Wherein the transmission gear 114 is rotatably provided on the body 102, the rack 116 is engaged with the transmission gear 114, and the top of the rack 116 abuts against the first abutting portion 112 on the first shutter 108.
Thus, in the process of adjusting the volume of the material container 100, the rack 116 may be driven to move up and down by the transmission gear 114, and the rack 116 may drive the first baffle 108 to move up and down by the first abutting portion 112, thereby adjusting the volume of the material container 100.
Furthermore, the bottom of body 102 is typically in direct contact with the placement location of material container 100 during use of material container 100. The second baffle 120 is connected to the first baffle 108 and can be lifted and lowered with respect to the first baffle 108. Thus, the first driving member 110 can drive the first baffle 108 to move up and down relative to the sidewall 106 of the body 102, and the second baffle 120 to move up and down relative to the first baffle 108. In this embodiment, optionally, as shown in fig. 5, the at least one baffle assembly further comprises a second drive member 122. The second driving member 122 is disposed on the first baffle 108, and the second driving member 122 drives the second baffle 120 connected to the first baffle 108 to move up and down. In this way, the second driving member 122 does not lift itself during the process that the second driving member 122 drives the second shutter 120 to lift. Thus, the second driving member 122 requires only a small force to raise and lower the second apron 120 in order to adjust the volume of the material containing member 100. In particular embodiments, at least one baffle assembly may include a second baffle 120 and a second driver 122. In particular embodiments, the at least one baffle assembly may include at least two second baffles 120 and at least two second drivers 122. Here, taking two second shutters 120 and two second drivers 122 as an example, the explanation is as follows: the first second baffle 120 is connected with the first baffle 108, and the first second driving member 122 is disposed on the first baffle 108 and connected with the first second baffle 120 to drive the first second baffle 120 to move up and down relative to the first baffle 108; the second blocking plate 120 is connected to the first second driving member 122, and the second driving member 122 is disposed on the first second driving member 122 and connected to the second blocking plate 120 to drive the second blocking plate 120 to move up and down relative to the first blocking plate 108.

In this way, in the process of adjusting the volume of the material container 100, the screw rod can be rotated to drive the first abutting portion 112, and the first baffle 108 is driven to move up and down by the first abutting portion 112, so as to adjust the volume of the material container 100.
In this embodiment, further, as shown in fig. 1, at least one shutter assembly further includes a second operating member 130. The second operating element 130 is connected to the screw, and the second operating element 130 is coaxially disposed with the screw, so that a user can manually drive the second shutter 120 to move up and down relative to the first shutter 108.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the second operation member 130 may employ a knob. During the process of adjusting the volume of material holder 100, the user may manually actuate second baffle 120 to rise and fall by turning the knob.
In this embodiment, further, as shown in fig. 5, material containing member 100 further includes a mounting portion 126 and a threaded bore. Wherein the mounting portion 126 is disposed on the first baffle 108, and a threaded hole is disposed on the mounting portion 126. In addition, the screw rod is arranged in the threaded hole in a penetrating mode and meshed with the threads in the threaded hole.
In this way, in the process of adjusting the volume of the material container 100, the screw rod can be directly rotated, and the screw rod can be lifted relative to the mounting portion 126, so that the second baffle 120 is driven to lift by the screw. In addition, the screw is engaged with the threads in the threaded hole, and self-locking of the screw can be realized without adjusting the volume of the material containing part 100, so that the second baffle 120 cannot be lifted accidentally.
Specifically, the second operating member 130 is located at the bottom of the mounting portion 126, for driving the second shutter 120 by rotating the screw by the second operating member 130.

In addition to the first to sixth embodiments, optionally, at least one baffle plate assembly further comprises a first guiding structure (this structure is not shown in the figures, but those skilled in the art can understand this solution through the following text). Wherein the first guiding structure is disposed between the first baffle 108 and the sidewall 106 and distributed on the peripheral side of the first baffle 108. In particular, the first guide structure is attached to the first baffle 108 at different circumferential locations such that there are multiple attachment locations between the first baffle 108 and the sidewall 106 of the body 102. Like this, at the volumetric in-process of adjusting material containing part 100, first guide structure can play good guide effect, guarantees simultaneously that first baffle 108 atress is even, and then promotes the lift stability of first baffle 108.
In a specific embodiment, the first guiding structure may include a plurality of first guiding ribs, the plurality of first guiding ribs are distributed along the peripheral side of the first baffle 108, and the extending direction of any one of the first guiding ribs is consistent with the lifting direction of the first baffle 108. It should be noted that the first guide structure is not limited to the first guide rib, and may be implemented by using a guide groove, a slide way, or the like, as long as the guide function is achieved, and those skilled in the art can understand the first guide structure.
In addition to the fourth to sixth embodiments, optionally, at least one baffle plate assembly further comprises a second guiding structure (this structure is not shown in the figures, but those skilled in the art can understand this solution through the following text). Wherein the second guiding structure is disposed between the second baffle 120 and the first baffle 108, and is distributed on the peripheral side of the second baffle 120. In particular, the second guide structure is attached to a different location on the peripheral side of the second baffle plate 120 such that there are multiple attachment locations between the second baffle plate 120 and the first baffle plate 108. In this way, in the process of adjusting the volume of the material containing part 100, the second guiding structure can play a good guiding role, and meanwhile, the second baffle 120 is uniformly stressed, so that the lifting stability of the second baffle 120 is improved.
In a specific embodiment, the second guiding structure may include a plurality of second guiding ribs, the plurality of second guiding ribs are distributed along the circumferential side of the second baffle 120, and the extending direction of any one of the second guiding ribs is consistent with the lifting direction of the second baffle 120. It should be noted that the second guide structure is not limited to the second guide rib, and may be implemented by using a guide groove, a slide way, or the like, as long as the guide function is achieved, and those skilled in the art can understand the structure.
On the basis of the first to sixth embodiments, the number of the first driving members 110 may alternatively be one. That is, in this embodiment, the present invention only provides one first driving member 110 on the body 102, and drives the first baffle 108 to move up and down relative to the sidewall 106 of the body 102 through one first driving member 110. Particularly, the first driving member 110 is disposed on the body 102, so that the overall structure of the material containing member 100 is effectively simplified, the number of parts of the material containing member 100 is reduced, and the cost of the material containing member 100 is reduced.
On the basis of the first to sixth embodiments, the number of the first driving members 110 may be at least two, as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, alternatively. That is, in this embodiment, the present invention provides at least two first driving members 110 on the body 102, and drives the first baffle 108 to move up and down relative to the sidewall 106 of the body 102 by the at least two first driving members 110. In particular, at least two first driving members 110 are provided at the body 102, so that the driving force for the first shutter 108 can be effectively increased and the smooth driving of the first shutter 108 can be ensured. In particular, at least two first drivers 110 are distributed along the circumference of the side wall 106. More specifically, at least two first actuators 110 are symmetrically distributed along the side wall 106 of the body 102 to ensure uniform actuation of the first baffle 108.
On the basis of the fourth to sixth embodiments, the number of the second driving members 122 may be one, alternatively. That is, in this design, the present invention only provides one second driving member 122 on the first baffle 108, and drives the second baffle 120 to move up and down relative to the sidewall 106 of the body 102 through one second driving member 122. Particularly, the second driving member 122 is disposed on the body 102, so that the overall structure of the material containing member 100 is effectively simplified, the number of parts of the material containing member 100 is reduced, and the cost of the material containing member 100 is reduced.
On the basis of the fourth to sixth embodiments, the number of the second driving pieces 122 may be at least two, as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, alternatively. That is, in this design, the first baffle 108 is provided with at least two second driving members 122, and the second baffle 120 is driven to move up and down relative to the first baffle 108 by the at least two second driving members 122. In particular, the at least two second driving members 122 are disposed on the first baffle 108, so that the driving force for the second baffle 120 can be effectively increased, and the smooth driving of the second baffle 120 can be ensured. Specifically, at least two second drivers 122 are distributed along the circumference of the first baffle 108. More specifically, at least two second driving members 122 are symmetrically distributed along the circumference of the first shutter plate 108 to ensure uniform driving of the second shutter plate 120.
In addition to the first to sixth embodiments, the material containing part 100 further comprises a first sealing member (not shown). Wherein, the first sealing member is disposed at the connection position of the first baffle 108 and the side wall 106 of the body 102, so as to effectively seal the connection position of the first baffle 108 and the side wall 106. In this way, during use of material container 100, it is ensured that food or liquid in material container 100 does not spill over the connection between first baffle 108 and side wall 106 of body 102.
In addition to the fourth to sixth embodiments, the material containing part 100 further comprises a second sealing member (not shown). The second sealing element is disposed at a joint of the second baffle 120 and the first baffle 108, so as to effectively seal the joint of the second baffle 120 and the first baffle 108. In this way, it is ensured that food or liquid in material container 100 does not overflow from the connection between second baffle 120 and first baffle 108 during use of material container 100.
In addition to the first to sixth embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, the first baffle 108 is in interference fit with the sidewall 106. Therefore, on one hand, the first baffle 108 can be ensured to be in close contact with the side wall 106 of the body 102, and the sealing performance of the joint of the first baffle 108 and the side wall 106 of the body 102 is further improved; on the other hand, a certain resistance exists between the first baffle 108 and the side wall 106 of the body 102 to prevent the first baffle 108 from descending in the use state.
In addition to the fourth to sixth embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, the second baffle 120 is in interference fit with the first baffle 108. Therefore, on one hand, the second baffle 120 can be ensured to be in close contact with the first baffle 108, and the sealing property of the joint of the second baffle 120 and the first baffle 108 is further improved; on the other hand, a certain resistance exists between the second baffle 120 and the first baffle 108 to prevent the second baffle 120 from descending in the use state.
In addition to the first to sixth embodiments, the first baffle 108 is detachably connected to the body 102.
In addition to the first to sixth embodiments, the second baffle 120 is detachably connected to the first baffle 108.
As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, on the basis of the first to sixth embodiments, further, the material container 100 provided by the present invention includes, but is not limited to, a baking tray or a steaming tray.
A seventh embodiment of the present invention provides a cooking appliance including the material container 100 according to any of the above embodiments. Thus, all the advantages of the above-described material containing member 100 are obtained and will not be discussed in detail here.
Furthermore, the cooking appliance comprises a working chamber. In use, a material is placed on the material containing member 100, and then the material containing member 100 is placed in the work chamber to cook the material in the material containing member 100.
In an embodiment, the material containing member 100 of the present invention includes a body 102, a first baffle 108, a first driving member 110, a second baffle 120, a second driving member 122, a first sealing member, a second sealing member, and the like.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the first driving members 110 are at least two in number and are symmetrically arranged on the body 102; as shown in fig. 4, the first driving member 110 includes a horizontally disposed transmission gear 114 and a vertically disposed rack 116, and converts the horizontal movement into a vertical movement to push the first shutter 108, so as to adjust the vertical position of the first shutter 108. In particular, as shown in fig. 4, the first driving member 110 selects the horizontally arranged transmission gear 114 and the vertically arranged rack 116, so that the operation position of the first driving member 110 is located at the side of the body 102, thereby solving the problem that there is no operation space at the bottom of the body 102.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, the number of the second driving members 122 is at least two, and the second driving members are symmetrically arranged on the first baffle 108; the second driving member 122 includes a vertically disposed screw rod, and the screw rod pushes the second barrier 120 to adjust the position of the second barrier 120 in the vertical direction.
Specifically, the first baffle 108 and the second baffle 120 are both freely detachable, so that the cleaning after the detachment is convenient.
Specifically, a first seal is disposed between the first baffle 108 and the sidewall 106, and a second seal is disposed between the second baffle 120 and the first baffle 108; the first baffle 108 is in interference fit with the sidewall 106, and the second baffle 120 is in interference fit with the first baffle 108. And the first sealing element and the second sealing element are high-temperature resistant elements and are made of rubber materials meeting food safety requirements and used for sealing.
In one embodiment, the first baffle 108 is attached to an outer portion of the sidewall 106 and the second baffle 120 is attached to an outer portion of the first baffle 108.
In addition, the material containing part 100 provided by the embodiment can realize multiple purposes, and is suitable for different scenes and different foods, so that the number of standby containers in a user house is reduced, the occupancy rate of a kitchen space of the user is reduced, and the daily use of the user is more convenient. Also, the material container 100 is suitable for cooking appliances of different sizes and for containing materials of different quantities. In addition, the volume of the material containing part 100 is adjustable, so that the material containing part 100 can use different use scenes; for example, the material container 100 can be used as a baking pan, the material container 100 can be used as a steaming pan, or even the material container 100 can be used as a container of a hot pot.
Thus, the material container 100 of the present invention is used as an accessory of a cooking appliance, thereby reducing the initial cost of the cooking appliance and shortening the development and manufacturing cycle of the cooking appliance. In addition, the material containing member 100 has an adjustable volume, and can be applied to various cooking modes (e.g., steaming, roasting), and also can be used for a container of a hot pot. Like this, the function of material holding piece 100 is various, can effectively reduce the quantity that the material held piece 100 in the user's house, saves space.

2. The material containing member of claim 1, further comprising:
the first abutting part is arranged on the first baffle, and the first driving part is connected with the bottom of the first abutting part.
3. The material holder of claim 2, wherein the first drive member comprises:
the transmission gear is rotatably arranged on the body;
the rack is meshed with the transmission gear, and the top of the rack is connected to the bottom of the first abutting part;
wherein the direction of the transmission gear is different from the direction of the rack.
