The downward movement of the link 103 locks the lid locking portion 1022 and the link locking portion 1033, and the locked state is shown in fig. 8. With this arrangement, the first guide surface and the locking hole are engaged with each other, so that the guide and locking functions are achieved with a simple structure, and the link locking member can be easily locked with the link.
Referring to fig. 6 and 8, the inclination angle of the first guiding surface 10421 may be set according to requirements, and in some embodiments, the inclination angle of the first guiding surface 10421 with respect to the horizontal plane L is 15 degrees to 60 degrees, for example, 15 degrees, 18 degrees, 20 degrees, 22 degrees, 25 degrees, 26 degrees, 30 degrees, 31 degrees, 35 degrees, 37 degrees, 40 degrees, 42 degrees, 45 degrees, 46 degrees, 50 degrees, 52 degrees, 55 degrees, 56 degrees, or 60 degrees. If the angle is too small or too large, the following may occur: if the angle is too small, the connecting rod 103 is locked by the connecting rod locking part 1042 but the cup cover locking part 1022 and the connecting rod locking part 1033 may not be locked, so that the safety protection effect is poor; if the angle is too large, not only the first guiding surface 10421 is not easy to enter the locking hole 1034, but also the connecting rod locking member 1042 and the connecting rod 103 are not locked, possibly the cup cover locking part 1022 and the connecting rod locking part 1033 are locked, so that the locking between the connecting rod 103 and the connecting rod locking member 1042 is unreliable, therefore, the inclined angle of the first guiding surface 1042 relative to the horizontal plane is 15-60 degrees, which is beneficial to improving the locking reliability between the connecting rod 103, the connecting rod locking member 1042 and the cover member (the cup cover 102a or the steamer 102b), and further, the reliability of locking the cooking cup 101 and the safety protection reliability are improved.
With continued reference to fig. 6 and 8, in some embodiments, a retaining member return spring 1043 is disposed between the cup holder 1041 and the linkage retaining member 1042. The locker return spring 1043 is compressed when the link 103 is locked, and applies a force to the link locker 1042 after the driving part 202 is de-energized to return the link locker 1042. Referring to fig. 6 and 8 in combination with fig. 2, the link locker 1042 is provided with a spring mounting portion 10423, and a spring receiving cavity 10411 is formed at an edge of the cup holder 1041. Retaining member reset spring 1043 is located the spring mounting portion 10423 is located the spring holds the chamber 10411. In the case where the rod of the driving member 202 is extended by energizing the driving member 202 (battery valve) so that the link locker 1042 locks the link 103, the locker return spring 1043 is compressed by the link locker 1042. The state in which the locker return spring 1043 is compressed and the link 103 is locked is shown in fig. 7 and 8. In the case where the driving part 202 (solenoid valve is turned off) is turned off, the piston rod of the driving part 202 is retracted, and the locker return spring 1043 gives an elastic force to the link locker 1042, so that the link locker 1042 moves rightward in the direction of the drawing of fig. 5 and 8 until it is reset, and the state after the locker return spring 1043 and the link locker 1042 are reset is as shown in fig. 5 and 6. After the food processor is powered off, the piston rod of the cylinder drives the connecting rod locking member 1042 to reset within the delay time of the delay circuit, and in this case, the locking member resetting spring 1043 may not be provided.
Referring to fig. 5 to 8, a link return spring 107 is disposed between the link locker 1042 and the link body 1031, and the link return spring 107 applies a force to the link 103 to return the link 103 when the link locker 1042 does not lock the link 103 (i.e., the link locker 1042 returns). In fig. 5 to 8, the link body 1031 includes a bent portion 10311. The link return spring 107 and the link body 1031 are sleeved and both ends thereof respectively abut against the bending part 10311 and the outer wall of the spring accommodating chamber 10411. The skilled person will appreciate that the link return spring 107 may be arranged between the cup holder 1041 and said link body 1031 in other ways. After the link locker 1042 is unlocked, that is, after the first guide surface 10421 is withdrawn from the locking hole 1034 (link locker reset), the link 103 moves upward by the elastic force of the link return spring 107 until the link 103 is reset. The state after the link return spring 107 and the link 103 are returned is shown in fig. 5 and 6. The link return spring 107 is compressed during the locking of the link 103 by the link locker 1042 during the entry of the first guide surface 10421 into the locking aperture 1034. The state in which the link return spring 107 is compressed is shown in fig. 7 and 8. After the link locker 1042 unlocks, the rod 103 is reset by lifting the rod upward.
Referring to fig. 2 to 4, in some embodiments, the side wall of the cooking cup 101 is provided with a guiding protrusion 1011, and the connecting rod body 1031 is provided with a connecting rod slot 10312. The length of the link slot 10312 in the length direction of the link body 1031 is greater than the length of the guide projection 1011 in the length direction of the link body 1031, and the link 103 moves relative to the guide projection 1011 to be guided by the guide projection 1011 during the downward movement of the link 103 pushed by the lid locking portion 1022. With such an arrangement, the link 103 moves more stably in the vertical direction by the guiding action of the guide projection 1011. The movement of the connecting rod 103 is more stable, and the relative position relationship between the cup cover locking part 1022 and the connecting rod locking part 1033 is more accurate, so that the accuracy of locking between the cup cover locking part and the connecting rod locking part is higher, and in conclusion, the matching between the guide projection 1011 and the connecting rod groove 10312 improves the reliability of safety protection.
Referring to fig. 2, 6 and 8, in some embodiments, the link locker 1042 is provided with an insertion hole 10422 recessed toward the link locker 1042. In some embodiments, an insertion hole 10422 extends through the link locker 1042. The insertion portion 1032 is inserted into the insertion hole 10422. With this arrangement, when the insertion portion 1032 is inserted into the insertion hole 10422, the link 103 is restricted by the insertion hole 10422 to move upward or downward during the upward or downward movement of the link 103, for example, when the link return spring 107 is provided, the link 103 is restricted by the insertion hole 10422 to move upward under the action of the link return spring 107, so that the link 103 moves more stably in the vertical direction, and the relative position relationship between the lid locking portion 1022 and the link locking portion 1033 is more accurate, and the locking accuracy of the two is higher. The skilled person can understand that, in the case of providing the insertion hole 10422 and the guide protrusion 1011 and the link slot 10312, since both ends of the link 103 are guided, the accuracy of locking the cup cover locking portion 1022 and the link locking portion 1033 can be further improved, and the reliability of safety protection can be further improved. In addition, in the case that the link locker 1042 is disposed in the insertion hole 10422, the volume of the link locker 1042 is relatively large, so that the area of the piston rod of the driving member 202 contacting the link locker 1042 is large, the contact is more accurate, and the link locker 1042 and the link 103 can be locked more easily.
Referring to fig. 2, 5 and 7, in some embodiments, the connecting rod body 1031 contacts the side wall of the cooking cup 101 to move along the side wall of the cooking cup 101, for example, as shown in fig. 2, 5 and 7, the cooking cup 101 is shaped with a large top and a small bottom, the side wall of the cooking cup is curved, and the connecting rod body 1031 is also curved to have a degree of curvature equal to that of the side wall of the cooking cup 101. So set up, the connecting rod 103 is supported by the lateral wall of cooking cup 101, can improve the stability of connecting rod 103 downward or upward movement for connecting rod locking 1033 is locked more easily to bowl cover locking 1022, has improved safety protection's reliability.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4 in conjunction with fig. 9 and 11, the lid locking portion 1022 and the link locking portion 1033 may have various structures, such as a hook structure. In some embodiments, the lid locking portion 1022 includes a lid attachment portion (i.e., lid attachment portion) 10221 coupled to the lid body (i.e., lid body) 1021 and a lid hook portion (i.e., lid hook portion) 10222 coupled to the lid attachment portion 10221. Lid hook portion 10222 is formed by folding back relative to lid attachment portion 10221. The link locking part 1033 includes a link hook part 10331 connected to the link body. The link hook 10331 includes a groove 103311. Referring to fig. 9 and 11 in conjunction with fig. 3 and 4, in a state where the connecting rod 103 is locked by the connecting rod locking member 1042 (or in a state where the connecting rod locking portion 1033 and the lid locking portion 1022 are locked), the lid hook portion 10222 extends into the groove 10331. With continued reference to fig. 9 and 2, in some embodiments, the cooking cup 101 includes a mouth 1012 at the mouth of the cooking cup 101, and the mouth 1012 and the rod locking portion 1033 are located at two ends of a diameter of the mouth of the cooking cup 101; the cap 102a includes a cap body 1021 and a mouth catch 1024 disposed at an edge of the cap body 1021, the mouth catch 1024 being engaged with the mouth 1012. So set up, utilize mouth of a cup 1012 and mouth of a cup buckle 1024 to detain mutually and corresponding combination bowl cover locking part 1022 and connecting rod locking part, and both are located the both ends of a diameter, like this, bowl cover 102a is fixed firm, and in addition, mouth of a cup 1012 can not only pour out food, can also play the fixed action, has integrateed more functions. The ear-buckling clasp 1025 comprises an ear-buckling connecting part 10251 connected with the cup cover body 1021 and a reverse folding part 10252 facing the ear-buckling connecting part 10251. The top surface of the buckle 1013 is attached to the buckle connection part 10251, and the back surface of the buckle 1013 is spaced from the reverse folding part 10252. Separate from inflection portion 10252 through detaining ear 1013, be convenient for the bowl cover precession or screw-out to fix firmly bowl cover 102a and cooking cup 101 in vertical direction, and in cooking cup 101's circumference, cooking cup 101 with food steamer 102a and cooking machine base 20 passes through connecting rod 103 locks, is difficult to rotate in circumference, consequently, add detain ear 1013 with detain ear hook 1025 back, under the prerequisite of precession easily and screw-out bowl cover 102a, further make bowl cover 102 a's fixed more firm, be difficult to rock between bowl cover 102a and the cooking cup, safety protection is more effective. In some embodiments, the two are separated by a distance H2, and H2 satisfies 0 < H2 ≦ 5 mm. Within the above range, the fixing function in the vertical direction can be preferably performed, and in the case where H2 is larger than 5mm, the two are too far apart to be screwed in or out easily, but the moving space of the two in the vertical direction is increased, and the fixing function is weakened.
Of course, as will be appreciated by those skilled in the art based on the above embodiments, in some embodiments, the cup lid 102a may be fixed by the ear 1013 and the ear hook 1025, and the lid locking portion 1022 and the link locking portion 1033 without the cup mouth 1012. In this case, the number of the clasps 1013 and the clasps 1025 may not be limited, for example, when one clasps 1013 and one clasps hook 1025 are provided, they may replace the mouth 1012 and the mouth catch 1024, and when at least two clasps 1013 and two clasps hooks 1025 are provided, the clasps 1013 and the link lock unit 1033 are distributed along the mouth of the cooking cup 101. Of course, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that in some embodiments, the tab 1013 and the tab hook 1025 may not be provided, and the cup lid 102a may be secured by the mouth 1012 and the mouth catch 1024 and the lid locking portion 1022 and the link locking portion 1033.
Referring to fig. 13-18, a second type of prophy cup assembly 10b is disclosed in accordance with an embodiment of the present application. The cooking cup assembly 10b is different from the cooking cup assembly 10a in that: the structures for generating the control signals are different, and therefore, some parts of the same structure are given the same reference numerals. More specifically, in cooking cup subassembly 10a, control signal through magnet and tongue tube induction production, and in cooking cup subassembly 10b, through bowl cover locking part 1022 touch micro-gap switch 1029b produce control signal, set up trigger part 1028b on bowl cover locking part 1022 can. There are various ways to arrange the trigger 1028b, the trigger 1028b may be connected to the lid locking portion 1022, or may be a part of the lid locking portion 1022, for example, a surface of the lid locking portion 1022, in short, the trigger 1028b has various arrangement ways and structures as long as it can touch the micro switch 1029b to generate a control signal.
Since the cooking cup assembly 10b is different from the cooking cup assembly 10a in the manner and structure of generating the control signal, as described in detail below with reference to fig. 13 to 18, how the connecting rod 103, the cup cover and the cooking cup are locked can be seen from fig. 5 to 8 and the corresponding text.
Referring to fig. 13-18, the locking process of the cooking cup assembly 10b is described as follows:
first, the micro switch 1029b includes a switch elastic sheet 10291b, a switch contact 10292b, and a micro switch body 10293 b. The state that the cup cover 102a is screwed relatively to the food processing cup 101 to make the triggering part 1028b of the cup cover locking part 1022 abut against the switch elastic sheet 10291b of the micro switch 1029b, so that the switch elastic sheet 10291b contacts the switch contact 10292b, and the switch elastic sheet 10291b contacts the switch contact 10292b and the like is shown in fig. 18. After the switch elastic piece 10291b contacts the switch contact 10292b, the switch body 10293b generates a control signal. The control signal is transmitted to the controller through the upper coupler 1064 and the lower coupler 203. The controller controls the extension of the piston rod of the driving member 202 and then performs the locking among the cap 102a, the link 103, and the link locker 1042. How these parts are locked is described in the foregoing and will not be described in detail. If the cup cover needs to be unlocked, the power supply of the food processor is firstly cut off, the driving part 202 is powered off, the piston rod is contracted, the connecting rod locking part 1042 is reset by the locking part resetting spring 1043, then the connecting rod 103 is reset by the connecting rod resetting spring 107, and then the cup cover 102a is rotated. Therefore, in the above process, the cup cover 102a can be opened after the power is cut off, so as to achieve the purpose of safety protection. Other advantageous effects of the cooking cup assembly 10b are at least the same as those of the cooking cup assembly 10 a. And will not be described in detail.
Referring to fig. 19 to 24, the embodiment of the present application further discloses another food processor 200. Compared with the food processor 100, the food processor 200 is added with the food steamer 102b, in this case, the food processing cup assembly comprises the food processing cup 101, the cup cover 102a, the food steamer 102b and the cup base assembly 104, and therefore, some same parts are marked with the same marks. In the food processor 200, the cup cover 102a and the food steamer 102b can be used independently or together. The cap 102a is used alone as described in fig. 1-18. Only the use of the basket 102b alone is described below.
First, in the embodiment shown in fig. 19 to 24, the food basket 102b includes a basket body 1021b and a cover locking part 1022 disposed on the basket body 1021b, and the cover locking part 1022 may also be referred to as the basket locking part 1022 herein. Compared with the cup cover 102a, the food steamer 102b is different in product form and is used for being fixed with the food processing cup 101 in the same structure, for example, the mouth catch 1024 and the ear catch 1025.
Referring to fig. 20 to 22, fig. 20 to 22 illustrate a case where the food steamer 102b, the food processing cup 101, the cup holder assembly 104 and the food processing machine base 20 form a food processing machine, in this embodiment, the cover locking part (the food steamer locking part) 1022 is provided with the trigger part 1028b, and the food processing cup is provided with the microswitch 1029b, that is, compared with the embodiment shown in fig. 13 to 19, only the cover 102a is replaced by the food steamer 102b, and therefore, the working process thereof is referred to the foregoing and is not repeated.
Referring to fig. 23 to 24, fig. 23 to 24 illustrate a situation that the food steamer 102b, the food processing cup 101, the cup base assembly 104 and the food processing machine base 20 constitute the food processing machine, in this embodiment, the cover locking part (the food steamer locking part) 1022 is provided with the magnet (the triggering component) 1028a, and the food processing cup is provided with the reed switch (the triggered component) 1029a, that is, compared with the embodiment shown in fig. 1 to 12, only the cup cover 102a is replaced with the food steamer 102b, and therefore, the working process thereof is referred to the foregoing and is not repeated.
Referring to fig. 22 and 24, the food steamer 102b includes a steamer cup 1021b and a water blocking rib 1023 surrounding the steamer body 1021 b. As shown in fig. 22 and 24, the water retaining rib 1023 is buckled with the mouth of the cooking cup 101. The water retaining rib 1023 can make the water that the vapor condenses flow back to in the cooking cup 101, and the water retaining rib 1023 and the mouth of the cooking cup 101 are buckled with each other and can fix the food steamer 102b on the cooking cup 101. In some embodiments, the height H1 of the water-blocking rib 1023 relative to the steamer body 1021b is 1mm to 50 mm. So set up, ensured the intensity of water blocking muscle 1023, for example, water blocking muscle 1023 is too high easy to be out of shape and make intensity not enough, and water blocking muscle 1023 too low can make food steamer 102b can not firm place in on the cooking cup 101. Claims (13)

1. The utility model provides a cooking cup subassembly assembles in cooking machine base (20) that is provided with controller and driver part (202), its characterized in that, cooking cup subassembly includes:
a cooking cup (101);
a connecting rod (103) assembled to the food processing cup (101), and including a connecting rod body (1031) and a connecting rod locking portion (1033) located on the connecting rod body (1031);
the cup holder assembly (104) is assembled on the food processing cup (101) and comprises a cup holder (1041) and a connecting rod locking piece (1042) assembled on the cup holder (1041), or the cup holder assembly (104) comprises a cup holder (1041), the cup holder (1041) comprises a containing part, and the containing part contains the connecting rod locking piece (1042) connected with the driving part;
cover parts (102a, 102b) which are covered with the cooking cup (101) and comprise cover part locking parts (1022), one of the cooking cup (101) and the cover parts (102a, 102b) is provided with triggering parts (1028a, 1028b), and the other of the cooking cup (101) and the cover parts (102a, 102b) is provided with triggered parts (1029a, 1029 b);
the trigger part (1028a, 1028b) triggers the triggered part (1029a, 1029b) to generate a control signal; the controller controls the driving part (202) to work based on the control signal, and the driving part (202) drives the connecting rod locking part (1042) to push the connecting rod (103) to move downwards, so that the cover locking part (1022) and the connecting rod locking part (1033) are locked and the connecting rod locking part (1042) and the connecting rod (103) are locked.
2. The cooking cup assembly according to claim 1, wherein the connecting rod body (1031) is provided with a locking hole (1034) penetrating through the connecting rod body (1031), the connecting rod locker (1042) comprises a first guiding surface (10421) inclined downward relative to the locking hole (1034), and the connecting rod locker (1042) is pushed by the driving part (202) to move in the horizontal direction and drives the first guiding surface (10421) to move into the locking hole (1034) so as to move the connecting rod (103) downward.
3. The cooking cup assembly according to claim 2, wherein the first guide surface (10421) is inclined at an angle of 15-60 degrees with respect to a horizontal plane.
4. The cooking cup assembly according to claim 2, wherein a retaining member return spring (1043) is disposed between the cup holder (1041) and the connecting rod retaining member (1042), the retaining member return spring (1043) is compressed when the connecting rod retaining member (1042) is in a retaining state, and applies a force to the connecting rod retaining member (1042) after the driving member (202) is powered off to return the connecting rod retaining member (1042);
and/or a connecting rod return spring (107) is arranged between the connecting rod locking piece (1042) and the connecting rod body (1031), the connecting rod return spring (107) is compressed when the connecting rod (103) is in a locking state, and acting force is given to the connecting rod (103) to enable the connecting rod (103) to return under the condition that the connecting rod locking piece (1042) returns.

The food cup assembly according to claim 1, wherein the side wall of the food cup (101) is provided with a guiding projection (1011), the connecting rod body (1031) is provided with a connecting rod slot (10312), the guiding projection (1011) is located in the connecting rod slot (10312), the length of the connecting rod slot (10312) along the length direction of the connecting rod body (1031) is greater than the length of the guiding projection (1011) along the length direction of the connecting rod body (1031), and the connecting rod (103) moves relative to the guiding projection (1011) to be guided by the guiding projection (1011);
and/or, the connecting rod locking piece (1042) is provided with an insertion hole (10422) sunken into the connecting rod locking piece (1042), and the connecting rod (103) is inserted into the insertion hole (10422).
6. The cooking cup assembly according to claim 1 or 5, wherein the link body (1031) contacts the side wall of the cooking cup (101) to move along the side wall of the cooking cup (101).
7. The cooking cup assembly according to claim 1, wherein the cover (102a, 102b) comprises a cover body (1021a, 1021b), the cover locking part (1022) comprises a cover connecting part (10221) connected to the cover body (1021a, 1021b) and a cover hook part (10222) connected to the cover connecting part (10221);
the link locking part (1033) includes a link hook part (10331) connected to the link body (1031), the link hook part (10331) includes a groove (103311), and the cover hook part (10222) protrudes into the groove (103311) in a state that the link is locked.
8. The cooking cup assembly according to claim 1, wherein the cooking cup (101) comprises a mouth (1012) at the mouth of the cooking cup (101), the mouth (1012) and the connecting rod locking portion (1033) being located at both ends of a diameter of the mouth of the cooking cup (101); the cover (102a, 102b) comprises a cover body (1021a, 1021b) and a spout catch (1024) disposed at an edge of the cover body, the spout catch (1024) being in engagement with the spout (1012).

The food processing cup assembly according to claim 8, wherein the food processing cup (101) comprises a buckle ear (1013) at the mouth of the food processing cup, the buckle ear (1013), the cup mouth (1012) and the link locking part (1033) are connected in sequence to form a polygon, the cover member (102a, 102b) comprises a buckle ear hook (1025) arranged on the cover member body (1021a, 1021b), the buckle ear hook (1025) comprises a buckle ear connection part (10251) connected with the cover member body (1021a, 1021b) and a reverse folding part (10252) facing the buckle ear connection part (10251), the top surface of the buckle ear (1013) is attached to the buckle ear connection part (10251), and the back surface of the buckle ear (1013) is spaced from the reverse folding part (10252).
