Referring to fig. 2, in some embodiments of the present application, the front ends of the upper clamping seat 12 and the lower clamping seat 22 are provided with a bevel structure or a cambered structure. By setting the front ends of the upper clamping base 12 and the lower clamping base 22 to be an inclined surface structure or an arc surface structure (arc surface structure in the drawing), the two ends of the W-shaped spring 3 can conveniently penetrate through the upper clamping base 12 and the lower clamping base 22; after the two ends of the W-shaped spring 3 penetrate through the upper clamping seat 12 and the lower clamping seat 22, the two ends of the W-shaped spring 3 are respectively clamped in the upper clamping seat 12 and the lower clamping seat 22 under the action of the elastic force of the W-shaped spring 3. Preferably, as shown in fig. 2, the upper clamping seat 12 is integrally formed by blanking the upper end of the upper clamping arm 1 downwards, and forms a cambered surface structure at the same time of blanking; the lower clamping seat 22 is formed by integrally punching the lower end of the lower clamping arm 2 upwards, and forms an arc-shaped surface structure during punching; the forming mode is convenient to process and beneficial to improving the production efficiency.
In conclusion, the nail puller is low in assembly difficulty, low in production difficulty, high in production efficiency, low in production cost and good in stability in use.

Claims (10)

1. A nail puller comprises an upper clamping arm, a lower clamping arm and an elastic piece; the rear end of the upper clamping arm is rotatably connected with the rear end of the lower clamping arm; the front end of the upper clamping arm is provided with upper clamping teeth, and the front end of the lower clamping arm is provided with lower clamping teeth; the elastic piece is arranged between the upper clamping arm and the lower clamping arm and used for forcing the upper clamping teeth and the lower clamping teeth to be separated from each other; the nail puller is characterized by further comprising a connecting piece, wherein the rear ends of the upper clamping arm and the lower clamping arm are rotatably arranged on the connecting piece; the lower surface of the upper clamping arm is provided with an upper clamping seat, and the upper surface of the lower clamping arm is provided with a lower clamping seat; the elastic piece is a W-shaped spring, two ends of the W-shaped spring are respectively clamped in the upper clamping seat and the lower clamping seat, and the bottom of the W-shaped spring abuts against the connecting piece.
2. The nail puller of claim 1, wherein the width of said W-shaped spring is less than the width of said upper and lower clamp arms and greater than or equal to 1/2 of the width of said upper and lower clamp arms.
3. The nail puller according to claim 1, wherein upper retainer plates extend downwardly from the left and right sides of said upper clamp arm, or lower retainer plates extend upwardly from the left and right sides of said lower clamp arm.

The nail puller according to claim 1, wherein upper limiting plates extend downwards from the left and right sides of the upper clamping arm, lower limiting plates extend upwards from the left and right sides of the lower clamping arm, and the upper limiting plates and the lower limiting plates are arranged in a staggered manner in the left-right direction.

The tacker according to claim 4, characterized in that said upper gripping teeth and said lower gripping teeth are both two in number; the two upper clamping teeth are respectively and integrally formed at the front ends of the two upper limiting plates, and the two lower clamping teeth are respectively and integrally formed at the front ends of the two lower limiting plates.
6. The nail puller according to claim 4, wherein the connecting member is a rivet, and riveting holes are coaxially formed in the two upper limiting plates and the two lower limiting plates, and the rivet is rotatably arranged in the riveting holes.

The nail puller according to claim 4, wherein a first slide groove penetrates left and right of the upper limiting plate, a second slide groove penetrates left and right of the lower limiting plate, and the second slide groove comprises a locking section and an unlocking section which are communicated with each other; the nail puller further comprises a sliding rod, the sliding rod is connected to the first sliding groove and the second sliding groove in a sliding mode, and bulges used for limiting the sliding rod to move in the left-right direction are arranged at two ends of the sliding rod; when the sliding rod slides into the locking section, the upper clamping arm and the lower clamping arm are limited to rotate relatively; when the sliding rod slides into the unlocking section, the upper clamping arm and the lower clamping arm can rotate relatively.

The nail puller according to claim 1, further comprising two pressing bodies respectively disposed on an upper surface of the front end of said upper gripper arm and a lower surface of the front end of said lower gripper arm; and a pressing arc surface is arranged on the pressing body, and the width of the pressing arc surface is 2-3 times of the width of the upper clamping arm and the width of the lower clamping arm.
9. The nail puller according to claim 8, wherein said two pressing bodies are detachably connected to said upper and lower clamp arms, respectively.
10. The nail puller according to claim 1, wherein the front ends of said upper clamp seat and said lower clamp seat are provided with a slope structure or an arc structure.
