The smoke cartridge 1 provided by the embodiment can improve the cooling function of the cooling part 10 by adding the functional part 30, or the cooling part 10 has other functions besides the cooling function, such as flavoring, health care, treatment and the like, so that the functional types of the smoke cartridge 1 are improved, and the mouth feel and the suction effect of a user are improved.
Then, the carrier 20 is disposed in the receiving hole 41, and the functional element 30 abuts against the through hole 200 of the carrier 20, so that the functional element 30 can be mounted on the carrier 20 to limit the position of the functional element 30 and prevent the functional element 30 from moving freely.
And the arrangement of the functional assembly 2 between the cooling element 10 and the filter element 70 does not affect the normal use of the cooling element 10. In addition, the functional component 2 is arranged between the temperature reduction part 10 and the filter part 70, so that the functional part 30 is closer to the filter part 70, when the cartridge 1 is used, especially when the cartridge is used with a smoking set, the smoking part 60 is usually required to be inserted into the smoking set, and therefore, the functional part 30 is close to the filter part 70, so that the user can conveniently use the functional part 30, and the situation that the functional part 30 cannot be used by the user in the smoking set is prevented.
Referring to fig. 6 again, in the present embodiment, the dimension L4 of the tube 40 in the axial direction of the tube 40 is 42-46 mm. The size of the tube body 40 can be 42-46mm in the present embodiment, that is, the total length of all the components located in the tube body 40 is 42-46 mm. In other words, the total length of the smoking member 60, the temperature reducing member 10, the functional module 2, and the filter member 70 is 42 to 46 mm. The functional component 2 can be added to keep the length of the pipe body 40, namely the cigarette cartridge 1, to meet the use requirement range of a user, and the functional types of the cigarette cartridge 1 are improved.
Referring again to fig. 3 and 7, in the present embodiment, in the axial direction of the tube 40, the ratio of the dimension L2 of the carrier 20 to the dimension L5 of the filter element 70 is (1-4): 1.
in the present embodiment, the ratio of the length of the carrier 20 to the length of the filter 70 may be (1-4): 1. i.e., the length of the carrier 20 is greater than the length of the filter element 70, the filter element 70 is smaller as the carrier 20 is longer. It can also be understood that the present embodiment provides a space for adding the functional component 2 by reducing the length of the filter element 70 on the premise of ensuring that the total length of the tube body 40 and the cartridge 1 is kept unchanged.
Optionally, the total length of the filter member 70 and the carrier member 20 in the extending direction of the tube 40 is 8-10 mm. Further alternatively, the length of the carrier 20 may be understood to be the reduced length of the filter element 70. The longer the carrier 20, the smaller the filter 70.
Referring to fig. 2 to 3 again, in the present embodiment, in the axial direction of the tube 40, the ratio of the size of the cooling member 10 to the size of the carrier 20 is (2-4): 1.
in the present embodiment, the ratio of the length of the cooling member 10 to the length of the carrier member 20 is (2-4): 1, the length of the cooling element 10 is greater than the length of the carrier element 20, so that the cooling effect of the cooling element 10 is ensured. It can also be understood that this embodiment guarantees that body 40, cartridge 1 total length keep unchangeable under the prerequisite, provides the space through reducing the length that filters 70 and add functional component 2, and the length of cooling piece 10 still keeps unchangeable, makes the memory space of cooling function and smog not influenced from the taste that does not influence the user. In addition, the difficulty of retrofitting production equipment can be reduced by reducing the length of the filter element 70 without changing the length of the temperature reducing member 10, thereby reducing the cost of retrofitting.
Referring to fig. 8, fig. 8 is a schematic partial structure diagram of a cartridge according to an embodiment of the present application. In this embodiment, the cooling member 10 is provided with a cooling hole 100 communicating the receiving hole 41 with the through hole 200, the cartridge 1 further includes a ventilation sealing portion 80 fixed to one side of the cooling member 10, the ventilation sealing portion 80 covers the cooling hole 100, the ventilation sealing portion 80 abuts against the smoking member 60, and the other side of the cooling member 10 abuts against the carrier 20.
It is also possible for the cartridge 1 to include a breathable seal 80 secured to one side. When the ventilation sealing portion 80 shields the cooling hole 100, the sealing effect can be achieved, and the ventilation effect can be achieved because the ventilation sealing portion 80 has a ventilation function due to the material of the ventilation sealing portion 80, or at least one hole 81 is formed in the ventilation sealing portion 80, so that the ventilation function is achieved, and the smoke of the smoking piece 60 can enter the cooling piece 10 through the ventilation sealing portion 80.
Optionally, the material of the breathable sealing portion 80 comprises food grade material. Further optionally, the food grade material includes, but is not limited to, one or more of silk tissue paper, highly breathable paper, and shea butter. Specifically, the edible material comprises, but is not limited to, 10-50 g/square meter cotton paper, 10-50 g/square meter high air permeability paper, 45-105 g/square meter beef tallow paper and the like.
Alternatively, the air-permeable sealing portion 80 is circular and has a diameter of 6-6.6mm, completely covers the receiving space, and is bonded to the end surface of the tube body 40.
Alternatively, the material of the vent seal 80 may be die cut, knife cut, or laser cut to the desired shape and then bonded to the heat sink 10. Or the air-permeable sealing part 80 is firstly bonded on the cooling part 10, and then the required shape is cut by die punching, knife die punching or laser.
The ventilation sealing portion 80 of the present embodiment can prevent the smoke generating member 60 from entering the cooling member 10, but allows the smoke to pass through, and for the other side of the cooling member 10, since the supporting member 20 also has the through hole 200, and the supporting member 20 has a certain wall thickness, the supporting member 20 is not disposed in all the regions in the radial direction, and only the supporting members 20 are disposed on the opposite sides, so the ventilation sealing portion 80 is not required to be disposed on the other side of the cooling member 10, and the supporting member 20 can be supported only by using the wall thickness of the cooling member 10. Therefore, the other side is not required to be provided with the ventilating sealing part 80 subsequently, the ventilating area of the cooling piece 10 can be increased, the smoke can flow more smoothly, and the suction resistance is reduced. In addition, the breathable sealing part 80 is not required to be arranged, so that raw materials can be saved, the preparation difficulty is reduced, and the cost is reduced.
Optionally, the surface of the carrier 20 facing away from the tube 40 protrudes beyond the surface of the cooling element 10 facing away from the tube 40, so that on the basis of the fixing function 30, the smoke flow rate can be controlled, which is equivalent to controlling the smoke amount.
Further alternatively, referring to fig. 1 again, in the present embodiment, in the radial direction of the tube 40, the ratio of the wall thickness of the carrier 20 to the wall thickness of the cooling member 10 is (1.75-6): 1. when the ratio of the wall thickness of the carrier 20 to the wall thickness of the temperature reducing member 10 is in the above range, the functional member 30 can be fixed and the flow rate of the smoke can be controlled at the same time.
Referring to fig. 9, fig. 9 is a schematic structural view of a cartridge according to another embodiment of the present application. In this embodiment, an end portion of the filter member 70 close to the sealing member 50 is disposed in the through hole 200. This embodiment allows a portion of the filter element 70 to extend into the through-hole 200, thereby increasing the length of the filter element 70 and improving the filtering effect of the filter element 70.
Please refer to fig. 3-4, fig. 10-11 again. Fig. 10 is a schematic structural diagram of a functional element according to an embodiment of the present application. Fig. 11 is an exploded view of fig. 10. In the present embodiment, the carrier 20 is in interference fit with the function 30, and the ratio of the inner diameter d2' of the carrier 20 to the dimension d3 of the function 30 in the radial direction of the carrier 20 is (0.9-0.95): 1, the supporting member 20 and the functional member 30 are ensured to maintain a certain interference, and the functional member 30 is ensured to be fixed on the supporting member 20, the cooling member 10 is not extruded and deformed outwards, and the functional member 30 is not damaged in the above range. If the inner diameter of the carrier 20 and the functional element 30 are too small, for example less than 0.9:1, in the radial direction of the carrier 20, the carrier 20 cannot be fixed to the tube 40, and the functional element 30 is damaged due to the too small inner diameter. And when the functional member 30 is broken, the inner diameter of the supporting member 20 is reduced by the reverse pressing force of the inner wall of the tube 40, which increases the suction resistance. If the inner diameter of the carrier 20 and the dimension of the functional element 30 in the radial direction of the carrier 20 are too small, for example greater than 0.95: 1. The carrier 20 cannot be installed in the tube 40, and the functional element 30 cannot be installed in the carrier 20 by interference fit.
Of course, in other embodiments, the functional element 30 may be adhered to the inner side wall of the carrier 20 by, for example, adhesion, so that the functional element 30 is fixed on the carrier 20.
Referring to fig. 10-11 again, in the present embodiment, a groove 21 is formed on an inner side wall of the carrier 20, and a part of the functional element 30 is disposed in the groove 21.
In the present embodiment, on the basis of the interference fit, the groove 21 is provided on the inner side wall of the carrier 20, and part of the functional member 30 is provided in the groove 21. The groove 21 can be utilized to relieve the pressing force due to the interference fit, thereby preventing the carrier 20 from being deformed by pressing, which may also cause other components such as the tube body 40 to be deformed, and eventually cause a problem of uneven shape, such as local bulging of the tube body 40 in the radial direction. In addition, the presence of the groove 21 may further define the position of the functional element 30 within the carrier 20, improving the accuracy of the position of the functional element 30 within the carrier 20.
Referring to fig. 12-15 together, fig. 12 is a schematic structural view of a cartridge according to another embodiment of the present application. Figure 13 is a partial schematic view of a cartridge according to another embodiment of the present application. Figure 14 is a schematic view of a cartridge according to yet another embodiment of the present application. Figure 15 is an exploded view of a cartridge according to an embodiment of the present application. In this embodiment, the cartridge 1 still includes decoration 90, decoration 90 overlaps establish the body 40 with sealing member 50, decoration 90 is provided with first terminal surface 91 and the second terminal surface 92 that sets up mutually back of the body, first terminal surface 91 with sealing member 50 deviates from the surface of body 40 flushes, second terminal surface 92 with it deviates from to filter piece 70 sealing member 50's surface flushes.
The cartridge 1 may further include a decoration 90, the pipe 40 and the sealing member 50 are sleeved with the decoration 90, and the pipe 40 and the sealing member 50 are both protected by the decoration 90. Various patterns, shapes, colors, textures may be provided on the decorative element 90 to enhance the appearance of the cartridge 1. This embodiment can make both end faces of the garnish 90 flush with the sealing member 50 and the filter member 70, respectively, thereby improving the flatness of the cartridge 1.
Optionally, the decorative element 90 may be made of, but not limited to, edible grade tipping paper. Further optionally, the decorative element 90 comprises, but is not limited to, tipping paper having a caliper of 32 to 40 grams per square meter.
Alternatively, the decorative member 90 may have a length of 42 to 46mm in the axial direction of the tubular body 40. The outer diameter of the ornamental member 90 in the radial direction of the tubular body 40 is 7.15 to 7.3 mm.

Claims (10)

1. A cartridge, comprising:
a pipe body provided with a receiving hole;
a sealing member fixed to one end of the pipe body and covering the accommodation hole;
the smoking piece is arranged in the containing hole and is adjacent to the sealing piece;
the cooling piece is arranged in the accommodating hole and is adjacent to the smoking piece;
the functional assembly comprises a bearing piece and a functional piece, the bearing piece is arranged in the accommodating hole and is adjacent to the cooling piece, the bearing piece is provided with a through hole communicated with the accommodating hole, the extending direction of the accommodating hole is the same as that of the through hole, and at least part of the functional piece is abutted to the bearing piece; and
and the filtering piece is arranged in the accommodating hole and is adjacent to the functional assembly.
2. The cartridge of claim 1, wherein the tube has a dimension of 42-46mm in an axial direction of the tube.
3. The cartridge according to claim 2, characterized in that the ratio of the dimensions of the carrier to the dimensions of the filter in the axial direction of the tubular body is (1-4): 1.
4. a cartridge as claimed in claim 3, characterized in that the ratio of the dimensions of said cooling member to the dimensions of said carrier member in the axial direction of said tubular body is (2-4): 1.
5. the cartridge of claim 1, wherein the cooling member is provided with a cooling hole that communicates the receiving hole with the through hole, and the cartridge further comprises a ventilation sealing portion fixed to one side of the cooling member, the ventilation sealing portion covering the cooling hole, the ventilation sealing portion abutting against the smoking member, and the other side of the cooling member abutting against the bearing member.
6. The cartridge of claim 5, wherein, in a radial direction of the tube body, a ratio of a wall thickness of the carrier to a wall thickness of the temperature reducing member is (1.75-6): 1.
7. the cartridge of claim 1, wherein an end portion of the filter element adjacent the closure is disposed within the through-hole.
8. The cartridge of claim 1, wherein the carrier is an interference fit with the feature, and a ratio of an inner diameter of the carrier to a dimension of the feature in a radial direction of the carrier is (0.9-0.95): 1.
9. the cartridge of claim 8, wherein the carrier has a recess in an inner sidewall thereof, and a portion of the functional element is disposed in the recess.
10. The cartridge of claim 1, further comprising a decorative element disposed around the tube and the sealing element, wherein the decorative element has a first end surface and a second end surface opposite to each other, the first end surface is flush with a surface of the sealing element facing away from the tube, and the second end surface is flush with a surface of the filter element facing away from the sealing element.
