9. A circuit breaker comprising a base and a cover, wherein the base has mounted thereon a circuit breaker barrier construction according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
10. The circuit breaker of claim 9, wherein the cover plate is provided with a protrusion for fitting into the groove at a position corresponding to the groove on the outlet end partition and/or the phase partition.
