The working principle is as follows: as shown in fig. 4, kitchen waste collected in the waste feeding device 2 is put into a turnover waste bin 3, the turnover waste bin 3 is lifted by a lifting device 4 and is poured into a sorting table to sort out the kitchen waste and other waste, wherein the kitchen waste is put into a crushing device 6, the crushing device 6 is used for granulating relatively large and hard substances in the waste, such as small bones, fruit shells and the like, into a solid-liquid separation device 7 after crushing is completed, most of water in the kitchen waste is separated from solids, and the solids are conveyed into a solid biological treatment device 16 by a spiral conveying device 18; the liquid pump 8 is sent into the liquid biological conversion device 12, the kitchen waste is decomposed by strains in the solid biological treatment device 16 and the liquid biological conversion device 12, the waste gas generated by the solid biological treatment device 16 and the liquid biological conversion device 12 enters the waste gas treatment device 13 through the air pumping hole 15 of the solid biological treatment device and the air pumping hole 14 of the liquid biological conversion device, the waste gas treatment device 13 is purified and then discharged into the atmosphere through the purified gas discharge hole 26, the aeration device 11 is used for aerating the content of the liquid biological conversion device 12 during the working period, the waste water generated by cleaning can also enter the biological conversion device during the working period, the liquid fertilizer generated by the liquid biological conversion device 12 is discharged through the liquid fertilizer discharge hole 20, the soil conditioner generated by the solid biological treatment device 16 is discharged through the solid residue outlet 9, and the liquid fertilizer and the soil conditioner can be returned to the field.
The solid biological treatment device 16 is a culture medium for kitchen waste as target microorganisms (beneficial bacteria), and gives environmental conditions through an equipment PLC control system, so that the microorganisms are attached to a carrier to form long-term stable and sustainable microbial ecological balance, and the efficiency of degrading food by the microorganisms is effectively promoted through intermittent stirring. In the process, macromolecular organic matters are decomposed into short-chain low-molecular organic matters such as sugar, fatty acid, amino acid and the like. Moisture, carbon dioxide and heat will be generated in the process; and a small amount of fiber, inorganic salt and the like are finally remained after decomposition, and the fiber, the inorganic salt and the like can be used as organic fertilizer to be applied to crops, and no harmful substance is generated, so that the reduction and the harmlessness of the solid kitchen garbage are realized.
The liquid bioconversion device 12 is used for the microbial aerobic fermentation of the kitchen waste slurry at normal temperature. The liquid biotransformation device 12 adopts a three-section overflow design, can realize continuous fermentation treatment through automatic control, and is fermented for a period of time to be converted into organic liquid fertilizer.
The utility model is suitable for the scenes of villages and towns, countryside, islands and the like, and the scenes mainly have the characteristics of garbage dispersion, high collection and transportation cost, complex garbage components and the like; the device of the utility model can reduce and recycle kitchen garbage in the scenes.
