Through the communication mode, the positioning unit can receive the information sent by the equipment (specifically, the positioning matching unit) matched with the positioning unit, and obtains the spatial position information when the audio data is recorded according to the information sent by the positioning matching unit, so that the subsequent talk analysis is convenient. The communication mode can realize wireless communication, so that the positioning unit is not required to be connected with the supporting equipment in wired connection modes such as a data line and the like, the audio collecting equipment 200 is flexible and convenient to use, a wearer can wear the collecting device on the body, and the audio collecting device is convenient to carry and good in audio data recording effect.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, in the present embodiment, the portable audio capture device further includes: the positioning matching unit is matched with the positioning unit and is in communication connection with the positioning unit, wherein the positioning matching unit can send position reference information to the positioning unit, and the positioned unit can obtain position information based on the position reference information. In the above structure, the positioning engagement unit is fixedly provided in a scene where a conversation is expected to occur. When the wearer wears the audio collecting device 200 and enters the space where the positioning and matching unit is located, the positioning part in the audio collecting device 200 can receive the position reference information sent by the positioning and matching unit and obtain the position information of the occurrence of the conversation (i.e. the position information of the positioning and matching unit) according to the position reference information. Specifically, the positioning matching units may be respectively disposed in different spaces, and one audio collection device 200 may receive the position reference information sent by the different positioning matching units and obtain corresponding position information. In this way, as long as the wearer wears the audio collection device 200 and enters the space provided with the positioning matching unit, the audio collection device 200 can obtain the current position information, so that the audio data can be conveniently matched with the position information and then subjected to subsequent analysis.
It should be noted that the positioning and matching unit in the present application is a hardware structure.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, in the present embodiment, the location reference information is name information. In particular, the location coordination unit can encode the spatial position in which it is located into name information, such as: kitchen, living room, banquet room, conference room, etc. Above-mentioned mode can be convenient for snatch the emergence position of commercial conversation when carrying out the anaphase analysis to the wearer's audio frequency, is favorable to carrying out the analysis to the conversation art of wearer. In some optional embodiments, the position reference information may further include one or more of coordinate information, angle information, and distance information.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, in the present embodiment, the collecting unit includes a plurality of microphones 220 disposed on the second base 210. In the above structure, the microphone 220 can collect the sound signal and convert the sound signal into the electric signal for storage and transmission, and the microphone 220 has low production cost, which is favorable for reducing the production cost of the whole audio collection and transmission device. In addition, the positional relationship among the plurality of microphones 220 is fixed, and the audio data of the wearer, the audio data of other people, and the audio data of noise in the environment can be simultaneously received by the plurality of microphones 220 of known positional relationship as described above. Since the sound source positions of the plurality of sounds recorded by the microphones 220 are different from each other in comparison with each microphone 220, the audio data collected by the microphones 220 are different, and the sounds emitted by the same sound source have different arrival times and different intensities at different microphones 220, so that the time domain/frequency domain calculation and comparison can be performed on the collected data, and the position directions of different sound sources relative to the microphones 220 can be determined. Then distinguish the sound source of the wearer according to the distance from the different sound source positions to the microphone 220, and suppress the audio data except the wearer through the audio processing unit, thereby improving the definition of the audio data of the wearer.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, in the present embodiment, the audio collection device 200 further includes a pose sensor provided in the second base 210 and connected to an audio processing unit for processing the pose information and the audio data, the pose sensor being configured to identify the wearing pose of the audio collection device 200 and the pose information of the marker microphone 220. In the above structure, the pose sensor can identify the wearing position and wearing angle of the audio collection device 200, so as to acquire wearing information of the audio collection device 200 as much as possible, thereby effectively reducing the speed of processing audio data acquired by the audio collection device 200 by a later algorithm.
It should be noted that the audio processing unit, the data collecting unit, the data processing unit, the second storage unit, and the second data conveying unit in the present application are all hardware structures.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, in the present embodiment, the posture sensor includes an acceleration sensor. In the structure, the acceleration sensor can achieve the effects of acquiring the wearing position and the wearing angle of the audio collecting device 200, and can mark the pose information of the microphone 220, so that the audio processing unit can process the original audio collected by the collecting unit according to the distance and the angle between the microphone and the sound source of the wearer, and clear audio data of the wearer can be obtained. The principle of the acceleration sensor is that: in the audio collection device 200, the acceleration sensor and the microphone array are fixed on the same device, so that the position relation between the spatial pose of the microphone array and the sound source can be calculated according to the three-axis acceleration value collected by the acceleration sensor and by combining the wearing and fixing mode of the device. Therefore, the target sound source, namely the spatial direction parameter (namely the posture information) of the position of the wearer relative to the microphone is judged, so that when the audio data collected by the microphone is processed, the model of the sound source positioning algorithm is directly adjusted by using the auxiliary parameter, and a better sound pickup effect aiming at the target in a specific direction is achieved.
In some alternative embodiments, the pose sensor may also be a gyroscope or a geomagnetic sensor or an electronic level.
The audio collection device 200 of the present embodiment may be worn directly on the wearer. Including the head, the arms, the clothes, the waist and the like. As shown in fig. 8 to 12, in the present embodiment, the audio collecting apparatus 200 is provided with a portable fixing structure 215. The audio collection device 200 can be secured to the wearer by a portable securing structure 215, for example, the audio collection device 200 can be secured to the clothing of the wearer by the portable securing structure 215. The above arrangement enables the wearer to ensure that the audio collection device 200 is in a fixed position relative to the wearer's mouth when using the audio collection device 200. The wearer does not need to hold the audio collection device 200 for a long time, and the use is convenient. Meanwhile, the portable fixing structure 215 is an easily detachable structure, so that a user can conveniently fix or take down the portable fixing structure without damaging own clothes; after the wearer finishes collecting the audio data, the audio collecting device 200 can be conveniently taken down for subsequent data transmission, charging and other operations.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 9 to 12, the portable fixing structure 215 is disposed on the second substrate 210, and specifically, the portable fixing structure 215 may include one or more of a head-wearing structure, a hanging rope, a pin, a magnetic buckle, an adhesive, or a clip. The portable fixed structure 215 in the above structure may include various forms, and the wearing position and the wearing manner of the audio collecting device 200 may be flexibly selected according to the use scene, the clothes of the wearer, and the like in a specific use.
In particular, the portable fixed structure 215 comprises a head-mounted structure, the specific structure of which is similar to a headset, such a structure facilitating the collection of the wearer's voice. The portable stationary structure 215 may also be a lanyard that hangs the audio collection device 200 from the wearer.
As shown in fig. 9 to 12, the portable fixing structure 215 may be a pin, and the pin audio collecting device 200 can be fixed on the clothes of the wearer to improve the fixing stability of the audio collecting device 200. The pin may be a conventional pin (as shown in fig. 9), so that the audio collecting device 200 can be fixed on the clothes of the wearer like a chest card, and the fixing effect is good and the structure is simple.
The pin may also include a conventional pin and a butterfly pin (as shown in fig. 10), and the audio collection device 200 can be worn or taken off by pinching or loosening two snap springs of the butterfly pin, which is simple to operate.
In addition, the portable fixing structure 215 can also be a magnetic buckle structure (as shown in fig. 9), specifically, the magnetic buckle structure includes a fixing portion fixedly connected to the portable fixing structure 215 and a fitting portion magnetically coupled to the fixing portion, and when the portable fixing structure is worn, the fitting portion is disposed inside the clothes of the wearer and magnetically coupled to the fixing portion outside the clothes of the wearer, so that the clothes are not damaged, and the portable fixing structure is simple in structure.
The portable fixing structure 215 can also be a clip (as shown in fig. 8), and specifically, the portable fixing structure can be directly clipped on clothes when being worn, so that the clothes of the wearer cannot be damaged, and the use experience of the wearer can be improved.
It should be noted that the portable securing structure 215 may also include a clip, a pin, and an adhesive structure (as shown in fig. 12). Wherein the clip and the adhesive do not damage the clothing of the wearer. And the pin structure can be applied to the scene that the wearer wears the work clothes. The above structure can provide various wearing manners for the audio collecting apparatus 200, thereby improving the flexibility when the audio collecting apparatus 200 is worn.
As shown in fig. 4 to 8, in the present embodiment, the second base 210 includes a front end surface 213, a rear end surface 212, and a side end surface 211 located between the front end surface 213 and the rear end surface 212, and the plurality of microphones 220 are provided on the front end surface 213 and/or the side end surface 211. In some embodiments, the side end face 211 includes an upper end face 2111, and the at least one microphone 220 is disposed on the upper end face 2111. In the above configuration, the upper end surface 2111 is a plane located at the uppermost end of the side end surface 211 of the second base 210. When the outer contour of the second base 210 is circular or elliptical, the upper end surface 2111 refers to a portion of the side end surface 211 of the second base 210 above the horizontal plane passing through the center of the second base 210. At least one microphone 220 is disposed on the upper end surface 2111.
The left end surface 2112 is a plane on the left side of the side end surface 211 as viewed from the perspective of the communicator, and the right end surface 2113 is a plane on the right side of the side end surface 211 as viewed from the perspective of the communicator. Specifically, the microphones 220 may be arranged in the following manner:
(1) as shown in fig. 5, the upper end surface 2111 is provided with at least one microphone 220, the positions other than the upper end surface 2111 of the side end surface 211 are provided with at least two microphones 220, the upper end surface 2111 is provided with one microphone 220, and the left end surface 2112 is provided with two microphones 220;
(2) as shown in fig. 4, the upper end face 2111 is provided with at least one microphone 220, and the front end face 213 is provided with at least two microphones 220;
(3) the upper end face 2111 is provided with at least one microphone 220, the left end face 2112 and the right end face 2113 are provided with at least two microphones 220, for example, the upper end face 2111 is provided with one microphone 220, and the left end face 2112 and the right end face 2113 are provided with two microphones 220;
(4) the right end face 2113 is provided with at least one microphone 220 and the left end face 2112 is provided with at least one microphone 220. Two microphones 220 are respectively arranged on the left end face 2112 and the right end face 2113; as shown in fig. 8 (fig. 8 only shows that one microphone is provided on the right end face 2113, and the microphones are provided on the left end face 2112 in the same manner as the right end face), the left end face 2112 and the right end face 2113 are each provided with one microphone 220;
(5) the front face 213 is provided with at least two microphones 220, for example, in the embodiment shown in fig. 6, the front face 213 is provided with two microphones; in the embodiment shown in fig. 7, the front end face 213 is provided with four microphones 220.
As shown in fig. 3, in the present embodiment, the audio collecting apparatus 200 is provided with a switch structure 214, and the switch structure 214 is provided on the second base 210. In the above structure, the switch structure 214 can facilitate the wearer to switch the on/off state of the collecting part, thereby being beneficial to reducing the power consumption of the audio collecting apparatus 200 and prolonging the service life of the audio collecting apparatus 200. In particular, the collecting portion may be activated when the wearer needs to capture audio, thereby recording the wearer's audio data. The collection portion may be closed when the wearer ends the conversation, thereby reducing power consumption of the audio collection device 200. Meanwhile, the switch structure 214 can avoid collecting private voice data when the wearer is not in an operating state.
As shown in fig. 3, in the present embodiment, the audio collection device 200 further includes a switch structure 214 disposed on the second base 210. In the above structure, the switch structure 214 can facilitate the wearer to switch the on/off state of the collecting part, thereby being beneficial to reducing the power consumption of the audio collecting apparatus 200 and prolonging the service life of the audio collecting apparatus 200. In particular, the collecting portion may be activated when the wearer needs to capture audio, thereby recording the wearer's audio data. The collection portion may be closed when the wearer ends the conversation, thereby reducing power consumption of the audio collection device 200. Meanwhile, the switch structure 214 can avoid collecting private voice data when the wearer is not in an operating state.
As shown in fig. 3, in the present embodiment, the switch structure 214 includes one of a mechanical switch and an electronic switch. Specifically, the electronic control switch can include acoustic control switch, touch switch, pressure-sensitive switch, gesture control switch or motion control switch etc. and electronic control switch convenient operation can promote the use experience of the person of wearing. The mechanical control switch can comprise a spring plate switch, a magnetic control switch, a shifting piece switch and the like, is simple in structure and low in production cost, and is beneficial to reducing the overall production cost of the audio acquisition and transmission device.
As shown in fig. 13, the present application further provides an audio processing system, which includes a portable audio acquisition device and a server for receiving audio data and position information of the portable audio acquisition device, where the portable audio acquisition device is the portable audio acquisition device. In the structure, the audio acquisition device has the advantages of convenience in carrying, high data transmission efficiency and capability of sending the position information, so that the audio processing system with the audio acquisition device also has the advantages. In addition, the server can store a large amount of audio data and position information collected, processed and transmitted by the audio collecting and transmitting device, and the audio data and the position information can be conveniently extracted and analyzed subsequently.

Claims (27)

1. A portable audio capture device, comprising:
a housing apparatus (100) including a first base (110) having a placement space (1);
an audio collection device (200) having a storage position within the placement space (1) and a use position away from the placement space (1), the audio collection device (200) comprising a second base body (210), a collection unit and a positioning unit, the collection unit and the positioning unit being disposed within the second base body (210), the collection unit being configured to collect audio data, the positioning unit being configured to acquire position information;
wherein the housing apparatus (100) and the audio collection apparatus (200) are in data connection, and the housing apparatus (100) can acquire and transmit audio data and the position information.
2. The portable audio capture device of claim 1, wherein the storage apparatus (100) further comprises a charging device disposed within the first base (110), the charging device being electrically connected to the audio capture apparatus (200) when the audio capture apparatus (200) is in the storage position, the charging device charging the audio capture device.
3. The portable audio capture device of claim 2, wherein the charging device comprises a first battery, wherein a second battery is disposed within the second base (210), wherein the first battery is electrically connected to the second battery, and wherein the first battery charges the second battery when the audio collection apparatus (200) is in the stowed position.
4. The portable audio capture device of any of claims 1 to 3, wherein the audio collection device (200) is connected to the storage device (100) by a wireless connection, a data line connection, or a contact connection when the audio collection device (200) is in the storage position.
5. The portable audio capture device of claim 1, wherein the first base (110) comprises a first base body (111), and a first receiving groove is formed on the first base (110), and forms the placement space (1).
6. The portable audio capture device of claim 1, wherein the first base (110) comprises a first base body (111) and a cover (112), and when the cover (112) is disposed on the first base body (111), the placement space (1) is defined between the first base body (111) and the cover (112).
7. The portable audio collection device according to claim 6, wherein the cover (112) is rotatably connected to the first base body (111), and a second receiving groove is formed on the first base body (111) and/or the cover (112), and forms the placement space (1).

The portable audio capture device of claim 1, wherein the audio collection apparatus (200) further comprises an audio processing unit disposed inside the second base (210), the audio processing unit being configured to process the audio data collected by the collection unit and obtain the audio data of the wearer.

The portable audio capture device of claim 8, wherein the audio collection apparatus (200) further comprises a first data delivery unit disposed within the second base (210), the first data delivery unit being in data communication with the collection unit, the audio processing unit, and the positioning unit, the first data delivery unit being configured to transmit the audio data and the location information.

The portable audio capture device of claim 9, wherein the audio collection apparatus (200) further comprises a first storage unit disposed within the second base (210), the first storage unit being in data communication with the collection unit, the audio processing unit, the positioning unit, and the first data delivery unit, the first storage unit being configured to store and retain audio data and location information of the wearer.
11. The portable audio capture device of claim 1,
the housing apparatus (100) includes: a data collection unit, a data processing unit and a second data delivery unit,
wherein the data collection unit is used for receiving the audio data and the position information collected by the audio collection equipment (200); the data processing unit is in data connection with the data collecting unit and is used for processing the audio data; the second data transmission unit is in data connection with the data processing unit and is used for transmitting the audio data and the position information.
12. The portable audio capture device of claim 11, wherein the storage apparatus (100) further comprises a second storage unit for storing the position information and the audio data, the second storage unit being in data connection with the data collection unit, the data processing unit and the second data delivery unit.
13. The portable audio capture device of claim 1, wherein the positioning unit comprises one of zigbee, bluetooth, GNSS, UWB, 2.4G, and WIFI.
14. The portable audio capture device of claim 1, further comprising:
the positioning matching unit is matched with the positioning unit and is in communication connection with the positioning unit, wherein the positioning matching unit can send position reference information to the positioning unit, and the positioning unit can obtain the position information based on the position reference information.
15. The portable audio capture device of claim 14, wherein the location reference information comprises one or more of coordinate information, angle information, distance information, and name information.
16. The portable audio capture device of claim 1, wherein the collection unit comprises a plurality of microphones (220) disposed on the second substrate (210).
17. The portable audio capture device of claim 16, wherein the audio capture apparatus (200) further comprises a pose sensor disposed in the second base (210) and coupled to the audio processing unit, the pose sensor configured to identify a wearing pose of the audio capture apparatus (200) and mark pose information of the microphone (220), and the audio processing unit configured to process the pose information and audio data.
18. The portable audio capture device of claim 17, wherein the pose sensor comprises an acceleration sensor or a gyroscope or a geomagnetic sensor or an electronic level.
19. The portable audio capture device of claim 1, wherein the audio collection apparatus (200) further comprises one or more of a magnetic clasp, a head mount, a lanyard, a clip, a pin, and an adhesive disposed on the second substrate (210).
20. The portable audio capture device of claim 16, wherein the second base (210) comprises a front face (213), a rear face (212), and a side face (211) between the front face (213) and the rear face (212), the plurality of microphones (220) being disposed on the front face (213) and/or the side face (211).
21. The portable audio capture device of claim 20, wherein the side end face (211) comprises an upper end face (2111), the at least one microphone (220) being disposed on the upper end face (2111).
22. The portable audio capture device of claim 21,
the side end face (211) further comprises a left end face (2112) and a right end face (2113), and at least two microphones (220) are respectively arranged on the left end face (2112) and the right end face (2113), or
At least two microphones (220) are arranged on the front end face (213), or
At least two microphones (220) are arranged at positions other than the upper end surface (2111) of the side end surface (211).
23. The portable audio capture device of claim 20, wherein at least two of the microphones (220) are disposed on the front face (213).

The portable audio capture device of claim 20, wherein the side end face (211) comprises a left end face (2112) and a right end face (2113), the left end face (2112) having the at least one microphone (220) disposed thereon, the right end face (2113) having the at least one microphone (220) disposed thereon.
25. The portable audio capture device of claim 1, wherein the audio collection apparatus (200) further comprises a switch structure (214) disposed on the second base (210).
26. The portable audio capture device of claim 25, wherein the switch structure (214) comprises one of a mechanical switch and an electronic switch.
27. An audio processing system comprising a portable audio capture device and a server for receiving audio data and location information of the portable audio capture device, wherein the portable audio capture device is the portable audio capture device of any one of claims 1 to 26.
