Next, the structure of the self-moving cleaning apparatus of the present application is explained and explained with reference to fig. 1 to 8, wherein fig. 1 is a bottom view of the self-moving cleaning apparatus in an embodiment of the present application; FIG. 2 is a top view of a self-moving cleaning apparatus in an embodiment of the present application; FIG. 3 is a right side view of the self-moving cleaning apparatus in an embodiment of the present application; FIG. 4 is a front view of a self-moving cleaning apparatus in an embodiment of the present application; FIG. 5 is a left side view of the self-moving cleaning apparatus in an embodiment of the present application; FIG. 6 is an exploded view of a self-moving cleaning device in an embodiment of the present application; FIG. 7 is a schematic view of a first roller of a self-moving cleaning apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application; fig. 8 is a schematic cross-sectional view of a self-moving cleaning device according to an embodiment of the present application.
As an example, as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 4, the self-moving cleaning apparatus of the present application includes a mopping module 120 and a sweeping module 110, wherein the mopping module 120 and the sweeping module 110 are rotatably connected.
The mopping module 120 may include a first housing 123 and a mop cloth 124 disposed at the bottom of the first housing 123 (i.e., the side of the first housing 123 facing the surface to be cleaned), which in this application may be the floor, or any other surface that needs to be cleaned from the mobile cleaning device. The mop cloth 124 may also be a mop cloth with a water absorbing function, which may be detachably arranged at the bottom of the first housing, e.g. by means of velcro or other means. The mop 124 may be any suitable type of mop, for example the mop 124 may comprise at least one rotating mop, for example the mop 124 may also comprise a disposable wet mop, for example the mop 124 may also be a reusable towel mop.
The mopping module 120 may be any module capable of performing a mopping function, for example, the mopping module 120 further includes a first water tank (not shown) disposed in the first housing 123, in which clean water for mopping is reserved, and the mopping module 120 further includes a water supply device for supplying the clean water in the first water tank to the mopping cloth, and optionally, a plurality of horizontally arranged water outlets may be further disposed at the bottom of the first housing 123, and the water outlet is covered by the mopping cloth 124, and water supplied by the water supply device may flow into the mopping cloth 124 through the water outlet, so as to humidify the mopping cloth 124. Optionally, the mopping module 120 may further comprise a second water tank (not shown) for recycling sewage from the mops.
The cleaning module 110 may include a second housing 114, the second housing 114 is connected to the first housing 123, and the second housing 114 has a receiving space therein for receiving at least some of the components required for cleaning. Optionally, as an example, the main cleaning function of the cleaning module 110 is derived from a cleaning system composed of the rolling brush 111 assembly, the dust box structure, the fan structure, the air outlet and the connecting components therebetween. The rolling brush 111 having a certain interference with the ground sweeps up the garbage on the ground and winds the garbage to the front of the dust suction opening between the rolling brush 111 and the dust box structure, and then the garbage is sucked into the dust box structure by the air which is generated by the fan structure and passes through the dust box structure and has suction force. The dust removing capability of the sweeper can be represented by the sweeping efficiency DPU (dust pick up efficiency), which is influenced by the rolling brush 111 and materials, the wind power utilization rate of an air duct formed by a dust suction port, a dust box structure, a fan structure, an air outlet and connecting parts among the dust suction port, the dust box structure, the fan structure, the air outlet and the four, and the type and the power of the fan, so that the sweeper is a responsible system design problem. Optionally, the cleaning module 110 may also include an edge brush 141 having an axis of rotation that is angled with respect to the ground for moving debris into the area of the roller brush 111 of the cleaning module 110.
In one example, as shown in fig. 1, 5 and 6, the rolling brush 111 assembly includes a rolling brush holder and the rolling brush 111, the rolling brush 111 holder is disposed in the first housing 123, the rolling brush 111 is connected to the rolling brush holder and located outside the first housing 123, for example, the rolling brush 111 is rotatably connected to the rolling brush holder.
Further, the mopping module 120 and the cleaning module 110 of the present application are rotatably connected by any suitable means, such as by a hinge, and in one example, a protruding connection portion is provided on a side wall of the first housing 123 of the cleaning module 110, and the second housing 114 of the mopping module 120 is provided with a concave portion, and the connection portion and the concave portion are hinge-connected. Alternatively, a convex connecting portion may be provided on a side wall of the second housing 114 of the mopping module 120, and the first housing 123 of the sweeping module 110 may be provided with an inner concave portion, and the connecting portion and the inner concave portion are hingedly connected. In another example, the self-moving apparatus further includes a rotation shaft to which both the first housing 123 and the second housing 114 are connected.
In one example, the self-moving cleaning apparatus further comprises a drive device 140, the drive device 140 configured to: the mopping module 120 is driven to rotate away from the surface to be cleaned or the mopping module 120 is driven to rotate close to the surface to be cleaned, and/or the driving device 140 is configured to: the sweeping module 110 is driven to rotate in a direction away from the surface to be cleaned or the sweeping module 110 is driven to rotate in a direction close to the surface to be cleaned. Alternatively, the driving device 140 may include a motor, which may be connected to the sweeping module 110 and the mopping module 120 to drive them to rotate. The driving device 140 may be disposed in the cleaning module 110 or may also be disposed in the mopping module 120. Optionally, the self-moving apparatus further comprises a rotating shaft, the first housing 123 and the second housing 114 are connected to the rotating shaft, and the driving device 140 is used for driving the floor mopping module and/or the sweeping module to rotate around the rotating shaft, wherein the direction of the rotating shaft is a horizontal direction.
Alternatively, the included angle between the mopping module 120 and the sweeping module 110 is greater than or equal to 0 ° and less than or equal to 180 °, or may be any other suitable angle, for example, the included angle may be between 90 ° and 180 °, and the included angle may refer to the included angle between the top surface of the first housing 123 of the mopping module 120 and the top surface of the second housing 114 of the sweeping module 110.
When the mopping and sweeping functions are needed to be used simultaneously, the included angle between the mopping module 120 and the sweeping module 110 is about 180 degrees, the two modules are positioned on the same horizontal plane, and any module which is not in the working state can be driven by the driving device 140 to rotate towards the direction close to the surface to be cleaned until the included angle between the two modules is about 180 degrees; when only one of the mopping module 120 and the sweeping module 110 is needed to work, the driving device 140 can be controlled to drive any module which does not need to work to rotate in the direction away from the surface to be cleaned, so as to raise the height of the module which does not need to work and prevent the module from contacting the surface to be cleaned; when one of the mopping module 120 and the sweeping module 110 is in operation and the operation mode needs to be switched, the non-operating module can be rotated by the driving device 140 toward the surface to be cleaned, and then the other module can be rotated away from the surface to be cleaned, so as to realize the mode switching.
In one example, the angle between the mopping module 120 and the surface to be cleaned can be freely adjusted within a first preset range, alternatively, the first preset range may be any suitable range, for example, the first preset range may be 0 ° to 180 °, or the first preset range may be 0 ° to 90 °. The angle between the mopping module 120 and the surface to be cleaned can be adjusted within a first preset range between a plurality of preset angles, which can be any desired angle, for example, any angle between 0 ° and 180 °, or any angle between 0 ° and 90 °.
In one example, the angle between the sweeping module 110 and the surface to be cleaned can be freely adjusted within a first preset range, alternatively, the first preset range may be any suitable range, for example, the first preset range may be 0 ° to 180 °, or the first preset range may be 0 ° to 90 °. In one example, the angle between the cleaning module 110 and the surface to be cleaned can be adjusted within a first preset range between a plurality of preset angles, which can be any desired angle, for example, any angle between 0 ° and 180 °, or any angle between 0 ° and 90 °.
Optionally, the self-moving cleaning apparatus of the present application further comprises a limiting structure, which can be used to limit the sweeping module 110 and/or the mopping module 120 to a predetermined position, which can be any suitable position, for example, any angular position that makes the included angle between the sweeping module 110 and the mopping module 120 between 0 ° and 180 °, or any angular position that makes the included angle between the two between 90 ° and 180 °.
The spacing structure may be any suitable spacing structure known to those skilled in the art and is not specifically limited herein.
In one example, the distance of the mopping module 120 from the surface to be cleaned is greater than or equal to 0; the distance between the sweeping module and the surface to be cleaned is greater than or equal to 0. For example, when obstacle avoidance is required, one or both of the floor mopping module 120 and the floor sweeping module may rotate in a direction away from the surface to be cleaned under the driving of the driving device 140, so that the distance between the floor mopping module 120 and the surface to be cleaned is greater than zero, as shown in fig. 8, and when obstacle avoidance is required, one or both of the floor mopping module 120 and the floor sweeping module may rotate in a direction close to the surface to be cleaned under the driving of the driving device 140, so that the distance between the floor mopping module 120 and the surface to be cleaned is substantially zero, thereby ensuring the cleaning operation.
It should be noted that, when the mopping module 120 and the cleaning module 110 are both in contact with the surface to be cleaned, the direction from the mopping module 120 to the cleaning module 110 is a first direction, and the first direction is a forward direction from the mobile device; alternatively, when the mopping module 120 is in contact with the surface to be cleaned and the sweeping module 110 is not in contact with the surface to be cleaned, the advancing direction of the self-moving device is opposite to the first direction; alternatively, when the mopping module 120 is not in contact with the surface to be cleaned and the sweeping module 110 is in contact with the surface to be cleaned, the advancing direction of the self-moving device is the same as the first direction.
In one example, the first housing 123 and the second housing 114 may be housings of any suitable shape, which may be integrally formed from a material such as plastic, and optionally, the first housing 123 and the second housing 114 may have complementary shapes, for example, the first housing 123 and the second housing 114 may have a generally semi-cylindrical shape with a small height, and the two may be connected to form a generally complete cylindrical structure.
In one example, the self-moving cleaning apparatus includes first and second drive wheel assemblies 131 and 132 oppositely disposed at both sides of the junction of the mopping module 120 and the cleaning module 110, for example, the first and second drive wheel assemblies 131 and 132 are independently mounted in recesses at opposite ends of a lateral diameter of the bottom surface of the junction of the mopping module 120 and the cleaning module 110, for example, the recesses may be disposed in a portion of the first housing of the mopping module at the junction, or may be disposed in a portion of the second housing of the cleaning module at the junction, the lateral diameter being perpendicular to the front-to-rear diameter, and the steering wheel being disposed generally at the front-to-rear diameter.
In one example, the first drive wheel assembly 131 includes a wheel and a coupling member 1311 coupled to the wheel by which it may be coupled to a first motor 1312 for driving the wheel of the first drive wheel assembly in rotation. Alternatively, the first and second drive wheel assemblies may be connected to the second housing of the cleaning module or the first housing of the mopping module, and in particular, may be appropriately adjusted according to actual conditions.
In one example, a self-moving cleaning device includes a driver configured to: the first driving wheel assembly 131 and the second driving wheel assembly 132 are driven to rotate to drive the self-moving cleaning device to move on the surface to be cleaned, and the driver is used for driving the first driving wheel assembly 131 and the second driving wheel assembly 132 to rotate forwards or backwards according to the contact condition of the mopping module 120 and the sweeping module 110 with the surface to be cleaned. Optionally, the two drive wheel assemblies are driven by separate motors, e.g., the drive comprises a first motor 1312 and a second motor 1313, as shown in fig. 7, wherein the first motor 1312 is configured to: driving first drive wheel assembly 131 to rotate, second motor 1313 is configured to: the second drive wheel assembly 132 is driven to rotate.
Because the two drive wheel assemblies are driven by separate motors, a wider range of steering maneuvers can be provided for the self-moving cleaning apparatus, e.g., sharp turns, gradual turns, pivot turns, and the like. Mounting two drive wheel assemblies at both ends of the transverse diameter provides a self-moving cleaning apparatus with greater steering capabilities.
In one example, as shown in fig. 6, the self-moving cleaning apparatus further includes a first steering wheel 121 and a second steering wheel 112, the first steering wheel 121 is rotatably connected with the first housing 123, the second steering wheel 112 is rotatably connected with the second housing 114, for example, the first steering wheel 121 is disposed on a side of the floor mopping module 120 facing the surface to be cleaned, that is, the first steering wheel 121 is disposed below the first housing 123, and the second steering wheel 112 is disposed on a side of the sweeping module 110 facing the surface to be cleaned, that is, the second steering wheel 112 is disposed below the second housing 114, wherein each steering wheel includes a rotating shaft disposed in a vertical direction, and each steering wheel can rotate in a range of 360 ° horizontally around the rotating shaft.
In one example, as shown in fig. 8, a first elastic member 125 is further disposed between the top of the first steering wheel 121 and the first housing 123, and a second elastic member 116 is further disposed between the top of the second steering wheel 112 and the second housing 114. In one example, a groove for accommodating the first steering wheel 121 is provided at the bottom of the first housing 123 of the mopping module 120, and at least a part of the wheel body of the first steering wheel 121 protrudes outwards from the bottom of the first housing 123 when the first steering wheel 121 is attached to the first housing 123; a groove for accommodating the second steering wheel 112 is provided at the bottom of the second housing 114 of the sweeping module 110, and at least a part of the wheel body of the second steering wheel 112 protrudes outward from the bottom of the second housing 114 when the second steering wheel 112 is attached to the second housing 114.
The first steerable wheel 121 and the second steerable wheel 112 may be universal wheels, or other suitable steerable wheel configurations. Illustratively, the first steering wheel 121 and the second steering wheel 112 include a wheel body and a base. The first and second steerable wheels 121 and 112 may be located at opposite ends of a front-to-back diameter of the self-moving cleaning apparatus, such as a sweeping robot, and spaced apart from each other.
Alternatively, a groove is provided at the bottom of the first housing 123 of the mopping module 120, the base of the first steering wheel 121 is mounted in the groove and can rotate on a horizontal plane parallel to the bottom surface of the base, and the wheel body of the first steering wheel 121 is mounted on the base and can rotate on a vertical plane perpendicular to the horizontal plane.
