The switch key 21 is arranged at the top of the second housing component 20, cigarettes can be inserted into the cigarette cup 50 after the switch key 21 is opened, and the switch key 21 can be closed when the cigarette cup is not used, so that external dust is prevented from entering the cigarette cup 50.
The second housing assembly 20 further includes a bowl cover 22 for accommodating the bowl 50 and a second housing 23 disposed at the periphery of the bowl cover 22, the second housing 23 serving as a protective housing for protecting the internal components.
In some embodiments, the electronic smoking set further includes a counter and a temperature sensing element 70, the temperature sensing element 70 is used for detecting the temperature at a preset position, and the counter is in signal connection with the temperature sensing element 70 and records the number of the mouth of the cigarette to be smoked according to the detection result of the temperature sensing element 70.
In some embodiments, the temperature sensing element 70 is disposed at a lower portion of the heating assembly 60 to detect a temperature of the lower portion of the heating assembly 60, and determine whether the cigarette is smoked based on a temperature change therein. When the cigarette is sucked, the temperature of the lower part of the heating component 60 can be reduced due to the entering of cold air, the cigarette can be judged to be sucked according to the temperature reduction signal detected by the temperature sensing element 70, and then the number of the sucked openings is recorded by the counter. By recording the number of the mouths sucked by the cigarettes, the number of the mouths sucked by the cigarettes or the number of the mouths which can be sucked in the residual quantity can be displayed to a user through the display device, and the user can know the residual quantity of the cigarettes.
In some embodiments, the electronic smoking set further includes a heating assembly 60 for heating the cigarette, the heating assembly 60 includes a third housing 61, and an insulating member 62, a first heating wire 63 and a second heating wire 64 disposed in the third housing 61, the insulating member 62 is provided with a through hole extending along an axial direction, the first heating wire 63 is disposed in the through hole, the second heating wire 64 is wound on an outer periphery of the insulating member 62, the second heating wire 64 is connected with a portion of the first heating wire 63 exposed out of the through hole at a first end of the insulating member 62, and materials of the first heating wire 63 and the second heating wire 64 are different.
As shown in fig. 9 and 10, the first heating wire 63 is inserted into the through hole of the insulating member 62, extended out and connected to the second heating wire 64 at the end, and the second heating wire 64 is connected to the first heating wire 63, rotated around the outer circumference of the insulating member 62, wound around the bottom of the insulating member 62 and extended out in a straight line. The protruding section of the second heating wire 64 and the starting section of the first heating wire 63 are parallel to each other.
The insulating member 62 may be made of ceramic or the like.
The first heating wire 63 and the second heating wire 64 are made of different materials, when the power supply is switched on, the first heating wire 63 and the second heating wire 64 are welded together by adopting a K-type thermocouple anode material and a K-type thermocouple cathode material, when the heating assembly 60 works, the hot end and the cold end of the heating assembly can generate potential difference, and temperature detection and control can be carried out according to the thermoelectric potential.
The heating assembly 60 further includes a base 65, and the base 65 is connected with the third housing 61 for supporting the third housing 61 and the insulating member 62, the first heating wire 63 and the second heating wire 64 installed inside the third housing 61. The base 65 may be made of an insulating material such as ceramic.
The heating element cover 32 is located on the outer periphery of the heating element 60 and is used for heat preservation and insulation. The heating component 60 has simple structure, high heating speed and high temperature control precision, effectively increases the smoking quantity of cigarettes and prolongs the service life of the battery.
In some embodiments, the electronic smoking set further includes a heating assembly 60 for heating the tobacco rod and a temperature control assembly for adjusting the heating temperature of the heating assembly 60, the temperature control assembly including at least two temperature adjustment stages. For example, the temperature control assembly can include two, three, four, or more gears.
Because the heating temperature of different cigarettes is different, through setting up a plurality of gears that adjust the temperature, can adapt to the different heating demands of different cigarettes, promote the commonality of electron smoking set. For the same cigarette, the heating temperature can be gradually increased from low to high by arranging a plurality of temperature adjusting gears, and in the smoking process, a time compensation mode is adopted, and the smoking requirement of the heated cigarette is continuously maintained by gradually increasing the temperature at proper time intervals. The temperature control mode can improve the consistency of front and back suction of the whole cigarette.
The first housing assembly 10 is provided with a shift key 11, and a heating gear can be adjusted by pressing the shift key 11 to adjust a heating temperature of the heating assembly 60.

Claims (16)

1. An electronic smoking article, comprising:
a first housing component (10);
the cigarette cup (50) is mounted on the first shell component (10), a cavity for forming a first cavity is formed in the cigarette cup (50), the first cavity is used for containing cigarettes, and the height of the first cavity is adjustable; and
an adjustment assembly (40) configured to adjust the height of the first chamber such that the cups (50) accommodate cigarettes of different lengths.
2. The electronic smoking set of claim 1, further comprising a cup cover (22), wherein a retaining channel (221) is provided in the cup cover (22), the cup (50) is movably disposed in the retaining channel (221) and can protrude from the retaining channel (221), the retaining channel (221) and the cup (50) together form the first chamber, and the adjustment assembly (40) is configured to adjust a length of protrusion of the cup (50) from the retaining channel (221) to adjust a height of the first chamber.
3. The electronic smoking article of claim 2, wherein the inner wall of the retaining channel (221) is provided with a groove and the outer periphery of the bowl (50) is provided with a rib that engages in the groove to guide the movement of the bowl (50) relative to the retaining channel (221).
4. The electronic smoking set of claim 2, wherein the adjustment assembly (40) includes a blocking member (41) and a push button member (42) connected to the blocking member (41), the push button member (42) moving relative to the bowl (50) in a direction perpendicular to the direction of movement of the bowl (50) to move the blocking member (41) to the bottom of the bowl (50) to prevent the bowl (50) from moving away from the retaining channel (221) or to move outside the bowl (50) to enable the bowl (50) to move away from the retaining channel (221).
5. The electronic smoking set of claim 4, further comprising a heater housing (32) disposed at an outer periphery of the bowl (50), the heater housing (32) being provided with a first hole through which the push button member (42) is at least partially exposed outside the heater housing (32).
6. The electronic smoking set according to claim 4, further comprising a heater outer cover (32) disposed at the outer periphery of the bowl (50) and a retainer ring disposed at the inner side of the heater outer cover (32), wherein the retainer ring is provided with a first protrusion (321) extending in a direction away from the heater outer cover (32), the stopper (41) comprises a stopper strip (413), and the end of the stopper strip (413) contacts the inner side of the heater outer cover (32) and reciprocates at both sides of the first protrusion (321).
7. The electronic smoking set according to claim 6, wherein the first protrusion (321) is gradually increased and then gradually decreased with respect to the protrusion height of the heat-generating body cover (32) on the movement path of the blocking member (41).
8. The electronic smoking set according to claim 6, wherein the end of the locking bar (413) is provided with a locking portion (4131), and a surface of the locking portion (4131) contacting the inside of the heat generating body cover (32) includes a part of a spherical surface.
9. The electronic smoking article of claim 4, wherein the blocking member (41) comprises a blocking portion (411), the blocking portion (411) is provided with a tip (4111), the tip (4111) is in contact with the bottom of the bowl (50) to achieve a blocking effect on the bowl (50), and the contact point of the tip (4111) and the bowl (50) is a point contact.
10. The electronic smoking article of claim 9, wherein the corners of the tip (4111) are rounded.
11. The electronic smoking article of claim 4, wherein the adjustment assembly (40) further comprises a connector (43), the stopper (41) is provided with a second protrusion (414), the connector (43) is provided with a positioning hole (432), the second protrusion (414) is inserted into the positioning hole (432), and the connector (43) is connected with the push-button member (42).

The electronic smoking set according to claim 4, further comprising a heating element housing (32) disposed at the periphery of the smoking cup (50) and a retainer ring disposed at the inner side of the heating element housing (32), wherein the retainer ring is provided with a first protrusion (321) extending in a direction away from the heating element housing (32), the stopper (41) comprises a blocking part (411), a connecting part (412) connected with the blocking part (411) and two blocking strips (413), the blocking part (411) and the bottom of the smoking cup (50) are in contact with each other to realize a blocking effect on the smoking cup (50), the end of the blocking strips (413) is in contact with the inner side of the heating element housing (32) and reciprocates on both sides of the first protrusion (321), the connecting part (412) is disposed between the two blocking strips (413), and gaps are respectively disposed between the connecting part (412) and the two blocking strips (413).

The electronic smoking article of claim 1, further comprising a second housing component (20), the second housing component (20) being removably connected with the first housing component (10) to form a housing having a receiving chamber therein, the smoking cup (50) and the regulating component (40) being disposed within the receiving chamber.

The electronic smoking set according to claim 1, further comprising a counter and a temperature sensing element (70), wherein the temperature sensing element (70) is used for detecting the temperature of a preset position, the counter is in signal connection with the temperature sensing element (70) and records the number of the smoked cigarettes according to the detection result of the temperature sensing element (70).

The electronic smoking set of claim 1, further comprising a heating assembly (60) for heating the cigarette, wherein the heating assembly (60) comprises a third housing (61) and an insulating member (62), a first heating wire (63) and a second heating wire (64) arranged in the third housing (61), the insulating member (62) is provided with a through hole extending along the axial direction, the first heating wire (63) is arranged in the through hole, the second heating wire (64) is wound on the periphery of the insulating member (62), the second heating wire (64) is connected with the part of the first heating wire (63) exposed out of the through hole at the first end of the insulating member (62), and the first heating wire (63) and the second heating wire (64) are made of different materials.
16. The electronic smoking set of claim 1, further comprising a heating assembly (60) for heating the tobacco rod and a temperature control assembly for adjusting a heating temperature of the heating assembly (60), wherein the temperature control assembly comprises at least two temperature adjustment gears.
