As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the audio transmission device further includes a second data memory, and the second data memory is in data connection with the data receiver, the data processor, and the second data transmitter. Then distinguish the sound source of the wearer according to the distance between the position of different sound sources and the microphone 22, and suppress the audio data except the wearer through the audio processor, thereby improving the definition of the audio data of the wearer.

(3) the upper end face 2131 is provided with at least one microphone 22, the left end face 2132 and the right end face 2133 are provided with at least two microphones 22, the upper end face 2131 is provided with one microphone 22, and the left end face 2132 and the right end face 2133 are provided with two microphones 22;
(4) the right end face 2133 is provided with at least one microphone 22 and the left end face 2132 is provided with at least one microphone 22, for example, in the embodiment shown in fig. 6 (only the angle at which two microphones are provided on the right end face 2133, the microphones on the left end face 2132 being provided in the same manner as the left end face), two microphones 22 are provided on each of the left end face 2132 and the right end face 2133; in the embodiment shown in fig. 5 (only the angle at which one microphone is disposed on the left end face 2132 is shown, and the manner in which the microphones are disposed on the right end face 2133 is the same as for the left end face), the left end face 2132 and the right end face 2133 are each provided with one microphone 22;
(5) the front end face 211 is provided with at least two microphones 22, for example, in the embodiment shown in fig. 7, the front end face 211 is provided with two microphones; in the embodiment shown in fig. 8, the front end face 211 is provided with four microphones 22.
As shown in fig. 6, in the present embodiment, the audio capture device 20 is provided with a switch structure 23, and the switch structure 23 is provided on the second housing 21. In the above structure, the switch structure 23 can facilitate the wearer to switch the on-off state of the audio acquisition device 20, thereby being beneficial to reducing the power consumption of the audio acquisition device 20 and prolonging the service life of the audio acquisition device 20. In particular, the audio capture device 20 may be activated when the wearer needs to capture audio, thereby recording the wearer's audio data. The audio capture device 20 may be turned off when the wearer ends the conversation, thereby reducing power consumption of the audio capture device 20. Meanwhile, the setting of the switch structure 23 can avoid collecting the privacy audio data when the wearer is in the non-working state.
As shown in fig. 6, in the present embodiment, the switch structure 23 includes a mechanical switch or an electronic switch. The electronic control switch can comprise a voice control switch, a touch switch, a pressure sensing switch, a gesture control switch or a motion control switch and the like, is convenient to operate and can improve the use experience of a wearer. The mechanical control switch can comprise a spring plate switch, a magnetic control switch, a shifting piece switch and the like, is simple in structure and low in production cost, and is beneficial to reducing the overall production cost of the audio acquisition and transmission device.
As shown in fig. 14, the present application further provides an audio processing system, an embodiment of the audio processing system according to the present application includes a portable audio collecting and transmitting device and a server for receiving audio data of the portable audio collecting and transmitting device, where the audio collecting and transmitting device is the above-mentioned audio collecting and transmitting device. In the structure, the audio acquisition and transmission device has the advantages of convenient carrying and storage, so that the audio processing system with the audio acquisition and transmission device also has the advantages. In addition, the server can store a large amount of audio data collected, processed and transmitted by the audio collecting and transmitting device, and the audio data can be conveniently extracted and analyzed subsequently.
As shown in fig. 15, the present application further provides an audio acquisition and transmission method, and an embodiment of the audio acquisition and transmission method according to the present application includes: step S10: acquiring audio data through the audio acquisition device 20; step S20: moving the audio collection device 20 from the working position to the storage position to connect the audio collection device 20 with the audio transmission device 10; step S40: and transmitting the audio data of the audio acquisition device 20 to the external device.
With the technical scheme of the embodiment, when the wearer needs to collect audio, the audio acquisition device 20 can be taken out from the storage position and worn at the working position, the audio acquisition function of the audio acquisition device 20 is started, and the work of acquiring the audio data of the wearer can be completed. When the wearer needs to transmit data, the audio acquisition device 20 is only required to be placed into the accommodating space 1 of the audio transmission device 10, and data connection can be established between the audio acquisition device 20 and the audio transmission device 10, so that the audio data acquired by the audio acquisition device 20 is transmitted to the external equipment.
In some embodiments, between step S20 and step S40, the audio capture transmission method further comprises: step S30: and carrying out data processing on the audio data. Specifically, step S30 includes at least one of the following steps: data compression, audio file merging, and data encryption. It should be noted that, by performing data compression on audio data, the amount of data can be reduced to reduce the occupation of storage space and improve the subsequent transmission, storage and processing efficiency without losing useful information. The audio data can be subjected to data encryption before being transmitted, and the audio data is encrypted by utilizing a cryptographic technology, so that the data security can be protected. In this embodiment, the audio acquisition and transmission method further includes: and acquiring the audio data and acquiring a time data label, wherein the time data label is used for recording the acquisition time of the audio data. In the above steps, the specific acquisition time of the audio data is obtained through the time tag, so that the audio data can be analyzed subsequently.
In this embodiment, the audio acquisition and transmission method further includes: acquiring audio data through an audio collector of the audio collecting device 20; the audio processor processes the audio data collected by the audio collecting device 20 and obtains the audio data of the wearer; the audio data of the wearer is transmitted to the external device through the audio transmission means 10. In the above steps, when the audio data is collected by the audio collecting device 20, the audio data of the wearer, the audio data of other people and the audio data of noise in the environment (the above audio data is referred to as original audio data) are collected at the same time. The audio processor can process the original audio data collected in the audio collector, strengthen the audio data of the wearer, suppress the audio data of other people and the noise in the environment, and improve the definition of the audio data of the wearer. The audio transmission device 10 can transmit the audio data of the wearer to external equipment, and the convenience of audio data transmission is improved.

Claims (26)

1. A portable audio collection and transmission device, comprising:
an audio transmission device (10) comprising a first housing (11), the first housing (11) having a receiving space (1);
the audio acquisition device (20) is provided with an accommodating position located in the accommodating space (1) and a working position away from the accommodating space (1), the audio acquisition device (20) comprises a second shell (21) and an audio collector located in the second shell (21), and the audio collector is used for collecting audio data;
the audio transmission device (10) is in data connection with the audio acquisition device (20), and the audio transmission device (10) is used for acquiring the audio data and transmitting the audio data.
2. The portable audio collection and transmission device of claim 1, wherein the audio transmission device (10) further comprises a charging portion disposed within the first housing (11), wherein when the audio collection device (20) is in the storage position, the audio collection device (20) is electrically connected to the charging portion, and wherein the charging portion charges the audio collection device (20).
3. The portable audio collection and transmission device of claim 2, wherein the charging portion comprises a first battery, wherein a second battery is disposed within the audio collection device (20), and wherein the first battery is electrically connected to the second battery when the audio collection device (20) is in the storage position, and wherein the first battery charges the second battery.
4. The portable audio collection and transmission device according to claim 1 or 2, wherein when the audio collection device (20) is in the storage position, the audio collection device (20) is connected to the audio transmission device (10) through a data line, or through a contact, or through a wireless connection.
5. The portable audio collection transmission device of claim 1, wherein the first housing (11) comprises a first housing body (111), and a first receiving groove is formed on the first housing body (111), and forms the receiving space (1).
6. The portable audio collection and transmission device according to claim 1, wherein the first housing (11) comprises a first housing body (111) and a cover (112) covering the first housing body (111), and the first housing body (111) and the cover (112) enclose the receiving space (1).
7. The portable audio collection and transmission device according to claim 6, wherein the cover (112) is pivotally disposed on the first housing body (111), and a second receiving groove is disposed on the first housing body (111) and/or the cover (112), and the second receiving groove forms the receiving space (1).

The portable audio collection and transmission device according to claim 1, wherein the audio collection device (20) further comprises an audio processor disposed in the second housing (21), the audio processor is in data connection with the audio collector, and the audio processor is configured to process the audio data collected by the audio collector and obtain the audio data of the wearer.

The portable audio collection and transmission device of claim 8, wherein the audio collection device (20) further comprises a first data transmitter disposed within the second housing (21), the first data transmitter being in data communication with the audio collector and the audio processor, the first data transmitter being configured to transmit the audio data.
10. The portable audio collection transmission of claim 1,
the audio transmission device (10) comprises: a data receiver, a data processor and a second data transmitter,
wherein the data receiver is used for receiving the audio data collected by the audio collecting device (20); the data processor is in data connection with the data receiver and is used for processing the audio data; the second data transmitter is in data connection with the data processor, and the second data transmitter is used for transmitting the audio data.
11. The portable audio collection transmission of claim 10, wherein the audio transmission device (10) further comprises a second data memory in data communication with the data receiver, the data processor, and the second data transmitter.
12. The portable audio collection transmission device of claim 1, wherein the audio collection device (20) further comprises a head-mounted structure, a lanyard, a pin, a magnetic clasp, an adhesive, or a clip disposed on the second housing (21).
13. The portable audio collection transmission device of claim 1, wherein the audio collector comprises a microphone (22) disposed on the second housing (21).
14. The portable audio collection transmission device of claim 13, wherein the microphones (22) are plural, the second housing (21) comprises a front end surface (211), a rear end surface (212), and a side end surface (213) between the front end surface (211) and the rear end surface (212), and the microphones (22) are provided on the front end surface (211) and/or the side end surface (213).
15. The portable audio capture transmission device of claim 14, wherein the side end face (213) comprises an upper end face (2131), at least one of the microphones (22) being disposed on the upper end face (2131).
16. The portable audio collection transmission of claim 15,
at least two microphones (22) are arranged on the front end surface (211), or
At least two microphones (22) are provided at positions other than the upper end surface (2131) of the side end surface (213), or,
the side end surface (213) further comprises a left end surface (2132) and a right end surface (2133), and the left end surface (2132) and the right end surface (2133) are respectively provided with at least two microphones (22).
17. Portable audio acquisition and transmission device according to claim 14, characterized in that at least two microphones (22) are arranged on the front face (211).
18. The portable audio collection and transmission device of claim 14, wherein the side end face (213) comprises a left end face (2132) and a right end face (2133), wherein the left end face (2132) has at least one microphone (22) disposed thereon, and wherein the right end face (2133) has at least one microphone (22) disposed thereon.
19. The portable audio collection and transmission device of claim 1, wherein the audio collection device (20) is provided with a switch structure (23), and the switch structure (23) is provided on the second housing (21).
20. The portable audio collection transmission device of claim 19, wherein the switch structure (23) comprises a mechanical switch or an electronic switch.
21. An audio processing system comprising a portable audio capture transmission device and a server for receiving audio data of the portable audio capture transmission device, wherein the audio capture transmission device is the audio capture transmission device of any one of claims 1 to 20.
22. An audio acquisition transmission method, comprising:
step S10: acquiring audio data of a wearer by an audio acquisition device (20);
step S20: moving the audio acquisition device (20) from an operating position to a storage position to enable the audio acquisition device (20) to be in data connection with an audio transmission device (10);
step S40: transmitting the audio data of the audio acquisition device (20) to an external device.
23. The audio capture transmission method of claim 22, wherein between the step S20 and step S40, the audio capture transmission method further comprises:
