouch 40 through the notch 401, that is, the function element 30 can process the food when the position thereof corresponds to the position of the notch 401, that is, can be in the working state. When the position of the notch 401 corresponds to the position of the functional element 30, the functional element 30 may protrude outside the notch 401 or may be located inside the notch 401 (i.e., not protruding out of the notch 401). When the sidewall 41 of the tool holder 40 shields the remaining functional parts 30, the shielded functional parts 30 may be regarded as a hidden state or a stored state, i.e., a non-operating state.
The peeler 100 provided in the embodiment of the present application, by providing the handle 10, the knife holder 20 disposed on the handle 10, the at least two functional components 30 disposed on the knife holder 20, and the knife sheath 40, the sidewall 41 of the knife sheath 40 is provided with a notch 401 communicating with the inside of the knife sheath 40, and the knife sheath 40 has a separation state separating from the knife holder 20 and a sheathing state sheathing the knife holder 20, and the knife sheath 40 can make the position of the notch 401 correspond to the position of one of the functional components 30 when the sheathing state is established, and make the sidewall 41 of the knife sheath 40 shield the rest of the functional components. Thus, the various elements of the peeler 100 may be operated by holding the grip 10; when the peeler 100 needs to be used, the knife pouch 40 can be in a covering state, the position of the notch 401 corresponds to the position of one of the functional elements 30, and the sidewall of the knife pouch 40 covers the rest of the functional elements 30 (for example, the knife pouch 40 is separated from the knife holder 20 and then is covered on the knife holder 20, so that the position of the notch 401 corresponds to the position of one of the functional elements 30), so that the functional elements 30 can process food at the position corresponding to the notch 401, at this time, the knife pouch 40 is still covered on the knife holder 20, the knife pouch 40 is convenient to place and is not easy to lose, and the knife pouch 40 also covers the rest of the functional elements 30, thereby preventing the rest of the functional elements 30 from influencing the normal use of a user, and being safer; after the peeler 100 is used, the knife holder 20 and the functional elements 30 can be exposed when the knife sleeve 40 is in a separated state from the knife holder 20, so that the knife holder 20, the functional elements 30 and the knife sleeve 40 can be cleaned conveniently, and the possibility that impurities are left on the knife holder 20, the functional elements 30 and the inner side of the knife sleeve 40 can be effectively reduced. In summary, the peeler 100 according to the present embodiment of the invention can facilitate the placement of the knife pouch 40 when the peeler 100 is used, and also facilitate the cleaning of the peeler 100 after the peeler 100 is used.
In one embodiment, the knife pouch 40 can also shield the side wall 41 of the knife pouch 40 from the respective functions 30 when in the pouch state. At this time, all the functional parts 30 are shielded by the inner wall of the tool case 40 and are in the non-working state.
So set up, when need not use parer 100, can make the knife pouch 40 be in the cover and establish the state and make the lateral wall 41 of knife pouch 40 shelter from each function piece 30, can accomodate all function pieces 30, can avoid function piece 30 impaired to and avoid function piece 30 to cause the influence to external object, not only can improve the security, be convenient for moreover parer 100 settle and carry.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 2 and 5, the number of features 30 is three. Alternatively, the three functions 30 may be all bits, such as straight bits, serrated bits and grater bits, respectively, which may treat the food in different ways.
So set up, set up to three through with function piece 30, do benefit to and carry out the processing of different modes to food, do benefit to peeler 100 and have multiple functions.
Alternatively, in one embodiment, referring to fig. 2 and 5, the features 30 are evenly distributed around the tool holder 20, i.e., the features 30 are evenly arranged along the circumference of the tool holder 20.
Due to the arrangement, the functional pieces 30 are uniformly distributed, so that the knife sleeve 40 is more favorably matched with the knife sleeve 40, and the position of the notch 401 can be respectively corresponding to the position of any one functional piece 30 when the knife sleeve 40 is in a sleeved state; also, mutual interference between the functional elements 30 can be reduced.
Of course, in other embodiments, the functional elements 30 may be distributed unevenly, for example, the distance between two functional elements 30 may be smaller than the distance between two other functional elements 30, and the distance may be set according to the requirement.
Alternatively, in one embodiment, referring to fig. 2 and 5, each feature 30 is disposed along the length of the tool holder 20. The features 30 are substantially parallel.
So set up, do benefit to each function piece 30 and arrange more regularly reasonable on knife rest 20, when one of them function piece 30 of being convenient for is handled food, receive all the other function piece 30's interference less, can handle food better.
Of course, in other embodiments, the functional elements 30 may not be disposed along the longitudinal direction of the tool holder 20, and for example, the functional elements 30 may be disposed obliquely to the longitudinal direction of the tool holder 20.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 1, 2 and 7, the feature 30 is disposed along the length of the tool holder 20 and the notch 401 is disposed along the length of the tool holder 40. One end of the cutter sleeve 40 in the longitudinal direction thereof is provided with an opening 402 through which the cutter holder 20 is inserted, and the cutter sleeve 40 can be fitted to the cutter holder 20 through the opening 402. The holder 40 is slidably fitted to the holder 20 in the longitudinal direction of the holder 20 so as to be slidable to a disengaged state or a fitted state.
With this arrangement, the tool holder 20 can be slidably fitted with the tool sleeve 40 through the opening 402 along the longitudinal direction of the tool holder 20, and the longitudinal direction of the tool sleeve 40 is substantially aligned with the longitudinal direction of the tool holder 20; facilitating the fit between the sleeve 40 and the holder 20.
For example, when the peeler 100 is to be used, the knife holder 40 can be slid along the length of the knife holder 20 to disengage the knife holder 40 from the knife holder 20, then the corresponding functional element 30 can be selected according to the desired function to be used, and the position of the notch 401 of the knife holder 40 at the end of the knife holder 20 can be substantially aligned with the position of the functional element 30 to be used (as shown in fig. 2, for example), and then the knife holder 40 can be slid through the opening 402 from the end of the knife holder 20 to the position of the notch 401 corresponding to the position of the functional element 30 (as shown in fig. 1, for example). When the peeler 100 is used and needs to be cleaned, the knife holder 20, the functional component 30, and the knife holder 40 can be cleaned by directly sliding the knife holder 40 along the length direction of the knife holder 20 until the knife holder 20 is separated from the knife holder 20. When the functional elements 30 need to be stored after the cleaning, the tool holder 20 is fitted with the tool case 40, and the side wall 41 of the tool case 40 shields the functional elements 30.
Alternatively, referring to fig. 2 and 7, the notch 401 may extend through an end edge of the knife pouch 40 to communicate with the opening 402, i.e., the notch 401 extends through the end edge of the knife pouch 40 at the end where the opening 402 is located to communicate with the opening 402.
With such an arrangement, since the notch 401 penetrates through the end edge of the tool holder 40 and is communicated with the opening 402, the notch 401 is not easily interfered with the functional element 30 during the movement of the tool holder 40, and even if the functional element 30 needs to extend out of the notch 401, the notch 401 can avoid the functional element 30, so that the tool holder 40 can smoothly slide along the length direction of the tool holder 20.
Of course, in other embodiments, the notch 401 may not extend through the edge of the knife pouch 40. In this case, the functional element 30 may be located inside the notch 401, and may not interfere with the notch 401 to affect the sliding of the holder 40.
The holder 40 is not limited to being slidably fitted to the holder 20 in the longitudinal direction of the holder 20. Alternatively, in other embodiments, the tool sleeve 40 can be slidably engaged with the tool holder 20 in a direction perpendicular to the length direction of the tool holder 20 (e.g., the width direction or the radial direction of the tool holder 20); at this time, the width of the notch 401 may be greater than or equal to the maximum width of the tool holder 20 to facilitate smooth sliding of the tool holder 20.
In another embodiment, referring to fig. 9, the tool holder 20 is provided with a vacant part 210, and the vacant part 210 is a structure without a functional element, and may be a plane structure, a curved structure, or the like (fig. 9 exemplarily shows that the vacant part 210 is a plane structure), but is not limited thereto, and may be any other shape structure without a functional element 30. When the cutter sheath 40 is in the sheath state, the position of the notch 401 corresponds to the position of the vacant part 210, and the side wall 41 of the cutter sheath 40 can shield each functional element 30. Or, when the knife pouch 40 is in the pouch state, the position of the notch 401 corresponds to the position of one of the functional components 30, and the sidewall 41 of the knife pouch 40 shields the empty portion 210 and the rest of the functional components 30.
With such an arrangement, when the peeler 100 is not needed, the knife holder 20 can be sleeved with the knife sheath 40, the position of the notch 401 corresponds to the position of the empty portion 210, and thus each functional component 30 can be shielded and stored, the empty portion 210 is not prone to generating harmful effects on the outside at the position corresponding to the notch 401, damage to the functional component 30 and influence of the functional component 30 on external objects can be avoided, and safety performance can be improved. When the peeler 100 needs to be used, the knife pouch 40 is sleeved on the knife holder 20, the position of the notch 401 corresponds to the position of one of the functional elements 30, and the sidewall 41 of the knife pouch 40 can shield the empty part 210 and the rest of the functional elements 30, so that the peeler 100 can be normally used.
For example, when the peeler 100 is not needed, the knife holder 40 may be detached from the knife holder 20 to be in the detached state, then the notch 401 of the knife holder 40 is approximately aligned with the position of the vacant part 210 at the end of the knife holder 20, and then the knife holder 40 is sleeved on the knife holder 20 from the end of the knife holder 20 through the opening 402 and slid to make the position of the notch 401 correspond to the position of the vacant part 210 (for example, as shown in fig. 9).
In other embodiments, the space portion 210 may not be provided.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 2-4, the tool holder 20 includes a main body portion 21 and at least two mounting portions 22. Each mounting portion 22 is connected to the main body portion 21 and protrudes outward away from the main body portion 21, and the mounting portion 22 is protruded from the main body portion 21. Wherein each of the functional elements 30 is disposed on each of the mounting portions 22. The number of mounting portions 22 may be the same as the number of functional elements 30 so that a functional element 30 is mounted on a mounting portion 22. Fig. 2 and 3 show, by way of example, the case where the number of the mounting portions 22 is three, and the case where the number of the functional members 30 is three. It is understood that the main body portion 21, i.e., the main body portion of the tool holder 20 for supporting the mounting portion 22, may be a hollow structure (such as, but not limited to, a barrel structure, a frame structure, etc.), a solid structure (such as, but not limited to, a column structure, a rod structure, etc.), or other structures with various shapes, and may be specifically configured according to the needs, and is not limited herein. The mounting portion 22, i.e., a structure for mounting the functional element 30, may be a structure having various shapes, such as a plate-like structure, a sheet-like structure, a columnar structure, etc., but is not limited thereto, as long as the functional element 30 can be mounted thereon, and may be specifically provided as needed, and is not limited thereto.
With such an arrangement, since the tool holder 20 includes the main body 21 and the mounting portion 22 deviating from the main body 21 and protruding outwards, and the functional element 30 is mounted on the mounting portion 22, the functional element 30 can deviate from the main body 21 and protrude, which is beneficial to forming empty spaces on two sides of the functional element 30, and is less affected by the positions of the main body 21 on two sides when the functional element 30 processes food. In addition, when the mounting portion 22 and the functional element 30 protrude outward away from the main body portion 21, the tool sleeve 40 may be provided with a corresponding protruding shape or protruding shape to be engaged with the mounting portion 22 and the functional element 30, which may improve the stability of engagement between the tool sleeve 40 and the tool holder 20.
Alternatively, in one embodiment, referring to fig. 2, 5 and 6, the mounting portion 22 includes a first supporting structure 221 and a second supporting structure 222 disposed at an interval, and the first supporting structure 221 and the second supporting structure 222 are connected to the main body portion 21 and protrude outward away from the main body portion 21. The functional element 30 is located between the first support structure 221 and the second support structure 222, and two opposite ends of the functional element 30 are respectively connected to the first support structure 221 and the second support structure 222. Alternatively, the first support structure 221 and the second support structure 222 may be a plate-shaped structure, a sheet-shaped structure, a frame structure, etc., but are not limited thereto, and may be other structures with regular or irregular shapes as long as the functional elements 30 can be installed and connected.
So set up, because installation department 22 includes deviating from in the first bearing structure 221 and the second bearing structure 222 of main part 21 outside protruding, and the relative both ends of function piece 30 are connected respectively in first bearing structure 221 and second bearing structure 222, can make function piece 30 stably install on installation department 22 and protrusion in main part 21, and then do benefit to the stability when improving the installation stability of function piece 30 and handling food.
Alternatively, referring to fig. 2, 5 and 6, the first support structure 221 and the second support structure 222 may be respectively connected to two opposite ends of the main body portion 21, i.e., disposed along the length direction of the main body portion 21. Of course, in other embodiments, the first support structure 221 and the second support structure 222 may not be connected to the two ends of the main body 21, for example, the first support structure 221 and the second support structure 222 may have a distance from the end of the main body 21.
The structure of the mounting portion 22 is not limited to this. Alternatively, in some other embodiments, only the first support structure 221 or only the second support structure 222 may be provided.
Optionally, in an embodiment, referring to fig. 1 and 4, when the knife pouch 40 is in the covering state and the position of the notch 401 corresponds to the position of one of the functional elements 30, the functional element 30 and the mounting portion 22 corresponding to the position of the notch 401 are located outside the notch 401. It should be understood that the feature 30 and the mounting portion 22 corresponding to the position of the notch 401 are located outside the notch 401, which means that at least a part of the feature 30 and the mounting portion 22 corresponding to the position of the notch 401 are located outside the notch 401, and may be located entirely outside the notch 401 or only partially outside the notch 401.
With such an arrangement, when the peeler 100 is required to be used, since the functional component 30 and the mounting part 22 corresponding to the position of the notch 401 are located outside the notch 401, compared with the case that the functional component 30 and the mounting part 22 corresponding to the position of the notch 401 are located inside the notch 401, a certain empty space can be formed on two sides of the functional component 30, when the functional component 30 processes food, interference caused by the knife sleeve 40, the knife rest 20 and other functional components 30 is less, which is more beneficial for processing food, and the use experience of a user can be improved.
Of course, in other embodiments, the functional element 30 and the mounting portion 22 corresponding to the position of the notch 401 may be located inside the notch 401, i.e. not extending out of the notch 401.
Alternatively, in one embodiment, referring to fig. 2, 7 and 8, the side wall 41 of the holder 40 is bulged outward to form a bulged portion 410, the interior of the bulged portion 410 is hollow and communicates with the interior of the holder 40, and the bulged portion 410 is used for covering the mounting portion 22 and the functional element 30. The ridge portion 410, that is, a part of the side wall 41, may be understood as the ridge portion 410 formed by bending or meandering the side wall 41 of the holder 40.
With the above arrangement, since the side wall 41 of the tool sleeve 40 bulges outwards to form the bulge portion 410, when the tool sleeve 40 is in the sleeved state, the mounting portion 22 and the functional element 30 can be covered by the bulge portion 410, which is not only beneficial to covering the mounting portion 22 and the functional element 30 protruding from the main body portion 21, but also beneficial to limiting the tool sleeve 40 by the main body portion 21 and the mounting portion 22 when the bulge portion 410 covers the main body portion 21 and the mounting portion 22, so as to limit the tool sleeve 40 from moving relative to the tool holder 20, thereby improving the stability of the tool sleeve 40 sleeved on the tool holder 20.
In other embodiments, the tool sleeve 40 may not have the raised portion 410, and the tool sleeve 40 may have a substantially cylindrical shape, for example.
It should be noted that the structure of the tool holder 20 is not limited to this. Alternatively, in other embodiments, the tool holder 20 may not have a mounting portion 22; for example, the outer surface of the tool holder 20 may be provided with a mounting groove, and the functional member 30 may be disposed in the mounting groove.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 2-5, the peeler 100 includes a locking structure 50, the locking structure 50 having a locked state retaining the sleeve 40 on the blade holder 20 and an unlocked state allowing the sleeve 40 to be disengaged from the blade holder 20. The locking structure 50 acts on the knife sleeve 40 and the knife rest 20, and in the locking state, the knife sleeve 40 and the knife rest 20 are relatively fixed through the locking structure 50 and cannot move relatively; in the unlocked state, the tool holder 20 and the tool sleeve 40 can move relative to each other. The locking structure 50 may be various structures, such as, but not limited to, a lock structure, a latch structure, a snap structure, etc.
With such an arrangement, since the locking structure 50 has a locking state for keeping the knife pouch 40 on the knife holder 20 and an unlocking state for allowing the knife pouch 40 to be separated from the knife holder 20, when the knife pouch 40 needs to be in the sheathing state, the knife pouch 40 can be kept on the knife holder 20 by the locking structure 50 being in the locking state, so that the stability of the knife pouch 40 in the sheathing state can be improved, and not only can the normal use of the peeler 100 be prevented from being affected by the falling of the knife pouch 40 in the use process of the peeler 100, but also the functional element 30 can be prevented from being exposed and damaged or external objects can be prevented from being affected by the falling of the knife pouch 40 in the non-working state of the peeler 100; when it is desired to remove the sleeve 40 from the holder 20 (e.g., to replace a different feature 30, i.e., a feature 30 corresponding to the location of the notch 401; e.g., to clean the peeler 100; e.g., when it is desired to remove the peeler 100), the sleeve 40 can be removed from the holder 20 with the locking structure 50 in the unlocked state.
Alternatively, in one embodiment, referring to fig. 2-5, the locking structure 50 is a push-type lock, which includes a male member 51 and a female member 52 that are engaged with each other. The male member 51 and the female member 52 are locked by applying a force to the male member 51 or the female member 52 to bring the male member 51 and the female member 52 close to each other so that the male member 51 is pressed into the female member 52, and the male member 51 and the female member 52 are unlocked by applying a force to the male member 51 or the female member 52 again so that the male member 51 and the female member 52 are pressed together. One of the male member 51 and the female member 52 is attached to the tool holder 20 and the other is attached to the tool case 40. That is, it is possible that the male member 51 is attached to the tool holder 20, while the female member 52 is attached to the tool holder 40, which is shown by way of example in fig. 2 and 4; it is also possible that the male member 51 is attached to the tool case 40 and the female member 52 is attached to the tool holder 20.
According to the arrangement, the cutter sleeve 40 is sleeved on the cutter frame 20, and the cutter sleeve 40 and/or the cutter frame 20 are/is pressed by applying force to the cutter sleeve 40 and/or the cutter frame 20, so that the male head piece 51 is inserted into the female head piece 52, the male head piece 51 and the female head piece 52 can be locked, the locking structure 50 is in a locking state, and the cutter sleeve 40 can be prevented from being separated from the cutter frame 20; the tool sleeve 40 and/or the tool holder 20 are pressed by applying force again to press the male member 51 and the female member 52, so that the male member 51 and the female member 52 are released, the locking structure 50 is unlocked, and the tool sleeve 40 can be smoothly separated from the tool holder 20. Therefore, the locking structure 50 can be conveniently in the locking state or the unlocking state, and the use experience of a user can be effectively improved.
It is understood that the press-type lock, also known as a press-type spring lock, a press-type switch, a lock clip, etc., is well known to those skilled in the art, and any one of the press-type locks in the prior art or a press-type lock modified from the prior art can be used. The female member 52 generally comprises a housing, a spring disposed in the housing, and a movable clamping structure engaged with the spring, and the male member 51 has a barb structure at an end thereof, and the clamping structure is clamped to the barb structure of the male member 51 to achieve locking between the female member 52 and the male member 51.
Alternatively, referring to fig. 4 and 5, the end of the male member 51 may be a rounded end, i.e., substantially circular, and may be, for example, but not limited to, a hemispherical structure, a circular sheet structure, a circular plate structure, etc.
The arrangement is such that the female member 52 can engage the male member 51 when the female member 52 is moved with the sleeve 40 such that the location of the notch 401 corresponds to a different functional element 30.
Alternatively, in one embodiment, referring to fig. 2, 4 and 7, one end of the knife pouch 40 along its length direction is provided with the blocking portion 42, and the other end of the knife pouch 40 along its length direction is provided with the opening 402. The blocking portion 42 may be a closed structure (for example, but not limited to, a plate-shaped structure, a sheet-shaped structure, etc.) for blocking the end of the holder 40, or a non-closed structure (for example, but not limited to, a frame structure, a rod-shaped structure, etc.). One of the male member 51 and the female member 52 is connected to an end of the tool holder 20, and the other is connected to the blocking portion 42 and located inside the tool case 40. Alternatively, the male member 51 may be attached to the end of the tool holder 20, while the female member 52 is attached to the block portion 42 and is located inside the tool case 40. Of course, in other embodiments, the female member 52 may be connected to the tool holder 20, and the male member 51 may be connected to the blocking portion 42 and located inside the tool sheath 40.
With this arrangement, the tool sleeve 40 can be fitted to the tool holder 20 through the opening 402, the female member 52 of the blocking portion 42 can contact with the male member 51 at the end of the tool holder 20, and the male member 51 and the female member 52 can be pressed to be locked by applying a force to the tool sleeve 40 and/or the tool holder 20. Since one of the male member 51 and the female member 52 is attached to the end of the tool holder 20 and the other is attached to the blocking portion 42 and is located inside the sheath 40, it occupies less external space, does not affect the arrangement and operation of the functional member 30 on the tool holder 20, and has less influence on the aesthetic appearance of the peeler 100.
It can be understood that when the tool sleeve 40 is sleeved on the tool holder 20 and the male member 51 and the female member 52 are locked, a gap is formed between the inner surface of the blocking portion 42 and the end of the tool holder 20, so that the tool sleeve 40 and the tool holder 20 can move relatively to unlock the male member 51 and the female member 52.
It should be noted that the positions of the male member 51 and the female member 52 are not limited to this. Alternatively, in other embodiments, one of the male member 51 and the female member 52 may be attached to an outer surface of the tool holder 20, and the other may be attached to an inner surface of the sidewall 41 of the tool case 40. In other embodiments, one of the male member 51 and the female member 52 may be connected to the side wall 41 of the holder 40, and the other may be connected to the grip 10. The connecting portion 43 may be a structure to which the female member 52 is attached, and may be a shell-shaped structure, a plate-shaped structure, a block-shaped structure, a protrusion structure, or the like, but is not limited thereto, as long as it can be connected to the female member 52.
With this arrangement, the female head 52 can be mounted on the blocking portion 42 by being connected to the connecting portion 43, so as to facilitate the mounting and connection between the female head 52 and the blocking portion 42, and since the size of the female head 52 is generally larger than that of the male head 51, by disposing the female head 52 inside the tool holder 40, the occupation of the external space can be reduced, and the appearance is more beautiful.
Optionally, in an embodiment, referring to fig. 7 and 8, the connecting portion 43 is provided with a fastening structure 431, the female member 52 is provided with a fastening matching structure 521, and the fastening structure 431 is fastened and matched with the fastening matching structure 521. Alternatively, the snap-fit structure 431 may be a hole structure or a groove structure, and the snap-fit structure 521 may be a protrusion structure, and the snap-fit can be realized by the protrusion structure being snapped into the hole structure or the groove structure, which is exemplarily shown in fig. 7 and 8. Of course, in other embodiments, the engaging structure 431 may be a protrusion structure, and the engaging structure 521 may be a hole structure or a groove structure.
With this arrangement, the female member 52 can be mounted by engaging the engaging structure 521 on the female member with the engaging structure 431 on the connecting portion 43, which not only facilitates the mounting of the separate female member 52 on the blocking portion 42, but also allows the female member 52 to be removed and replaced.
Alternatively, referring to fig. 7 and 8, the connecting portion 43 may be a shell-shaped structure, and the female member 52 may be inserted into the connecting portion 43 to engage the engaging structure 431 with the engaging structure 521. The snap fit structures 431 may be provided on the inner wall of the connecting portion 43 and the snap fit structures 521 may be provided on the outer wall of the female member 52. Alternatively, the engaging structures 431 may be disposed on both inner walls of the connecting portion 43; correspondingly, the two outer walls of the female member 52 opposite to each other may be respectively provided with a snap-fit structure 521.
Of course, in other embodiments, the connecting portion 43 may include two opposite protruding structures, the female member 52 may be located between the two protruding structures, and at least one of the protruding structures is provided with the engaging structure 431.
The connection manner between the female member 52 and the connection portion 43 is not limited to this.
