As shown in fig. 3, the axial heat insulating pipe 36 is made of a ceramic material that is resistant to high temperatures and is not easily thermally conductive in the axial direction.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the working principle of the heating non-combustible electronic smoking set of the invention is as follows: when a user smokes, the smoke hole cover 121 is pushed and pulled, the smoke body of the cigarette 6 is inserted into the axial heat insulation pipe 36 and the heating pipe 31 through the smoke hole 120 of the upper cover, the filter tip of the cigarette 6 is exposed out of the electronic smoking set, the key 15 is pressed for a few seconds, the circuit control board 41 and the heating pipe 31 are powered on, the heating pipe 31 is preheated for a period of time, the indication lamp on the key 15 sends out an indication that the user can smoke the cigarette 6 at the moment, under the smoking of the user, external air enters the first air inlet hole 331 of the base 33 through the third air inlet hole 1110 on the flip 111 and then enters the lower part of the heating pipe 31, then enters the smoke body of the cigarette 6, smoke is generated inside after the smoke body is heated by the heating pipe 31, and the smoke is inhaled into the mouth of the user after the air entering along with the outside passes through the filter tip of the cigarette 6. When smoking, the second air inlet 332 of the base 33 receives the smoking suction force, the air flows from the air suction sensor 42 to the second air inlet through the detection air channel 43, the pressure in the air channel 43 and at the air suction sensor 42 is detected to be reduced, when smoking is stopped, normal pressure is restored, the air suction sensor 42 can detect the change of the suction force and transmit a signal to a chip arranged on the control circuit board 41, so that the chip can judge whether a user is in a smoking state or not, count the smoking times according to the smoking state, and shut down according to the smoking times (namely, set times) of cigarettes. The direction of the airflow is shown by the continuous arrows in fig. 2.

A heating incombustible formula electron smoking set, its characterized in that: the device comprises a shell and a bracket in the shell, wherein the bracket divides the space in the shell into a heating bin, a control bin and a battery bin which are vertically parallel; the heating bin is internally provided with a heating pipe for inserting cigarettes and heating the cigarettes, a radial heat-insulating pipe is arranged outside the heating pipe, a first heat-insulating gap is arranged between the heating pipe and the radial heat-insulating pipe, the heating pipe and the lower surface of the radial heat-insulating pipe are jointly connected and provided with a base, the center of the base is provided with a first air inlet hole, the side wall of the base is provided with a second air inlet hole, the outer wall of the upper part of the base is sleeved on the inner wall of the lower part of the heating pipe, and the outer wall of the middle part of the base is sleeved on the inner wall of the lower part of the radial heat-insulating pipe; the radial heat insulation pipe is arranged on the bracket, a supporting point is arranged on the inner wall of the bracket to support the radial heat insulation pipe, and a second heat insulation gap is arranged between the bracket and the radial heat insulation pipe; a control circuit board is arranged in the control bin and used for controlling the heating pipe to work; a rechargeable battery for providing power for the control circuit board and the heating pipe is arranged in the battery bin;
an axial heat insulation pipe capable of inserting cigarettes is further arranged on the heating pipe, the inner wall of the lower part of the axial heat insulation pipe is sleeved on the outer wall of the upper part of the heating pipe, and the outer wall of the lower part of the axial heat insulation pipe is sleeved on the inner wall of the upper part of the radial heat insulation pipe;
the shell comprises a bottom cover arranged at the bottom, a bottom cover through hole is arranged on the bottom cover, a flip cover capable of being automatically opened after being pushed and pulled is arranged below the bottom cover through hole, a third air inlet hole is arranged on the flip cover and communicated with the first air inlet hole, a bottom cover groove with the same shape as the flip cover is upwards arranged on the wall part of the bottom cover, which is positioned at the bottom cover through hole, and the flip cover is arranged in the bottom cover groove.

The heated non-combustible electronic smoking article of claim 1, wherein: the control circuit board is also provided with a suction sensor for detecting the suction force, and the control cabin is internally provided with a detection air passage for communicating the suction sensor with the second air inlet.

The heated non-combustible electronic smoking article of claim 1, wherein: the bottom of radial thermal-insulated pipe is equipped with first breach, the middle part outer wall of base is located first breach department and is equipped with the second breach, the casing is equipped with the bottom, be equipped with sealing washer between support and heat insulating board and the bottom, the lower part outer wall cover of base is located sealing washer's circle downthehole, sealing washer upwards is equipped with the boss, the boss can fill and seal first breach and second breach, the boss runs through perpendicularly and is equipped with the lead wire hole.
4. The heated non-combustible electronic smoking article of claim 1, wherein: the lower part of the inner wall of the heating pipe is provided with convex points or convex rings which are radially protruded and used for supporting cigarettes.

The heated non-combustible electronic smoking article of claim 1, wherein: the shell further comprises an upper cover arranged on the upper portion of the shell, an upper cover smoke hole is arranged above the axial heat insulation pipe, a smoke hole cover capable of being opened in a pushing and pulling mode after being pressed is arranged above the upper cover smoke hole, an upper cover groove is downwards arranged on the wall portion of the upper cover, located at the position of the upper cover smoke hole, of the upper cover, and the smoke hole cover is installed in the upper cover groove.
6. The heated non-combustible electronic smoking article of claim 1, wherein: one side of the shell is provided with a button for controlling the power switch at the control bin, and the button is provided with an indicator light for indicating whether smoking can be performed or not.
7. The heated non-combustible electronic smoking article of claim 1, wherein: and a heat dissipation through hole is formed in one side of the shell, which is positioned on the heating bin.
8. The heated non-combustible electronic smoking article of claim 1, wherein: the heating tube is made by wrapping the heating wire with ceramic material.
