In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the material tensile strength and the tensile strength of the connecting pin 32 are less than the material tensile strength and the tensile strength of the rivet 38; therefore, when at least one of the buckle device 10 and the safety belt loop device 20 is pulled by the predetermined external force, the connecting pin 32 is damaged by the external force to separate the first connection portion 102 and the second connection portion 202 from each other, compared to the rivet 38.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the safety belt buckle 1 comprises a buffering bag B, and the buckle device 10 and the safety belt ring device 20 are respectively connected to two end edges of the buffering bag B, as shown in fig. 3B. The buckle device 10 includes a body 101, a safety pin 15, a first locking member 14 and a second locking member 16.
The body 101 is used for connecting to the wearable safety belt, and the body 101 has a first through hole 11 and a second through hole 12.
The safety bolt 15 is used for the retaining ring S to be sleeved on, and the safety bolt 15 has a first fixing portion 151 located at a first end 15a of the safety bolt 15, and a second fixing portion 152 located between the first end 15a and a second end 15b of the safety bolt 15. The second fixing portion 152 is closer to the second end 15b than the first end 15 a.
After the first end 15a of the safety pin 15 passes through the second through hole 12 of the body 101, it can be controlled to move between an open position and a closed position relative to the body 101. When the first end 15a of the safety bolt 15 penetrates into the first through hole 11 of the body 101 again, the safety bolt 15 is located at the closed position relative to the body 101, meanwhile, the first fixing portion 151 of the safety bolt 15 is correspondingly inserted into the first through hole 11, and the second fixing portion 152 is correspondingly inserted into the second through hole 12.
The first latch 14 is disposed adjacent the first through hole 11 of the body 101 and is operable to move between a first position and a second position on the body 101. When the first locking element 14 is located at the first position and the first fixing portion 151 is correspondingly inserted into the first through hole 11, the first fixing portion 151 of the safety pin 15 is limited to be located at the closed position.
The second detent 16 is disposed through the second end 15b of the safety bar 15 and is operable to move between a third position and a fourth position within the safety bar 15. When the second locking element 16 is located at the third position and the second fixing portion 15b is correspondingly inserted into the second through hole 12, the second fixing portion 152 of the safety pin 15 is limited to be located at the closed position.
In fig. 4 to 9, the body 101 further includes a receiving groove 103 communicating with the first through hole 11; the first locking element 14 includes a positioning pin 141, a control element 142 and an elastic element 143, wherein the positioning pin 141, the control element 142 and the elastic element 143 are disposed in the accommodating slot 103, and the elastic element 143 is disposed at the bottom of the accommodating slot 103 and pushes the positioning pin 141, so that the positioning pin 141 protrudes into the first through hole 11.
The control element 142 is connected to the positioning pin 141 and is used for controlling the positioning pin 141 to move between the first position and the second position. When the positioning pin 141 is located at a first position and the first fixing portion 151 is correspondingly inserted into the first through hole 11, the positioning pin 141 limits the first fixing portion 151 of the safety plug 151 to be located at the closed position; on the contrary, when the positioning pin 141 is located at the second position, the positioning pin 141 does not restrict the first fixing portion 151 of the safety bar 15 from being located at the closed position.
