With such an arrangement, the buckling lug 1013 is separated from the reverse folding portion 10252, so that the cup cover 102a can be screwed in or out conveniently, and the cup cover 102a and the cooking cup 101 can be fixed firmly in the vertical direction. In some embodiments, the cooking cup 101, the cup covers 102a and 102b or the food steamer 102c and the cooking machine base 20 are locked by the connecting rods 103a and 103b in the circumferential direction of the cooking cup 101, and are not easy to rotate in the circumferential direction, so after the lug 1013 and the lug fastener 1025 are added, the cup covers 102a and 102b or the food steamer 102c are further fixed more firmly on the premise of being easy to screw in and out the cup covers 102a and 102b or the food steamer 102 c.
With continued reference to FIGS. 1, 2, 4, 14, 24, and 26, in some embodiments, the ear hook 1025 and the reverse fold 10252 are separated by a distance H2, 0< H2 ≦ 5 mm. Within the above range, the cup cover 102a can be well fixed in the vertical direction, and normally, in the case of a large H2, the two are separated too far and are easy to screw in or pick out, but the moving space of the two in the vertical direction is increased, and the fixing effect is weakened.
Referring to fig. 9 and 10, the food processor base 20 includes a switch assembly 201a and a driving part 202. The switch assembly 201a may be any switch assembly, such as a microswitch. The switch assembly 201a includes a switch contact 2011 and switch contacts 2012. The driving member 202 can be a member that can move the link locker 1042 in a horizontal direction, such as a combination of a solenoid valve and a cylinder, and in some embodiments, can include only a telescopic cylinder. The embodiments of the present application will be described below by taking a combination of a solenoid valve and a cylinder as an example. The electromagnetic valve is connected with an air cylinder, the air cylinder is connected with a connecting block 204, and the connecting rod locking member 1042 is driven by the connecting block 204.
Referring to fig. 3, 9 and 11, the cooking cup assembly 10a includes a cooking cup 101, a cup cover 102a, a connecting rod 103a and a cup holder assembly 104. The cup cover 102a covers the food processing cup 101, and includes a cup cover body 1021a and a cup cover locking portion 1022a located at an edge of the cup cover body 1021a (i.e., an edge of the cup cover). In some embodiments, the food processing cup assembly 10a includes a stirring blade assembly 105, a sealing ring 1063, an upper coupler 1064, a cup lid piece 1066, and the like. How these parts are assembled may be carried out by conventional means and will not be described in detail. The link 103a may be assembled to the cooking cup 101 or the handle 106a, but it is understood by those skilled in the art that the link assembly and the cooking cup 101 will be described below by way of example, and that the structure of the link shown in the drawings may be changed when the link 103a is assembled to the handle 106a, but the structure may be configured to retain the corresponding function (for example, a link lock portion). The link 103a includes a link body 1031, and an abutting portion 1032a and a link locking portion 1033a at opposite ends of the link body 1031. The cup holder assembly 104 is assembled with the cooking cup 101, and comprises a cup holder 1041 and a connecting rod locking member 1042. The stirring blade assembly 105 includes a blade 1051, and in some embodiments, the food processor may not include the stirring blade assembly 105.
Referring to fig. 3, 9 to 13, the operation of the food processor will be described below by taking the connecting rod 103a assembled to the food cup 101 as an example: fig. 9 and 10 show a state between the switch assembly 201a, the link locker 1042 and the link 103a when the cup cover 102a is not closed, in which the link locker 1042 does not lock the link 103a and the link 103a does not move downward as shown in fig. 9 and 10. Fig. 11 to 15 illustrate a state after the cup cover 102a is closed, and after the cup cover 102a is screwed, the cup cover locking portion 1022a presses the link locking portion 1033a, so that the link 103a moves downward toward the switch assembly 201a, the abutting portion 1032a abuts against the switch contact bar 2011 of the switch assembly 201a, and the switch contact bar 2011 moves downward to abut against the switch contact 2012, thereby the switch assembly 201a is turned on. After the switch assembly 201a is turned on, the power supply of the food processor base 20 supplies power to the driving part 202, so that the driving part 202 drives the connecting rod locking part 1042, the connecting rod 103a continues to move downwards under the driving of the connecting rod locking part 1042, until the cup cover locking part 1022a locks the connecting rod locking part 1033a and the connecting rod locking part 1042 locks the connecting rod 103 a. Since the connecting rod 10a3 is assembled to the food processing cup 101, the food processing cup 101 is locked to the food processing machine base 20 after the connecting rod 103a is locked, and the lid 102a is locked to the food processing cup 101 by the lid locking portion 1022a and the connecting rod locking portion 1033a, the lid 102a, the food processing cup 101, and the food processing machine base 20 are locked as a whole. After the locking, the cup cover 102a can not be opened in the working process of the food processor, so that the safety is improved, and the purpose of safety protection is achieved. When the cup cover 102a needs to be opened, the power supply of the food processor is firstly turned off, and the switch assembly 201a is turned off, so that the driving part 202 does not control the connecting rod locking part 1042 any more, the connecting rod locking part 1042 does not lock the connecting rod 103a any more, and the space between the cup cover locking part 1022a and the connecting rod locking part 1033a is also not locked any more. In the process, a certain lag time exists between the turning off of the power supply and the opening of the cup cover 102a, so that when a consumer opens the cup cover 102a, the blade 1051 of the stirring knife assembly 105 stops rotating completely, and the cup cover 102a is opened without being scratched by the stirring knife assembly 105, so that the safety is improved, and the purpose of safety protection is achieved. In addition, compare with some modes that only lock bowl cover and cooking cup, because be whole locking, safer, once more, realize through a connecting rod whole locking, all tolerance errors are all concentrated on a connecting rod, and the connecting rod operation is more accurate for the cooperation relation between connecting rod 103a, connecting rod retaining member 1042, bowl cover subassembly and the switch module 201a is better controlled, and then, the precision of locking between bowl cover subassembly, cooking cup and the cooking machine base is higher. In the above process, the link rod 103a moves downward under the action of the lid locking portion 1022a, so this will be referred to as a first stroke for convenience of description; after the switch assembly 201a is triggered, the link 103a continues to move downward under the action of the driving member 202 and the link locker 1042, which will be referred to as a second stroke for convenience of description.
Referring to fig. 9 to 12, how the link locker 1042 allows the link 103a to move downward can be implemented in various ways, for example, some rectilinear motion is changed into a downward movement and structure. In some embodiments, the link body 1031 is provided with a locking aperture 1034 extending through the link body 1031. The link locker 1042 includes a first guide surface 10421 inclined downward with respect to the locking hole 1034. How to trigger the switch assembly 201a and the driving part 202 is as described above, and will not be described in detail. As shown in fig. 10 and 12, when the driving member 202 is powered, the piston rod of the driving member 202 is extended, and the link locker 1042 is moved in the horizontal direction by the driving member 202, and in fig. 10 and 12, to the left in the drawing direction. Movement of the link lock 1042 to the left will move the first guide surface 10421 into the locking hole 1034, e.g., the first guide surface 10421 abuts against the sidewall of the locking hole 1034 and moves into the locking hole 1034, thereby moving the link 103a downward in the direction of the drawing in fig. 10 and 12. The downward movement of the link 103a locks the lid locking portion 1022a and the link locking portion 1033a, and the locked state is shown in fig. 12.
With continued reference to fig. 10 and 12, the inclination angle of the first guiding surface 10421 may be set according to requirements, and in some embodiments, the inclination angle of the first guiding surface 10421 with respect to the horizontal plane L is 15 degrees to 60 degrees, for example, 15 degrees, 18 degrees, 20 degrees, 22 degrees, 25 degrees, 26 degrees, 30 degrees, 31 degrees, 35 degrees, 37 degrees, 40 degrees, 42 degrees, 45 degrees, 46 degrees, 50 degrees, 52 degrees, 55 degrees, 56 degrees, or 60 degrees. If the angle is too small or too large, the following may occur: if the angle is too small, the connecting rod 103a is locked by the connecting rod locking part 1042 but the cup cover locking part 1022a and the connecting rod locking part 103a may not be locked, so that the safety protection effect is poor; if the angle is too big, not only first guide surface 10421 is difficult to get into locking hole 1034, connecting rod retaining member 1042 with under the not locked condition of connecting rod 103a yet, probably bowl cover locking portion 1022a with connecting rod locking portion 1033b has locked, leads to locking unreliable between connecting rod 103 and the connecting rod retaining member, and consequently, first guide surface 10421 is 15 degrees ~ 60 degrees for the angle of horizontal plane slope, can make the reliability of locking between connecting rod 103a, bowl cover 102a and the connecting rod retaining member 1042, and then, has improved the reliability of locking cooking cup 101 and the reliability of safety protection.
With continued reference to fig. 10 and 12 in conjunction with fig. 3, in some embodiments, a retaining member return spring 1043 is disposed between the cup holder 1041 and the link retaining member 1042. The locker return spring 1043 is compressed when the link 103a is locked, and applies a force to the link locker 1042 after the driving part 202 is de-energized to return the link locker 1042. Referring to fig. 10 and 12 in conjunction with fig. 3, the link locker 1042 is provided with a spring mounting portion 10423, and a spring receiving cavity 10411 is formed at an edge of the cup holder 1041. Retaining member reset spring 1043 is located the spring mounting portion 10423 is located the spring holds the chamber 10411. In the case where the rod of the driving member 202 is extended by energizing the driving member 202 (battery valve) so that the link locker 1042 locks the link 103a, the locker return spring 1043 is compressed by the link locker 1042. The state in which the locker return spring 1043 is compressed and the link 103a is locked is shown in fig. 11 and 12. In the case where the driving part 202 (solenoid valve is turned off) is turned off, the piston rod of the driving part 202 is retracted, and the locker return spring 1043 gives an elastic force to the link locker 1042, so that the link locker 1042 moves rightward in the direction of the drawing of fig. 10 and 12 until it is reset, and the state after the locker return spring 1043 and the link locker 1042 are reset is as shown in fig. 9 and 10. So set up, make connecting rod retaining member 1042 reset after the outage of drive part 202 through retaining member reset spring 1043, the convenience of safety protection has been improved, moreover, only under the circumstances of outage, connecting rod retaining member 1042 just can reset, consequently, also can improve safety protection's reliability, in addition, make connecting rod retaining member 1042 reset after the outage through retaining member reset spring 1043, and then, the locking state of unblock connecting rod 103a, the unblock of connecting rod 103a is convenient. The skilled person will understand that there are many structures for disposing the retaining member return spring 1043 between the link retaining member 1042 and the cup 1041, which are not limited to the above, for example, the cup 1041 may be disposed with the spring mounting portion 10423, and the link retaining member 1042 may be disposed with the spring accommodating chamber 10411, etc. In some embodiments, the driving member 202 includes an air cylinder but does not include a solenoid valve, a delay circuit is disposed in the controller of the food processor, and the connecting rod locking member 1042 is connected to a piston rod of the air cylinder. After the food processor is powered off, the piston rod of the cylinder drives the connecting rod locking member 1042 to reset within the delay time of the delay circuit, and in this case, the locking member resetting spring 1043 may not be provided.
Referring to fig. 9 to 12, a link return spring 107 is disposed between the link locker 1042 and the link body 1031, and the link return spring 107 applies a force to the link 103a to return the link 103a when the link locker 1042 does not lock the link 103 a. In fig. 9 to 12, the link body 1031 includes a bent portion 10311. The link return spring 107 and the link body 1031 are sleeved and both ends thereof respectively abut against the bending part 10311 and the outer wall of the spring accommodating chamber 10411. The skilled person will appreciate that the link return spring 107 may be arranged between the cup holder 1041 and said link body 1031 in other ways. After the link locker 1042 is unlocked, that is, after the first guide surface 10421 is withdrawn from the locking hole 1034, the link 103a is moved upward by the elastic force of the link return spring 107 until the link 103a is returned, and then the cap 102a is rotated to separate the link locker 1033a from the cap locker 1022 a. The state after the link return spring 107 and the link 103a are returned is shown in fig. 9 and 10. The link return spring 107 is compressed during the process in which the lid locking portion 1022a presses against the link locking portion 1033a to move the link 103a downward toward the switch assembly 201a until the link 103a is locked by the link locking member 1042. The state in which the link return spring 107 is compressed is shown in fig. 11 and 12. So set up, after connecting rod retaining member 1042 is relieved locking state, connecting rod 103a resets under connecting rod reset spring 107's effect, under the prerequisite of ensuring safety protection, not only the unblock of connecting rod 103a is convenient, and make the unblock of connecting rod retaining member 1042 and the unblock of connecting rod 103a accomplish in succession, and then, only need the outage just can make the unblock between bowl cover 102a and the cooking cup 101 and accomplish in succession the unblock between cooking cup 101 and the cooking machine base 20, the convenience of cooking machine use has been improved. In other embodiments, the link return spring 107 may not be provided, for example, a strut may be provided on the link 103 a. The rod moves along with the movement of the connecting rod 103a, and moves downwards in the process that the connecting rod locking part 1033a is moved downwards by the cup cover locking part 1022 a. After the link locker 1042 unlocks, lifting the strut upward resets the link 103 a.
Referring to fig. 3, in some embodiments, the cooking cup 101 has a second tab 1015b on a side wall thereof, and the connecting rod body 1031 has a connecting rod slot 10312. The length of the connecting rod slot 10312 along the length direction of the connecting rod body 1031 is greater than the length of the second locking portion 1015b along the length direction of the connecting rod body 1031, and in the process that the cup cover locking portion 1022a pushes the connecting rod 103a to move downwards, the connecting rod 103a moves relative to the second locking portion 1015b so as to be guided by the second locking portion 1015 b. So set up, through the guide effect of the second sign indicating number 1015b, the connecting rod 103a is more stable in the vertical direction motion, and then, make the switch feeler lever 2011 of the more accurate trigger switch subassembly 201a of portion 1032a that leans on, switch subassembly 201a switches on the rate of accuracy high, in addition, the connecting rod 103a motion is more stable still makes the relative position relation of bowl cover locking portion 1022a and connecting rod locking portion 1033a more accurate, consequently, the rate of accuracy of both locks is higher, to sum up, the reliability of safety protection has been improved in the cooperation of second sign indicating number 1015b and connecting rod groove 10312.
Referring to fig. 3, 10 and 12, in some embodiments, the link locker 1042 is provided with an insertion hole 10422 penetrating the link locker 1042, and the abutting portion 1032a is inserted through the insertion hole 10422. With this arrangement, when the abutting portion 1032a passes through the insertion hole 10422, the link 103a is restricted by the insertion hole 10422 to move upward or downward during the upward or downward movement of the link 103a, for example, when the link return spring 107 is provided, the link 103a is restricted by the insertion hole 10422 to move upward under the action of the link return spring 107, so that not only the accuracy of the conduction of the switch assembly 201a can be improved, but also the link 103a moves more stably in the vertical direction, and further the relative position relationship between the lid locking portion 1022a and the link locking portion 1033a is more accurate, the accuracy of the locking between the lid locking portion and the link locking portion is higher, and the reliability of the safety protection is improved, and a technician can understand that, when the insertion hole 10422 and the second tab 1015b and the link slot 10312 are provided, because both ends of the link 103a are guided, therefore, the accuracy of the switch assembly 201a and the accuracy of the cup cover locking portion 1022a and the link locking portion 1033a can be improved, and the reliability of the safety protection can be improved. In addition, in the case that the link locker 1042 is disposed in the insertion hole 10422, the volume of the link locker 1042 is relatively large, so that the area of the piston rod of the driving member 202 contacting the link locker 1042 is large, the contact is more accurate, and the link locker 1042 and the link 103a can be locked more easily.
Referring to fig. 3 in conjunction with fig. 9 and 11, in some embodiments, the connecting rod body 1031 contacts the side wall (which can be understood as the body of the cooking cup) of the cooking cup 101 to move along the side wall of the cooking cup 101, for example, as shown in fig. 3, 9 and 11, the cooking cup 101 is shaped with a large top and a small bottom, the side wall is curved, and the connecting rod body 1031 is also curved to have a curvature equal to the curvature of the side wall of the cooking cup 101. So set up, connecting rod 103a is supported by cooking cup 101's lateral wall, can improve the stability of connecting rod 103a downward or upward movement for connecting rod 103 a's the contact that leans on portion 1032a more accurate switch feeler lever 2011 and bowl cover locking portion 1022a lock connecting rod locking portion 1033a more easily, can improve the rate of accuracy that switch assembly 201a switched on and bowl cover locking portion 1022a lock connecting rod locking portion 1033a more, have improved safety protection's reliability.
Referring to fig. 3, 7-8 in combination with fig. 13 and 15, the lid locking portion 1022a and the link locking portion 1033a may have various structures, such as a hook structure. In some embodiments, lid locking portion 1022a includes a lid attachment portion 10221a coupled to lid body 1021a and a lid hook portion 10222a coupled to lid attachment portion 10221 a. Lid hook portion 10222a is formed by folding back lid attachment portion 10221 a. The link locking portion 1033a includes a link hook portion 10331a and a guide portion 10332a both connected to the link body. The link hook 10331a and the guide 10332a are spaced apart to form a groove 10333a extending in the width direction of the link body 1031. The guide 10332a includes a second guide surface 103321a inclined upward from the horizontal plane L, and the lid hook portion 10222a is guided into the groove 10333a by the second guide surface 103321 a. The link hook portion 10331a includes a groove 103311a communicating with the groove 10333 a.
Referring to fig. 14 and 15, in a state where the link 103a is locked (or, in a state where the link locking portion 1033 and the lid locking portion 1022a are locked), the lid hook portion 10222a extends into the groove 103311 a. With such an arrangement, the cup cover 102a is prevented from rotating around the guide of the second guide surface 103321a of the guide part 10332a and the limit of the groove 103311a, the locking between the cup cover locking part 1022a and the link locking part 1033a is stable, and the reliability of the safety protection is improved. The skilled artisan will appreciate that the linkage locking portion 1033a and the lid locking portion 1022a are not limited to the configurations described above.
Referring to fig. 8 and 15, in some embodiments, groove 10333a has a width L1, lid hook portion 10222a has a height L2 relative to an end of lid attachment portion 10221a, 0< L1-L2 ≦ 3 mm. With such an arrangement, if the difference between L1 and L2 is too large, the stroke of the downward movement of the connecting rod 103a is long in the process of locking the connecting rod 103a by the connecting rod locking member 1042, and the stroke of the driving member 202 is long due to the fact that the connecting rod 103a is driven to move downward by the inclined surface, which may cause inaccurate locking of the connecting rod locking portion 1033a and the cup lid locking portion 1022a, for example, the relative position between the connecting rod locking portion 1033a and the cup lid locking portion 1022a may be inaccurate in the process of movement due to the long stroke of the connecting rod 103a, so that the cup lid hook portion 10222a of the cup lid locking portion 1022a may not well enter the groove 103311 a. Therefore, the 0< L1-L2 ≦ 3mm is advantageous for improving the reliability of the safety protection.
With continued reference to fig. 8 and 15, in one embodiment, the width L1 of the trench satisfies: l1 is more than or equal to 2mm and less than or equal to 8 mm. If the width of the groove 10333a is too small, the cup cover locking portion 1022a is not easy to enter, and in addition, under the condition that the difference between the two is 0< L1-L2 is less than or equal to 3mm, the engaging force between the cup cover locking portion 1022a and the connecting rod locking portion 1033a is small, and the cup cover locking portion 1022a and the connecting rod locking portion 1033a are easy to break or trip, and finally the safety protection is disabled, and if the width of the groove is too large, the moving space between the cup cover locking portion 1022a and the connecting rod locking portion 1033a is large, so that the locking between the cup cover locking portion 1022a and the connecting rod locking portion 1033a is unstable. Therefore, under the condition that 0< L1-L2 is less than or equal to 3mm, 2mm is less than or equal to L1 is less than or equal to 8mm, which is beneficial to improving the reliability of safety protection.
Referring to fig. 8 and 15, the second guiding surface 103321a is inclined at an angle of 15 to 60 degrees with respect to the horizontal plane, for example, 15 degrees, 18 degrees, 20 degrees, 22 degrees, 25 degrees, 30 degrees, 32 degrees, 35 degrees, 38 degrees, 40 degrees, 41 degrees, 45 degrees, 48 degrees, 50 degrees, 53 degrees, 55 degrees, 57 degrees, or 60 degrees. In the case where the second guide surface 103321a is a plane, the angle is the degree of the included angle of the two planes; in the case where the second guide surface 103321a is an arc surface, the angle is a degree of an angle between a tangent of the arc surface and a straight line in the horizontal direction. If the angle is too small or too large, the following may occur: if the angle is smaller, lid locking portion 1022a and link locking portion 1033a have locked but link locking member has not locked the link (i.e. link 103a has not triggered switch assembly 201a), if the angle is too large, not only lid locking portion 1022a is not easily guided by second guide surface 103321 in groove 10333a, lid locking portion 1022a and link locking portion 1033a have not locked but link 103a has triggered switch assembly 201, i.e. triggered the second stroke, therefore, the angle of the second guide surface relative to the horizontal plane is 15 degrees-60 degrees, which is beneficial to improving the conduction accuracy of the switch assembly, and can make the locking reliability among link, lid and link locking member, which is beneficial to improving the safety protection reliability.
In the above embodiments, the connecting rod locking member 1042 is disposed on the cup holder 1041, and the skilled person can understand that, in some embodiments, the connecting rod locking member 1042 may not be disposed on the cup holder 1041, that is, the cooking cup assembly does not include the connecting rod locking member in factory leaving, and the connecting rod locking member is a part of the cooking machine base 20, for example, in this case, the cup holder includes a receiving portion that receives the connecting rod locking member connected to the driving member. For example, under the condition that driving part includes solenoid valve and cylinder, still adopt the first guide surface and the lateral wall complex mode of locking hole, set up on the cooking machine base and hold the portion of holding of connecting rod retaining member, arrange in cooking cup subassembly cooking machine base 20 back, driving part 202 drive connecting rod retaining member 1042 so that connecting rod retaining member 1042 locks connecting rod 103 a.
Referring to fig. 16, 21 and 24, another food processor is disclosed in the embodiment of the present application. This machine also includes a processor base 20 and a processing cup assembly, which is designated 10b, except that some of the same structure is also designated in the corresponding drawings for ease of understanding. This kind of cooking machine lies in with the difference of aforementioned cooking machine: the mode that the second stroke was opened to the trigger connecting rod is different, and more specific, the connecting rod of aforementioned cooking machine has two strokes, and the connecting rod only has a stroke in this kind of cooking machine. Based on this technical concept, the food processor base 20 includes a driving part 202 and a controller. The cooking cup assembly 10b is different from the cooking cup assembly 10a in that: 1) the connecting rods are different in structure, and for the convenience of distinguishing and describing, the connecting rod of the food processor is marked as 103 b; 2) the structure of the linkage locking portion and the lid locking portion are different, in this embodiment, the linkage locking portion and the lid locking portion only perform a locking function, and do not have a function of triggering the switch assembly 201a to open the second stroke of the linkage 103a, because in this embodiment, the triggered member is triggered by the triggering member to open the second stroke, and therefore, their functions are similar to the function of the switch, and a member formed by the triggering member and the triggered member is referred to as a switch assembly, and therefore, the linkage locking portion and the lid locking portion and the switch assembly are respectively labeled as 1033b and 1022b and 201 b. The structure of the cooking cup assembly 10b and the cooking machine is described as follows with reference to the accompanying drawings:
