Detailed Description
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a switch 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention. The switch 1 made of metal such as aluminum or hard resin is made of a switch such as a gear position sensor having a diameter of about 3cm, and is attached to a through hole provided in a crankcase of a vehicle through the insertion portion 6. The switch 1 is provided with: the bottom portion of the case is provided with a cylindrical housing portion 5 having a total of 5 wiring insertion holes 10 for connecting wiring, a mounting hole 4 for mounting the switch 1 to the crankcase, a rod-shaped fixing portion 2 having a flange portion 2a and having a square cross section, and a relief recess portion 3 having a shape in which a part of the upper edge portion of the housing portion 5 is cut off with a rounded corner.
Fig. 2 is a plan view of the switch 1, and fig. 3 is a side view of the switch 1. A total of 5 wires 20 are inserted into the wire insertion holes 10 provided in the bottom of the housing 5. After the wiring 20 is inserted, the housing 5 is filled with a sealing member 50 (shown by dots hatching) made of resin or the like. This ensures the water-tightness of the wiring 20.
The 5 wires 20 are bundled into 1 wire bundle 21 on the upstream side thereof. The wire harness 21 is fixed to the fixing portion 2 protruding to the side of the switch 1 by a binding band 30 as a connecting member. The fixing portion 2 is provided with a flange portion 2a for preventing the tape 30 from being displaced.
Fig. 4 is a perspective view showing a state in which the switch 1 is mounted on the crankcase 60. Fig. 5 is a sectional view of the switch 1. The switch 1 is divided into groups before the wire harness 21 is fixed to the fixing portion 2, and then is attached to the crankcase 60. In the middle of the assembly work of attaching the switch 1 to the crankcase 60, there is a possibility that the wire harness 21 is pulled depending on the work method, but according to the switch structure of the present embodiment, the wire harness 21 is fixed to the fixing portion 2, and therefore, even if the wire harness 21 is pulled, the wire harness 20 is not pulled, and a gap is not left between the wire harness 20 and the waterproof member 50, and the waterproof performance can be maintained.
Further, the escape recess 3 provided between the upper edge portion of the housing portion 5 and the fixing portion 2 prevents the wiring 20 from coming into contact with a sharp edge portion even if the wire harness 21 is pulled, and thus the wiring 20 can be protected.
As described above, according to the present invention, a switch structure includes: the switch 1 having the cylindrical housing 5 formed therein, the plurality of wires 20 connected to the bottom of the housing 5, and the waterproof member 50 filled in the housing 5 includes the fixing portion 2 protruding from the switch 1, and the wire harness 21 formed by bundling the wires 2 is fixed to the fixing portion 2, so that even if the wire harness 21 is stretched in the assembling process, the stress is received by the fixing portion 2, and a gap can be prevented from being generated between the waterproof member 50 and the wires 20. Thus, according to the operation mode of the assembly process, the waterproof performance can be prevented from being reduced.
Further, since the wire harness 21 is fixed to the fixing portion 2 by using the connecting member 30, the wire harness 21 can be fixed to the fixing portion with a simple configuration.
Further, since the coupling member 30 is a binding band, the switch 1 can be easily assembled. Further, since the switch 1 is provided in a small group, the operation of attaching to the vehicle is facilitated.
Further, since the fixing portion 2 is a rod-shaped member protruding to the side of the switch 1, the wire harness 21 is easily fixed to the fixing portion 2. In addition, it is easy to firmly fix the wire harness 21.
Further, since the relief recess 3 for avoiding contact with the wiring 20 is formed between the housing portion 5 and the fixing portion 2, by forming the relief recess 3 at the edge of the housing portion 5, the wiring 20 does not contact a sharp edge, and the wiring 20 can be protected even if the wire harness 21 is pulled in the assembly process.
The mode of the switch, the shape and structure of the switch, the shape of the recess, the shape of the fixing portion, the number of wires, the thickness of the wire harness, and the like are not limited to the above embodiments, and various modifications are possible. For example, the switch may be provided as various sensors or switches other than the gear position sensor. The switch structure of the utility model is not limited to the automatic two-wheel vehicle, and is applicable to various vehicles such as tricycles and four-wheel vehicles.
