Description
- The present invention relates generally to the field of lighting, and specifically to a lamp having a detachable installed lamp body and a detachable installation structure thereof.
- An existing lamp in the art includes a housing, a lamp body and lamp holder. The housing is installed in the ceiling or wall, and the lamp body is installed on the lamp holder which is then fixed in the housing by a locking device. The locking device includes a circumferential convex ring in the housing and a support matching the convex ring. A circumferential convex ring is arranged inside the support for receiving the lamp body and the lamp holder, and a projection is arranged on the side surface of the support. A gap for receiving the projection is arranged in the circumferential convex ring in the housing. When the projection on the side surface of the support passes through the gap and is chucked in the circumferential convex ring inside the housing, the lamp body and lamp holder are fixed in the hosing. In addition, the support can be replaced by a wire spring which is radially equipped with a cambered outwards projection. When the projection is chucked in the hole provided in the side surface of the housing, the lamp body and lamp holder are fixed in the hosing. However, due to the structure of the above lamp, it is difficult to install and replace light sources, especially when a large amount of light bulbs of the lamp need to be replaced.
- Therefore, it is necessary to provide a lamp having a simply assemble and disassemble structure and easily replaceable light sources.

EP0396784 (A1 ) discloses a socket, equipped with a quick-fitting mechanism, into which different lamps and luminaires are fitted in a plug-in manner. The socket is provided with a standard threaded base and a guide tube in the upper part. In the lower part, the guide tube has laterally oblique channels in which long clamping pins are pressed firmly, by a guide ring and a spring, on the ends outside the guide tube. During fitting, filament bulbs are pushed into the socket and in this case a plastic ring initially pushes the clamping pins upwards in the oblique channels until said pins snap back into the channel of the plastic ring as a result of the pressure of the spring and of the guide ring. At the same time, the filament bulb is pressed onto a sealing ring and is thus held firmly, in a gas proof, vibration resistant manner, in the socket. When the filament bulbs are replaced, an outer sliding ring is pressed up, the annular surface at the bottom on the outer sliding ring at the same time pushes the long clamping pins upwards on the ends outside the guide tube and the clamping pins move apart from one another in the diagonal direction in the oblique channels, and the filament bulb falls out of the socket. The purpose of this quick-fitting system, for fitting filament bulbs with one pressure, is that filament bulbs can be changed on relatively high ceilings above the ground, in one operation, without having to climb onto a ladder or onto a stool. -
US2006032995 (A1 ) discloses a fixation member for mounting an automotive lamp in a reflector housing, the fixation member consisting of elastic material, comprising a first portion and a second portion interconnected by first spring means. Said first portion comprise first catch means for engaging with a frame to which the fixation member is to be fixed after said first portion is pushed towards said second portion, while said first spring means push said second portion against said frame. Said first portion furthermore comprise second catch means for engaging with corresponding catch means of said second portion when said first portion is pushed further towards said second portion against an increasing force of said first spring means, whereby said first catch means retract and thereby disengage from the engagement with said frame. -
CN2599385 (Y ) discloses a down lamp. A square shell contains a dipper shaped reflector which is clip connected. The extending hooks of two extending leg ends of the lamp holder go through the partition in the top box, are laid in and connected. A lamp tube goes through the hole in the center of the upper end panel of the square shell and is inserted into the lamp holder. Leaf springs in the lamp holder cross the boss of the lamp cap and clamp the lamp cap. A spring clamp structure is adopted for the lamp cap and the lamp holder. A shell which is fully closed to the lamp holder and the reflector has a firm structure.CN2599385 (Y ) provides a cylinder lamp in which the lamp cap is spring clamped in the lamp holder, and adopts a dipper shaped reflector. -
US6386496 (B1 ) discloses a press-control retaining device includes a casing, the casing having two engagement flanges disposed at two sides, a retainer member supported on a spring inside the casing and adapted for securing to an external object, the retainer member having a bottom positioning base supported on the spring and two springy arms upwardly outwardly extended from the bottom positioning base and adapted for clamping on an external object, the bottom positioning base comprising two first hooked portions bilaterally disposed at a bottom side, two stop flanges bilaterally disposed at a top side, and two second hooked portions respectively spaced between the first hooked portions and the stop flanges, and a slide coupled to the retainer member between the stop flanges and the second hooked portions. When pressing an external object on the retainer member to force the second hooked portions into engagement with the hooked portions of the engagement flanges of the casing, the arms are compressed inwards by the peripheral wall of the casing and clamped on the external object. When pushing the external object to move the retainer member downwards to the bottom limit position in the casing and then releasing the pressure from the external object, the first hooked portions are forced by the spring means into engagement with the engagement flanges, and the arms are released from the external object. - The object of the invention is to provide a lamp having a simply assemble and disassemble structure and easily replaceable light sources, and detachable installation structure thereof.
- In order to achieve the purpose of the present invention, the following solution is presented.
- A detachable installation structure of a lamp of the present invention includes a claw assembly and a hook cooperating with each other; the claw assembly includes a housing and a claw body placed inside the housing; one end of the claw body is provided with a pair of claws that cooperates with the hook; the claws are provided with a first guide block and a second guide block; a first slideway and a second slideway are provided in the two sides of the first guide block, and a third slideway is provided between the first guide block and the second guide block; the housing is provided with a trigger rod, which has one end fixed and the other end slidable along the first slideway to the third slideway and along the third slideway to the second slideway; a return spring is provided between the housing and the claw body.
- Preferably, the hook generally has an arrow shaped structure. When the hook is pushed into the claw, the claw and the claw body as a whole will be pushed into the housing; the trigger rod fixed on the housing will slip to the third slideway along the first slideway, and finally stop in the third slideway between the first guide block and the second guide block; the acting force of the trigger rod overcomes the force of the return spring to fix the claw body, so that the hook is chucked by the two ends of the claw.
- Preferably, the above-mentioned motion trail of the trigger rod can be achieved by setting the positions of the first guide block and the second guide block relative to the trigger rod.
- Optionally, the motion trail of the trigger rod also can be achieved by designing certain structures of the first guide block and the second guide block. Two sides of the top of the first guide block is provided with asymmetric slopes respectively facing the first slideway and the second slideway, and the bottom of the first guide block is also provided with a asymmetric slope. The second guide block points to the bottom of the first guide block, and the top of the second guide block is also provided with an asymmetric slope. The above motion trail of the trigger rod can be achieved by the guide function of the asymmetric slope to the trigger rod.
- Preferably, the housing is provided with a chute, the claw body is provided with a first bump matching the chute, and the first bump is provided with a guide slope, so the claw body can be slidably fixed on the housing.
- Preferably, a positioning rod is provided inside the housing, the return spring is sleeving on the positioning rod. Further, the claw body is provided with a hole, and the positioning rod inserts into the hole, so as to stabilize the motion trail of the claw body.
- According to a further aspect of the invention, the present invention also provides a lamp, which may be a general lamp or a general recessed lamp including a lamp body and a lamp holder, or a recessed fire protected lamp provided with a cylinder-shaped lampshade, and the lamp further includes the above detachable installation structure. For a general lamp or a general recessed lamp, the hook and the claw assembly can be cooperatively fixed on the lamp body or the lamp holder respectively. For a recessed fire protected lamp, the hook and the claw assembly can also be cooperatively fixed on the lamp body or the cylinder-shaped lampshade respectively, wherein the claw assembly can be mounted on the wall of the cylinder-shaped lampshade, or be mounted on the top of the cylinder-shaped lampshade, and accordingly, the hook is mounted on the top of the lamp body. For a recessed fire protected lamp, the hook and the claw assembly can also be cooperatively fixed on the lamp body or the lamp holder respectively.
- The hook can be integral with the lamp body or fixed on the lamp body by a rivet or screw. Alternatively, the claw assembly can be fixed on the lamp holder or the cylinder-shaped lampshade by a rivet or screw. In addition, the claw assembly can also be mounted by such means: the housing is provided with a second bump, the second bump is provided with a guide slope, the lamp holder or the cylinder-shaped lampshade is provided with a fixed structure matching the second bump, and the fixed structure can be an opening, slot, chute, fixed block, etc. matching the second bump.
- The lamp installed with a detachable installation structure can be provided with two or more detachable installation structures as mentioned above, or can be provided with only one detachable installation structure as mentioned above. For example, in an assembling of the lamp body and the cylinder-shaped lampshade in an application of a recessed fire protected lamp, one side of the lamp body is provided with a hook of the detachable installation structure, and on a corresponding side an inner wall of the cylinder-shaped lampshade is provided with a claw assembly; the other side of the lamp body can be connected to the other side of the cylinder-shaped lampshade by means of hinge or bolt.
- Compared with the prior art, the present invention has the following advantages.
- The present invention has a simply assemble and disassemble structure and easily replaceable light sources. For a lamp having the detachable installation structure, as long as a push force is applied on the lamp body, the latter can be fixed to the lamp holder or the lampshade. Similarly, the disassembly can be realized by pushing the lamp body. The operation process is simple and convenient for the installation and replacement of light sources, which effectively improves the installer's work efficiency, and greatly reduces the installation cost.

The claw assembly includes ahousing 1 and aclaw body 2 that is placed inside the housing. One end of the claw body is provided with a pair ofclaws 3 that cooperates with the hook. The claw is provided with a first guide block 4 and asecond guide block 5, two sides of the first guide block are provided with afirst slideway 41 and asecond slideway 42, and athird slideway 43 is provided between the first guide block and the second guide block. The housing is provided with a trigger rod 6 with a fixed end. A return spring 8 is provided between the housing and the claw body. - The structure of the hook 7 generally presents an arrow shaped profile shown in
Figure 4 . When the hook 7 is pushed into theclaw 3, theclaw 3 and theclaw body 2 as a whole will be pushed into thehousing 1, the trigger rod 6 fixed on the housing will slip to thethird slideway 43 along thefirst slideway 41, and finally the trigger rod will rest on the third slideway between the first guide block and the second guide block finally. The force of the return spring 8 is overcome by the acting force of the trigger rod 6, so theclaw body 2 is fixed, and the hook is chucked by the two ends of the claw. - Please refer to
Figures 2 and3 , two sides of the top of the first guide block 4 is provided with asymmetric slopes respectively facing the first slideway and the second slideway, and the bottom of the first guide block is also provided with an asymmetric slope. Thesecond guide block 5 points to the bottom of the first guide block 4, and the top of the second guide block is also provided with an asymmetric slope. The above motion trail of the trigger rod can be achieved by the guide function of the asymmetric slope to the trigger rod. - The housing is provided with a
chute 11, theclaw body 2 is provided with afirst bump 21 matching the chute, and the first bump is provided with a guide slope, so the claw body can be slidably fixed on the housing. - A positioning rod is provided inside the housing, the return spring 8 is sleeving on the positioning rod. Further, the claw body is provided with a
hole 22, and the positioning rod inserts into the hole, so as to stabilize the motion trail of the claw body. - A lamp of the present invention with the detachable installation structure can be a general lamp including a lamp body and a lamp holder.
- The lamp also can be a recessed fire protected lamp provided with a cylinder-shaped lampshade, as shown in
Figures 4-6 . For a general lamp, the hook and the claw assembly can be respectively fixed on the lamp body or the lamp holder with cooperation to each other. For a recessed fire protected lamp, the hook and the claw assembly can be respectively fixed on the lamp body or the cylinder-shaped lampshade with cooperation to each other. - The hook can be integral with the lamp body or fixed on the lamp body by a rivet or screw. Alternatively, the claw assembly can be fixed on the lamp holder or cylinder-shaped lampshade by a rivet or screw.
- As shown in
Figures 4-5 , taking reference toFigures 1-3 , the claw assembly can also be mounted by such means: the housing is provided with asecond bump 13, the second bump is provided with a guide slope, the lamp holder or the cylinder-shaped lampshade is provided with a fixed structure matching the second bump, and the fixed structure can be an opening, slot, chute, fixed block, etc. matching the second bump. - The described embodiments of the present invention are presents for the purpose of illustration, not limitation. Those skilled in the art will recognize that the present invention can be practiced with modification within the scope of the claims.
Claims (12)
- A detachable installation structure of a lamp, characterized by comprising a claw assembly and a hook (7) cooperating with each other, wherein the claw assembly comprises a housing (1) and a claw body (2) placed inside the housing (1); one end of the claw body (2) is provided with a pair of claws (3) that cooperates with the hook (7); the claws (3) are provided with a first guide block (4) and a second guide block (5); wherein a first slideway (41) and a second slideway (42) are provided in the two sides of the first guide block (4), and a third slideway (43) is provided between the first guide block (4) and the second guide block (5); the housing (1) is provided with a trigger rod (6), which has one end fixed and the other end slidable along the first slideway (41) to the third slideway (43) and slidable along the third slideway (43) to the second slideway (42); wherein a return spring (8) is provided between the housing (1) and the claw body (2).
- The detachable installation structure of claim 1, characterized in that asymmetric slopes are provided on both sides of the top of the first guide block (4), and an asymmetric slope is provided on the bottom of the first guide block (4).
- The detachable installation structure of claim 2, characterized in that an asymmetric slope is provided on the top of the second guide block (5).
- The detachable installation structure of claim 1 or 3, characterized in that the housing (1) is provided with a chute (11), the claw body (2) is provided with a first bump (21) matching the chute (11), the first bump (21) is provided with a guide slope.
- The detachable installation structure of claim 1 or 3, characterized in that the housing (1) is provided with a second bump (13) which is provided with a guide slope.
- The detachable installation structure of claim 1 or 3, characterized in that a positioning rod is provided inside the housing (1), and the return spring (8) is sleeving on the positioning rod.
- The detachable installation structure of claim 6, characterized in that the claw body (2) is provided with a hole (22) and the positioning rod inserts into the hole (22).
- A lamp, comprising a lamp body and a lamp holder, characterized in that the lamp further comprises a detachable installation structure according to any one of claims 1-7 to install the lamp body on the lamp holder, the hook (7) and the claw assembly are cooperatively fixed on the lamp body or the lamp holder, respectively.
- A lamp, comprising a lamp body and a cylinder-shaped lampshade, characterized in that the lamp further comprises the detachable installation structure according to any one of claims 1-7 to install the lamp body on the lamp holder, the hook (7) and the claw assembly are cooperatively fixed on the lamp body or the cylinder-shaped lampshade, respectively.
- The lamp of claim 8 or 9, characterized in that the hook (7) is integral with the lamp body or fixed on the lamp body by a rivet or screw.
- The lamp of claim 8 or 9, characterized in that the claw assembly is fixed on the lamp holder or the cylinder-shaped lampshade by a rivet or screw.
- The lamp of claim 8 or 9, characterized in that the housing (1) is provided with a second bump (13), the lamp holder or the cylinder-shaped lampshade is provided with a fixed structure for engaging with the second bump (13).
