The shape of the frying pan 200 is not limited to a cylindrical shape, and may be a regular shape such as a prismatic shape or a circular truncated cone shape, or may be an irregular shape.
Further, the opening 202 is horizontally disposed, one side of the bottom wall of the fryer 200 facing the first guiding surface 301 is a third guiding surface 203, the third guiding surface 203 extends from the position aligned with the guiding hole 304 to the periphery of the third guiding surface 203 in the direction away from the opening 202, more preferably, the distance from the position aligned with the guiding hole 304 to the periphery of the third guiding surface 203 relative to the opening 202 is gradually increased, so that the third guiding surface 203 can guide the airflow entering the first flow channel 302 through the second flow channel 303, and guide the airflow in the first flow channel 302 into the guiding hole 304, thereby preventing the airflow between the first guiding surface 301 and the third guiding surface 203 from being disturbed, and preventing the food from being heated unevenly.
Referring to fig. 2-4, in an embodiment, the grill 300 includes a first grill pan 310 having a plurality of steaming holes 311 and a plurality of support legs 320 connected to a periphery of the first grill pan 310, wherein the plurality of steaming holes 311 enable a surface of the food placed on the first grill pan 310 facing the first grill pan 310 to be sufficiently cooked, so that the food is uniformly cooked, the plurality of support legs 320 abut against a bottom wall of the frying tub 200, so that the first grill pan 310 and the bottom wall of the frying tub 200 are spaced apart, the first diversion surface 301 is a surface of the first grill pan 310 facing the bottom wall of the frying tub 200, the plurality of support legs 320 enable the first diversion surface 301 and the bottom wall of the frying tub 200 to be spaced apart, a periphery of the first grill pan 310 and a periphery of the frying tub 200 are spaced apart to form a second flow passage 303, and the diversion holes 304 are formed in a middle portion of the first grill pan 310.
Further, the distance from the position of the flow guiding hole 304 to the periphery of the first flow guiding surface 301 extending towards the direction away from the opening 202 is gradually reduced, so as to improve the stability of the airflow. More specifically, the first flow guiding surface 301 is formed in the same shape as the shape surrounded by the truncated pyramid or truncated cone circumferential surface. It is understood that the first guide surface 301 may be a smooth transition surface or a wavy surface as long as the first guide surface 301 extends from the position of the flow guide hole 304 to the general direction of the periphery of the first guide surface 301 in the direction away from the opening 202.
In a specific embodiment, the first flow guiding surface 301 and the third flow guiding surface 203 are disposed in parallel to make the airflow flowing in the first flow channel 302 more stable.
Of course, in other specific embodiments, the first flow guiding surface 301 and the third flow guiding surface 203 may be non-parallel.
It should be noted that the first baking tray 310 may be other regular shapes or irregular shapes, and is not limited to only one shape.
Preferably, the flow guiding hole 304 is a circular truncated cone-shaped through hole 1223b, and an area of a port of the flow guiding hole 304 facing the opening 202 is smaller than an area of a port of the flow guiding hole 304 facing away from the opening 202, so that a flow cross-sectional area of the air flow is reduced in a process that the air flow flows in the flow guiding hole 304, and thus a speed of the air flow is increased after the air flow passes through the flow guiding hole 304, and a circulation speed is increased.
Specifically, the middle portion of the first baking tray 310 extends toward one side of the opening 202 to form a circular truncated cone-shaped flow guiding pipe 330, and the flow guiding pipe 330 encloses to form a flow guiding hole 304, so that the airflow entering the flow guiding hole 304 from the first flow guiding surface 301 can continue to flow for a certain distance in the flow guiding hole 304, thereby improving the flow guiding effect of the flow guiding hole 304.
Further, the steam holes 311 are fan-shaped holes distributed around the diversion hole 304, the steam holes 311 are spaced from the position of the diversion hole 304 to the periphery of the first diversion surface 301, and the width of the steam holes 311 is smaller than the diameter of the diversion hole 304 towards one end of the opening 202. The width direction of the steam hole 311 is the extending direction from the position of the guiding hole 304 to the periphery of the first guiding surface 301.
In order to facilitate the grill 300 to be applied to a plurality of different types of air fryer, in a specific embodiment, the grill 300 further includes a second grill pan (not shown) stacked and spaced apart from the first grill pan 310, the plurality of support legs 320 abut against the second grill pan, a periphery of the second grill pan abuts against a bottom wall of the frying tub 200, a surface of the second grill pan facing the first flow guiding surface 301 is a second flow guiding surface having a smooth curved surface, the second flow guiding surface extends from a position aligned with the flow guiding hole 304 to a periphery of the second flow guiding surface in a direction away from the opening 202, and further the second flow guiding surface can guide the air flow entering the first flow channel 302 through the second flow channel 303 and guide the air flow in the first flow channel 302 into the flow guiding hole 304, thereby preventing the air flow between the first flow guiding surface 301 and the second flow guiding surface from being disturbed, which causes uneven heating of the food. It should be noted that, in this specific embodiment, since the peripheral edge of the second roasting pan abuts against the bottom wall of the frying pan 200, the first flow channel 302 can be regarded as being formed by enclosing the first flow guiding surface 301 and the second flow guiding surface, and further, the bottom wall of the frying pan 200 does not need to be set to the shape of the third flow guiding surface 203 to guide the airflow, and even if the bottom wall of the frying pan 200 is flat, the airflow can be guided by the second flow guiding surface on the second roasting pan, so that the grill 300 can be applied to a plurality of different types of air frying pans.
Further, from the periphery of the second flow guiding surface to the middle of the second flow guiding surface, the distance from the second flow guiding surface to the opening 202 is gradually reduced, and further the stability of the airflow flow is further improved.
In a more specific embodiment, the first flow guiding surface 301 and the second flow guiding surface are arranged in parallel to make the airflow more stable when flowing in the first flow channel 302.
Of course, in some other more specific embodiments, the first flow guiding surface 301 and the second flow guiding surface may be non-parallel.
Preferably, the plurality of support legs 320 are detachably connected with the second baking tray, so that the second baking tray can be detached according to requirements, and the user experience is improved.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, in an embodiment, the fan assembly 400 includes a motor 410 disposed in the transition cavity 125, and a first blade 420 and a second blade 430 connected to the motor 410, wherein the first blade 420 is disposed in the inner wind cavity 126, the second blade 430 is disposed in the outer wind cavity 127, and at least the second blade 430 is an external fan. The motor 410 is arranged in the transition cavity 125, the first fan blade 420 is arranged in the inner air cavity 126, and heat dissipated by the motor 410 in the transition cavity 125 is exhausted through the air outlet 128 through the first fan blade 420, so that the air fryer has a good heat dissipation effect and longer service life; since the second fan blades 430 are outward-scattering fan blades, the air in the outer air cavity 127 flows out from the periphery of the second fan blades 430 under the action of the second fan blades 430, and finally the air can flow toward the bottom wall of the frying tub 200 through the periphery of the opening 202.
It should be noted that the outward-scattering fan blade can guide the air in the middle of the fan blade to the edge of the fan blade, so as to reduce the air pressure at the middle of the fan blade, when the second fan blade 430 is the outward-scattering fan blade, because the air pressure at the middle of the second fan blade 430 is low, the air flowing out of the flow guide hole 304 flows to the middle of the second fan blade 430, and it should be noted that the middle of the fan blade refers to the position corresponding to the rotating shaft connected with the fan blade.
Further, the first fan blade 420 is also an external fan blade to better dissipate the heat in the transition cavity 125.
