It will be appreciated that the anvil 40 located on the back of the door panel 22 may rotate with the door panel 22 to open or close the storage space. Specifically, when the door panel 22 blocks the access opening, as shown in fig. 1, the storage space enclosed by the chopping board 40 and the cabinet 21 is in a closed state; when the door panel 22 is turned over to open the access opening, as shown in fig. 3, the storage space communicates with the outside through the access opening.
When the cooking utensil cleaning device is used, a user cleans cooking utensils in the water tank 10, and after the cleaning is finished, the clean cooking utensils are put into the containing space through the taking and placing opening. Therefore, the user does not need to move the cleaned cooking utensil from the water tank 10 to other positions of the table top, and the use is convenient. Moreover, the user puts into the in-process of accomodating space with cooking utensil, and cooking utensil is located the region of cupboard 30 top all the time, so water on the cooking utensil drips on cupboard 30, and can not drip on the mesa, and then can avoid the water on the cooking utensil to form water stain on the mesa, has saved the work that the user wiped water stain.
It is noted that in some embodiments, the anvil 40 may be removably mounted to the back of the door panel 22. Therefore, after the user pulls the door plate 22 and opens the access opening, the cutting board 40 can be taken down by the user and used for cutting vegetables, after the use, the user cleans the cutting board 40 in the water tank 10, and the cleaned cutting board 40 is put back to the back side of the door plate 22. Therefore, the user does not need to move the cleaned chopping block 40 from the water tank 10 to other positions of the table top, and the use is convenient. And, accomodate the in-process of chopping block 40, water on the chopping block 40 also can not drip on the mesa, and then is favorable to avoiding the user to clean the chopping block 40 and drips on the mesa water and lead to work load to increase.
Specifically, the anvil 40 may be detachably connected to the door 22 by a snap-fit or magnetic attachment. Taking magnetic attraction connection as an example, a first magnet is arranged on the surface of the chopping board 40 not used for cutting vegetables, a second magnet is arranged on the back surface of the door panel 22, and the chopping board 40 is connected with the door panel 22 through the first magnet and the second magnet which are adsorbed together.
In conclusion, the integrated water tank 100 that this application provided, chopping block 40 and cooking utensil after the washing all need not to remove the other positions of mesa from basin 10, accomodates the convenience, and accomodate the in-process, chopping block 40 and cooking utensil all can not remove to the mesa on, and then avoid the water droplet on chopping block 40 and the cooking utensil to fall on the water on the mesa, the user need not to erase the water stain to can avoid user's work load to increase.
In addition, through the above-mentioned setting, during non-user state, chopping block 40 is accomodate behind door plant 22, and cooking utensil is accomodate in the accommodation space that door plant 22 and cabinet body 21 enclose, and then is favorable to avoiding chopping block 40 and cooking utensil to expose in the external world, accomodates neatly, and can avoid chopping block 40 and cooking utensil to go up to have fallen dust and greasy dirt, is favorable to keeping chopping block 40 and cooking utensil's clean.
With continued reference to FIG. 3, in other embodiments of the present application, anvil 40 may also be affixed to the back of door panel 22. Meanwhile, the door panel 22 is turned between the horizontal and inclined positions, and when the door panel 22 is located in the horizontal position, the door panel 22 abuts the cabinet 30. It will be readily appreciated that when the door panel 22 is flipped to a horizontal level, the cutting board 40 on the back of the door panel 22 is also in a horizontal position and the cutting board 40 is exposed for cutting vegetables.
With the arrangement, on one hand, when a user needs to cut the vegetable by using the chopping board 40, the user only needs to pull the door panel 22 to abut against the cabinet 30 without taking down the chopping board 40, and after the use is finished, the user does not need to put back the chopping board 40, so that the operation of taking down and installing the chopping board 40 is omitted; on the other hand, the chopping block 40 does not occupy the space of the table top, so that the table top can have a larger space for a user to place food materials and the like, and the use is convenient.
In this embodiment, the anvil 40 and the door 22 can be connected by fastening with bolts, bonding or clipping. Of course, the anvil 40 and door panel 22 can be connected by a variety of connection means.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 4 to 7, the door panel 22 is hinged to the cabinet 21 by a hinge assembly 23. The hinge assembly 23 includes a first hinge 231, a second hinge 232, and a shaft pin for hinging the first hinge 231 and the second hinge 232. Wherein, one end of the first hinge 231 is fastened and connected with the front side of the cabinet 21, and the other end of the first hinge 231 is hinged with the shaft pin; the front side of the cabinet body 21 is provided with a notch 211, the notch 211 is located below the door panel 22, one end of the second hinge member 232 is fixed to the back of the door panel 22, the connecting position of the second hinge member 232 and the door panel 22 is close to the bottom end of the door panel 22, the second hinge member 232 is arranged in the notch 211 in a penetrating manner, and the other end of the second hinge member 232 is hinged to the shaft pin. In this way, compared with the hinge connection between the door panel 22 and the cabinet 21, the hinge assembly 23 provided in the present embodiment has higher structural strength, which is beneficial to reduce the risk of deformation of the hinge assembly 23.
The first hinge 231 and the second hinge 232 are both metal members. Because the upset frequency of door plant 22 is higher, through setting up hinge assembly 23 for metal material for hinge assembly 23 has higher intensity, is favorable to avoiding hinge assembly 23 to appear warping after door plant 22 overturns many times.
It should be noted that, as shown in fig. 3, an avoiding opening 212 is further disposed on the bottom of the cabinet body 21 in this embodiment, and the second hinge element 232 extends into the avoiding opening 212 from the back of the door panel 22, and then penetrates through the notch 211 from the avoiding opening 212. When the door panel 22 is tilted, the second hinge member 232 moves around the pin 233 in the escape opening 212 and the notch 211.
Further, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the second hinge member 232 includes a first portion 2321, a second portion 2322 and a third portion 2323, the first portion 2321 is fixedly connected to the back of the door panel 22, the third portion 2323 is hinged to the pin 233, the second portion 2322 is located between the first portion 2321 and the third portion 2323 and is fixedly connected to the first portion 2321 and the third portion 2323, the second portion 2322 is inserted into the evasion hole 212 and the gap 211, and the second portion 2322 has a bent section. Specifically, in fig. 4, the second part 2322 is "L" -shaped, and the "L" -shaped second part 2322 includes a vertical segment 2322a connected to the first part 2321 and a horizontal segment 2322b connected to the third part 2323, and the vertical segment 2322a is connected to the horizontal segment 2322 b.
It can be understood that the process of turning the door panel 22 specifically includes: when the door panel 22 is not in use, the door panel 22 is in a vertical state, at this time, the vertical section 2322a of the L-shaped second part 2322 penetrates through the avoidance opening 212 along the vertical direction, and the horizontal section 2322b penetrates through the notch 211 along the horizontal direction; when the door panel 22 is turned over so that the door panel 22 is in an inclined state, the horizontal section 2322b and the vertical section 2322a both extend obliquely to the horizontal plane; turning door panel 22 continues until vertical segment 2322a is parallel to the horizontal plane and door panel 22 is against cabinet 30, indicating that door panel 22 has reached the horizontal position.
Preferably, the connection between the horizontal segment 2322b and the vertical segment 2322a can be configured to abut against the sidewall of the escape opening 212 when the door panel 22 is in the horizontal position. Thus, when the door panel 22 is turned over, if the hinge assembly 23 abuts against the avoiding opening 212, the door panel 22 cannot be turned over downwards any more, and the limiting effect is achieved.
Preferably, the number of hinge assemblies 23 is non-limiting, i.e. the door panel 22 and the cabinet 21 may be hinged by a plurality of hinge assemblies 23. The connection reliability of the door panel 22 and the cabinet 21 is further improved by increasing the number of the hinge assemblies 23 connecting the door body and the cabinet 21.
The housing space and its internal components will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
In an realizable mode, a plurality of hooks are connected to the inner wall of the containing space, and the cooking utensil is hung on the hooks. Therefore, cooking utensils such as a strainer and a slice can be hung in the containing space, and the cooking utensils are convenient to take and place and convenient to store. The hook may be fixedly connected to the inner wall of the accommodating space, for example, the hook is connected to the inner wall of the accommodating space by welding, bonding, or the like. Preferably, the hook can be connected with the inner wall of the accommodating space, and the hook can be taken down from the inner wall of the accommodating space. Therefore, the position of the hook can be adjusted at will, so that the cooking utensil can be hung at a proper position. It will be readily appreciated that the hook of this embodiment may be a suction cup type hook.
In another realizable manner, as shown in fig. 3 and 6, a hanging rod 222 and a plurality of hooks 223 may also be arranged in the receiving space, the hanging rod 222 is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the receiving space, the plurality of hooks 223 are hung on the hanging rod 222, and the cooking utensil is hung on the hooks 223. Therefore, cooking utensils such as a skimmer and a slice are hung on the hanging rod 222 through the hook 223, and the cooking utensils are convenient to take and place.
The hanging rod 222 can extend in the vertical direction, and the plurality of hooks 223 are hung on the hanging rod 222 at intervals in the vertical direction. In this embodiment, the plurality of cooking appliances are all located in the same vertical direction.
Alternatively, in fig. 3, the hanging rod 222 extends in the horizontal direction, and the plurality of hooks 223 are hung on the hanging rod 222 at intervals. In the embodiment, the plurality of cooking utensils are hung at the same height, are stored orderly and are more attractive. Moreover, the turner and the strainer are large in length, so that the phenomenon that a plurality of cooking utensils are hung along the same vertical direction to touch is avoided.
Optionally, the hook 223 may be fixedly connected to the hook 223 by welding, bonding, or the like. The hook 223 may be a hanging column, an axis of the hanging column is parallel to a horizontal plane, one end of the hanging column is connected to the hanging rod 222, and the other end of the hanging column is a free end.
Alternatively, the hook 223 can be coupled to the hanging bar 222 and can be removed from the hanging bar 222. Thus, the position of the hooks 223 can be freely adjusted so that the space between two adjacent hooks 223 is sufficient for placing a cooking utensil that the user wants to hang at this position.
Specifically, couple 223 can be including hanging piece and coupler body, and one side fastening connection of coupler body and hanging piece, and the one end of hanging piece is formed with the turn-ups toward the other side bending type that deviates from the coupler body, and the turn-ups is injectd the installation space that supplies peg 222 holding with the hanging piece jointly. The mounting space can be configured to enable the hanging rod 222 to be clamped in the mounting space, and then the hanging rod 222 is clamped with the hook 223; alternatively, the installation space may be further configured to enable the hook 223 to slide along the hanging bar 222. In the latter mode, when the user needs to adjust the position of the hook 223, the hook 223 does not need to be taken down, and the operation is convenient.
Further, the number of hanging rods 222 is not limited, that is, the hanging rods 222 may be one, two, three, or the like. When the hanging bar 222 is plural, the plurality of hanging bars 222 are provided at intervals in the height direction of the storage cabinet 20. By increasing the number of the hanging rods 222, more cooking utensils can be hung in the containing space.
A water receiving box 70 can be further arranged in the containing space, a water receiving opening is formed in the top of the water receiving box 70, the water receiving box 70 is located below the hook 223, and the water receiving opening is right opposite to the cooking utensil. Thus, when the cleaned cooking utensil is hung in the storage space, water on the cooking utensil drops into the water receiving box 70, and the water receiving box 70 collects the water on the cooking utensil. It is noted that in this example, the hanging bar 222 extends horizontally.
Preferably, the water receiving box 70 may be disposed at the bottom of the receiving space. Thus, the distance between the hanging rod 222 and the water receiving box 70 in the vertical direction is larger, so that a longer cooking utensil can be hung between the hanging rod 222 and the water receiving box 70.
Further, the water receiving box 70 can be taken out from the housing space. Like this, after water receiving box 70 collected water, the user can take out water receiving box 70 and empty away with the water in the water receiving box 70 to the realization is to the clearance of water receiving box 70, is favorable to avoiding too moist and lead to breeding the bacterium in the accommodation space, thereby is favorable to avoiding being formed with the bacterium on the cooking utensil.
